提出了一种利用RBF神经网络来确定摄像机和投影器坐标映射关系的方法。首先在投影器坐标系中将数据分为若干个16×16的子区域,然后以(l,m,lm,l2,m2)为输入层的5个神经元(其中l、m为投影器像素坐标),以摄像机像素坐标i为输出层的神经元,建立RBF神经网络。利用RBF神经网络求解在投影器坐标系中摄像机像素坐标的分布模型,最后得到投影器像素点对应的摄像机像素坐标值。计算机模拟和实验结果表明,与已有的算法相比,该方法能更有效地提高反向条纹投影的求解精度。为反向条纹的求解提供了新方法。  相似文献

Robot manipulator trajectory planning is one of the core robot technologies, and the design of controllers can improve the trajectory accuracy of manipulators. However, most of the controllers designed at this stage have not been able to effectively solve the nonlinearity and uncertainty problems of the high degree of freedom manipulators. In order to overcome these problems and improve the trajectory performance of the high degree of freedom manipulators, a manipulator trajectory planning method based on a radial basis function (RBF) neural network is proposed in this work. Firstly, a 6-DOF robot experimental platform was designed and built. Secondly, the overall manipulator trajectory planning framework was designed, which included manipulator kinematics and dynamics and a quintic polynomial interpolation algorithm. Then, an adaptive robust controller based on an RBF neural network was designed to deal with the nonlinearity and uncertainty problems, and Lyapunov theory was used to ensure the stability of the manipulator control system and the convergence of the tracking error. Finally, to test the method, a simulation and experiment were carried out. The simulation results showed that the proposed method improved the response and tracking performance to a certain extent, reduced the adjustment time and chattering, and ensured the smooth operation of the manipulator in the course of trajectory planning. The experimental results verified the effectiveness and feasibility of the method proposed in this paper.  相似文献

根据白光发光二极管失效物理机制选取理想因子、结温、色坐标漂移量等参数作为输入量,利用果蝇算法自学习优化标准径向基神经网络基函数宽度,提高输出精度.研究表明,径向基神经网络模型可以成功预测白光发光二极管可靠性衰变趋势,具有较高的稳定性和鲁棒性;利用果蝇算法优化后,预测平均误差成功减少为3.1%,对未来建立以神经网络为基础的发光二极管可靠性预测模型库提供有益帮助.  相似文献

白矮主序双星的光谱特征是决定其类型的关键因素,如何有效提取恒星光谱的特征是亟待解决的问题。提出一种新的方法,通过构建模型捕获恒星光谱数据的特征,对SDSS-DR10海量光谱进行自动分类。径向基神经网络作为一种有效的计算模型,在数值逼近和目标分类上均有较好的表现效果,但由于目前神经网络超参数的确定大多数依赖于实验经验,很大程度上制约了算法能力的发挥。在分析白矮主序双星光谱数据的高维分布特征的基础上,提出一种基于径向基神经网络的白矮主序双星自动分类模型,并以白矮主序双星的光谱特征为导向,针对恒星光谱提出了中心准则和宽度准则以确定神经网络的超参数,大幅度提高了模型的准确度。实验对分类模型进行数值训练并使用训练的模型对SDSS-DR10光谱数据进行白矮主序双星的自动分类,共发现4 631个白矮主序双星,通过Simbad,NED和Google交叉验证后发现其中有25个是未予以收录的新候选体。实验结果验证了该模型在大规模白矮主序双星自动分类任务中的有效性,新发现的白矮主序双星也为特殊天体的进一步研究补充了有效数据。  相似文献

运用RBF径向基神经网络对基于傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)法、相关系数比对法及多层次小波变换所提取的淫羊藿药材样本有效成分指纹特征进行识别。样品包括药典选用的5个物种(淫羊藿Epimedium brevicornu Maxim.、箭叶淫羊藿E.sagittatum(Sieb. et Zucc.) Maxim.、柔毛淫羊藿E.pubescens Maxim.、朝鲜淫羊藿E.koreanum Nakai和巫山淫羊藿E.wushanense T.S.Ying)和其他物种共计250个样本。淫羊藿指标成分淫羊藿苷在原药材和甲醇提取物的红外光谱图上,具有较明显的1 259 cm-1特征峰,经典的HPLC法的定量分析结果也佐证了淫羊藿苷的含量与1 259 cm-1峰的位置具有很好的一致性。为此该峰可以用来作为判别各物种淫羊藿药材是否含有淫羊藿苷的重要依据。在此基础上,采用相关系数比对法和多层次的小波变换法消除了因淫羊藿苷含量低、吸收峰弱,信号和噪声大的问题,增强了RBF径向基神经网络的识别效果。初步建立了基于小波变换和RBF径向基神经网络淫羊藿原药材红外光谱快速识别淫羊藿苷指标成分的一种新方法。  相似文献

