The formation of hydroxo acetate complexes of iron (III) ion has been studied at 25 degrees C in 3 M (Na)ClO4 ionic medium by measuring with a glass electrode the hydrogen ion concentration in Fe(ClO4)3-HClO4-NaAc mixtures (Ac = acetate ion). The acetate/metal ratio ranged from 0 to 6, the metal concentration varied from 0.005 to 0.06 M, whereas [H+] was stepwise decreased from 0.1 M to initial precipitation of hydroxo-acetates. This occurred, depending on the acetate/metal ratio, in the -log[H+] range 1.85-2.7. The potentiometric data are consistent with the presence of Fe3(OH)3Ac3(3+), Fe2(OH)2(4+), Fe3(OH)4(5+), Fe3(OH)5(4+) and, as minor species, of Fe3(OH)2Ac6+, FeAc2+, FeAc2+, FeOH2+ and Fe(OH)2+. Previously published EMF measurements with redox and glass half-cells were recalculated to refine the stability constants of FeAc2+, FeAc2+ and Fe3(OH)2Ac6+. Formation constants *beta pqr for pFe(3+)+(q-r)H2O + rHAc reversible Fep(OH)(q-r)(Ac)r3p-q + qH+ (in parenthesis the infinite dilution value): log*beta 111 = -1.85 +/- 0.02 (-0.67 +/- 0.15), log*beta 122 = -3.43 +/- 0.02 (-1.45 +/- 0.15); log*beta 363 = -5.66 +/- 0.03 (-2.85 +/- 0.40), log*beta 386 = -8.016 +/- 0.006 (-4.06 +/- 0.15), log*beta 220 = -2.88 +/- 0.02 (-2.84 +/- 0.05), log*beta 340 = -6.14 +/- 0.18 (-6.9 +/- 0.4), log*beta 350 = -8.44 +/- 0.09 (-7.65 +/- 0.15).  相似文献

The reaction of [M(CN)6]3- (M = Cr3+, Fe3+, Co3+) with the nickel(II) complex of 2,4-diamino-1,3,5-triazin-6-yl-{3-(1,3,5,8,12-pentaazacyclotetradecane)} ([NiL]2+) in excess of ANO3 or ACl (A = Li+, Na+, K+, Rb+, Cs+, NH4+) leads to the cyano-bridged dinuclear assemblies A{[NiL][M(CN)6]}.xH2O (x = 2-5). X-ray structures of Li{[NiL][Cr(CN)6]}.5H2O, NH4{[NiL][Cr(CN)6]}.3.5H2O, K{[NiL][Cr(CN)6]}.4H2O, K{[NiL][Fe(CN)6]}.4H2O, Rb{[NiL][Fe(CN)6]}.3.5H2O, and Cs{[NiL][Fe(CN)6]}.3.5H2O, as well as the powder diffractometry of the entire Fe(III) series, are reported. The magnetic properties of the assemblies are dependent on the monocation A and discussed in detail. New efficient pathways for ferromagnetic exchange between Ni(II) and Fe(III) or Cr(III) are demonstrated. Field dependencies of the magnetization for the Fe(III) samples at low temperature and low magnetic field indicate a weak interchain antiferromagnetic coupling, which is switched to ferromagnetic coupling at increasing magnetic field (metamagnetic behavior). The interchain magnetic coupling can be tuned by the size of the A cations.  相似文献

本工作利用荧光共振能量转移(FRET)过程,以上转换荧光纳米材料(UCNPs)作为能量供体,以金纳米粒子(AuNPs)作为能量受体,通过适配体识别Hg~(2+),在硝化纤维素膜(NC)上制备侧流检测试纸条。Hg2+的参与会拉近能量供受体距离,引起检测区UCNPs的荧光猝灭。通过检测区的荧光猝灭效率,可判断样品中的Hg~(2+)浓度。该传感器在缓冲溶液中的检测线性范围为0.1~100nmol/L;检出限为0.1nmol/L。本研究成功证实了上转换荧光共振能量转移体系在侧流模型应用的可行性。  相似文献

