Wittig reactions of 2-furaldehyde (20) [and thiophene-2-carbaldehyde (21)] with (3-guaiazulenylmethyl)triphenylphosphonium bromide (19) in ethanol containing NaOEt at 25 °C for 24 h under argon give (E)-1-(2-furyl)-2-(3-guaiazulenyl)ethylene (22E) and (E)-1-(2-thienyl)-2-(3-guaiazulenyl)ethylene (23E) in 53 and 36% yields. Similarly, Wittig reactions of 3-furaldehyde (29) [and thiophene-3-carbaldehyde (30)] with 19 under the same reaction conditions as for 20 and 21 afford (E)-1-(3-furyl)-2-(3-guaiazulenyl)ethylene (31E) and (E)-1-(3-thienyl)-2-(3-guaiazulenyl)ethylene (32E) in 32 and 46% yields. Molecular structures and characteristic properties as well as preparation of the title E (i.e., one of the geometrical isomers) forms, with a view to comparative study, are reported. Moreover, reactions of those conjugated π-electron systems with TCNE (=tetracyanoethylene) in benzene [and in DMF (=N,N-dimethylformamide)] at 25 °C for 24 h under argon yield unique products, possessing interesting molecular structures, respectively, whose characteristic properties and crystal structures are documented, also.  相似文献

Condensation of 3-methyl-2-azafluorene with 2-formylfluorene results in the formation of a compound containing a polyconjugated system and two acidic CH centers, namely, 1-(fluoren-2-yl)-2-(2-azafluoren-3-yl)ethene. The conversions of this compound upon treatment with alkali have been studied by electronic absorption spectroscopy. The title compound,(E)-ethyl 2-(5-(3-methyl-2-butenyloxy)-2-(3-(4-(3-methyl-2-butenyloxy)phenyl) acryloyl) phenoxy)acetate(1),has been synthesized and characterized by FT-IR and 1H-NMR spectroscopy,ESI-MS,and X-ray single-crystal diffraction.FT-IR,1H-NMR and ESI-MS confirm the functional groups,particularly the ethyl groups in the ester moiety,of the compound.The single-crystal X-ray diffraction has revealed a monoclinic structure,space group P21/n with a = 14.6832(14),b = 7.7581(7),c = 23.075(2),β = 101.670(2)o,V = 2574.2(4) ?3,Z = 4,Dc = 1.235 g/cm,μ = 0.085 mm-1,and F(000) = 1024.The skeleton of chalcone in the molecular structure is coplanar.  相似文献

Conclusions The conditions were found for the hydrosilylation of CH2=CHSi(OC2H5)3 with triorganylsilanes in the presence of H2PtCl6 · 6H2O in isopropanol, which assured a high yield (>90%) of the 1-(triorganylsilyl)-2-(tri-ethoxysilyl)ethanes. These conditions were used to synthesize 27 new 1-(triorganylsilyl)-2-(triethoxysilyl)-ethanes.The addition of (C2H5O)3SiH to (CH2=CHSi(CH3)3 in the presence of the same catalyst gave 1-(trimethyl-silyl)-2-(triethoxysilyl)ethane in 98.6% yield.Translated from Izvestiya Akademii Nauk SSSR, Seriya Khimicheskaya, No. 7, pp. 1622–1625, July, 1976.  相似文献

The reaction of 3-(4-aryl-2-thiazolyl)- and 3-(2-benzothiazolyl)-2-iminocoumarins with N-nucleophiles was studied. This reaction gives 2-N-substituted 3-(4-aryl-2-thiazolyl)- and 3-(2-benzothiazolyl)iminocourmarins. N-Nucleophiles such as arylamines, heterocyclic amines, and hydrazine derivatives undergo this reaction.  相似文献

A novel and practical synthetic route is presented for the preparation of methyl-(E)-2-(3-(3-(2-(7-chloro-2-quinolinyl)ethenyl) phenyl)-3-oxopropyl)benzoate,the key intermediate of Montelukast,a leukotriene antagonist.The main diarylpropane framework was prepared via a polarity conversation reaction resulting in an acyl anion equivalent followed by a nucleophilic substitution reaction.The overall yield of this approach was 61%.This method is simple for operation and suitable for industrial production.  相似文献

Fischer indolisation of 2-aminophenyl ethyl ketone phenylhydrazone using glacial acetic acid saturated with hydrogen chloride as catalyst affords 3-methylindolo(l′:2′-3:4)2-methylquinazoline and 2-(2-aminophenyl)-3-methylindole. The latter compound is autoxidised to 2-(2-amino-phenyl)-3-hydroxy-3-methyl-3H-indole, a reaction which is shown to be dependent upon the presence of the primary amino group at the 2-position of the 2-phenyl substituent and which is much slower than the corresponding autoxidation of 2-(2-hydroxyphenyl)-3-methylindole to 3-hydroxy-2-(2-hydroxyphenyl)-3-methyl-3H-indole previously reported.Nitration of isopropyl phenyl ketone occurs preferentially at the ortho- rather than the meta- positions of the benzene nucleus.  相似文献

