Treatment of 1H,1H,2H,2H-perfluorooctyltrichlorosilane (4) with allylmagnesium bromide provided key intermediate 1H,1H,2H,2H-perfluorooctyltriallylsilane (2). The preparation of polyester (PQ) and copolyester (PQ-DIOL) catalysts having quaternary ammonium groups was performed, and an aromatic polyester (PEA) was directly synthesized from isophthaloyl chloride and diphenolic acid by aqueous/organic interfacial polycondensation using these polymer catalysts. 合成了5种m-6-m型Gemini双季铵盐表面活性剂,在对产物结构和表面活性进行分析的基础上,分别采用紫外分光光度法和荧光分光光度法考察了m-6-m型Gemini双季铵盐表面活性剂与DNA的相互作用.结果表明,m-6-m型Gemini表面活性剂的CMC随烷基疏水链的增长呈逐渐下降趋势.几种表面活性剂均没有使DNA的紫外吸收峰发生红移或蓝移现象,说明复合物无嵌插作用或氢键形成,表面活性剂与DNA作用后的吸光度随表面活性剂浓度的增大而增强,当表面活性剂的浓度相同时,吸光度随疏水链的增大而逐渐减弱.Gemini表面活性剂浓度增大导致荧光强度降低,表面活性剂与DNA作用时的猝灭为静态猝灭,随着疏水链长度的增长,荧光猝灭常数降低,表面活性剂与DNA之间的作用力减弱. 相似文献

In this work, n-alkyl chitosan (N-CTS) was obtained by alkylation modification of chitosan with n-butylaldehyde using Schiff alkali method. The etherifying agent 3-chloro-2-hydroxypropyl triethylammonium chloride (CHPTAC-ethyl) was synthesized from triethylamine and epichlorohydrin. The N-CTS and CHPTAC-ethyl were etherized to finally synthesize n-alkyl quaternary ammonium chitosan (N-CCTS). Scanning electron microscope, X-ray diffractometer, Fourier transform infrared, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, and 13CNMR were used to characterize the surface morphology and chemical structure. Viscosity method and spectrophotometry were used to determine its physical and chemical properties. The etherification reaction mechanism was studied systematically and the influence of reaction conditions on the degree of substitution and solubility of N-CCTS was investigated. The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of N-CCTS against Escherichia coli (E. coli) and Staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus) was both 0.15 g/L, which was superior to the MIC value of natural chitosan. N-CCTS was used to finish rabbit hair fabric with citric acid as cross-linking agent and sodium hypophosphite as catalyst. The antibacterial and washing resistance of the product were investigated. After 25 times of washing, the antibacterial rate of N-CCTS against E. coli and S. aureus remained stable at about 90%, and the antibacterial rate was higher than that of N-CTS and natural chitosan, and it was a kind of natural polymer long-acting antibacterial finishing agent for rabbit hair fabric. 相似文献

Abstract Potassium permanganate (KMnO4) oxidizes quaternary ammonium bromides to the corresponding tribromides conveniently and effectively. The procedure adopted is environmentally friendly as it is solvent-free. High purity, excellent yield, shorter reaction time and mild reaction conditions are some of the advantages of this synthetic protocol. A 4-aminobenzenesulfonic acid-chloro-triazine adduct was successfully synthesized in a laboratory scale and treated with cotton fabrics in order to increase the anionic sites and thereby % exhaustion of cationic compounds. Two Quaternary Ammonium Salts (QAS) was investigated namely, Cetylpyridinum chloride (CPC) and Benzyldimethylhexadecyl ammonium chloride (BDHAC) which are widely accepted as strong antimicrobial agents. The reaction mechanism involved in the synthesis of the reactive adduct as well its application to cotton fabric were demonstrated in detail. The effects of application parameters, namely pH, temperature and liquor ratio were examined. The reaction efficiency was determined through monitored % exhaustion of the adduct by cotton fabric. Antimicrobial activity of the treated cotton sample was studied against Staphylococcus aureus according to AATCC test method 100-1999. Results obtained show that the treated fabric shows higher antimicrobial activity compared with the untreated fabric. The results depict also that % exhaustion decreases as the pH, temperature and liquor ratio increase. Moreover, the appropriate predictable empirical models were developed using Excel solver function incorporating interaction effects of all variables to predict the % exhaustion and the satisfactory results (R2 > 0.98) were obtained. 相似文献

A series of bis-quaternary ammonium compounds(bis-QACs) N,N’-hevamethylenebis(1-alkyl-4-carbamoyl pyridinium bromide)(4BCAP-6,n)(alkyl chain length,n=8,10,12,14,16 and 18) were synthesized and characterized.Their surface tensions,critical micelle concentrations(CMC),and antimicrobial activities were evaluated.4BCAP-6,10 exhibited the strongest antimicrobial activities except for that against Proteus vulgari.The activities of 4BCAP-6.n against Escherichia coli zk126 were not significantly influenced by temperature.pH and initial bacteria concentration.These results indicate that bis-QACs exhibit high antimicrobial activity regardless of the environmental conditions. 相似文献

Polyethersulfone (PES)/quaternary ammonium polysulfone (QAPSf) blend ultrafiltration (UF) membranes with positive charge were fabricated by nonsolvent induced phase separation (NIPS) for use in dye and salt selective separation. QAPSf was synthesized by nucleophilic substitution with chloromethylated polysulfone (CMPSf). The effect of the PES/QAPSf mass ratio on the morphology and performance of blend UF membranes were studied. The membranes' zeta potentials gradually changed from negative to positive with decreases in the PES/QAPSf mass ratio. At PES/QAPSf mass ratios of 30:70 and 10:90, the zeta potentials of the membranes reached +1.8 mV and + 5.9 mV, respectively. Additionally, the contact angles of the membranes decreased from 74° to 52° as the QAPSf content increased from 0 wt% to 90 wt%. Furthermore, the membrane with a PES/QAPSf mass ratio of 30:70 showed a high water permeance (181.4 LMH bar−1) and excellent dye and salt selective separation performance. The rejection ratios reached 99.1%, 87.8%, 99.6%, and 92.4% for dyes Congo red, methyl blue, Alixin blue 8GX, and basic blue 24, respectively, while those for salts Na2SO4, MgSO4, MgCl2, and NaCl were ≤ 10%. In addition, the PES/QAPSf membranes showed excellent antifouling performance and good operating stability with dye-salt mixtures of various pHs and salt concentrations. 相似文献
