We report an efficient catalyst composed of ternary components prepared by inlaying Pd/Co3O4 nanoparticles in alkaline Al2O3 nanosheets for catalytic oxidation of methane. Pd/Co3O4 inlaid in alkaline Al2O3 exhibited a higher ability to break the C-H bond of methane than Pd/Co3O4 supported on SiO2, ZrO2, CeO2, and acidic or neutral Al2O3. Our results show more oxygen vacancies and higher amounts of surface adsorbed oxygen on the surface of Pd/Co3O4/alkaline Al2O3 than on other catalysts, which is responsible for methane activation and conversion. Further, the Pd/Co3O4/alkaline Al2O3 catalyst can almost restore to its initial value in the absence of water when 5% (volume fraction) vapor water was cut off, although a decrease in activity occurred when water vapor was introduced to the reaction system. Even under a condition similar to the exhaust of a lean-burn natural gas engine, the catalytic performance of the Pd/Co3O4/alkaline Al2O3 catalyst is excellent, that is, methane could be completely converted when the sample temperature in the reaction atmosphere was ramped to 400℃.  相似文献

A basic ionic liquid, [BmIm]OH was used as catalyst in the cyclocondensation of various kinds of vinylmalononitriles with nitroolefins in ethanol at reflux. A series of 2-amino-3-nitrobenzonitriles were obtained in reasonable yields. The straightforward and green protocol was found to be fairly efficient, and the catalyst could be recycled and reused in subsequent reactions with consistent activity. The mechanism of the reaction was discussed.

In this research, a one‐pot, efficient, and high yielding procedure for the synthesis of imidazole derivatives is investigated. The procedure was carried out via multicomponent reaction of isothiocyanate, alkyl bromides, N‐methylimidazole, and triphenylphosphine in the presence of magnetic iron oxide nanoparticles (Fe3O4‐MNPs) as reusable catalyst under solvent‐free conditions at 50°C. Also, Fe3O4‐MNPs were produced using green synthetic method by reduction of ferric chloride solution with Clover Leaf water extract. The nanoparticles generated using this procedure can potentially be important in different purposes such as organic synthesis. Easy, simple, rapid, and clean procedures for the synthesis of imidazole derivatives are the advantages of this study.  相似文献

Xanthenediones derivatives have attracted considerable interests in recent times because they constitute a structural unit in a number of natural products1 and have been used as versatile synthons due to the inherent reactivity of the inbuilt pyran ring2. The conventional syntheses of xanthenediones were acid or base catalyzed condensation of appropriate active methylene carbonyl compounds with aldehydes3. However, many of these procedures involved longer reaction times,low yields and side reactions of aldehydes. In recent years, room temperature ionic liquids (RTILs) have been used as novel green reaction media4. Considering that InCl3 is an efficient Lewis acid catalyst used in promoting many organic reactions, especially in several condensation processes, we herein wish to report a very simple and green method for the preparation of poly-hydrogenated xanthenediones through InCl3·4H2O promoted cascade reaction of aldehydes and 5,5-dimethyl-l,3-cyclohexanedione in ionic liquid,1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate ([bmim][BF4]). The preparative process presented here is operationally simple, environmentally benign and has the advantage of enhanced atom utilization. Furthermore, the solvent and the catalyst used can be recovered easily and reused efficiently.  相似文献

Sheet-like precursors of Co3O4 and Ag/Co3O4 composites with different Ag contents were synthesized with assistance of triethylamine via a hydrothermal process. The final samples were fabricated by calcing each precursor at 400 °C. The as-prepared samples were identified and characterized by thermogravimetric analysis and differential thermal analysis, X-ray diffraction, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, transmission electron microscopy, and field emission scanning electron microscopy, respectively. The Co3O4 and Ag/Co3O4 composite samples were used as electrocatalysts modified on a glassy carbon electrode for p-nitrophenol reduction in a basic solution. The electrocatalytic results indicated that all the samples showed enhanced electrocatalytic performance for p-nitrophenol by comparing a bare glass carbon electrode, and p-nitrophenol could be reduced by Co3O4 at a high peak current but a rather higher peak potential but be reduced effectively by Ag/Co3O4 composites at lower potential. Ag/Co3O4 composites with 4 % Ag displayed the highest electrocatalytic activity.  相似文献

A new imidazolium-based poly(ionic liquid) has been synthesized and used as a robust heterogeneous catalyst for the preparation of phenacyl derivatives by an SN2 reaction of different phenacyl bromides with a broad range of nucleophiles. The products are obtained in high yields under mild conditions. The catalyst can be recycled efficiently.