Reaction of 1,3-dicyanotetrafluorobenzene with 2 equiv of (trimethylsilyl)iminophosphoranes gave the disubstituted derivatives 4,6-(CN)(2)C(6)F(2)-1,3-AB: 1, A = B = (N=PPh(3)); 2, A = B = (N=PPh(2)Me); and 3, A = (N=PPh(3)), B = (N=PPh(2)Me). Monosubstituted compounds of the type 2,4-(CN)(2)C(6)F(3)-1-A; notably 4, A = (N=PPh(3)), and 5, A = (N=PPh(2)Me), were readily obtained by reaction of 1 molar equiv of the silylated iminophosphorane with the cyanofluoro aromatic. Substitution of the fluorine para to the CN group(s) occurs in all cases. Reactions of 1,2- and 1,4-dicyanotetrafluorobenzene with (trimethylsilyl)iminophosphoranes gave only monosubstituted derivatives 3,4-(CN)(2)C(6)F(3)-1-A (6, A = (N=PPh(3)), and 7, A = (N=PPh(2)Me)) and 2,5-(CN)(2)C(6)F(3)-1-A (8, A = (N=PPh(3)), and 9, A = (N=PPh(2)Me)), respectively, as the result of electronic deactivation of the second substitutional point. 1, 4,6-(CN)(2)C(6)F(2)-1,3-(N=PPh(3)), 2, 4,6-(CN)(2)C(6)F(2)-1,3-(N=PPh(2)Me)(2), and 3, 4,6-(CN)(2)C(6)F(2)-1-(N=PPh(3))-3-(N=PPh(2)Me) have been structurally characterized. For 1 (at 21 degrees C), monoclinic, C2/(c) (No. 15), a = 15.289(2) ?, b = 10.196(1) ?, c = 23.491(6) ?, beta = 91.63(2) degrees, V = 3660(2) ?(3), and Z = 4. The P=N bond length is 1.579(2) ? and the P(V)-N-C(phenyl) angle is 134.0(2) degrees. For 2, (at 21 degrees C) monoclinic, C2/(c) (No. 15), a = 18.694(2) ?, b = 8.576(1) ?, c = 40.084(4) ?, beta = 94.00(1) degrees, V = 6411(2) ?(3), and Z = 8. The P(1)=N(1) bond length is 1.570(4) ?, the P(2)=N(2) bond length is 1.589(3) ?, the P(1)-N(1)-C(14) angle is 131.6(3) degrees, and the P(2)-N(2)-C(16) angle is 131.3(3) degrees. For 3, (at -80 degrees C) monoclinic, P2(1)/c (No. 14), a = 9.210(1) ?, b = 18.113(2) ?, c = 20.015(2) ?, beta = 100.07(1) degrees, V = 3287(2) ?(3), and Z = 4. The P(1)=N(1) bond length (PPh(3) group) is 1.567(4) ?, the P(2)=N(2) bond length (PPh(2)Me group) is 1.581(5) ?, the P(1)-N(1)-C(1) angle is 140.4(4) degrees, and the P(2)-N(2)-C(3) angle is 129.4(4) degrees. These new multifunctional chelating ligands readily react with [Rh(cod)Cl](2) and AgClO(4) to give cationic Rh(I) complexes in which the imine and/or the nitrile groups are coordinated to the Rh center.  相似文献

The molecular geometry and vibrational frequencies of 1-(thiophen-2-yl-methyl)-2-(thiophen-2-yl)-1H-benzimidazole (C(16)H(12)N(2)S(2)) in the ground state has been calculated using the Hartree-Fock (HF) and density functional method (B3LYP) with 6-31G(d) basis set. The optimized geometric bond lengths and bond angles obtained by using HF and DFT (B3LYP) show the best agreement with the experimental data. Comparison of the observed fundamental vibrational frequencies of 1-(thiophen-2-yl-methyl)-2-(thiophen-2-yl)-1H-benzimidazole (C(16)H(12)N(2)S(2)) and calculated results by density functional B3LYP and Hartree-Fock methods indicate that B3LYP is superior to the scaled Hartree-Fock approach for molecular vibrational problems.  相似文献

