A new complex of a chiral monoaza-crown ether, [R-(-)-2-ethyl-N-benzyl-4,7,10,13-tetraoxa-8,9-benzo-1-azacyclopentadec-8-ene...NaClO4], has been prepared and studied by x-ray diffraction. The compound crystallizes in space group P21 with cell dimensions a = 8.721(1), b = 16.318(2), c = 8.905(1) Å, = 100.80(1)°. The sodium cation is heptacoordinated and located significantly out of the best plane of the macrocycle ring. The donor atoms of the macrocycle are in the half-chair arrangement.  相似文献

A novel Pd(II) Benzo-15-crown-5 complex [Na(B15C5)]2[Pd(SCN)4] has been isolated and characterized by IR and X-ray diffraction analysis.The crystal structure belongs to monoclinic,space group P21/n with cell dimensions,a=1.0164(6),b=1.3743(3),c=1.4987(7) nm,b=95.248(6)o ,V=2.0847nm3,Z=2,F(000)=944,R=0.053,Rw=0.072.The compound consists of two [Na(B15C5)]+ complex cations and a [Pd(SCN)4]2- complex anion.Each sodium ion is coordinated by five crown ether oxygen atoms and one N atom from the SCN group of [Pd(SCN)4]2- to form stable neutral complex.  相似文献

The crystal structure of a new complex of a diaza-crown ether having two side arms has been determined from X-ray diffraction data. The compound crystallizes in space group P1 with cell dimensions a = 9.982(1), b = 10.685(1), c = 20.376(2)Å, = 81.09(1), = 80.92(1), = 88.43(1)0, Z = 2. The structure has been solved by direct methods and refined to the final R value of 0.053 for 3458 observed reflections and 424 parameters. The diaza-18-crown-6 ligand adopts an approximate D3d conformation. The Na+ ion is held inside the molecular cavity of this macroring ligand and a ClO-4 oxygen coordinates with Na+. The average Na–-O (18-crown-6) and Na–-N bond lengths are 2.426(4) and 2.786(5)Å, respectively; the Na–-O (ClO-4) bond length is 2.472(4)Å. The mean cavity radius is 1.10 Å and the NN nonbonding distance is 4.605(6)Å.  相似文献

The title compound is a bifunctional receptors including a thiourea group and a crown ether ring. Due to many possible potentials as a new class of reagents for membrane transports,ion-selective electrodes as well as reaction catalysts, the design and synthesis of bifunctional receptors for simultaneous binding of cations and anions is of ongoning interest in srprarnolecular chemistry1-5. In bifunctional receptors, the binding sites for anions and cations are covalently linked so as to exhibit allosteric or cooperative complexation where the binding affinity for anions(cations)is modified as a result of the cation(anion) complexation.Literature[6] reported that the ability of the thiourea group to bind anions is significantly enhanced when Na+ is bound to the crown moiety. To date, however only a few receptors of this class have been reported.6-8In this paper, we report an improved procedure under microwave irradiation that gives higher yields of title compound and needs fewer reaction times than traditional method.The structure of this compound was determined by IR ,element analysis and X-ray analysis.Scheme 1 The reaction equationThe crystal belongs to triclinic crystal system, P-1 space group, a=0.9547(0)nm, b=1.3637(3)nm,c=1.6029(3)nm, α =75.33(3) , β =83.62(3) , γ =70.99(3) ,Z=4,Dc=1.335g/cm3,F(000)=816,R1= 0.0557 ,wR2=0.1281. A cyanine chromoionophore1 has been synthesised and its photophysical properties have been investigated. Complexation with alkali metal cations (Li+ and Na+) brings about a significant shift in the absorption and emission spectra to shorter wavelengths, which is accompanied by an enhancement in the fluorescence quantum yield. These effects can be attributed to the suppression of intramolecular charge transfer processes of the cyanine dye, brought about by complexation with the metal cations. The complex dimethylgallium- [4-nitro-2-(N-benzo-15-crown-5)-1-phenoxide ](C23H31N2O7Ga) has been synthesized by the method reported.The crystal X-ray diffraction analysis shows that the crystal belongs to the triclinic with space group P1, M = 517.23 and the unit cell parameters: a = 1.4501 (2), b = 1.5090(2), c = 1.3865 (6)nm, a = 105.58(1 ), β = 117.26(2), γ = 66.812(8)°, V= 2.464546nm3, Z =4, Dc = 1.39g·cm-3, u = 11.6cm-1, F(000) = 1080, R = 0.051, Rw = 0.064.The coordination number of Ga is four and the gallium atom is located in a distorted tetrahedron structure.  相似文献

用凝胶法合成了标题化合物[NH4(15-C-5)2][Cd2(SCN)5](15-C-5=C10H20O5)的晶体,并对其进行了红外光谱、元素分析等各项物理性质的测试,并经X射线单晶结构分析得到了配合物的全部晶体学数据:Mr=973.78,正交晶系,空间群Pnma,晶胞参数a=10.507(1)A,b=16.584(2)A,c=23.494(2)A,V=4093.8(3)A3,Z=4,Dc=2.580g/cm3,μ=13.31cm(-1),F(000)=1968,R=0.070,Rω=0.085。结构分析结果表明,配阳离子是由一个NH4+和两个15-C-5组成的,NH4+没有进入15-C-5空腔内,而是位于两个15-C-5之间,呈夹心结构;配阴离子是以[Cd2(SCN)5]为单元的阴离子长键,其中一组SCN-被四个Cd离子共享,其余两组SCN-被两个Cd离子共享,呈变形八面体构型。配阳离子[NH4(15-C5)2]+和配阴离子[Cd2(SCN)5]-间靠静电力结合成配合物晶体。  相似文献

New chiral monoaza-15-crown-5 ethers have been synthesised from 1,2:5,6-di-O-isopropylidene-D-mannitol. The substituent at the nitrogen atom has a major influence on the cation extraction ability of the azacrown. These sugar-based crown ethers show asymmetric induction as chiral phase transfer catalysts in the Michael addition of 2-nitropropane to chalcone (67% ee).  相似文献

The alkali metal- and ammonium picrate extracting ability of d-glucose- and d-mannose-based 15-crown-5 ethers and related lariat ethers was investigated in dichloromethane – water system. A heteroatom was waried in the crown ether containing a 4,6-O-benzylidene-α-d-glucopyranoside unit 6, (X=O), 2 (X=S) and 8a (X=NH). Extracting ability of the latter species (8a) was excellent (97–99%) in regard of all cations (Li+, Na+, K+, Rb+, Cs+ and NH4+) examined, it was not, howewer, selective. Introduction of a side arm on the nitrogen atom of 8a decreased the extracting ability, but increased the selectivity. In this series of compounds (8bf, 4), 4 with a pyridylethyl substituent allowed the extraction of sodium picrate in 72%. The glucose-based macrocycles 8a, 8e and 8f formed a stronger complex with the cations examined than the mannose-based analogues 9a, 9e and 9f, that can be explained by the all-gauche conformation of the former ones. It was pointed out that in the case of crowns with tertiary amine moieties, the basicity increases the quantity of the picrates extracted. According to complex forming measurements by FAB-MS, the best sodium ion selectivity was achieved by the γ-hydroxypropyl substituted lariat ether (8e). Possible structures of the complexes formed by the two types of monosacharides with sodium cation were evaluated by molecule modelling calculations.  相似文献