A new copper(II) fluorescent sensor 5,10,15,20-tetra((p-N,N-bis(2-pyridyl)amino)phenyl)porphyrin zinc (1) has been designed and synthesized by the Ullmann-type condensation of bromoporphyrin zinc with 2,2'-dipyridylamine (dpa) under copper powder as a catalyst as well as with K2CO3 as the base in a DMF solution. It consists of two separately functional moieties: the zinc porphyrin performs as a fluorophore, and the dpa-linked-to-zinc porphyrin acts as a selected binding site for metal ions. It displays a high selectivity and antidisturbance for the Cu2+ ion among the metal ions examined (Na+, Mg2+, Cr3+, Mn2+, Fe2+, Co2+, Ni2+, Cu2+, Ag+, Zn2+, Cd2+, Hg2+, and Fe3+) and exhibits fluorescence quenching upon the binding of the Cu2+ ion with an "on-off"-type fluoroionophoric switching property. The detection limit is found to be 3.3 x 10(-7) M (3s blank) for Cu2+ ion in methanol solution, and its fluorescence can be revived by the addition of EDTA disodium solution. The design strategy and remarkable photophysical properties of sensor 1 help to extend the development of fluorescent sensors for metal ions.  相似文献

Fe(II) induces the reaction between Tl3+ and H2O2. The rate of reaction is linearly proportional to the concentration of Fe2+ in the range 2.5 ?10-9-2.5 ?10-8 mol dm-3 (20? and 5 ?10-9-5 ?10-8 mol dm-3 (15?. The standard deviation is less than 0.071 ?10-8. A 1000-fold excess of Zn2+, Cd2+, Mg2+, Ni2+, Pb2+, Ba2+, Ca2+, Li+, Na+, Ag+, NO3-, SO42-, AcO-, HPO42-, 500-fold excess of Al3+, Fe3+, Co2+, Hg2+ and 100-fold excess of Ti4+, Cr3+, Cu2+, Br-, Cl- can be tolerated, but reducing agents such as (NH2)2SO4, NH2OH.HCl interfered. This kinetic method was applied to determine Fe(II) in standard zinc sample and fountain water, with satisfactory results.  相似文献

The ternary Fe (III)-OH(-)-SO4(2-) complexes have been investigated at 25 degrees C in 3 M NaClO4 by potentiometric titration with glass electrode. The metal and sulfate concentrations ranged from 2.5 x 10(-3) to 0.03 M and from 5.10(-3) to 0.060 M, respectively. [H+] was decreased from 0.05 M to incipient precipitation of basic sulfate which occured at log[H+] between -2.3 and -2.5 depending on the concentration of the metal. For the interpretation of the data stability constants of HSO4(-), of binary hydroxo complexes (FeOH2+, Fe(OH)2+, Fe2(OH)2(4+), Fe3(OH)4(5+), Fe3(OH)5(4+)) and of sulfate complexes (FeSO4+, FeHSO4(2+), Fe(SO4)2-) were assumed from independent sources. The data are consistent with the presence of FeOHSO4, log beta 1-11 = -0.49 +/- 0.03. Equilibrium constants are defined as beta pqr for pFe3+ +qH+ +rSO4(2-) [symbol: see text] FepHq(SO4)r3p+q-2r. No substantial better fit could be found by adding a second mixed complex. Only a slightly smaller agreement factor resulted introducing as minor ternary complex Fe3(OH)6(SO4)3(3-) with log beta 3-63 = -5.8 +/- 0.5. Its evidence, however, cannot be considered conclusive.  相似文献

