1,4-双(6-苯基-1,2,4,5-四嗪-3-基)苯的合成

以对苯二甲醛为原料,经过单肼化、腙化、氯化和环合氧化四步反应首次合成1,4-双(6-苯基-1,2,4,5-四嗪-3-基)苯,其结构经1H NMR,IR,MS和元素分析表征。     

Hydrothermal syntheses and structures of transition metal 2-(4,5-diphenyl-1H-imidazol-2-yl)benzoic acid complexes

Two new transition metal complexes, [Zn(Hdiba)₂(H₂O)]?·?H₂O (1) and [Cu(Hdiba)₂] (2) (H₂diba?=?2-(4,5-diphenyl-1H-imidazol-2-yl)benzoic acid), were synthesized and characterized by IR, elemental analysis, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Complex 1 exhibits a monomeric structure, while 2 displays a dimeric structure. Both structures extend to 2-D supramolecular networks via hydrogen bonds. Thermal stabilities of 1 and 2 and photophysical properties of 1 are also discussed.     

4,5-二苯基-2-(9-苯基-9H-3-咔唑基)-1H-咪唑的合成及其性能

以联苯甲酰、对溴苯甲醛和乙酸铵为原料,经缩合反应制得2-(4-溴苯基)-4,5-二苯基咪唑(1); 1与N-苯基-3-咔唑硼酸经Suzuki偶联反应合成了一种具有D-π-A结构的新型咪唑衍生物4,5-苯基-2-(9-苯基-9H-3-咔唑基)-1H-咪唑(2）,其结构经¹H NMR, ¹³C NMR, IR和MS(EI)表征。采用FL, UV-Vis,循环伏安法（CV）和理论计算对2的光电性能进行了研究。结果表明：2的最大吸收波长为302 nm和326 nm,荧光发射波长为395 nm和412 nm, HOMO和LUMO轨道能级分别为5.35 eV和2.14 eV。     

Luminescent zinc(II) and cadmium(II) complexes based on 2-(4,5-dimethyl-1H-imidazol-2-yl)pyridine and 2-(1-hydroxy-4,5-dimethyl-1H-imidazol-2-yl)pyridine

Complexes ZnL¹Cl₂, CdL¹Cl₂, ZnL ₂ ¹ Cl₂ ^·1.5H₂O, CdL ₂ ¹ Cl₂ ^·2H₂O, CdL ₂ ¹ Cl₂ ^·MeOH·H₂O [L¹ = 2-(4,5-dimethyl-1H-imidazol-2-yl)pyridine] and inner-complex compounds ZnL ₂ ² ·2H₂O, CdL ₂ ² [HL² = 2-(1-hydroxy-4,5-dimethyl-1H-imidazol-2-yl)pyridine] were synthesized. The complexes exhibit bright photoluminescence in the blue region of the spectrum, with the intensity exceeding this characteristic of the compounds L¹ and HL². Compound L¹ in aqueous solution is a potential chemosensor for the determination of zinc and cadmium.     

The photolysis of 1-(4,5-dihydro-1H-imidazol-2-yl)benzotriazole

1-(4,5-Dihydro-1H-imidazolo-2-yl)benzotriazole was photolyzed at 254 nm yielding 1,2-dihydro-4H-imidazo-[1,2-a]benzimidazole.     

1,4-二(苯并噁唑-1',3'-基-2')苯衍生物的合成及其物理性能研究

合成了1,4-二(苯并(口恶)唑-1′,3′-基-2′)苯衍生物13种化合物。测定了它们的熔点、红外光谱、紫外吸收光谱、荧光发射光谱、荧光量子产率、荧光寿命和激光性能。     

Synthesis, Mesogenic and Spectroscopic Properties of 2,5-Disubstituted Thiophene Derivatives

