The magnetic properties and 57Fe Mössbauer spectra of the compounds YTi(Fe1−xNix)11 were investigated. The compounds crystallize in a ThMn12-type structure when x < 0.7. The substitution of nickel for iron results in an increase in Curie temperature with x < 0.5, and a peak is observed in the composition dependance of saturation magnetization at x = 0.07. The Mössbauer effect measurements were carried out at room temperature with x equal to 0.00, 0.04, 0.08 and 0.20. The best fits indicate that nickel atoms preferentially occupy the j and f sites. A maximum was found in the variation of hyperfine field as a function of nickel content, which is in good agreement with the results of magnetic measurements.  相似文献

Mixed crystals (Sn1−xGex)S had been prepared by a reaction of solvochemically activated tin and activated germanium with elemental sulfur. The homogeneity of the samples and the sizes of the crystals depend on the annealing temperature. Nanocrystals and larger crystals exhibit characteristic planar defects. The defects real structure was reconstructed from HRTEM observations. Image simulations indicate that two models of the real structure are consistent with the experimental data. Both models are characterized by a combination of structural features of the high and low temperature phases of SnS.  相似文献

A specially designed thermo-electrochemical calorimeter was applied to measure the electrochemical Peltier heats (EPH) of Fe(CN) 6 3?/4? system at 295.15 K. The curves of the electrode potential changes and temperature changes against time for Fe(CN) 6 3?/4? couple with five groups of different concentrations were obtained under the condition of various constant-current polarizations. The EPH values for the considered electrode reaction are determined to be ?41.31, ?42.73, ?44.28, ?45.87, and ?46.65 kJ mol?1 at the respective concentrations of 0.125, 0.175, 0.225, 0.275, and 0.300 mol dm?3; and the EPH and the apparent enthalpy change corresponding to the infinite dilution to be ?37.42 and ?84.10 kJ mol?1 at 295.15 K, respectively.  相似文献

Polycrystalline samples of oxygen deficient perovskites SrFe1?xScxO3?δ (0  x  0.5) have been synthesized by direct solid state reactions. Each compound has been stabilized with two different oxygen stoichiometries. The structural study shows, firstly, the good cationic homogeneity of the samples and, secondly, that the Sc and Fe atoms are randomly distributed over the same crystallographic site, whatever the scandium content. This implies that no anionic order is possible. A detailed Mossbauer spectroscopy study clearly shows that the substitution of scandium for iron involves an oxygen content decrease which decreases the tetravalent iron content until its total disappearance for x = 0.5. The evolutions of the isomer shift, the quadrupolar splitting and the relative intensity versus the Sc3+ content are depicted in the present paper.  相似文献

The electrophysical properties of the multicomponent Zn2ZrO4 ? Zn2SnO4 ? ZnFe2O4 system are studied. The electrophysical parameters of solid solutions of Zn2 ? x (Zr a Sn b )1 ? x Fe2x O4 (x = 0–1.0, Δx = 0.1, a + b = 1) are determined. It is found that the formed solid solutions are semiconductors with electrophysical properties that change in a regular fashion with composition and are distinguished by high values of resistivity (107–1012 Ω cm).  相似文献

In this paper the technology of producing solid solutions of Csx(NH4)1?xLiSO4 using the slow evaporation method is presented. Appropriate conditions were chosen to grow large samples. The ammonium ion content in the solid solutions was determined using the Kjeldahl method. It was found that the real ammonium ion concentration is twice lower than the one applied in the initial substances. At room temperature, the base crystal, lithium cesium sulfate (CsLiSO4), is paraelastic, whereas lithium ammonium sulfate (NH4LiSO4) is ferroelectric. It is expected that as a result of substituting Cs+ ions with $ N{\text{H}}_{4}^{ + } $ N H 4 + ions, instead of the Cs+ ions, the modification of the ferroic properties of solid solutions of Csx(NH4)1?xLiSO4 will take place. Tests conducted with the use of the differential scanning calorimetry method (DSC) allowed the detection of the ferroelastic phase transition which takes place in these compounds. A gradual increase of temperature transition was observed from 202 K for the pure CsLiSO4 to 203.8 K for Cs0.90(NH4)0.10LiSO4 and 230.1 K for Cs0.85(NH4)0.15LiSO4 with the increase of $ N{\text{H}}_{4}^{ + } $ N H 4 + ions concentration. Using polarized light microscopy, a ferroelastic domain structure was detected in the examined solid solutions, which appeared below the structural phase transition temperature.  相似文献

Quasi-one-dimensional (1D) solid solutions Ti1 ? x Fe x (OCH2CH2O)2 ? x/2 (0 < x ≤ 0.1) with the structure of anatase were prepared by heating the glycolate Ti1 ? x Fe x (OCH2CH2O)2 ? x/2 in an atmosphere of air at a temperature of >450°C. The conditions of formation and the properties of the new glycolate Ti3Fe2(OCH2CH2O)9 were described. It was found that the synthesized Ti1 ? x Fe x O2 ? 2x/2 solid solutions exhibit photocatalytic activity in the reaction of hydroquinone oxidation in an aqueous solution on irradiation with UV light. A correlation between the rate of oxidation of hydroquinone and the concentration of iron in the catalyst was established. A procedure for the preparation of titanium dioxide with the structure of anatase doped with iron and carbon (Ti1 ? x Fe x O(2 ? x/2) ? yCy) and also composites on its basis, which contain an excess amount of carbon, was proposed.  相似文献

