This article introduces the design and performance of the data acquisition system used in an omnidirectional gamma-ray positioning system, along with a new method used in this system to obtain the position of radiation sources in a large field. This data acquisition system has various built-in interfaces collecting, in real time, information from the radiation detector, the video camera and the GPS positioning module. Experiments show that the data acquisition system is capable of carrying out the proposed quantitative analysis to derive the position of radioactive sources, which also satisfies the requirements of high stability and reliability.  相似文献

在基于PaxScan4030平板探测器技术的射线检测中,输出图像的像质除受系统噪声的影响外,同时还受探测器固有的光电响应不一致性的影响。通过对影响平板探测器输出图像质量的分析,建立了探测器响应不一致性校正模型。在用常规叠加方法去除噪声的同时,利用校正因子对采集图像进行实时校正,以改善系统性能,提高成像质量。通过实验数据分析和对校正前后输出图像的比较,验证了此方法的可行性,从而为射线检测提供了一种有效的校正方法。  相似文献

Synchrotron radiation computed laminography (SR‐CL) has been in use in three‐dimensional non‐destructive imaging of flat objects for several years. A new set‐up is proposed based on the traditional SR‐CL method but with the detector inclined at the same angle as the sample inclination to collect projections. The results of computer simulations and real‐sample experiments demonstrate that reconstructions acquired using an inclined detector are of better quality compared with those acquired using ordinary detecting methods, especially for the situation of few projections and small difference of attenuation ratio of the sample. This method could be applied to obtain high‐quality images of weak‐contrast samples with short measurement time and mild radiation damage.  相似文献

A new method to monitor the energy variation of a multi-energy electron linac by combining a Cerenkov detector and a CsI(Tl) detector is reported. The signals in the Cerenkov detector show an appreciable but different dependence on the energy of the electron linac from the traditional CsI(T1) detector due to the particular response of the former to charged electrons with high velocity above threshold. The method is more convenient than the HVL (half-value layer) method which is commonly employed to calibrate the energy of an electron linac for real time monitoring. The preliminary validity of the method is verified in a dual-energy electron linac with 6 MeV and 3 MeV gears. Moreover, the method combining the Cerenkov detector and the CsI(Tl) detector is applicable to probe the X-ray spectrum hardened by the inspected material and may serve as a novel tool for material discrimination with effective atomic number in radiation imaging.  相似文献

n, γ混合脉冲辐射场中, 在近距离、辐射强度低且中子辐射峰值比被测γ辐射峰值强度高的情况下, 传统γ辐射探测技术实施起来面临困难. 对PbWO4和CeF3等近年国内新研制的无机闪烁体进行了系列研究, 使用CeF3分别配光电倍增管和光电管,组合出了对γ辐射灵敏度高, 对中子相对不灵敏, 同时脉冲响应也快的光电探测系统, 应用以此为基础的探测技术在近距离n, γ混合脉冲辐射场中, 可将脉冲γ辐射探测信噪比提高一个量级以上. It is difficult to detect low intensity γ radiation by using traditional γ radiation detection technique in a close distance n, γ commix pulse radiation field with very high intensity neutron radiation. PbWO4 and CeF3 which are newly developed inorganic scintillator in our country have been studied. Photoelectricity detector systemes which have high γ sensitivity and relative insensitive to neutron and fast time response were assembled by using CeF3 and photomultiplier tube. The ratio of signal to noise for γ ray detection can be up to more than 10 times in close distance n, γ commix pulse radiation field by using this detector system.  相似文献

