Abstract

A series of new 2‐amino‐3‐cyano‐4‐aryl‐1,4,5,6‐tetrahydrobenzo[h]chromenes derivatives were synthesized by the reaction of malononitrile with 2‐arylmethylidene‐3, 4‐dihydro‐1(2H)‐naphthalenone in N,N‐dimethylformamide (DMF) at 80°C catalyzed by KF‐Al2O3. The structure of the product was confirmed by x‐ray analysis.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

An efficient and green approach for synthesizing chromeno[2,3-b]pyridine derivatives through one-pot three-component reactions of salicylaldehydes, thiols, and malononitrile has been developed by Fe3O4@SiO2–NH2 nanocatalyst in aqueous ethanol media under re?ux conditions. The present procedure provides several advantages such as environmentally benign, straightforward, excellent yields, short reaction times, cost-effective, good recyclability, little catalyst loading, and facile catalyst separation for the preparation of chromeno[2,3-b]pyridines as important privileged medicinal scaffold. In addition, aminopropyl-coated Fe3O4@SiO2 nanoparticles were fully characterized by scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, energy dispersive analysis of X-ray, vibrating sample magnetometer, and FT-IR analysis.  相似文献

In this work, Al2O3 was mixed with SiO2 and poly 4-vinylpyridine by the sol-gel method in order to make a composite which is used as a heterogeneous basic catalyst for Knoevenagel condensation reaction. The physical and chemical properties of the composite catalyst were investigated by XRD, FT-IR, TG, BET and SEM techniques. The catalytic performance of each material was determined for the Knoevenagel condensation reaction between carbonyl compound and malononitrile. The reactions were performed in solvent-free conditions and the product was obtained in high yield and purity after a simple work-up. The effects of the amount of catalyst, amount of monomer for the synthesis of composite and recyclability of the heterogeneous composite were investigated. The composite catalyst used for this synthetically useful transformation showed considerable level of reusability besides very good activity.  相似文献

An efficient one-pot, multicomponent synthesis of 3,5-dicyanopyridines has been developed from the reaction of malononitrile and different thiophenol or thiols with a variety of aldehydes (aromatic including hindered ones, heteroaromatic, and aliphatic) in the presence of 20 mol% of K2CO3 in refluxing 50% aqeuous ethanol. KMnO4 has been utilized as a readily available, inexpensive oxidant for the in situ transformation of the initially formed dihydropyridine intermediate. K2CO3 also mediates the one-pot formation of chromeno[2,3-b]pyridines from reaction of salicylaldehyde or its analogs with malononitrile and thiol or thiophenols. Both of these conditions also work equally well under 50-fold scale-up conditions.

The texture of Cr2O3-K2O/Al2O3catalysts containing oxides of rare earth elements (REE) was studied. The catalysts are used for the synthesis of 2-methylthiophene by the reaction of H2S with n-pentane or piperilene. The heterocyclization of n-pentane is a consecutive reaction involving a step of dehydrogenation of initial hydrocarbon. At this step the texture of the catalyst affects the yield of 2-methylthiophene. The yield of 2-methylthiophene obtained from piperilene and I2S is independent of the catalyst texture.  相似文献