With the continuous improvement of people’s health awareness and the continuous progress of scientific research, consumers have higher requirements for the quality of drinking. Compared with high-sugar-concentrated juice, consumers are more willing to accept healthy and original Not From Concentrated (NFC) juice and packaged drinking water. At the same time, drinking category detection can be used for vending machine self-checkout. However, the current drinking category systems rely on special equipment, which require professional operation, and also rely on signals that are not widely used, such as radar. This paper introduces a novel drinking category detection method based on wireless signals and artificial neural network (ANN). Unlike past work, our design relies on WiFi signals that are widely used in life. The intuition is that when the wireless signals propagate through the detected target, the signals arrive at the receiver through multiple paths and different drinking categories will result in distinct multipath propagation, which can be leveraged to detect the drinking category. We capture the WiFi signals of detected drinking using wireless devices; then, we calculate channel state information (CSI), perform noise removal and feature extraction, and apply ANN for drinking category detection. Results demonstrate that our design has high accuracy in detecting drinking category.  相似文献

Problems such as insufficient key space, lack of a one-time pad, and a simple encryption structure may emerge in existing encryption schemes. To solve these problems, and keep sensitive information safe, this paper proposes a plaintext-related color image encryption scheme. Firstly, a new five-dimensional hyperchaotic system is constructed in this paper, and its performance is analyzed. Secondly, this paper applies the Hopfield chaotic neural network together with the novel hyperchaotic system to propose a new encryption algorithm. The plaintext-related keys are generated by image chunking. The pseudo-random sequences iterated by the aforementioned systems are used as key streams. Therefore, the proposed pixel-level scrambling can be completed. Then the chaotic sequences are utilized to dynamically select the rules of DNA operations to complete the diffusion encryption. This paper also presents a series of security analyses of the proposed encryption scheme and compares it with other schemes to evaluate its performance. The results show that the key streams generated by the constructed hyperchaotic system and the Hopfield chaotic neural network improve the key space. The proposed encryption scheme provides a satisfying visual hiding result. Furthermore, it is resistant to a series of attacks and the problem of structural degradation caused by the simplicity of the encryption system’s structure.  相似文献

针对石油化工产品生产控制和质量检查的需要,为提高测定产品组成的效率,将近红外光谱法作为基础测定方法,以直馏柴油、加氢精制柴油和催化裂化柴油为校正模型的训练样本,测定其中饱和烃、胶质、单环芳烃、双环芳烃、三环芳烃和环烷烃的组成,论述了采用模糊神经网络建立校正模型测定石油化工产品组成的可行性。基于dSPACE硬件平台,用验证样本对模糊神经网络校正模型进行了检验,实验结果表明,该方法响应快、误差小、鲁棒性强,在近红外长波区内,校正样品和验证样品的均方误差小于10-6。该方法可用于石油化工产品的生产工艺研究中。  相似文献

Information security has become a focal topic in the information and digital age. How to realize secure transmission and the secure storage of image data is a major research focus of information security. Aiming at this hot topic, in order to improve the security of image data transmission, this paper proposes an image encryption algorithm based on improved Arnold transform and a chaotic pulse-coupled neural network. Firstly, the oscillatory reset voltage is introduced into the uncoupled impulse neural network, which makes the uncoupled impulse neural network exhibit chaotic characteristics. The chaotic sequence is generated by multiple iterations of the chaotic pulse-coupled neural network, and then the image is pre-encrypted by XOR operation with the generated chaotic sequence. Secondly, using the improved Arnold transform, the pre-encrypted image is scrambled to further improve the scrambling degree and encryption effect of the pre-encrypted image so as to obtain the final ciphertext image. Finally, the security analysis and experimental simulation of the encrypted image are carried out. The results of quantitative evaluation show that the proposed algorithm has a better encryption effect than the partial encryption algorithm. The algorithm is highly sensitive to keys and plaintexts, has a large key space, and can effectively resist differential attacks and attacks such as noise and clipping.  相似文献

A theoretical quantum neural network model is proposed using a nonlinear Schrödinger wave equation. The model proposes that there exists a nonlinear Schrödinger wave equation that mediates the collective response of a neural lattice. The model is used to explain eye movements when tracking moving targets. Using a recurrent quantum neural network(RQNN) while simulating the eye tracking model, two very interesting phenomena are observed. First, as eye sensor data is processed in a classical neural network, a wave packet is triggered in the quantum neural network.This wave packet moves like a particle. Second, when the eye tracks a fixed target, this wave packet moves not in a continuous but rather in a discrete mode. This result reminds one of the saccadic movements of the eye consisting of ‘jumps’ and ‘rests’. However, such a saccadic movement is intertwined with smooth pursuit movements when the eye has to track a dynamic trajectory. In a sense, this is the first theoretical model explaining the experimental observation reported concerning eye movements in a static scene situation. The resulting prediction is found to be very precise and efficient in comparison to classical objective modeling schemes such as the Kalman filter.  相似文献