A new prototype of a portable differential photoacoustic measurement system was designed and built. The system applies the gas filter correlation method. A blackbody radiator is used as a radiation source, which allows measurements of great variety of different IR absorbing gases. The prototype exploits the high sensitivity of a cantilever pressure sensor. The differential design allows a selective real time measurement for a single gas in open air or from the flowing sample. For the first time the photoacoustic cell geometry for an acceleration noise damping was integrated to a differential detector. The system has potential applications anywhere that sensitive in-situ-measurements are required: for example in process control technology, air quality monitoring, exhale monitoring, alarm devices and food industry. The measurement of nitric oxide was modeled in the presence of water vapor. As an example the concentration of water vapor, that is acceptable if ppb-level nitric oxide measurements are to be done, was calculated. With a typical band pass filter and a blackbody radiator the amount is 20 ppm with 1.3 s integration time. The concentration was also calculated to diode laser operating at 2.663 μm and quantum cascade laser at 5.263 μm. The respective concentrations were 2 ppm and 6600 ppm.  相似文献

介绍了大口径红外辐射计的光谱定标方法。研制了大口径红外辐射计。该辐射计主要由前置光学系统, 红外探测器(热释电探测器和碲镉汞探测器2~14 μm), 机械斩波器,锁相放大器,信号采集器等组成。首先对大口径红外辐射计的光谱定标方法进行了分析,然后建立红外辐射计光谱定标的测量装置,并分别测试腔体热释电探测器和HgCdTe探测器的响应非线性,最后用腔体热释电探测器在该测量装置上对HgCdTe探测器进行红外光谱响应度校准实验。通过两种相对光谱响应度测量方法的对比,给出多次测量结果的平均值及两种方法的对比分析。分析结果表明,测量系统的不确定度优于3.4%。  相似文献

The average lifetime of weakly decaying b-baryons was studied using 3.6 million hadronic decays collected by the DELPHI detector at LEP. The measurement of the proper decay time distribution of secondary vertices was used on three complementary samples. The first sample consisted of events with a fully reconstructed and an opposite charge lepton, or an oppositely charged lepton pair accompanied by a . The other two samples were more inclusive, where b-baryon semileptonic decays were recognized by the presence of either a proton identified by the RICH detector or a and a lepton of charge opposite to that of the proton. As an approach for analyzing an uncooled infrared bolometer imager, a method is introduced which supposes that a thermal system is built into the infrared radiation detection mechanism. In this analysis, the bi-directional radiation energy flows between two thermal elements are considered and a radiation thermal conductance between them is defined. Based on the values of the radiation thermal conductances and conventional material thermal conductance, an equivalent thermal circuit for a bolometer detector element is extracted. Calculations were carried out using software written in visual C++. The analysis shows a Noise Equivalent Temperature Difference (NETD) of 50 mK is obtained as a typical value, assuming that no additional noise other than temperature fluctuation noise exists, and that the NETD becomes better as the system time constant built into the equivalent thermal circuit increases.  相似文献

This paper reports that an experimental investigation of fast pitch angle scattering(FPAS) of runaway electrons in the EAST tokamak has been performed.From the newly developed infrared detector(HgCdTe) diagnostic system,the infrared synchrotron radiation emitted by relativistic electrons can be obtained as a function of time.The FPAS is analysed by means of the infrared detector diagnostic system and the other correlative diagnostic systems(including electron-cyclotron emission,hard x-ray,neutrons).It is found that the intensity of infrared synchrotron radiation and the electron-cyclotron emission signal increase rapidly at the time of FPAS because of the fast increase of pitch angle and the perpendicular velocity of the energetic runaway electrons.The Parail and Pogutse instability is a possible mechanism for the FPAS.  相似文献

采用爆光时间最短可达 5ns ,且具有像增强功能的光谱探测仪器ICCD ,用自行研制的光电转换器将光触发信号转变为电脉冲去外触发DG5 35数字延迟发生器 ,由DG5 35在设定的延迟时间后开启探测器快门并控制其曝光时间 ,从而使被测光信号与快门的打开达到同步 ,用芯径 1mm的塑料光纤从爆炸激波管端窗引出被测光信号至光谱仪色散后到达ICCD ,直接对环氧丙烷爆燃转爆轰 (DDT)的动态变化过程进行了实时光谱测量 ,拍摄到了环氧丙烷DDT过程不同时刻的、曝光时间为微秒量级的瞬态发射光谱。结果显示 ,在DDT初始阶段光辐射很弱 ,主要是原子线状光谱 ;在DDT中间阶段辐射已比较强 ,既有原子线状光谱 ,也有分子带状光谱以及热辐射背景 ;达到爆轰时光辐射强度呈数量级增加 ,原子线状谱、分子带状谱叠加在热辐射背景之上。  相似文献

