Mesoporous silica materials were synthesized using tetraеthoxysilane as precursor and liquid crystals formed in aqueous mixtures of cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB) and sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) as templates, without and with the addition of NaBr or Na2SO4. For this purpose, the formation of liquid crystals as a function of the ratio of CTAB and SDS under different conditions was studied. It was found that liquid crystals formed in the mixed system of CTAB and SDS at certain mixing ratios are well-structured templates for the synthesis of mesoporous silicas. The synthesized silica materials were characterized by transmission electron microscope and nitrogen adsorption/desorption analysis. The pore size of mesoporous silicas could be controlled between 3 to 6 nm by simply changing the concentration of NaBr in solution. The mesoporous silicas exhibited lamellar structure and the order of structural arrangement was promoted with addition of NaBr. However, addition of Na2SO4 led to ink-bottle type pores of mesoporous silica with a narrow pore size distribution of around 2 nm and a higher specific surface area of 610 m2 g–1.  相似文献

Using composite surfactant templates, polyoxyethylene (20) oleyl ether (Brij98) and cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB), as structure-directing agents, N and La co-doped mesoporous TiO2 complex photocatalysts were synthesized successfully. The micromorphology of co-doped mesoporous TiO2 samples was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), Fourier transformed infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), energy-dispersive X-ray spectrometer (EDS) and N2 adsorption-desorption measurements. The results indicated that the complex photocatalyst prepared with a molar ratio of Brij98:CTAB=1:1 showed a uniform pore size of ca. 7 nm and a high specific surface area (SBET) of 279.0 m2 g−1, and exhibited the highest photocatalytic activity for degradation of papermaking wastewater under ultra-violet light irradiation. The chemical oxygen demand (CODcr) percent degradation was about 73% in 12 h and chroma percent degradation was 100% in 8 h.  相似文献

A new titanium-rich highly ordered 2-D hexagonal mesoporous titanium silicate has been synthesized using a mixture of cationic (cetyltrimethylammonium bromide, CTAB) and non-ionic (Brij-35, C12H25-(OC2H4)23-OH, a polyether and aliphatic hydrocarbon chain surfactant) mixed surfactant system as the supramolecular structure directing agent (SDA) in the presence of tartaric acid (TA) as a mineralizer of Ti(IV). XRD, N2 adsorption and TEM data suggested the presence of mesophase with hexagonal pore arrangements and the UV-visible, FT IR and XPS studies suggested the incorporation of mostly tetrahedral titanium (IV) species in the highly ordered silica network. This mesoporous titanium silicate material showed excellent catalytic activity and selectivity in the epoxidation of styrene using dilute aqueous H2O2 as oxidant.  相似文献

Mono- and bifunctional mesoporous silicas containing the thiourea group ≡Si(CH2)3NHC(S)NHC2H5 or thiourea and various nitrogen-containing groups [≡Si(CH2)3NH2, ≡Si(CH2)3NH(CH2)2NH2, or {≡Si(CH2)3}2NH], respectively, in the surface layer were prepared by template syntheses with cetylpyridinium chloride as a template. The synthesized samples had well-developed porous structures (S sp = 750–1150 m2/g, V c = 0.51–0.72 cm3/g, and d = 2.4–3.5 nm) and high functional group contents (1.0–2.0 mmol/g). Hydrothermal treatment of the mesophases in a mother liquor at 80°C (24 h) improved the structure-adsorption characteristics of the functionalized mesoporous silicas.  相似文献

It was investigated whether interferences from surfactants in anodic stripping voltammetry (ASV) could be remedied by the anionic surfactant sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) which causes little or no interference in itself. Cadmium and lead were used as test analytes, and measurements were performed in acetate buffer as well as in 0.1 M HNO3. One hundred parts per million of the interfering surfactant was added. SDS eliminated severe interference from the non-ionic surfactants Triton© X-100 and dodecyl octaethylene glycol ether as well as from the polymer polyethylene glycol 6000 and from the cationic surfactant cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide. SDS could not remedy the extraordinarily severe interference from the cationic surfactant cetyl pyridinium chloride. Two anionic surfactants were also tested as interferents but they had little detrimental effect on the ASV signals. The effect of SDS was explained by the formation of mixed micelles which scavenge the interferent in the bulk solution and by competitive displacement of the interferent at the electrode surface.  相似文献