We have exploited the capacity of the "(SiP(iPr)(3))Fe(I)" scaffold to accommodate additional axial ligands and characterized the mononuclear S = ? H(2) adduct complex (SiP(iPr)(3))Fe(I)(H(2)). EPR and ENDOR data, in the context of X-ray structural results, revealed that this complex provides a highly unusual example of an open-shell metal complex that binds dihydrogen as a ligand. The H(2) ligand at 2 K dynamically reorients within the ligand-binding pocket, tunneling among the energy minima created by strong interactions with the three Fe-P bonds.  相似文献

An X-ray crystallographic study has allowed us to identify a solid solution of the type LiZnV1−xPxO4 (0≤ x ≤0.6) inside the binary system LiZnVO4-LiZnPO4. The structure is isotypic with the phenacite like LiZnVO4. X-ray diffraction patterns are indexed according to the lattice parameters of the trigonal system and the space group R3. The mother structure can be regarded as made of a three-dimensional network of LiO4, ZnO4 and VO4 tetrahedra all having one apex oriented along [001]. The peaks, observed on the curves of the thermal variation of the dielectric constants, have allowed us to recognize a phase transition whose temperature varies continuously along the solid solution.  相似文献

The effects of the substitution of chromium by manganese in Zr0.8Ti0.2(MnxCr1−x)Fe Laves phase alloys on the pressure-composition-isotherm (PCT) relations, especially on the plateau slopes and hysteresis, were systematically investigated by PCT measurements. There is no dependence of the hydrogen storage capacity on composition as manganese is substituted for chromium. Increasing manganese substitution increases the extent of hysteresis but decreases the degree of the plateau slopes as well as the hydride stability. This is caused by the more sensitive change in the equilibrium pressures for hydride formation than for hydride decomposition in the two-phase region as the alloy composition x varies. It is suggested from the above results that the compositional dependence of the PCT relations of the Zr0.8Ti0.2(MnxCr1−x)FeH2 system originates from the difference in nature of the hysteresis behavior between ZrMn2-type and ZrCr2-type Laves phase alloy systems, since the hysteresis energies show a drastic change around x = 0.5. The difference in hysteresis nature is probably related to the difference in mechanical properties of the alloy itself, i.e. between ZrCr2-type and ZrMn2-type Laves phases.  相似文献

The polycrystalline ceramic samples of general formula Pb1?X Ca X TiO3 with X = 0.00, 0.1, 0.2 and 0.3 have been synthesized by standard high temperature solid state reaction method using high purity oxide and carbonates. The formation of the single phase compounds have been checked by X-ray diffraction technique. The Modulated Differential Scanning Calorimetry has been used to investigate the effect of substitution on the phase transition temperature and the corresponding change on the enthalpy and other thermal parameters of the substituted compound/solid solutions. It was observed that the phase transition temperature (T c ) decreases linearly with the increase of substitution concentration. The linear decrease in T c with increase of substitution concentration may be useful for the eventual functionality of the materials for different ferroelectric devices. The results are discussed in detail.  相似文献

3-dimensional (3D) Fe−Co−LDH/MXene composite was synthesized by in-situ synthesis and assembly of Fe−Co−LDH rod around MXene under hydrothermal condition. Due to the unique 3D configuration and good conductivity, the obtained Fe−Co−LDH/MXene modified glassy carbon electrode (Fe−Co−LDH/MXene/GCE) showed excellent electrochemical activity for As(III) detection. Via square-wave anodic stripping voltammetry, the response current on Fe−Co−LDH/MXene/GCE had good linear relationship with As(III) concentrations (1∼1000 ppt) with superior sensitivity (0.22 μA ppt−1 cm−2) and low detection limit (0.9 ppt). The mechanism of As(III) adsorption was demonstrated. The electrode showed excellent anti-interference ability. Real water sample analysis demonstrated the Fe−Co−LDH/MXene/GCE was deployable in aqua-system.  相似文献

A Raman spectroscopy study at room temperature was carried out on (Pb1−xLax)(Zr0.90Ti0.10)1−x/4O3 ceramics (x = 2, 3, 4 at%). The results were analyzed considering the x-ray patterns at room temperature showing a mixture of two phases: a rombohedral-ferroelectric phase and an orthorhombic-antiferroelectric, increasing the% of the second one with the lanthanum concentration. For x = 3 at%, the analysis was also carried out in a wide temperature range. Two anomalies were evaluated, one around 363 K, which has been associated to a ferroelectric-antiferroelectric phase transition; the second one around 430 K, which has been associated to a transition from an incommensurable state to a ferroelectric phase.  相似文献