为研究红外探测系统受激光辐照后的热效应与二次热辐射对探测器成像的影响,使用Ansys软件对红外探测器进行热辐射仿真和有限元结构仿真;采用黑体辐射定律和DO辐射计算模型模拟计算探测器内光学系统在不同激光辐照度下的温度随时间变化情况以及探测器内部温升对靶面成像的二次热辐射干扰情况;采用热弹性力学模型仿真计算探测器内部的热应力和热变形情况。结果表明:探测器受到1.06μm激光照射,矫正镜激光辐照度在50 W/cm2时,靶面受到二次热辐照度在0.6 s时达到100μW/cm2的量级,使红外探测器达到饱和;探测器受激光辐照后系统最高温度出现在矫正镜中心处,拟合得到系统最高温度与受照时间函数关系,可预测探测器升温结构破坏;最大热变形出现在矫正镜背面中心处,由外向内形成不等附加光程差,干扰探测器的成像效果;最大热应力出现在矫正镜前面中心处,得到最大热应力与激光辐照度间的线性关系曲线,为矫正镜热应力破坏提供预测参数。  相似文献

海冰是地球气候系统中的关键要素之一,为此设计了用于测量海冰光学特性的海冰高光谱辐射测量系统,可实现3个通道的同时测量,设计了2种类型的光学探头,解决了探头水密性的问题,搭配“L”型支架实现冰下辐射的现场测量。设计了双向反射率支架,搭配角度传感器可实现探头于任一角度位置对海冰双向反射率的测量。系统积分时间智能设定,实现了积分时间设定的最优化和自动化。解决了低温工作的难题。另外系统还集成了4个温度探头和1个全球定位系统GPS。通过在辽东湾附近海域对海冰的现场实验,验证了系统的可靠性及准确性。  相似文献

This work is devoted to the calculation of the concentration of radiation displacement defects (RDD) in bismuth germanate and bismuth silicate crystals as a function of particle energy (electrons and neutrons). Energy dependencies of RDD concentrations are discussed in comparison with results for other complex oxide crystals. The obtained results show that for the case of electron irradiation the radiation hardness of BSO and BGO should be similar to other oxide crystals, but for neutrons is drastically smaller. Additionally, for the neutron irradiation, the efficiency of the production of defects in the oxide sublattice is drastically smaller than for other oxide crystals.   相似文献

In Spain, a recent modification in the regulations of protection against ionizing radiation obligates to determine radon levels in particular workplaces like spas, mines and caves. Most of these workplaces may present extreme measurement conditions like high aerosol content, temperature, and humidity that can affect the radon detector response. In our laboratory we use to determine mean radon activity concentration in air with the nuclear track detector Makrofol DE covered with an aluminized Mylar foil and placed within the FzK FN diffusion chamber with a glass fibre filter. We have compared detector response using different filter configurations in common laboratory ambient conditions. The configuration with a better response (polyethylene filter) and our reference configuration took part in a study of the effect of different temperature and humidity on our detector response carried out in the INTE radon chamber. Results obtained did not show a significant difference between detector responses with both filters. However, when we exposed them for long periods to real environmental conditions at underground sites we could observe Mylar deterioration. To look in detail into a possible effect of long-term high-humidity exposures we exposed nine sets of detectors with three different polyethylene bags, first five sets under controlled conditions in the INTE radon chamber and then four sets in long-term exposures at high humidity environments. We have seen that the Mylar foil can be damaged depending on the duration of exposure. In a radon chamber exposure time is normally limited to a few days for practical and financial reasons; therefore, results do not show if humidity affects the glass fibre filter and detectors response. To analyse it we exposed detectors in a real humid environment up to a month where we already observed Mylar deterioration due to humidity but the possible impact on track density is hidden by the scattering of the results found, so a clear conclusion cannot be stated.  相似文献