Aryl and Aryne Complexes of Group Six Transition Metals. Preparation of [Mo(p-C6H4CH3)6(Li · OC4H10)3] und [W(p-C6H4CH3)4(C6H3CH3)2(Li · OC4H10)4] and NMR Spectroscopic Investigation of the W Complex Molybdenum(V) chloride reacts with an etheral solution of p-tolyllithium (molar ratio 1:10) to yield a yellow, strongly paramagnetic hexatolylo complex ([MoTol6(Li · S)3]1) (μeff = 3.51 B.M.), while from tungsten(V) bromide and p-tolyllithium (molar ratio 1:11) a blackish violet, diamagnetic complex [WTol4Tn2(Li · S)4] is formed, containing two tolylene or tolyne groups for ligands. The 1H-NMR spectrum points to the Tol-ligands being influenced by the methyl groups of the Tn-ligands.  相似文献

Micellization behavior of cationic monomeric surfactants, hexadecyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB), cetylpyridinium bromide (CPB), cetylpyridinium chloride (CPC), tetradecyltrimethylammonium bromide (TTAB), and dimeric (gemini) cationic surfactant pentamethylene‐1, 5‐bis(hexadecyldimethylammonium bromide) with formula C16H33(CH3)2N+(CH2)5N+(CH3)2C16H33 · 2Br?, abbreviated as 16‐5‐16, in mixed states (binary) have been studied by conductivity. The micellar compositions, activities of the components, and their mutual interactions have been estimated from Rubingh's theory. Xerogels containing residues of amide derivatives of phosphonic and thiophosphonic acids, ≡Si(CH2)3NHP(S, O)(OC2H5)2 (functional group concentration of 1.3–2.2 mmol/g) have been prepared by a sol-gel method. It has been shown that xerogels having a developed porous structure (with specific surface areas of 240–485 m2/g, pore volumes of 0.20–0.50 cm3/g, and pore diameters of 3.6–6.5 nm) are formed at tetraethoxysilane-to-trifunctional silane ratios of 4: 1 (and above) and 6: 1 (and above) for the derivatives of phosphonic and thiophosphonic acids, respectively. The IR and 13C CP/MAS NMR spectroscopy data have demonstrated that the surface layer of the xerogels contains not only (thio)phosphonic acid residues, but also silanol groups and water molecules participating in hydrogen bonding. The 29Si CP/MAS NMR spectroscopy data have indicated that structural groups are, for the most part, contained in structural units T3 [(≡SiO)3Si(CH2)3NHP(O, S)(OC2H5)2] and T2 [(≡SiO)2Si(OR)[(CH2)3NHP(O, S)(OC2H5)2] (R = H or C2H5).  相似文献

以两亲长链离子液体(氯化-1-十六烷基-3-甲基咪唑)为模板剂,采用水热合成方法,分别合成了含铁、钴和镍的立方介孔分子筛MCM-48。通过XRD、TEM、ICP-AES、FTIR、UV-Vis和N2吸附/脱附实验对其结构和形态进行了表征,并考察了钴掺杂量和模板剂用量对合成立方相结构的影响。结果表明,用该方法合成的试样具有较高的比表面积和规则的立方介孔孔道结构等特征;相对于铁和镍的掺杂试样,钴物种能以四面体的结构稳定地存在于立方介孔分子筛骨架中。  相似文献

以拟薄水铝石为铝源、水玻璃为硅源、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵为模板剂,在110℃时水热晶化合成了含Al的MCM-41介孔分子筛.采用X射线衍射(XRD)、N2吸附-脱附、固体29Si、27Al魔角旋转核磁共振技术(MASNMR)、扫描电镜(SEM)及吡啶吸附傅里叶变换红外(FTIR)光谱技术对AlMCM-41分子筛进行了表征.结果表明:AlMCM-41分子筛具有六方排列的孔道结构,同时具有很高的相对结晶度、比表面积和孔容,且孔分布单一;AlMCM-41分子筛中Si原子在骨架内键合的程度更高,使AlMCM-41分子筛具有更好的骨架晶化程度;同时具有四配位骨架铝,使AlMCM-41介孔分子筛具有适当的酸性.  相似文献

