采用优化的高温固相方法制备了稀土离子Eu3+和Tb3+掺杂的La7O6(BO3)(PO42系荧光材料,并对其物相行为、晶体结构、光致发光性能和热稳定性进行了详细研究。结果表明,La7O6(BO3)(PO42:Eu3+材料在紫外光激发下能够发射出红光,发射光谱中最强发射峰位于616 nm处,为5D07F2特征能级跃迁,Eu3+的最优掺杂浓度为0.08,对应的CIE坐标为(0.610 2,0.382 3);La7O6(BO3)(PO42:Tb3+材料在紫外光激发下能够发射出绿光,发射光谱中最强发射峰位于544 nm处,对应Tb3+5D47F5能级跃迁,Tb3+离子的最优掺杂浓度为0.15,对应的CIE坐标为(0.317 7,0.535 2)。此外,对2种材料的变温光谱分析发现Eu3+和Tb3+掺杂的La7O6(BO3)(PO42荧光材料均具有良好的热稳定性。  相似文献

Calcium and barium zirconate powders based upon CaZrO3:Eu3+,A and BaZrO3:Eu3+,A (A=Li+, Na+, K+) were prepared by combustion synthesis method and heating to ~1000℃ to improve crystallinity.The structure and morphology of materials were examined by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanningelectron microscopy (SEM). XRD results showed that CaZrO3:Eu3+,A and BaZrO3:Eu3+,A (A=Li+, Na+, K+) perovskites possessed orthorhombic and cubic structures, respectively. The morphologies of all powderswere very similar consisting of small, coagulated, cubical particles with narrow size distributions andsmooth and regular surfaces. The characteristic luminescences of Eu3+ ions in CaZrO3:Eu3+,A (A=Li+, Na+, K+) lattices were present with strong emissions at 614 and 625 nm for 5D07F2 transitions with other weakeremissions observed at 575, 592, 655, and 701 nm corresponding to 5D07Fn transitions (where n=0, 1, 3, 4 respectively). In BaZrO3:Eu3+ both the 5D07F1 and 5D07F2 transitions at 595 and 613 nm were strong.Photoluminescence intensities of CaZrO3:Eu3+ samples were higher than those of BaZrO3:Eu3+ lattices. Thisremarkable increase of photoluminescence intensity (corresponding to 5D07Fn transitions) was observedin CaZrO3:Eu3+ and BaZrO3:Eu3+ if co-doped with Li+ ions. An additional broad band composed of manypeaks between 440 to 575 nm was observed in BaZrO3:Eu3+,,A samples. The intensity of this band wasgreatest in Li+ co-doped samples and lowest for K+ doped samples.  相似文献

采用高温固相反应合成了M5-2xSmxNax(PO4)3F(M=Ca,Sr,Ba)荧光体,研究了其在真空紫外-可见光范围的发光特性。发现在Ca5(PO4)3F中Sm3+的电荷迁移带约在191 nm,在Sr5(PO4)3F中约在199 nm,而在Ba5(PO4)3F中约在204 nm,随着被取代碱土离子半径的增大电荷迁移能量逐渐减小。比较了M5(PO4)3F (M=Ca,Sr,Ba)中Sm3+和Eu3+电荷迁移能量的关系。  相似文献

采用高温固相法在空气中合成了Ba1.97-yZn1-xMgxSi2O7:0.03Eu,yCe3+系列荧光粉。分别采用X-射线衍射和荧光光谱对所合成荧光粉的物相和发光性质进行了表征。在紫外光330~360 nm激发下,固溶体荧光粉Ba1.97-yZn1-xMgxSi2O7:0.03Eu的发射光谱在350~725 nm范围内呈现多谱峰发射,360和500 nm处有强的宽带发射属于Eu2+离子的4f65d1-4f7跃迁,590~725 nm红光区窄带谱源于Eu3+5D0-7FJ (J=1,2,3,4)跃迁,这表明,在空气气氛中,部分Eu3+在Ba1.97-yZn1-xMgxSi2O7基质中被还原成了Eu2+;当x=0.1时,荧光粉Ba1.97Zn0.9Mg0.1Si2O7:0.03Eu的绿色发光最强,表明Eu3+被还原成Eu2+离子的程度最大。当共掺入Ce3+离子后,形成Ba1.97-yZn0.9Mg0.1Si2O7:0.03Eu,yCe3+荧光粉体系,其发光随着Ce3+离子浓度的增大由蓝绿区经白光区到达橙红区;发现名义组成为Ba1.96Zn0.9Mg0.1Si2O7:0.01Ce3+,0.03Eu的荧光粉的色坐标为(0.323,0.311),接近理想白光,是一种有潜在应用价值的白光荧光粉。讨论了稀土离子在Ba2Zn0.9Mg0.1Si2O7基质中的能量传递与发光机理。  相似文献