Mixtures of NiCo2O4 and FeO x were obtained by thermal decomposition of the nitrates of Ni, Co, and Fe in appropriate proportions. Two series of electrodes were prepared: (1) at constant composition (20 mol% FeO x ) and various calcination temperatures in the range 200 to 480 °C and (2) at constant calcination temperature (300 °C) and various compositions in the whole composition range 0 to 100 mol% FeO x . The oxide layers were characterized by thermogravimetric analysis, X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, and cyclic voltammetry. Experimental data showed that the layers consist of a mixture of phases in which Fe oxide is present as Fe2O3. The electrocatalytic properties were assessed by means of quasi-stationary potentiostatic current-potential curves for the O2 evolution reaction from alkaline solution. Results have shown that the mechanism of O2 evolution depends on composition moderately. The electrocatalytic activity appears to depend on composition only slightly. The solid-solid interactions between manganese and magnesium oxides in absence and in presence of small amounts of Li2O have been investigated. The molar ratios between manganese and magnesium oxides in the form of Mn2O3 and MgO were varied between 0.05:1 to 0.5:1. The mixed solids were calcined in air at 400-1000°C. The techniques employed were DTA, XRD and H2O2 decomposition at 20-40°C.The results obtained revealed that solid-solid interactions took place between the reacting solids at 600-1000°C yielding magnesium manganates (Mg2MnO4, Mg6MnO8, MgMnO4 besides unreacted portions of MgO, Mn2O3 and Mn3O4). Li2O-doping (0.75-6 mol%) of the investigated system followed by calcination at 600 and 800°C decreased progressively the intensity of the diffraction lines of Mn2O3 (Bixbyite) with subsequent increase in the lattice parameter 'a' of MgO to an extent proportional to the amount of Li2O added. This finding might suggest that the doping process enhanced the dissolution of Mn2O3 in MgO forming solid solution. This treatment led also to the formation of Li2MnO3. Furthermore, the doping with 3 and 6 mol% Li2O conducted at 800°C resulted in the conversion of Mn2O3 into Mn3O4, a process that took place at 1000°C in absence of Li2O. The produced Li2MnO3 phase remained stable by heating at up to 1000°C. Furthermore, Li2O doping of the investigated system at 400-1000°C resulted in a progressive measurable increase in the particle size of MgO.The catalytic activity measurements showed that the increase in the molar ratio of Mn2O3 in the samples precalcined at 400-800°C was accompanied by a significant increase in the catalytic activity of the treated solids. The maximum increase in the catalytic activity expressed as reaction rate constant measured at 20°C (k 20°C) attained 3.14, 2.67 and 3.25-fold for the solids precalcined at 400, 600 and 800°C, respectively. Li2O-doping of the samples having the formula 0.1 Mn2O3/MgO conducted at 400-600°C brought a progressive significant increase in its catalytic activity. The maximum increase in the value of k 20°C due to Li2O attained 1.93 and 2.75-fold for the samples preheated at 400 and 600°C, respectively and opposite effect was found for the doped samples preheated at 800°C.This revised version was published online in November 2005 with corrections to the Cover Date.  相似文献

On heating of the cyanoacetic acid cyclopentylidene hydrazide 1 with salicylaldehyde in the presence of bases the azaanthracene derivative 6 was formed. Also, reaction of 3 with malononitrile and ketones 10a,b afforded the pyrano[3,4‐c]chromene 9 and chromeno[3,4‐c]pyridine 11 respectively. A mechanism for these reactions is proposed.  相似文献

利用类石墨氮化碳(g-C_3N_4)和亚稳相钙钛氧化物(CaTi_2O_5)固相法制备C_3N_4/CaTi_2O_5复合材料。利用X射线衍射(XRD)、金相显微镜、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)及附带能谱分析仪(EDS)和N2吸附-脱附对样品的显微结构和比表面积进行检测分析,并用紫外-可见吸收光度计(UV-Vis)测试了样品的光吸收性能,研究C_3N_4与CaTi_2O_5物质的量之比(nC_3N_4/nCaTi_2O_5)对C_3N_4/CaTi_2O_5复合样品的物相结构和微观形貌的影响,同时考察C_3N_4/CaTi_2O_5复合样品在可见光照射下光催化降解罗丹明染料效果。实验结果表明:相比纯C_3N_4和CaTi_2O_5样品,C_3N_4/CaTi_2O_5复合样品在可见光下具有较高的光催化性能,随着nC_3N_4/nCaTi_2O_5增加,样品的光催化降解率随之增加而后降低,当nC_3N_4/nCaTi_2O_5=1∶1时,样品的光催化降解率达到最大值99.5%,并且循环重复利用5次后,样品的光催化剂降解率仍几乎保持不变。复合样品光催化性能提高主要归因于复合能级结构有效地抑制了电子和空穴复合所致。  相似文献

A series of benzoxazole and benzothiazoles was readily prepared from the reaction of ortho-aminophenol/ortho-aminothiophenol and aldehydes using solid silica supported ferric chloride (SiO2-FeCl3) as catalyst followed by oxidation with H2O2 under ambient conditions. Some of advantages of this method are a simple and convenient procedure, easy purification, and shorter reaction times.