Reaction of 3-(Dimethylamino)-2H-azirines with 1,3-Oxazolidine-2-thione to 3-(2-Hydroxyethyl)-2- thiohydantoins The reaction of 3-(dimethylamino)-2H-azirines 1 and 1,3-oxazolidine-2-thione ( 6 ), in MeCN at room temperature, yields, after hydrolytic workup, 3-(2-hydroxyethyl)-2-thiohydantoins 7 (Scheme 2). In the case of the spirocyclic 1c , crystallization of the crude reaction mixture leads to spiro [cyclopentane-1, 7′(7′aH)-imidazo [4, 3-b] oxazole] -5′-thione 8c . Summary 2-(2-Nitrophenyl)-ethanol (2) was methylated with dimethyl sulfate to give 2-(2-methoxyethyl)-1-nitrobenzene (3a) which then was reduced with hydrazine hydrate in the presence ofRaney nickel to 2-(2-methoxyethyl)-aniline (1a). Compound1a can be transformed into the N-monosilylated derivative4 by lithiation withn-butyllithium and subsequent reaction with chlorotrimethylsilane. Reaction of2 withp-toluenesulfonyl chloride yields 2-(2-nitrophenyl)-ethylp-toluenesulfonate (5), which reacts with sodium thiomethoxide to give 2-(2-nitrophenyl)-ethylp-toluenesulfonate (5), which reacts with sodium thiomethoxide to give 2-(2-thiomethoxyethyl)-1-nitrobenzene (3b).3b was reduced with hydrazine hydrate in the presence ofRaney nickel to yield 2-(2-thiomethoxyethyl)-aniline (1b). Ethyl (2-nitrophenyl)-acetate (6) could be dimethylated with methyl iodide in the presence of potassiumtert-butoxide and 18-crown-6 to give ethyl 2-methyl-2-(2-nitrophenyl)-propionate (7). Reduction of7 with lithium borohydride yields 2,3-dihydro-3,3-dimethyl-1H-indole (9) and 2-[(1-hydroxy-2-methyl)-2-propyl]-aniline (10).

Zusammenfassung 2-(2-Nitrophenyl)-ethanol (2) wurde mit Dimethylsulfat zu 2-(2-Methoxyethyl)-1-nitrobenzol (3a) methyliert, das sich mit Hydrazinhydrat in Gegenwart vonRaney-Nickel zu 2-(2-Methoxyethyl)-anilin (1a) reduzieren läßt. Verbindung1a kann durch Metallierung mitn-Butyllithium und anschließende Reaktion mit Chlortrimethylsilan in dasN-monosilylierte Derivat4 umgewandelt werden. Reaktion von2 mitp-Toluolsulfonylchlorid ergab 2-(2-Nitrophenyl)-ethyl-p-Toluolsulfonat (5), das mit Natriumthiomethanolat zu 1-Nitro-2-(2-thiomethoxyethyl)-benzol (3b) reagiert.3b wurde mit Hydrazinhydrat in Gegenwart vonRaney-Nickel zu 2-(2-Thiomethoxyethyl)-anilin (1b) reduziert. Ethyl-2-(nitrophenyl)-acetat (6) kann mit Methyliodid in Gegenwart von Kalium-tert-butoxid und 18-Krone-6 zu Ethyl-2-methyl-2-(2-nitrophenyl)-propionat (7) dimethyliert werden. Reduktion von7 mit Lithiumborhydrid lieferte 2,3-Dihydro-3,3-dimethyl-1H-indol (9) und 2-[(1-Hydroxy-2-methyl)-2-propyl]-anilin (10).

In the reaction of 2-(2-pyridylcarbonyl)benzoyl chloride, which exists in the form of 6,11-dioxo-6,11dihydrobenzo[b]quinolizinium chloride, with p-nitroaniline, 2-(4-nitrophenylimino)-6, 11-dihydro-2H-benzo-[b]quinolizine-6, I I -dione is unexpectedly formed. When it reacts with water or methanol there is an opening of the quinolizine ring and aromatization of the quinoid fragment with the formation of 2-[4-(4nitrophenylamino)-2-pyridylcarbonyl]benzoic acid or its methyl ester. Under the action of antimony pentachloride, 2- 2-quinolylcarbonyl)benzoylchloride-3 (2-quinolyl)-3-chloro- 1, 3-dihydrobenzo[c]furan-1 -one -is converted to 3-(2-quinolyl)-1,3-dihydrobenzo[c]furan-1-on-3-ylium hexachlorantimonate, which undergoes isomerizing recyclization upon heating to 7,12-dioxo-7,12-dihydrobenzo[b/ hexachloroantimonate. The latter enters into an analogous reaction with p-nitroaniline, thereby forming 5-(4-nitrophenylimino)-7,12-dihydro-5H-dibenzo[b,f]quinolizine-7,2-dione.Riga Technical University, Riga LV-1048.