CAS SCF CI (SD) calculations have been carried out for the 3Σ?g, 1Σ+g, 3Σ+u, and 5Δu states of Sc2 using large gaussian basis sets. The 3Σ?g, 1Σ+g, and 3Σ+u states arise from the 2D(4s2 3d1) + 2D(4s2 3d1) limit of Sc2 and are found to be only weakly bound (Dc ≈ 0.06 eV and Rc ≈ 8.0a0). The 5Δu state arises from the 2D(4s2 3d1) + 4F(4s1 3d1 4p1) atomic limit. This state is found to be strongly bound relative to its limits (Dc ≈ 0.8 eV and Rc ≈ 7.0a0).  相似文献

The new oxyborate phosphors, Na3La9O3(BO3)8:Eu3+ (NLBO:Eu) and Na3La9O3(BO3)8:Tb3+ (NLBO:Tb) were prepared by solid-state reactions. The photoluminescence characteristics under UV excitation were investigated. The dominated emission of Eu3+ corresponding to the electric dipole transition 5D07F2 is located at 613 nm and bright green luminescence of NLBO:Tb attributed to the transition 5D47F5 is centered at 544 nm. The concentration dependence of the emission intensity showed that the optimum doping concentration of Eu and Tb is 30% and 10%, respectively.  相似文献

The Eu3+-doped La2Zr2O7 phosphor with rod-like morphology was successfully synthesized by conventional solid state reaction and hydrothermal method. X-ray diffraction patterns, transmission electron microscopy, and photoluminescence spectra were employed to charac-terize its structure and morphology as well as luminescent properties. The results indicated that the red-emitting phosphor La2Zr2O7:Eu3+ had well crystallized and belonged to the cubic structure with space group of Fd3m. The as-obtained product mainly appeared as straight nanorods with an average diameter of 47 nm and length of 50-700 nm. The pos-sible growth mechanism was also discussed. It was found that under blue excitation with a wavelength of 466 nm, the La2Zr2O7:Eu3+ phosphor exhibited a characteristic red emission at 616 nm that was attributed to the hypersensitive 5DO7F2 electric dipole transition of Eu3+ ions. Meanwhile, it was more interesting to note that the emission of 5D17FJ (J=0, 1, 2) transitions and the splitting patterns of 5D07FJ (J=1, 2, 4) transitions of Eu3+ ions can be observed in the luminescent spectra of La2Zr2O7:Eu3+. It was demonstrated that Eu3+ preferred to occupy a low symmetry site.  相似文献

Y2O3:Eu3+ (5 mol% Eu3+) and Y2O3:Eu3+ (5 mol% Eu3+) containing 1 mol% of Ag nanoparticles were prepared by heat treatment of a viscous resin obtained via citrate precursor. TEM and EDS analyses showed that Y2O3:Eu3+ (5 mol% Eu3+) is formed by nanoparticles with an average size of 12 nm, which increases to 30 nm when Ag is present because the effect of metal induced crystallization occurs. Ag nanoparticles with a size of 9 nm dispersed in Y2O3:Eu3+ (5 mol% Eu3+) were obtained and the surface plasmon effect on Ag nanoparticles was observed. The emission around 612 nm assigned to the Eu3+ (5D07F2) transition enhanced when the Ag nanoparticles were present in the Y2O3:Eu3+ luminescent material.  相似文献

High-resolution spectra of the NO2 continuum emission produced from the reaction NO + O3 → NO2 + O2 have been investigated to detect any possible emission from O2(1Δg) at 1270 nm or O2(1Σ+g) at 762 nm. The photolysis of O3/O2 mixtures at 253.7 nm, which produces both states of O2 with known quantum efficiency, has been used as an internal standard. From the results it is concluded that less than 1/300 and 1/200 of the NO + O3 reactive collissions result in production of O2(1Δg) or O2(1Σ+g), respectively, at room temperature.  相似文献