Two series of 2,5-disubstituted thiophene derivatives （series 1： 2,5-bis（p-alkoxyphenylethynyl）thiophene and series 2： 2,5-bis[p-（p-alkoxyphenylethynyl）（phenylethynyl）]thiophene） were synthesized and characterized by ^1H NMR, ^13C NMR, HRMS and elemental analysis. The relationship between the structure and the mesogenic and spectroscopic properties has been discussed. The results show that compounds 1a-1f all exhibited an enantiotropic nematic mesophase, which was confirmed by the polarized optical microscopy （POM）, differential scanning calorimeter （DSC） and variable temperature powder X-ray diffraction （PXRD）. In contrast, the extended conjugated analogues 2a-2b had no liquid crystal properties. As for the spectroscopic properties, incorporating more phenylethynyl units results in red-shifted absorption and emission spectra, greatly enhanced quantum efficiency.     

1,1-二(苯并咪唑-2-基)-2-(喹喔啉-2-基)乙烯的合成及其性能

以邻苯二胺、丙二酸和果糖为主要原料,经Knoevenagel反应合成了一个新的芳稠杂环化合物——1,1-二(苯并咪唑-2-基)-2-(喹喔啉-2-基)乙烯(4),收率78.61%,其结构经1H NMR,IR和元素分析表征。利用UVVis和FL研究了4的光学性能,结果表明:4的最大吸收峰位于259 nm和383 nm;在320 nm激发波长激发下,4的λem位于495 nm,具有显著的日光紫外线吸收性能;TG/DTA分析表明:4的熔点为320℃,初始分解温度为402℃,具有良好的热稳定性。

通过Wittig-Horner反应，以对苯二甲醛和2—(4-氯甲基苯基)苯并恶唑为主要 原料，合成了八个新型1，4-双{2-[4-(2—苯并恶唑)苯基]乙烯基}苯及衍生物．通 过IR，^1H NMR,UV-vis和元素分析等方法确认了它们的化学结构，分析数据表明各 标题化合物分子结构中的C=C双键均为反式结构特．     

2-乙氧基-N-(4-甲基-2-丙基-1H-咪唑基-1)-苯甲酰胺的合成

2-乙氧基苯甲酸甲酯与水合肼发生肼解反应生成2-甲氧基苯甲酰肼(1);1与丁亚氨酸乙酯盐酸盐进行二次肼解反应制得2-乙氧基-N'-(1-亚胺丁基)苯甲酰肼盐酸盐(3);3与氯丙酮环化合成了2-乙氧基-N-(4-甲基-2-丙基-1H-咪唑基-1-)苯甲酰胺(合成伐地那非的关键中间体),总收率48%,其结构经1H NMR和MS确证.     

Synthesis of radicals underlain by 1,3-bis(4,5-diphenylimidazol-2-yl)benzene

A dimer of a monoradical was obtained proceeding from 1,3-bis(4,5-diphenylimidazol-2-yl)benzene and the rate constants were measured of the dissociation of dimers of 1,3-bis(4,5-diphenylimidazol-2-yl)benzene mono- and biradicals.     

Studies on Thiazolopyridines. Part 4: Synthesis of Hitherto Unknown 1,4-Bis(thiazolopyridine)benzene Derivatives

2-Cyanomethyl-4-thiazolinone ( 1 ) was condensed with terephthalaldehyde ( 2 ) (2:1 molar ratio) and produced 1,4-bis(2-cyanomethyl-4,5-dihydro-5-methylidene-4-thiazolinone-5-yl) benzene ( 3 ). Treatment of compound ( 3 ) with benzylidenemalononitrile ( 4 ) (1:2 molar ratio) furnished the novel bisthiazolopyridines ( 6a-e ). Condensation of compound ( 1 ) with aromatic aldehyde yielded the benzylidene derivatives ( 7a-f ), which on treatment with compound ( 8 ) (2:1 molar ratio) afforded the novel bisthiazolopyridines ( 10a-f ). Structures of the synthesized compounds have been established by elemental analyses and spectral data.