用沉积沉淀法合成两种不同系列的CeO2-ZrO2-La2O3混合氧化物(ZrO2和La2O3沉积CeO2粒子(标记为A-x)以及CeO2和La2O3沉积ZrO2粒子(标记为B-x)),并用作Rh催化剂的载体。XRD、拉曼、TPR、XPS和O2脉冲等表征结果显示出不同的沉积顺序将导致不同的结构和氧化还原性能,且B-x具有更高的氧迁移性、储氧能力和表面Ce浓度。当其负载Rh后,Rh/B-x催化剂具有更高的NO和CO转化率及N2选择性,且Ce的最佳含量为50at%。这可能归因于Rh负载于富铈表面形成更多有利于NO分解的表面Ce3+活性位。  相似文献

A green, straightforward, and novel method for oxidation of thiols to the corresponding disulfides is reported using K 2 S 2 O8 in the ionic liquid 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium bromide [(bmim)Br] at 65–70°C. Former studies concerning the formation of the compounds in the pseudobinary systems of Bi2O3-MO type (M =Ca, Sr, Ca+Sr) have shown that the reaction which occurs with the highest rate is that between Bi2O3 and CaO. In the present work CaCO3 was used as CaO source. We carried out an investigation of the thermal decomposition of CaCO3 in the presence of Bi2O3 in comparison with the decomposition of pure CaCO3.The presence of Bi2O3 exerts a complex influence on the CaCO3 decomposition acting on the nucleation as well as on the diffusion of CO2. The decomposition of the samples with low Bi2O3 content follows the mechanism of a contracting sphere. A change from surface nucleation to bulk nucleation is recorded for higher amounts of Bi2O3.  相似文献

Summary Single crystal X-ray data of the hydrothermally grown new phase Li2Cu3(SeO3)2(SeO4)2 were measured with a four-circle diffractometer up to sin /=0.81 Å–1 [I2/a,Z=4,V=1175.5 Å3,a=16.293(6),b=5.007(2),c=14.448(6) Å, = 94.21(1)°]. The structure was determined by direct and Fourier methods and refined toR=0.034,R w =0.027 for 2 086 independent reflections.Cu(1)[4+1]O5 forms a tetragonal pyramid, Cu(2)[4 + 2]O6 is a strongly elongated octahedron. The Li atom is surrounded by four O atoms forming a distorted tetrahedron. Se(IV)O3 and Se(VI)O4 groups are in accordance to literature, mean Se-O bond lengths are 1.714 and 1.644 Å.

Zusammenfassung Einkristall-Röntgendaten der hydrothermal gezüchteten neuen Phase Li2Cu3(SeO3)2(SeO4)2 wurden mit einem Vierkreisdiffraktometer im Bereich bis zu sin /=0.81 Å–1 gemessen [I2/a,Z=4,V=1175.5 Å3,a=16.293(6),b=5.007(2),c=14.448(6) Å, =94.21(1)°]. Die Kristallstruktur wurde mittels direkter und Fourier-Methoden bestimmt und für 2 086 unabhängige Reflexe zuR=0.034,R w =0.027 verfeinert.Cu(1)[4+1]O5 bildet eine tetragonale Pyramide, Cu(2)[4+2]O6 ist ein stark verlängertes Oktaeder. Das Li-Atom ist von vier O-Atomen in Gestalt eines verzerrten Tetraeders umgeben. Die Se(IV)O3-und Se(VI)O4-Gruppen entsprechen der Literatur, die mittleren Se-O-Abstände betragen 1.714 und 1.644 Å.