Strongly enhanced N2 first positive emission N2(B 3Πg → A 3Σ+u) has been observed on addition of N atoms into a flowing mixture of Cl and HN3. The dependence of the emission intensity on N atom concentration gave a rate constant for the reaction N + N3 → N2(B 3Πg) + N2(X 1Σ+g) of i(1.6 ± 1.1) × 10?11 cm3 molecule?1 s?1. That for the reaction Cl + HN3 → HCl + N3 is (8.9 ± 1.0) × 10?13 cm3 molecule?1 s?1 from the decay of the emission. Comparison of the emission intensity in ClHN3 with that in ClHN3N gave the rate constant of the reaction N3 + N3 → N2(B 3Πg) + 2N2(X 1Σ+g) as 1.4 × 10?12 cm3 molecule?1 s?1 on the assumption that N + N3 yields only N2(B 3Πg) + N2(X 1Σ+g).  相似文献

Eu3+ luminescence is studied in apatite-related phosphate BiCa4(PO4)3O. Compositions of the formula Bi1−xEuxCa4(PO4)3O [x=0.05, 0.1, 0.3, 0.5, 0.8 and 1.0] are synthesized and they are isostructural with parent BiCa4(PO4)3O. Room temperature photoluminescence shows the various transitions 5D07FJ(=0,1,2) of Eu3+. The emission results of compositions with different Eu3+ content show the difference in site occupancy of Eu3+ in Bi1−xEuxCa4(PO4)3O. The intense 5D0-7F0 line at 574 nm for higher Eu3+ content is attributed to the presence of strongly covalent Eu-O bond that is possible by substituting Bi3+ in the Ca(2) site. This shows the preferential occupancy of Bi3+ in Ca(2) site and this has been attributed to the 6s2 lone pair electrons of Bi3+. This is further confirmed by comparing the emission results with La0.95Eu0.05Ca4(PO4)3O.  相似文献

Excitation of Tb3+ and Eu3+ in DMSO with 487 mμ, which corresponds to the 7F65D4 transition of Tb3+, is accompanied by a reduction in the fluorescence efficiency of Tb3+ as [Eu3+] increases and by the appearance of a weak emission from Eu3+. An average rate constant for both the fluorescence quenching of Tb3+ and the energy transfer from Tb3+ to Eu3+ with subsequent emission from the latter, was found to be (2.2 ± 0.4) × 103 M?1 sec?1.  相似文献

A series of red-emitting phosphors Eu3+-doped M2Gd4(MoO4)7 (M=Li, Na) have been successfully synthesized at 850 °C by solid state reaction. The excitation spectra of the two phosphors reveal two strong excitation bands at 396 nm and 466 nm, respectively, which match well with the two popular emissions from near-UV and blue light-emitting diode chips. The intensity of the emission from 5D0 to 7F2 of M2(Gd1−xEux)4(MoO4)7 phosphors with the optimal compositions of x=0.85 for Li or x=0.70 for Na is about five times higher than that of Y2O3:Eu3+. The quantum efficiencies of the entitled phosphors excited under 396 nm and 466 nm are also investigated and compared with commercial phosphors Sr2Si5N8:Eu2+ and Y3A5O12:Ce3+. The experimental results indicate that the Eu3+-doped M2Gd4(MoO4)7 (M=Li, Na) phosphors are promising red-emitting phosphors pumped by near-UV and blue light.  相似文献

Quenching of O(1D2) by COF2 has been investigated by time-resolved resonance fluorescence monitoring of the product O(3PJ) following 248 nm pulsed laser photolysis of O3. The rate constant for total removal of O(1D2) by COF2 is (7.4 ± 1.2) × 10?11 cm3 molecule?1 s?1. 71 ± 7% of the quenching interactions result in formation of O(3PJ).  相似文献

采用高温固相法制备了(Ca,Me)La4Si3O13∶Eu3+(Me=Sr,Ba)系列红色荧光体,考察了Eu3+掺杂浓度和Sr2+,Ba2+置换对荧光体结构和发光特性的影响。Eu3+最佳掺杂浓度为nEu3+∶nLa3+=1∶7,5D0-7F2与5D0-7F1跃迁发射强度比为2.55。Eu3+掺杂使晶胞参数a和c呈线性变小,对c的影响大于a,使a/c比增大。Sr2+和Ba2+分别置换基质中的Ca2+可以形成完全固溶体,晶胞参数随Sr2+或Ba2+的置换量增加呈线性增大,使a/c比减小。各发射峰强度在Sr2+置换量为0.4 mol时出现极大值,但随Ba2+置换量的增加而不断增强,全置换后荧光强度最大。荧光体的色坐标为(0.638 5,0.353 0)。  相似文献