In spite of recent advances in the synthesis of hollow micro/nanostructures, the fabrication of three‐dimensional electrodes on the basis of these structures remains a major challenge. Herein, we develop an electrochemical sacrificial‐template strategy to fabricate hollow Co3O4 microtube arrays with hierarchical porosity. The resultant unique structures and integrated electrode configurations impart enhanced mass transfer and electron mobility, ensuring high activity and stability in catalyzing oxygen and hydrogen evolution reactions. Impressively, the apparent performance can rival that of state‐of‐the‐art noble‐metal and transition‐metal electrocatalysts. Furthermore, this bifunctional electrode can be used for highly efficient overall water splitting, even competing with the integrated performance of Pt/C and IrO2/C.  相似文献

In this study, a novel method was used to prepare well-separated and spherical tricobalt tetraoxide (Co3O4) nanosized particles. The overall process involves three steps: preparation of insoluble carboxyl-containing grafted starch copolymer (ISC), formation of precursor (ISC-Co), decomposition of ISC-Co, and phase transition of Co3O4 nanoparticles. The Infrared spectra used for ISC and ISC-Co are discussed. The decomposition of the precursor was studied by thermogravimetric-differential thermal analysis, the crystalline phase was characterized by x-ray diffraction, and the size distribution and shape of particles were observed by transmission electron microscopy. Abstract

A task-specific ionic liquid, [H3N+–CH2–CH2–OH][CH3COO?], was successfully applied as an efficient and reusable catalyst for the one-pot domino to approach to dihydropyrano[3,2-c]chromene derivatives with atom economy in a condensation reaction of 4-hydroxycoumarin, aldehydes, and malononitrile in a combinatorial fashion. The reaction gave excellent yields within short reaction times at room temperature under solvent-free grinding conditions. The products and ionic liquid could be conveniently separated from the reaction mixture, indicating that the whole process was performed as a green chemical transformation.   相似文献

A highly effective way to produce an oxygen reduction electrocatalyst was developed through the self-assembly of exfoliated single layers of cobalt hydroxide (Co(OH)2) and graphene oxide (GO). These 2D materials have complete contact with one another because of their physical flexibility and the electrostatic attraction between negatively charged GO and positively charged Co(OH)2 layers. The strong coupling induces transformation of the Co(OH)2 single layer into a discrete nanocrystal of spinel Co3O4 with an average size of 8 nm on reduced GO (RGO) during calcination, which could not be obtained with bulk-layered cobalt hydroxide because of its rapid layer collapse. The ultrafine Co3O4/RGO hybrid exhibited not only comparable performance in the oxygen reduction reaction but also higher durability compared with the commercial 20 wt % Pt/C catalyst.  相似文献

The development of metal–organic frameworks (MOFs)-based supercapacitors have attracted intense concentration in recent years due to their regularly arranged porous and tunable pore sizes. However, the performance of the MOFs-derived supercapacitors is also low because of their poor electrical conductivity and rarely accessible active sites. In the present work, we developed a Co-MOF (namely Co2BIM4, BIM=benzimidazole) nanosheets derived Co3O4/nitrogen-doped carbon (Co2BIM4-Co3O4/NC) heteroaerogel as a novel supercapacitor electrode. The 3D Co2BIM4-Co3O4/NC heteroaerogels were obtained by directly intercalating polyethyleneimine (PEI) into the interlayers of Co2BIM4 nanosheets and following by carbonizing the resulting Co2BIM4/PEI composite. The Co2BIM4-Co3O4/NC electrode possessed 3D conductive framework with an overlapped hetero-interface and expanded interlayers, leading to fast and stable charge transfer/diffusion and an enhanced pseudocapacitance performance. Therefore, the Co2BIM4-Co3O4/NC electrode showed ultrahigh capacitance of 2568 F g−1 at 1 A g−1, 1747 F g−1 at 10 A g−1, and excellent long cycling time with a capacitance preservation of 92.7 % following 10000 cycles at 10 A g−1, which is very promising for applications in supercapacitors and other energy storage devices.  相似文献