The reaction of 1,1'-ferrocene-bis(methylenepyridinium) salt with 1,4,8,11-tetraazacyclotetradecane-5,12-dione, followed by LiAlH4 reduction results in the formation of FcCyclam. Metal complexes of FcCyclam with M2+ = Co2+, Ni2+, Cu2+, and Zn2+ were synthesized from FcCyclam and the respective metal triflates. The complexation of Cu2+ and FcCyclam in CH3CN is preceeded by a rapid electron transfer, followed by a slower complex formation reaction and a reverse electron transfer. The protonation constants of FcCyclam and the stability constants for the Cu2+ complex of FcCyclam (logK = 9.26(4) for the formation of the [Cu(FcCyclam)]2+ complex) were determined in 1,4-dioxane/water 70:30 v/v, 0.1 moldm(-3), KNO3, 25 degrees C. By using FcCyclam one can selectively sense the presence of Cu2+ ions in the presence of Ni2+, Zn2+, Cd2+, Hg2+, and Pb2+ with a very large deltaE approximately 200 mV, depending on pH. The X-ray crystal structures of FcCyclam and of complexes with Co2+, Ni2+, Cu2+, and Zn2+ were determined and Fe-M2+ distances obtained: Fe-Co2+ 395.9, Fe-Ni2+ 385.4, Fe-Cu2+ 377.7, and Fe-Zn2+ 369.0 pm. The redox potential of FcCyclam is influenced in a characteristic manner by the complexation of M2+. A linear correlation of 1/r approximately/= deltaE [r = distance Fe-M2+ from crystal data, deltaE=-E1/2([M(FcCyclam)]2+) - E1/2(FcCyclam)] was found; this is indicative of a mainly Coulomb type interaction between the two metal centers. The nature of the Fe...M2+ interaction was also investigated by determining deltaE in several solvents (mixtures) of different dielectric constants epsilon. The expected relation of deltaE approximately/= 1/epsilon was only found at very high values of epsilon. At epsilon < 40 increased ion-pairing appears to reduce the effective positive charge at M2+ leading to progessively smaller values of deltaE with lowered epsilon. The dependence of deltaE and epsilon can be calculated semiquantitatively by combining the Fuoss ion-pairing theory with the Coulomb model.  相似文献

Electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (ESI-MS) was used to study the binding of selected group II and divalent transition-metal ions by cyclo(Pro-Gly)3 (CPG3), a model ion carrier peptide. Metal salts (CatXn) were combined with the peptide (M) at a molar ratio of 1:10 M/Cat in aqueous solvents containing 50% vol/vol acetonitrile or methanol and 1 or 10 mM ammonium acetate (NH4Ac). Species detected include [M+H]+, [M+Cat-H]+, [M2+Cat]2+, [M+Cat+Ac]+, and [M+Cat+X]+. The relative stabilities of complexes formed with different cations (Mg2+, Ca2+, Sr2+, Mn2+, Co2+, Ni2+, Cu2+, and Zn2+) were determined from the abundance of 1:1 and 2:1 M/Cat species relative to that of the unbound peptide. The largest metal ions (Ca2+, Sr2+, and Mn2+) formed the most stable complexes. Reducing the buffer concentration increased the overall extent of metal binding. Results show that the binding specificity of CPG3 depends upon the size of the metal ion and its propensity for electrostatic interaction with oxygen atoms. Product ion tandem mass spectrometry of [M+H]+ and [M+Cu-H]+ confirmed the cyclic structure of the peptide, although the initial site(s) of metal attachment could not be determined.  相似文献

The equilibria and the kinetics of the binding of Iron(III) to salicylhydroxamic (SHA) and benzohydroxamic (BHA) acids have been investigated in aqueous solution (I = 1 M (HClO(4)/NaClO(4)), T = 298 K) using spectrophotometric and stopped-flow methods. Whereas Iron(III) forms a 1:1 complex (ML) with BHA, it forms both ML and M(2)L complexes with SHA. The presence of M(2)L in aqueous medium is corroborated by FTIR measurements. The reactive form of Iron(III) is the hydrolyzed species FeOH(2+), which binds to the O,O site in ML and to the O,O and O(P),N (P = phenolate) sites in M(2)L, inducing full deprotonation of the latter. The reaction pathway is discussed in terms of a multistep mechanistic scheme in which the metal-ligand interaction is coupled to hydrolysis and self-aggregation steps of Iron(III). The observation and characterization of M(2)L as a stable species is important because it contains the -Fe-O-N-Fe- sequence, which constitutes the repetitive motif of the SHA-based metallacrown ring and provides the rationale for 12-MC-4 metallacrowns. In the framework of this study, the kinetics of the Iron(III) dimerization and trimerization have also been investigated using the stopped-flow method to perform dilution jumps. The reaction scheme put forward involves two parallel steps (FeOH(2+) + FeOH(2+) and Fe(3+) + FeOH(2+)) that lead to formation of the Fe(2)(OH)(2)(4+) dimer and a slower step (FeOH(2+) + Fe(2)(OH)(2)(4+)) to form the trimer species. The kinetics of the last step have been investigated here for the first time, and the results deduced indicate that, of the two possible trimer structures reported in the literature, Fe(3)(OH)(3)(6+) and Fe(3)(OH)(4)(5+), the latter prevails by far.  相似文献

