From the whole plants and the roots of Gueldenstaedtia multiflora, which has been used in traditional Chinese medicine, five new oleanane glycosides and one lupane glycoside were isolated together with eight known oleanane glycosides and a medicarpin derivative. Two new furanoditerpene-lactones, LS-1 (1) and LS-2 (2), were isolated along with four known furanoditerpene-lactones 3, 4, 5 and 6 from the aerial part of Leonurus sibiricus L. The structures of the new compounds were determined by spectroscopic means. Compounds 1-6 isolated here exhibited moderate cytotoxic activity (IC(50)=50-60 microg/ml) against leukemia cells (L 1210) in tissue culture. 相似文献

从云南丽江产民间药物大花红景天(Rhodiola crenulata)根的乙醇提取物中分离得到10个化合物, 经化学方法和光谱数据分析, 10个化合物结构鉴定为: 山奈酚(1), 山奈酚7-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(2), 大花红景天苷(3), 草质素7-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(4), 草质素7-O-(3"-O-β-D-葡萄糖基)-α-L-鼠李糖苷(5), 大花红景天素(6),鞣花酸(7), 红景天苷(8), 没食子酸(9), 没食子酸乙酯(10)。其中化合物1, 2,3, 6, 7是首次从大花红景天中得到, 化合物3-为一新的山奈酚苷, 用13^C NMR,1^H-1^H COSY, 13^C-1^H COSY谱确证6为一种结构罕见的黄酮醇与苯丙素结合而成的化合物。 相似文献

Phytochemical investigations on Phyllanthus emblica have resulted in the isolation of the two new flavonoids, kaempferol-3-O-alpha-L-(6'-methyl)-rhamnopyranoside (1) and kaempferol-3-O-alpha-L-(6'-ethyl)-rhamnopyranoside (2). One new trimeric proanthocyanidin, epicatechin-(2beta-->O-->7, 4beta-->6)-epicatechin-(2beta-->O--->7, 4beta-->8)-epicatechin (5) and two new tetrameric proanthocyanidins, epicatechin-(2beta-->O-->7, 4beta-->8)-[epicatechin-(4beta-->6)]-epicatechin-(4beta-->8)-epicatechin, named as parameritannin A-1 (6), and epicatechin-(2beta-->O-->5, 4beta-->6)-[epicatechin-(2beta-->O-->7, 4beta-->8)]-epicatechin-(4beta-->8)-epicatechin, named as parameritannin A-2 (7), have been isolated from the bark of Parameria laevigata Moldenke (Apocynaceae) along with the two known dimers, proanthocyanidin A-2 (1) and proanthocyanidin A-6 (2), and two trimers, cinnamtannin B-1 (3) and aesculitannin B (4). Five new xanthones, 1,3,6-trihydroxy-5-methoxy-4-prenylxanthone (1), 1,3,5-trihydroxy-6-methoxy-2-prenylxanthone (2), 1,3,5-trihydroxy-4-(3-hydroxy-3-methylbutyl) xanthone (3), 1,3,6-trihydroxy-4-prenylxanthone (4), 3,6-dihydroxy-1,5-dimethoxyxanthone (5) and one new flavonoid, 3,5,7,4'-tetrahydroxy-2'-methoxyflavone (6) along with seven known xanthones and seven known flavonoids were isolated from the bark of Anaxagorea luzonensis A. 从罗汉松科植物竹柏(Podocarpus nagi(thunb.)Zoll.ct Mor.ex Zoll.)种子中分得七种成分。根据理化性质、波谱数据及化学反应鉴定为竹柏内酯A(1)、1-去氧-2α-羟基竹柏内酯A(3)、竹柏内酯苷A(4)、柳杉酚(5)、β-谷甾醇及蔗糖, 其中4是新化合物, 5是首次从该植物中分得。生物试验表明, 二萜双内酯化合物1-3具有较强的细胞毒作用, 4 无效。对2及3进行了结构改造, 提示了它们的构效关系。 相似文献

Two flavanones, 5,2',6'-trihydroxy-7,8-dimethoxyflavanone (1), 5,2',6'-trihydroxy-6,7,8-trimethoxyflavanone (2) and their 2'-O-β-D-glucosides (3, 4), and a neoclerodane-type diterpene, 15-demethoxyscupolin I (5), together with twenty-eight known compounds were isolated from the extracts of Lagochilus leiacanthus. The structures of the new compounds were determined by spectroscopic means. The two new flavanones and some known flavonoids showed the inhibitory activity on the release of β-hexosaminidase from RBL-2H3 cells. 相似文献

Two novel norhumulene-type sesquiterpenes, named mikaniahumulene I (1) and II (2) were isolated along with nine known compounds, seven kaurenic acid-type diterpenes (3-9), a coumarin (10) and a flavone (11), from the aerial parts of Mikania hirsutissima DC (Compositae). The structures of new norhumulenes were determined by spectroscopic means. The cytotoxic activities of isolated compounds against leukemia cells (L 1210) were investigated; among the isolated compounds, 1, 5, 8, and 11 showed relatively strong cytotoxicity. 相似文献
