针对冷链物流同时送取货车辆路径优化问题,分析冷链物流配送中的车辆固定成本、行驶成本、制冷成本和货损成本等成本构成,以总成本最小化为目标,将冷链物流配送的送货和取货业务综合到每一个客户节点,建立单个配送中心和多个客户节点的冷链物流配送车辆路径优化模型,并采用遗传算法进行求解,算例分析验证了所建模型和设计算法的适用性和可行性,结果表明优化后的同时送取货车辆配送方案能够降低配送成本,提高配送效率,研究结论对冷链物流配送决策具有重要的参考价值. 相似文献

为实现现有物流配送中心的优化管理的目的,利用DEA方法对已有配送中心的效率进行评估.根据评估的结果代入选址分析模型中,得到物流配送中心再选址的DEA评估规划模型,以配送收益与物流成本之差作为目标函数,以供需均衡关系、配送中心流出量与流入量平衡、选址变量与流量内在联系构建约束条件,通过算例并借助于MATLAB软件验证了模型的有效性. 相似文献

考虑到战时物资需求的紧迫性和保障资源的有限性,从决策者的角度出发,以军事物流系统总体供应时间最短为目标,构建了两级军事配送网络的定位-运输路线安排模型,并给出一种启发式算法.算法分为两个阶段,首先利用蚁群算法和线性规划的方法解决运输路线安排问题,然后运用贪婪搜索算法解决军事物流配送中心选址问题.最终,将两种算法结合起来进行逐步搜索,从而得到模型的解,并运用实例说明了算法的有效性和可行性. 相似文献

针对冷链物流配送的特殊性,探索冷链物流车辆路径问题(VRP)优化方案.首先,在保证货物不超载的条件下,建立基于时间和品质因素的顾客满意度约束的多配送中心VRP(MDVRP)模型;其次,采用重心分区法和改进的精英单亲遗传算法,求解顾客在配送中心的分配,确定配送车辆数以及顾客服务次序;最后,用Matlab工具编程对模型进行求解分析.结果表明构建基于满意度的冷链物流MDVRP模型更适合冷链物流配送最优路径选择,并且改进单亲遗传算法能够有效求解这类问题. 相似文献

A model that combines an inventory and location decision is presented, analyzed and solved. In particular, we consider a single distribution center location that serves a finite number of sales outlets for a perishable product. The total cost to be minimized, consists of the transportation costs from the distribution center to the sales outlets as well as the inventory related costs at the sales outlets. The location of the distribution center affects the inventory policy. Very efficient solution approaches for the location problem in a planar environment are developed. Supply chain network operations management of a blood banking system with cost and risk minimization
Blood service operations are a key component of the healthcare system all over the world and yet the modeling and the analysis
of such systems from a complete supply chain network optimization perspective have been lacking due to their associated unique
challenges. In this paper, we develop a generalized network optimization model for the complex supply chain of human blood,
which is a life-saving, perishable product. In particular, we consider a regionalized blood banking system consisting of collection
sites, testing and processing facilities, storage facilities, distribution centers, as well as points of demand, which, typically,
include hospitals. Our multicriteria system-optimization approach on generalized networks with arc multipliers captures many
of the critical issues associated with blood supply chains such as the determination of the optimal allocations, and the induced
supply-side risk, as well as the induced cost of discarding the waste, while satisfying the uncertain demands as closely as
possible. The framework that we present is also applicable, with appropriate modifications, to the optimization of other supply

We propose a profit maximization model for the decision support system of a firm that wishes to establish or rationalize a multinational manufacturing and distribution network to produce and deliver finished goods from sources to consumers. The model simultaneously evaluates all traditional location factors in a manufacturing and distribution network design problem and sets intra-firm transfer prices that take account of tax and exchange rate differentials between countries. Utilizing the generalized Benders decomposition approach, we exploit the partition between the product flow and the cash allocation (i.e., the pricing and revenue assignment) decisions in the supply chain to find near optimal model solutions. Our proposed profit maximizing strategic planning model produces intuitive results. We offer computational experiments to illustrate the potential valuable guidance the model can provide to a firm's supply chain design strategic planning process. 相似文献

Advertising and dynamic pricing play key roles in maximizing profit of a firm. In this paper a joint dynamic pricing and advertising problem for perishable products is investigated, where the time-varying demand rate is decreasing in sales price and increasing in goodwill. A dynamic optimization model is proposed to maximize total profit by setting a joint pricing and advertising policy under the constraint of a limited advertising capacity. By solving the dynamic optimization problem on the basis of Pontryagin’s maximum principle, the analytical solutions of the optimal joint dynamic pricing and advertising policy are obtained. Additionally, to highlight the advantage of the joint dynamic strategy, the case of the optimal advertising with static pricing policy is considered. Numerical examples are presented to illustrate the validness of the theoretical results, and some managerial implications for the pricing and advertising of the perishable products are provided. 相似文献

Flying-V是一种典型的非传统布局方式,根据其布局方式的特性,针对仓储货位分配优化问题,以货物出入库效率最高和货物存放的重心最低为优化目标,建立了货位分配多目标优化模型,并采用自适应策略的遗传算法(GA),以及粒子群算法(PSO)进行求解。根据货位分配的优化特点,在GA算法的选择、交叉和变异环节均采用自适应策略, 同时采用惯性权重线性递减的方法设计了PSO算法,有效地解决了两种算法收敛速度慢和易“早熟”的问题,提高了算法的寻优性能。为了更好地表现两种优化求解算法的有效性和优越性,结合具体的货位分配实例利用MATLAB软件编程实现。通过对比分析优化结果表明,PSO算法在收敛速度和优化效果方面相比于自适应GA算法更具有优势,更加合适于解决Flying-V型仓储布局货位分配优化问题。 相似文献

针对城市物流配送优化研究在客户服务时间窗和货物装载方式合理结合方面存在的不足,考虑物流配送车厢货物装载方式与客户访问序列相关的特征对车厢空间进行合理的区域划分。首先,构建了包含配送中心的固定成本、配送车辆的运输成本、维修成本、租赁成本和违反时间窗惩罚成本的物流运营成本最小化和配送车辆空间利用率最大化的双目标优化模型;然后,提出一种结合遗传算法(GA)全局搜索能力和禁忌搜索算法(TS)局部搜索能力的GA-TS混合算法求解模型;最后,结合重庆市某配送中心的三维装载物流配送实例数据进行了优化计算,实验结果给出了带时间窗的三维装载物流配送路径优化方案,并进行了不同车厢空间分区模式下平均装载率、物流运营成本和车辆使用数的比较分析。研究表明,当客户需求货物种类数与车辆的空间区域划分数相等且按货物类型进行区域划分时,物流运营成本最小,配送车辆使用数最少和车辆平均装载率最高。 相似文献

The minimax optimization model introduced in this paper is an important model which has received some attention over the past years. In this paper, the application of minimax model on how to select the distribution center location is first introduced. Then a new algorithm with nonmonotone line search to solve the non-decomposable minimax optimization is proposed. We prove that the new algorithm is global Convergent.