The temperature dependence of the homogeneous linewidth of the 5D0-7F0 transition of Eu3+ in different amorphous solids is determined in the 295–800 K temperature range. The nearly quadratic temperature dependence observed is discussed in terms of Raman broadening and mechanisms based on two-level systems known to exist in disordered systems.  相似文献

The CL spectra of the title reactions and their pressure dependences have been studied over the 5 × 10?6 ? 5 × 10?3 torr range in a beam-gas experiment. In the Sm + N2O, O3 and Yb + O3 reactions simple bimolecular formation of the short lived (radiative lifetime τR < 3 × 10?6 s) MO* emitters dominates the entire pressure range. In the other systems Sm + (F2, Cl2), Yb + (F2, Cl2) the CL spectra are strongly pressure dependent, indicating extensive energy transfer from long-lived intermediates. Reaction mechanisms are suggested. The quantum yields Φ, obtained by calibrating relative quantum yields with Dickson and Zare's absolute value for Sm + N2O [Chem. Phys. 7 (1975) 367], range from Φ = 2.3% (for Sm + F2, the most efficient reaction) down to Φ = 0.005% for Yb + Cl2. The following lower limit estimates were obtained for the product dissociation energies from the short wavelength CL cutoffs: D00(SmF) ? 121.3 ± 2.4 kcal/mole, D00(SmCl) ? ? 100 ± 3 kcal/mole, D00(YbO) ? 94.2 ± 1.5 kcal/moie, D00(YbF) ? 123.7 ± 2.3 kcal/mole.  相似文献

From measurements of the heats of iodination of CH3Mn(CO)5 and CH3Re(CO)5 at elevated temperatures using the ‘drop’ microcalorimeter method, values were determined for the standard enthalpies of formation at 25° of the crystalline compounds: ΔHof[CH3Mn(CO)5, c] = ?189.0 ± 2 kcal mol?1 (?790.8 ± 8 kJ mol?1), ΔHof[Ch3Re(CO)5,c] = ?198.0 ± kcal mol?1 (?828.4 ± 8 kJ mo?1). In conjunction with available enthalpies of sublimation, and with literature values for the dissociation energies of MnMn and ReRe bonds in Mn2(CO)10 and Re2(CO)10, values are derived for the dissociation energies: D(CH3Mn(CO)5) = 27.9 ± 2.3 or 30.9 ± 2.3 kcal mol?1 and D(CH3Re(CO)5) = 53.2 ± 2.5 kcal mol?1. In general, irrespective of the value accepted for D(MM) in M2(CO)10, the present results require that, D(CH3Mn) = 12D(MnMn) + 18.5 kcal mol?1 and D(CH3Re) = 12D(ReRe) + 30.8 kcal mol?1.  相似文献

We present an efficient way to search a host for ultraviolet (UV) phosphor from UV nonlinear optical (NLO) materials. With the guidance, Na3La2(BO3)3 (NLBO), as a promising NLO material with a broad transparency range and high damage threshold, was adopted as a host material for the first time. The lanthanide ions (Tb3+ and Eu3+)-doped NLBO phosphors have been synthesized by solid-state reaction. Luminescent properties of the Ln-doped (Ln=Tb3+, Eu3+) sodium lanthanum borate were investigated under UV ray excitation. The emission spectrum was employed to probe the local environments of Eu3+ ions in NLBO crystal. For red phosphor, NLBO:Eu, the measured dominating emission peak was at 613 nm, which is attributed to 5D0-7F2 transition of Eu3+. The luminescence indicates that the local symmetry of Eu3+ in NLBO crystal lattice has no inversion center. Optimum Eu3+ concentration of NLBO:Eu3+ under UV excitation with 395 nm wavelength is about 30 mol%. The green phosphor, NLBO:Tb, showed bright green emission at 543 with 252 nm excited light. The measured concentration quenching curve demonstrated that the maximum concentration of Tb3+ in NLBO was about 20%. The luminescence mechanism of Ln-doped NLBO (Tb3+ and Eu3+) was analyzed. The relative high quenching concentration was also discussed.  相似文献
