Solid polymer electrolyte membranes were prepared by complexing tetrapropylammoniumiodide (Pr4N+I?) salt with polyethylene oxide (PEO) plasticized with ethylene carbonate (EC), and these were used in photoelectrochemical (PEC) solar cells fabricated with the configuration glass/FTO/TiO2/dye/electrolyte/Pt/FTO/glass. The PEO/Pr4N+I?+I2?=?9:1 ratio gave the best room temperature conductivity for the electrolyte. For this composition, the plasticizer EC was added to increase the conductivity, and a further conductivity enhancement of four orders of magnitude was observed. An abrupt increase in conductivity occurs around 60–70 wt% EC; the room temperature conductivity was 5.4?×?10?7 S cm?1 for 60 wt% EC and 4.9?×?10?5 S cm?1 for the 70 wt% EC. For solar cells with electrolytes containing PEO/Pr4N+I?+I2?=?9:1 and EC, IV curves and photocurrent action spectra were obtained. The photocurrent also increased with increasing amounts of EC, up to three orders of magnitude. However, the energy conversion efficiency of this cell was rather low.  相似文献

A hexaaminomacrocycle L, containing four secondary and two tertiary amines has been synthesized and crystallized with hydrobromic acid. The structural analysis of the bromide complex suggests that the ligand in its tetraprotonated form, is involved in coordinating two bromides from both the sides via hydrogen bonding interactions with N?Br distance of 3.351 Å, forming a ditopic complex. The other two bromides are outside the cavity, and singly bonded to the macrocycle. The molecules are packed showing layer structures in which the internal bromides are locked between the layers of macrocycles. The bromide anions are coordinated alternatively by one and two hydrogen bonds with the protonated amines from the two adjacent macrocycles.  相似文献

A new chromo-chemodosimeter for the anion sulfide in aqueous environments has been developed. The recognition concept is based on a pyrylium-thiopyrylium transformation that is conveniently drawn toward "color chemistry" concepts by means of the anchoring of an aniline group. This causes the color of the aniline-pyrylium backbone in L1 to change selectively from magenta to blue when transformed to the corresponding aniline-thiopyrylium in the presence of the sulfide anion. The method is simple and easy, suggesting potential applications in a variety of different environments where easy and rapid determination of sulfide might be required.  相似文献

Cetyltrimethylammonium bromide is used in the precipitation titration of perchlorate, with potentiometric end-point detection. A perchlorate, fluoroborate or nitrate ion-selective electrode may be used. The method is more sensitive than the commonly used titration with tetraphenylarsonium chloride. It can be used over the pH range from 1.20 to at least 12.8. The titrant is much cheaper than tetraphenylarsonium chloride.  相似文献

Phase transition temperatures for solid deuterium bromide are calculated in the effective field approximation. The crystal structure is treated as a two-dimensional lattice of zig-zag chains of DBr molecules. Dipole—dipole and quadrupole-quadrupole interactions are included up to second neighbors, in addition, a repulsive field is introduced to fit the upper transition temperature.  相似文献

A new room-temperature ionic liquid (RTIL) consisting of the fluorinated anion bis(trifluoromethyl)-phosphinate((CF3)2PO2) coupled with the 1-butyl-3-methyl-imidazoliuim (BMIM) cation has been synthesized and characterized by physicochemical and electrochemical means including differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), thermogravimetric analysis, viscosity, conductivity and cyclic voltammetry measurements. Properties are compared with those of the known RTIL consisting of BMIM coupled with the bis(trifluoromethyl)-sulfonylimide (TFSI) anion.  相似文献

In this study, the interaction of the anion of quinapril (QUIN), angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor, with cationic surfactant cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) was investigated. The effect of cationic micelles on the spectroscopic and acid-base properties of QUIN was studied at pH 8. The binding of QUIN anion to CTAB micelles implied a shift in drug acidity constant (pK(a)(water)-pK(a)(micelle)=1.39) proving the great affinity of negatively charged QUIN ion for the positively charged CTAB micelle surface. The strong dependence of the partition coefficient K(x) on QUIN concentration, obtained by using pseudo-phase model, is consistent with an adsorption-like phenomenon. From the dependence of differential absorbance at lambda=272 nm on CTAB concentration, by using mathematical model that treats the solubilization of QUIN anion as its binding to specific sites in the micelles (Langmuir adsorption isotherm), the binding constant K(b)=(2.3+/-0.4)x10(3) mol(-1)dm(3) was obtained. QUIN-CTAB binding constant was also calculated from micellar liquid chromatography (MLC) and this method was found to be not accurate enough for its determination.  相似文献