In this experiment, the effect of magnetohydrodynamic (MHD) fluctuations in the hard X-ray radiation from the IR-T1 tokamak plasma is investigated. To reach this goal, the main parameters of plasma such as plasma current and loop voltage are measured. Also, the rake and poloidal Langmuir probes are used to calculate the radial and poloidal electric fields. To detect the hard X-ray radiation, a NaI-scintillator detector is used. To study on the MHD fluctuations, an array of 12 Mirnov coils is used. The obtained data are analyzed by using the singular value decomposition (SVD) algorithm. The wavelet spectrum of the dominant principal components of Mirnov coils is drawn. The results of wavelet and SVD analysis show that the hard X-ray radiation is increased with increasing the fluctuations of the dominant principal components (at the same time). It is also shown that the rate of hard X-ray radiation emitted from the tokamak plasma increased with increasing the MHD fluctuations. The energy of the system is wasted and reduced by these radiations. This an increase in the particle pressure of the plasma.  相似文献

Time measurements in detecting particles from radioactive radiation sources are one of the main types of measurements in many branches of science and engineering: nuclear physics, space researches, nuclear medicine. The developed precise time stamp generator DWDC (Discriminator With Digital Correction) with a dead time of 25 ns is intended for applications in basic research of matter. 针对空中目标在复杂背景下的探测需求,根据实际目标的运动特性,分析目标在飞行高度、飞行姿态角改变时的辐射特点,基于MODTRAN计算得到大气辐射和衰减数据,建立目标的三维模型、热辐射和反射模型,搭建空中目标的红外成像仿真系统.分析和仿真结果表明:在中波波段,目标尾焰的红外辐射比蒙皮强很多,在长波波段,蒙皮的红外辐射比较强,仿真图像的细节比较多,尾焰的红外辐射虽然有所减弱,红外成像效果依旧很好;相同探测条件下,由于位置越高大气越稀薄,探测器的可探测距离会变得比较远.目标红外辐射特性的分析和红外仿真系统的搭建对缩短红外探测器的研制周期和进一步确定探测器波段和系统分辨率等指标提供了参考依据.  相似文献

The principle of determining the topological charge of an optical vortex is suggested based on measuring the light field intensity and designing the corresponding detector. A mathematical model of the performance of the detector of topological vortex charge is presented. Results of numerical experiments imitating the vortex recognition in the presence of turbulence or (amplitude or phase) noise in registered radiation as well as of the displacement of the optical beam source and detector axes are presented. Principles are formulated of designing the position finder for an optical vortex (that is, the detector of vortex coordinates) that allows us to consider its realization in the form of mathematical and numerical model. Conditions of reliable operation of the vortex detector and singular optical communication line constructed on its basis are estimated. Dependencies of the probability of error in data transfer on the turbulence intensity, photodetector noise amplitude, and displacement of the optical axes are investigated for different coding algorithms (absolute and differential with fixed or adaptive threshold). The data of modeling confirm the results of analytical calculations.  相似文献

To perform radiometric calibration on super wide-angle staring infrared imaging system, the calibration experiment is carried out by using a standard blackbody source with a plate shape in laboratory, and the error analysis and data inversion are made based on the calibration results. Firstly, through analyzing the influencing factors including optical system, detector and signal processing circuit, the optical response model is established. Then, the radiometric calibration experiment is developed in the darkroom environment, and the error analysis is done from six aspects, which are the temperature and radiation instability of the black body, goniometer accuracy, angular resolution, the instability of detector output, data fitting error. Finally, according to the calibration results and the imaging characteristics of short-range airplane in the system, the infrared radiation intensity of aircraft target is calculated. The radiometric calibration and data inversion will benefit obtaining the target radiation characteristic during the system application, and can provide data reference for target detection, recognition, classification, so on.  相似文献