The interaction of nonionic diblock copolymer poly(ethylene oxide butylene oxide) (E62B22) with a cationic surfactant cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB) and anionic surfactant sodium dodecyl sulphate (SDS) were studied using surface tension, conductivity, and dynamic laser light scattering techniques. Surface tension measurements were used to determine critical micelle concentration and thereby its free energy of adsorption (ΔGads), free energy of micellization (ΔGm), surface excess concentration (Γ), and minimum area per molecule (A). Conductivity measurements were used to determine critical micelle concentration (CMC) critical aggregation concentration (CAC) at different temperatures, enthalpy of micellization (ΔHm), free energy of micellization and entropy of micellization (ΔSm). Changes in physicochemical properties of the micellized block copolymer were studied by using dynamic laser light scattering. The effect of surfactant on the size and properties of block copolymer has also been discussed.  相似文献

Phase behavior of mixed sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) and cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB) aqueous solution was studied. The rheological properties and microstructure were investigated using a rheostat and freeze-fracture technique and are shown to be closely related to the phase behavior. Experimental investigations reveal two symmetrical aqueous two-phase systems (ATPS) in the ternary phase diagram of SDS/CTAB/H2O system. In the surfactant rich phase of ATPS or in the adjacent stoichiometric state of ATPS, the system has high viscosity because of its long range ordered structure. Lamellar phase was found in the high viscosity samples in which the cationic and anionic surfactant are in 1: 3 or 3: 1 stoichiometry. In addition, the viscosity has a tendency to increase when salt was added to the solution. The viscosity increase is due to the salt can screen the repulsion between different charged headgroups and thus reduces the effective size of surfactants and facilitates the spherical or rod likes micelles to be transformed to worm-like micelles which can form hexagonal or liquid crystal phases. Large-size salt ions like sodium sulfate (especially organic salt ions) have more significant effect on the surfactant solution viscosity. The text was submitted by the authors in English.  相似文献

将一种新型Gemini表面活性剂,丙撑基双(十八烷基二甲基氯化铵)[C18H37(CH3)2–N+–(CH2)3–N+–(CH3)2C18H37]Cl2(C18-3-18),作为介孔模板剂用于水热法合成介孔ZSM-5分子筛.结果表明,在130 oC低温晶化即可高效合成介孔ZSM-5分子刷.C18-3-18的加入量可影响到所合成介孔ZSM-5分子筛的相对结晶度和织构性质,它的形成遵从一个转晶过程.在合成初期,凝胶中介孔模板剂C18-3-18的使用导向了介孔材料的生成;随后在TPABr的模板作用下,介孔材料慢慢转晶生成具有MFI结构的介孔ZSM-5;然后所合成的介孔ZSM-5晶粒进一步长大并聚集形成块状颗粒,同时产生晶间介孔.C18-3-18作为介孔导向剂不仅可用于合成介孔ZSM-5分子筛,也可用于其它介孔分子筛的合成中.  相似文献

The adsorption of two common organophosphorus pesticides, diethoxy-[(2-isopropyl-6-methyl-4-pyrimidinyl)oxy]-thioxophosphorane (diazinon) and dimethoxy-(3-methyl-4-nitrophenoxy)-thioxophosphorane (fenitrothion), by MCM-41 and MCM-48 mesoporous silicas at room temperature was investigated. UVvis and IR spectroscopy, small-angle X-ray diffraction, and the specific surface area analysis (S BET) were used to study the adsorption behavior of diazinon and fenitrothion. The results show that the MCM-41 and MCM-48 mesoporous silicas adsorb diazinon more efficiently than fenitrothion. The extraction of adsorbed materials from the adsorbents with polar solvents and subsequent analysis by 31P NMR showed that the adsorption of diazinon and fenitrothion on mesoporous silicas is destructive and non-destructive, respectively. Nitrogen adsorption measurements showed that the specific surface area of both silicas decreases after the adsorption of pesticides, and the larger effect is observed for diazinon. The reaction of Ru3(CO)12 with 2(diphenylphosphino)ethyl-triethoxysilane (DPTS) in hydrocarbons, leads to the functionalized Ru3(CO)12−n [Ph2P(CH2)2Si(OEt3)] n (n = 1,2) complexes. The complex with two phosphine substituents was chemically anchored on mesoporous silicas, SBA-15 and MCM-41, in order to obtain two hybrid materials characterized by a different localization of the metal centre on the surface of the porous supports. A detailed investigation of the cluster, before and after chemical anchoring on the mesoporous silicas, was pursued. Particular attention was also devoted to the study of the morphological, structural and textural properties of the metal-functionalised silicas (Ru/SBA-15 and Ru/MCM-41) by infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction and N2 physisorption analysis.  相似文献

