A new triterpenoid saponin, 3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-glucopyranosyl subprogenin D (1), together with six known triterpenoids: subprogenin D (2), abrusgenic acid (3), triptotriterpenic acid B (4), abruslactone A (5), abrusogenin (6) and abrusoside C (7) were isolated from the leaves and stems of Abrus precatorius. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of physical and NMR analysis, respectively. Compounds 5 and 6 showed moderate cytotoxicity against MCF-7, SW1990, Hela, and Du-145 cell lines. Compounds 1, 2 and 4 were isolated from this plant for the first time.  相似文献

One new triterpenoid saponin orychoside A (1) and one new diterpene glucoside orychoside B (12), together with eleven known compounds, were isolated from the seeds of Orychophragmus violaceus. The structures of the new compounds were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic analysis. The known compounds were identified by comparison with data reported in the literature. All compounds were tested for their cytotoxic activities against the HepG2 and A549 cell lines in vitro. The new compound 1 exhibited potent cytotoxicity against the two cell lines with IC50 values of 7.13 and 8.77 μM, respectively. Compounds 2, 5, 8 and 9 were found to possess obvious cytotoxicity.  相似文献

A new ocotillol-type triterpenoid saponin, named 20(R)-pseudoginsenoside F(11) (1), was isolated along with pseudoginsenoside F(11) (2) from red American ginseng. The structure of the new saponin was elucidated as 6-O-[α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1?→?2)-β-D-glucopyranosyl]-dammar-20R, 24R-epoxy-3β, 6α, 12β, 25-tetraol by a combination analysis of NMR and mass spectrometry. A new compound 1 was isolated from the methanolic extract of the stems of the Caesalpinia pulcherrima Linn. along with a reported compound (2) 3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→4)-β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→3)-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)-α-L-arabinopyranosyl hederagenin 28-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester. The new compound 1 has m.p. 272–274°C, m.f. C46H74O17, [M]+ m/z 898. It was characterised as 3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→4)-α-L-arabinopyranosyl hederagenin 28-O-β-D- xylopyranosyl ester by various colour reactions, chemical degradations and spectral analyses. Antibacterial activity of compound 1 was screened against various Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria and showed significant results.  相似文献

Chemical investigation of the anomalous fruits of Gleditsia sinensis led to the isolation and identification of a new triterpenoid saponin, 3-O-β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1 → 2)-α-L-arabinopyranosyl-(1 → 6)-β-D-glucopyranosyl oleanolic acid 28-O-β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1 → 4)-α-L-rhamnopyrano--syl-(1 → 4)-β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1 → 4)-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1 → 3)-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester (1), along with other nine known compounds (210). All the isolates from this species were reported for the first time. The structure of Compound 1 was determined by a detailed analysis using various analytical techniques, including 1D and 2D NMR. In vitro antiproliferative activities of Compound 1 on MCF-7 and Hep-G2 tumor cell lines were evaluated. IC50 values against the two cell lines were 9.5 and 11.6 μM, respectively.  相似文献

A new biologically active triterpenoid saponin m.f. C42H68O13, m.p. 315 degrees-317 degrees C was isolated from the ethyl acetate soluble fraction of the methanolic extract of the leaves of Lepidagathis hyalina. Its structure was characterized as 3-beta-O-[alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1-->4)O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl]16-alpha-hydroxy-olean-12-en(13)-28-oic acid by several spectral and chemical analysis. Abstract

A saponin (1) with gypsogenin as aglycone was isolated from the roots of Pulsatilla cernua. The aglycone of compound 1 was considered as gypsogenin which was rarely found in this genus. Its structure was predicted by NMR-based “mosaic” method rapidly, and further confirmed on the basis of spectroscopic data, including 2D NMR spectra and chemical evidence. This work suggested that NMR-based mosaic method is suitable for most of saponins from common species of genus Pulsatilla.  相似文献