Triphenylmethylphosphonium salts, [PPh3Me]aMXn (M=Cu2+, Co2+, Mn2+, Ni2+ Fe3+ Pb2+ and Hg2+; X=Cl or I; a=1 or 2 and n=3 or 4) prepared by reacting PPh3MeX with the metal dihalide in EtOH sol-utions, have been characterized by electronic, Raman, far i.r. and Mo¨ssbaur spectra and by their magnetic properties as well as by elemental analyses. The copper complexes [PPh3Me]2CuCl4 and [PPh3Me]2Cu3Cl8 were characterized by X-ray crystallography and the structures are described. Powder diffraction patterns have shown that the cobalt and manganese tetrachloride complexes are isomorphous. Investigation by d.s.c. measurements showed that the complexes exhibit structural phase transitions.  相似文献

To develop an effective technique for enhancing the removal efficiency of ammonium and phosphate at low concentrations without losing potential removal capacity, Na-ZFA (zeolite synthesized from fly ash) was converted into Ca-, Mg-, Al-, and Fe-ZFA by salt treatment and the simultaneous removal of ammonium and phosphate by ZFA saturated with different cations was investigated. It was shown that Al3+-ZFA had the highest removal efficiencies (80-98%) for ammonium, followed by Mg2+ (43-58%), Ca2+ (40-54%), Na+ (<20%), and Fe3+ (<1%). Both alkaline pH values (in the cases of Na+, Ca2+, Mg2+) and acidic pH value (in the case of Fe3+) inhibited the sequestration of ammonium. At low initial phosphate concentrations, the efficiency of phosphate removal by Al3+- and Fe3+-ZFA approached 100%, followed by Ca2+ (60-85%), Na+ (<25%), and Mg2+ (<5%). The difference in phosphate removal efficiency was explained by the adsorption mechanisms. It was concluded that ZFA could be used in simultaneous removal of NH4+ and phosphate at low concentrations with presaturation by an appropriate cation such as Al3+ through salt treatment.  相似文献

The reaction of Ln(NO3)3(aq) with K3[Fe(CN)6] or K3[Co(CN)6] and 2,2'-bipyridine in water/ethanol led to eight trinuclear complexes: trans-[M(CN)4(mu-CN)2{Ln(H2O)4(bpy)2}2][M(CN)6].8H2O (M = Fe3+ or Co3+, Ln = La3+, Ce3+, Pr3+, Nd3+, and Sm3+). The structures for the eight complexes [La2Fe] (1), [Ce2Fe] (2), [Pr2Fe] (3), [Nd2Fe] (4), [Ce2Co] (5), [Pr2Co] (6), [Nd2Co] (7), and [Sm2Co] (8) have been solved; they crystallize in the triclinic space group P and are isomorphous. They exhibit a supramolecular 3D architecture through hydrogen bonding and pi-pi stacking interactions. A stereochemical study of the nine-vertex polyhedra of the lanthanide ions, based on continuous shape measures, is presented. No significant magnetic interaction was found between the lanthanide(III) and the iron(III) ions.  相似文献