Aminopropyl-functionalized mesoporous silicas, NH2-MCM-41 and NH2-SBA-15, as absorbents were utilized for rapid extraction, preconcentration and determination of trace amounts of silver. Flow rates of sample and eluent, pH, eluent solution, type, concentration and the least amount of eluent for desorption of silver ions were optimized; moreover, break through volume and the effect of various cationic interferences on the sorption of silver were evaluated. The extraction efficiency of silver ions was greater than 95% for MCM-41-NH2 and 85% for SBA-15-NH2 and the limit of detection (LOD) was less than 4 ng mL?1 for both functionalized mesoporous silicas. The preconcentration factor was greater than 210 and the relative standard deviation (RSD) was <2%. The adsorption capacity of the mesoporous silicas is higher than 143 mg g?1 for NH2-MCM-41 and 137 mg g?1 for NH2-SBA-15. Under similar experimental conditions the results for these solid phases were compared with each other. NH2-SBA-15, in spite of larger pore size diameter and adsorption of silver ions in higher flow rates has lower recovery and a higher RSD compared to MCM-41. This method has been applied to determine silver in photographic emulsions and real samples.  相似文献

Molecular sieves MCM-41 were synthesized from rice husk ash (RHA) as alternative sources of silica, called RHA MCM-41. The material was synthesized by a hydrothermal method from a gel with the molar composition 1.00 CTMABr:4.00 SiO2:1.00 Na2O:200.00 H2O at 100 °C for 120 h with pH correction. The cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTMABr) was used as a structure template. The material was characterized by X-ray powder diffraction, FTIR, TG/DTG, and surface area determination by the BET method. The kinetics models proposed by Ozawa, Flynn–Wall, and Vyazovkin were used to determine the apparent activation energy for CTMA+ species decomposition from the pores of MCM-41 material. The results were compared with those obtained from the MCM-41 synthesized with silica gel. The synthesized material had specific surface area, size, and pore volume as specified by mesoporous materials developed from conventional sources of silica.  相似文献

以三乙氧基硅基苯((C2H5O)3Si-Ph,((triethoxysilyl)benzene,TESB)以及正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)的混合液为硅源,以溴代十六烷基吡啶(CPBr)为模板剂,在HCl介质中合成了苯官能化的有机-无机杂化介孔分子筛MCM-41。对合成的分子筛用FT-IR、PXRD、TEM、N2吸附-脱附等手段进行了表征。结果表明,合成的苯官能化的有机-无机杂化介孔分子筛具有良好的介孔孔道结构。用三甲基氯硅烷对分子筛表面的Si-OH进行了封端处理,用氯磺酸对合成的苯官能化的有机-无机杂化介孔分子筛进行了磺酰化,并与各种二胺进行了反应。  相似文献

以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵为模板剂,正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)为硅源,硝酸铈为铈源,采用水热法合成了杂原子介孔分子筛Ce-MCM-41。XRD和FT-IR表征结果表明,当加入的Ce/Si物质的量比小于0.04时合成了规整有序的介孔结构,并将Ce原子引入到MCM-41骨架中。N2吸附-脱附测试获得MCM-41和Ce-MCM-41(Ce/Si物质的量比为0.04)的平均孔径分别为2.82和2.46 nm,孔容分别为0.762 1和 0.689 4 m3/g,BET比表面积分别为986.42和756.8 m2/g。NH3-TPD表征结果表明,Ce-MCM-41的酸性要明显强于MCM-41,但两种分子筛的酸性均较弱。利用合成的MCM-41和Ce-MCM-41吸附脱除甲硫醚浓度为58 μg(甲硫醚)/g的甲硫醚/氮气混合气中的甲硫醚。甲硫醚分子尺寸的模拟结果为0.464 8 nm,可以很容易地进入分子筛的介孔孔道中。由于Ce-MCM-41分子筛具有较多的酸量,其硫吸附容量7.52 mg(S)/g明显高于MCM-41的4.57 mg(S)/g。MCM-41和Ce-MCM-41都具有较好的再生性能,再生3次后硫吸附容量仍可恢复到初始容量的80%,分别为3.52和 5.86 mg(S)/g。  相似文献