This review of the current status of conducting polymers will focus on recent progress which demonstrates that the initial promise of the late 1970's has become reality. Conducting polymers are now available as materials with truly unique properties: They combine the important electronic and optical properties of semiconductors and metals with the attractive mechanical properties and processing advantages of polymers. Conducting polymer blends based upon polyaniline (PANI) are a new class of materials in which the threshold for the onset of electrical conductivity (σ) can be reduced to volume fractions below 1%, well below that required for classical percolation (16% by volume for globular conducting objects dispersed in an insulating matrix in three dimensions). The origin of this remarkably low threshold for the onset of electrical conductivity is the self-assembled network morphology of the PANI polyblends which forms during the course of liquid-liquid separation. Since the average density of the conducting network near threshold is small, the conductivity increases smoothly and continuously over many orders of magnitude as the concentration of conducting polymer increases above threshold. The low percolation threshold and the continuous increase of σ(f) above threshold are particularly important; as a result of this combination, conducting polyblends can be reproducibly fabricated with controlled levels of electrical conductivity while retaining the desired mechanical properties of the matrix polymer.1-3)  相似文献

Phenomenologically, a primary dopant for a conducting polymer is a substance which drastically changes the electronic, optical, magnetic, and/or structural properties of the polymer and is accompanied by a large increase in conductivity. Phenomenologically, a secondary dopant is an apparently “inert” substance which, when applied to a primary-doped polymer, induces still further changes in the above properties including a further increase in conductivity. A new polythiophene derivative was synthesized by both chemical and electrochemical oxidative polymerization of 1‐(1‐phenylethyl)‐2,5‐di(2‐thienyl)‐1H‐pyrrole (PETPy). Of which the chemical method produces a polymer that is completely soluble in organic solvents. The structures of both the monomer and the soluble polymer were elucidated by nuclear magnetic resonance (1H and 13C NMR) and Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy. The average molecular weight has been determined by gel permeation chromatography to be Mn = 3.29 × 103 for the chemically synthesized polymer. Polymer of PETPy was synthesized via potentiostatic electrochemical polymerization in acetonitrile (AN)/NaClO4/LiClO4 (0.1 M) solvent–electrolyte couple. Characterizations of the resulting polymer were performed by cyclic voltammetry, FTIR, scanning electron microscopy, and UV–vis spectroscopy. Four‐probe technique was used to measure the conductivities of the samples. Moreover, the spectroelectrochemical and electrochromic properties of the polymer films were investigated. In addition, dual‐type polymer electrochromic devices based on P(PETPy) with poly(3,4‐ethylenedioxythiophene) were constructed. Spectroelectrochemistry, electrochromic switching, and open circuit stability of the devices were studied. Umeclidinium bromide, a drug used for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, is synthesized through a new intermediate of phenyl(quinuclidin-4-yl)methanone. This novel method with simple operation flow and cheap reagents, makes it suitable for scale up. The overall four-step process provides umeclidinium bromide in 29% yield and the purity up to 99.83%. The X-ray crystal structure of the drug molecule was first reported.  相似文献

Electrically conductive poly(vinylidene fluoride)(PVDF) - polyaniline blends of different composition were synthesized by chemical polymerization of aniline in a mixture of PVDF and dimethylformamide (DMF) and studied by electrical conductivity measurement, UV-Vis-NIR and FTIR spectroscopy. The samples were obtained as flexible films by pressing the powder at 180 °C for 5 min. The electrical conductivity showed a great dependence on the syntheses parameters. The higher value of the electrical conductivity was obtained for the oxidant/aniline molar ratio equal to 1 and p-toluenesulfonic acid-TSA/aniline ratio between 3 and 6. UV-Vis-NIR and FTIR spectra of the blend are similar to the doped PANI, indicating that the PANI is responsible for the high electrical conductivity of the blend. The electrical conductivity of blend proved to be stable as a function of temperature decreasing about one order at temperature of 100 °C. The route used to obtain the polymer blend showed to be a suitable alternative in order to obtain PVDF/PANI-TSA blends with high electrical conductivity.  相似文献