Four novel tetrathienyl-substituted boron-dipyrrin-type (BODIPY-type) complexes, 3-(R')-4,4-di(R')-8-R-4-bora-3a,4a-diaza-s-indacene (4a, R = 2-T, R' = 2-T; 4b, R = 3-T, R' = 2-T; 5a, R = 2-T, R' = 3-T; 5b, R = 3-T, R' = 3-T; T = thienyl) have been prepared and fully characterized to explore patterns of stoichiometric Mn+ recognition in solution. Treatment of the respective parent BF2 dipyrrin with 2- or 3-thienyllithium gave the unexpected asymmetric tetrathienyl-substituted products in 8.5-35% yield. Compounds 4a and 4b bear a neutral "scorpionate"-like [SSS] tridentate binding pocket. Extensive NMR and UV-vis spectroscopic studies were performed on 4a-5b; 5a, 4b, and 5b were structurally characterized. The PhiF values for 4a-5b all decrease compared to the BF2-containing parent molecules (0.00058, 0.012, 0.00090, and 0.0051, respectively), with lambda(abs,max) values (epsilon, M(-1) cm(-1)) of 563 (44,000), 553 (29,000), 539 (33,000), and 531 (44,000) nm, respectively, and Stokes' shifts of 25-36 nm. Upon treatment with metal ion (Ca2+, Cs+, Mn2+, Co2+, Cu2+, Ag+, Zn2+, Cd2+, Hg2+, Pb2+) perchlorate salts, the solution of 4b undergoes rapid pink-to-clear switch-off behavior upon Cu2+ addition (10 microM scale) with smaller effects seen for 4a. Further, there were 2- to 19-fold Cu2+ fluorescence enhancements for these ligands. Cu2+- and Hg2+-L (L = 4a-5b) binding was modeled, and response patterns for Mn+-L 1:1 molar solutions upon Cu2+ addition were measured. Upon treatment with Hg2+, all ligand solutions show a significant fluorescence decrease accompanied by minor absorption increases. The UV-vis spectroscopic detection limit for Cu2+ and Hg2+ is approximately 270 ppb and approximately 1.7 ppm, respectively; the naked eye detection limit for Cu2+ with 4b (1.0 x 10(-5) M) is approximately 23 microM. DFT calculations gave HOMO-LUMO gaps of 478 (4a), 462 (4b), 448 (5a), and 442 nm (5b). Molecular orbital diagrams for 4a-5b revealed that the HOMO and LUMO electron density is distributed onto the 3-position-thienyl group and to a lesser degree the B(thienyl)2 moiety.  相似文献

In the standard electrospray ionization mass spectra of many common, low molecular mass organic compounds dissolved in methanol, peaks corresponding to ions with formula [3M + Met](2+) (M = organic molecule, Met = bivalent metal cation) are observed, sometimes with significant abundances. The most common are ions containing Mg(2+), Ca(2+) and Fe(2+). Their presence can be easily rationalized on the basis of typical organic reaction work-up procedures. The formation of [3M + Met](2+) ions has been studied using N-FMOC-proline methyl ester as a model organic ligand and Mg(2+), Ca(2+), Sr(2+), Ba(2+), Fe(2+), Ni(2+), Mn(2+), Co(2+) and Zn(2+) chlorides or acetates as the sources of bivalent cation. It was found that all ions studied form [3M + Met](2+) complexes with N-FMOC-proline methyl ester, some of them at very low concentrations. Transition metal cations generally show higher complexation activity in comparison with alkaline earth metal cations. They are also more specific in the formation of [3M + Met](2+) complexes. In the case of alkaline earth metal cations [2M + Met](2+) and [4M + Met](2+) complex ions are also observed. It has been found that [3M + Met](2+) complex ions undergo specific fragmentation at relatively low energy, yielding fluorenylmethyl cation as a major product. [M + Na](+) ions are much more stable and their fragmentation is not as specific.  相似文献

To predict the isomer shifts of Fe complexes in different oxidation and spin states more accurately, we have performed linear regression between the measured isomer shifts (delta(exp)) and DFT (PW91 potential with all-electron triple-zeta plus polarization basis sets) calculated electron densities at Fe nuclei [rho(0)] for the Fe(2+,2.5+) and Fe(2.5+,3+,3.5+,4+) complexes separately. The geometries and electronic structures of all complexes in the training sets are optimized within the conductor like screening (COSMO) solvation model. Based on the linear correlation equation delta(exp) = alpha[rho(0) - 11884.0] + C, the best fitting for 17 Fe(2+,2.5+) complexes (totally 31 Fe sites) yields alpha = -0.405 +/- 0.042 and C = 0.735 +/- 0.047 mm s(-1). The correlation coefficient is r = -0.876 with a standard deviation of SD = 0.075 mm s(-1). In contrast, the linear fitting for 19 Fe(2.5+,3+,3.5+,4+) complexes (totally 30 Fe sites) yields alpha = -0.393 +/- 0.030 and C = 0.435 +/- 0.014 mm s(-1), with the correlation coefficient r = -0.929 and a standard deviation SD = 0.077 mm s(-1). We provide a physical rationale for separating the Fe(2+,2.5+) fit from the Fe(2.5+,3+,3.5+,4+) fit, which also is clearly justified on a statistical empirical basis. Quadrupole splittings have also been calculated for these systems. The correlation between the calculated (DeltaE(Q(cal))) and experimental (DeltaE(Q(exp))) quadrupole splittings based on |DeltaE(Q(exp))| = A |DeltaE(Q(cal))| + B yields slope A, which is almost the ideal value 1.0 (A = 1.002 +/- 0.030) and intercept B almost zero (B = 0.033 +/- 0.068 mm s(-1)). Further calculations on the reduced diferrous and oxidized diferric active sites of class-I ribonucleotide reductase (RNR) and the hydroxylase component of methane monooxygenase (MMOH), and on a mixed-valent [(tpb)Fe3+(mu-O)(mu-CH3CO2)Fe4+(Me3[9]aneN3)]2+ (S = 3/2) complex and its corresponding diferric state have been performed. 以Ba(NO3)2、NaBH4、Er2O3和CeO2为原料, 在十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)表面活性剂辅助下, 采用水热法制备了β-BaB2O4 (β-BBO)纳米棒, 稀土离子Er3+单掺杂的β-BBO(β-BBO:Er3+)及Er3+和Ce3+/Ce4+共掺杂的β-BBO(β-BBO:Er3+/Ce3+/Ce4+)纳米棒. 通过X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、傅里叶变换红外(FTIR)光谱、拉曼光谱、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)和光致发光(PL)光谱分别对样品的物相、结构、形貌、成分及光致发光性质进行了表征. 研究结果表明: 微量稀土离子掺杂并不改变β-BBO的结构, 制得的纳米棒尺寸均匀, 长度在200-500 nm 之间, 直径在10-20 nm 之间; β-BBO:Er3+和β-BBO:Er3+/Ce3+/Ce4+纳米棒在400nm光激发下, 在可见光范围内都观察到中心波长为515和542 nm的绿光. 对发光机理的初步研究表明: 发光分别对应于Er3+的2H11/2→4I15/2, 4S3/2→4I15/2跃迁, 铈离子以Ce3+和Ce4+两种形式存在于体系中, Ce3+对Er3+起敏化作用, 可以显著增强β-BBO:Er3+/Ce3+/Ce4+纳米棒的发光强度, 存在Ce3+→Er3+的能量传递过程.  相似文献

Ribonucleic acid (RNA) is used as a novel ionophore in plasticized poly(vinyl chloride) matrix membrane sensors for some transition metal ions. Membranes incorporating RNA and doped in Cu(2+), Cd(2+) and Fe(2+) display fast near-Nernstian and stable responses for these ions with cationic slopes of 31.1, 31.3 and 35.5 mV per decade, respectively, over the concentration range 10(-6)-10(-2) M and pH range 4-6.5. The cadmium RNA-based sensor shows no interference by Cu(2+), Fe(2+) Hg(2+) and Ag(+), which are known to interfere significantly with the solid-state CdS/Ag(2)S membrane electrode. The copper RNA-based sensor displays general potentiometric characteristics similar to those based on macrocyclic ionophores and organic ion exchangers and has the advantage of a better selectivity for Cu(2+) over some alkaline earth, divalent and transition metal ions. The iron RNA-based membrane sensor exhibits no interference by Hg(2+) and Zn(2+), which are known to interfere with other previously suggested sensors. The nature and composition of the RNA ionophore and its cadmium complex are examined using electrophoresis, Fourier-transform infrared analysis, elemental analysis and X-ray fluorescence techniques.  相似文献

A sensitive, selective colorimetric Fe(3+) detection method has been developed by using pyrophosphate functionalized gold nanoparticles (P(2)O(7)(4-)-AuNPs). Gold nanoparticles were prepared by reducing HAuCl(4) with sodium borohydride, in the presence of Na(4)P(2)O(7). IR spectra suggested that pyrophosphates were capped on the surface of the gold nanoparticles. Aggregation of P(2)O(7)(4-)-AuNPs was induced immediately in the presence of Fe(3+) ions, yielding a color change from pink to violet. This Fe(3+)-induced aggregation of P(2)O(7)(4-)-AuNPs was monitored using first the naked eye and then UV-vis spectroscopy with a detection limit of 5.6 μM. The P(2)O(7)(4-)-AuNPs bound by Fe(3+) showed excellent selectivity compared to other metal ions (Ca(2+), Cd(2+), Co(2+), Fe(2+), Hg(2+), K(+), Mg(2+), Mn(2+), Na(+), Ni(2+), Pb(2+), and Zn(2+)). The best detection of Fe(3+) was achieved in a pH range from 3 to 9. In addition, the P(2)O(7)(4-)-AuNPs were also used to detect Fe(3+) in lake water samples, with low interference.  相似文献

A new series of cubane-type [VFe(3)S(4)](z)() clusters (z = 1+, 2+, 3+) has been prepared as possible precursor species for clusters related to those present in vanadium-containing nitrogenase. Treatment of [(HBpz(3))VFe(3)S(4)Cl(3)](2)(-) (2, z = 2+), protected from further reaction at the vanadium site by the tris(pyrazolyl)hydroborate ligand, with ferrocenium ion affords the oxidized cluster [(HBpz(3))VFe(3)S(4)Cl(3)](1)(-) (3, z = 3+). Reaction of 2 with Et(3)P results in chloride substitution to give [(HBpz(3))VFe(3)S(4)(PEt(3))(3)](1+) (4, z = 2+). Reaction of 4 with cobaltocene reduced the cluster with formation of the edge-bridged double-cubane [(HBpz(3))(2)V(2)Fe(6)S(8)(PEt(3))(4)] (5, z = 1+, 1+), which with excess chloride underwent ligand substitution to afford [(HBpz(3))(2)V(2)Fe(6)S(8)Cl(4)](4)(-) (6, z = 1+, 1+). X-ray structures of (Me(4)N)[3], [4](PF(6)), 5, and (Et(4)N)(4)[6] x 2MeCN are described. Cluster 5 is isostructural with previously reported [(Cl(4)cat)(2)(Et(3)P)(2)Mo(2)Fe(6)S(8)(PEt(3))(4)] and contains two VFe(3)S(4) cubanes connected across edges by a Fe(2)S(2) rhomb in which the bridging Fe-S distances are shorter than intracubane Fe-S distances. M?ssbauer (2-5), magnetic (2-5), and EPR (2, 4) data are reported and demonstrate an S = 3/2 ground state for 2 and 4 and a diamagnetic ground state for 3. Analysis of (57)Fe isomer shifts based on an empirical correlation between shift and oxidation state and appropriate reference shifts results in two conclusions. (i) The oxidation 2 --> 3 + e(-) results in a change in electron density localized largely or completely on the Fe(3) subcluster and associated sulfur atoms. (ii) The most appropriate charge distributions are [V(3+)Fe(3+)Fe(2+)(2)S(4)](2+) (Fe(2.33+)) for 1, 2, and 4 and [V(3+)Fe(3+)(2)Fe(2+)S(4)](3+) (Fe(2.67+)) for 3 and [V(2)Fe(6)S(8)(SEt)(9)](3+). Conclusion i applies to every MFe(3)S(4) cubane-type cluster thus far examined in different redox states at parity of cluster ligation. The formalistic charge distributions are regarded as the best current approximations to electron distributions in these delocalized species. The isomer shifts require that iron atoms are mixed-valence in each cluster.  相似文献
