The high-temperature phase behaviour of RbH2PO4 and CsH2PO4 have been studied. RbH2PO4 undergoes a single quasi-irreversible phase transition with an enthalpy of 4.665 kJ mol?1. The transition is found to occur over the temperature range 86–111°C. CsH2PO4 undergoes two transitions at 149 and 230°C. The lower one is quasi-irreversible and has an enthalpy of 4.284 kJ mol?1. The one at 230°C is reversible and has an enthalpy of 1.071 kJ mol?1.  相似文献

Subsolidus phase relations in the CuOx-TiO2-Nb2O5 system were determined at 935 °C. The phase diagram contains one new phase, Cu3.21Ti1.16Nb2.63O12 (CTNO) and one rutile-structured solid solution series, Ti1−3xCuxNb2xO2: 0<x<0.2335 (35). The crystal structure of CTNO is similar to that of CaCu3Ti4O12 (CCTO) with square planar Cu2+ but with A site vacancies and a disordered mixture of Cu+, Ti4+ and Nb5+ on the octahedral sites. It is a modest semiconductor with relative permittivity ∼63 and displays non-Arrhenius conductivity behavior that is essentially temperature-independent at the lowest temperatures.  相似文献

La3NbO7 and Nd3NbO7 are insulating compounds that have an orthorhombic weberite-type crystal structure and undergo a phase transition at about 360 and 450 K, respectively. The nature of the phase transitions was investigated via heat capacity measurements, synchrotron X-ray and neutron diffraction experiments. It is here shown that above the phase transition temperature, the compounds possess a weberite-type structure described by space group Cmcm (No. 63). Below the phase transition, the high temperature phase transforms into a weberite-type structure with space group Pmcn (No. 62). The phase transformation primarily involves the off-center shifting of Nb5+ ions inside the NbO6 octahedra, combined with shifts of one third of the Ln3+ (Ln3+=La3+ and Nd3+) ions at the center of the LnO8 polyhedra towards off-center positions. The phase transition was also proven to have great impacts on the dielectric properties.  相似文献

采用XRD、FESEM-EDS、ICP及EIS等方法研究了Ti0.17Zr0.08V0.34Nb0.01Cr0.1Ni0.3氢化物电极合金微观结构和电化学性能。X射线衍射分析表明:该合金由体心立方结构(bcc)的V基固溶体主相和少量六方结构的C14型Laves相组成;FESEM及EDS分析表明:V基固溶体主相形成树枝晶,C14型Laves相呈网格状围绕着树枝晶的晶界,元素在两相中的分布呈现镜像关系。电化学性能测试结果表明:该合金的氢化物电极在303~343 K较宽的温度区间内,表现出较高的电化学容量,在303 K和343 K时,电化学容量分别为337.0 mAh·g-1和327.9 mAh·g-1。在303 K循环100周后,容量为282.7 mAh·g-1。ICP分析结果表明,氢化物电极在充放电循环过程中,V及Zr元素向KOH电解质中的溶出较为严重。EIS研究表明,金属氢化物电极表面电化学反应的电荷转移电阻(RT)随循环次数的增加而增加,相应的交换电流密度则随循环次数的增加而降低。氢化物电极循环过程中RT的增大以及V和Zr元素的溶解,可能是导致电极容量衰减的主要原因。  相似文献

The phase composition of two series of mixed Nb5+-Sb5+ double perovskites formed between the pairs Ba2EuNbO6-Ba2PrSbO6 and Ba2NdSbO6-Ba2NdNbO6 have been studied using synchrotron X-ray powder diffraction methods. In both series extensive phase segregation is observed demonstrating limited solubility of Sb5+ in these Nb5+ perovskites, irrespective of the precise structures of the double perovskite. Evidence for a monoclinic I2/m phase in the series formed between tetragonal I4/m Ba2EuNbO6 and rhombohedral Ba2EuNbO6 is presented. It is postulated that this phase segregation is a consequence of competing bonding requirements of the Nb5+ and Sb5+ cations associated with their electronic configurations.  相似文献

The room temperature structures of the four-layer Aurivillius phase ferroelectrics CaBi4Ti4O15 and BaBi4Ti4O15 are determined by means of single crystal X-ray diffraction. Regarding the CaBi4Ti4O15 phase, in agreement with the tolerance factor, a significant deformation of the perovskite blocks is observed. The rotation system of the octahedra is typical from even layer Aurivillius phases and leads to the use of the space group A21am. For the BaBi4Ti4O15 phase, only a weak variation with respect to the F2mm space group can be suggested from single crystal X-ray diffraction. A significant presence of Ba atoms in the [M2O2] slabs is confirmed in agreement with the previous works but specific Ba2+ and Bi3+ sites have to be considered due to the large difference in bounding requirement of these cations. Possible origins for the ferroelectric relaxor behavior of the Ba-based compound are discussed in view of the presented structural analyses.  相似文献

Phase transitions in MgAl2O4 were examined at 21-27 GPa and 1400-2500 °C using a multianvil apparatus. A mixture of MgO and Al2O3 corundum that are high-pressure dissociation products of MgAl2O4 spinel combines into calcium-ferrite type MgAl2O4 at 26-27 GPa and 1400-2000 °C. At temperature above 2000 °C at pressure below 25.5 GPa, a mixture of Al2O3 corundum and a new phase with Mg2Al2O5 composition is stable. The transition boundary between the two fields has a strongly negative pressure-temperature slope. Structure analysis and Rietveld refinement on the basis of the powder X-ray diffraction profile of the Mg2Al2O5 phase indicated that the phase represented a new structure type with orthorhombic symmetry (Pbam), and the lattice parameters were determined as a=9.3710(6) Å, b=12.1952(6) Å, c=2.7916(2) Å, V=319.03(3) Å3, Z=4. The structure consists of edge-sharing and corner-sharing (Mg, Al)O6 octahedra, and contains chains of edge-sharing octahedra running along the c-axis. A part of Mg atoms are accommodated in six-coordinated trigonal prism sites in tunnels surrounded by the chains of edge-sharing (Mg, Al)O6 octahedra. The structure is related with that of ludwigite (Mg, Fe2+)2(Fe3+, Al)(BO3)O2. The molar volume of the Mg2Al2O5 phase is smaller by 0.18% than sum of molar volumes of 2MgO and Al2O3 corundum. High-pressure dissociation to the mixture of corundum-type phase and the phase with ludwigite-related structure has been found only in MgAl2O4 among various A2+B3+2O4 compounds.  相似文献

High-resolution 17O NMR spectra have been collected for crystalline samples of lanthanum new phase, La3Si8N11O4. In conjunction with previously published 29Si and 15N spectra obtained for this phase, and in the light of the high-quality crystal structure data reported recently, a more detailed interpretation of the NMR spectra is presented than was possible in previous studies. The non-bridging oxygens in the structure are responsible for the single sharp peak seen in the 17O spectrum at 188 ppm; the remaining oxygens, occupying bridging sites shared with nitrogen, show up only weakly on the 17O spectrum as a broad diffuse band centered around zero ppm. The peak at −57.3 ppm on the 29Si spectrum is believed to correspond to an overlap of [SiN4] and [SiON3] environments, with the −68.2 ppm peak corresponding to an [SiO2N2] environment.  相似文献

采用溶胶-凝胶法分别制备La0.95Sr0.05Ga0.9Mg0.1O3-δ (LSGM)和Ce0.8Nd0.2O1.9 (NDC)电解质,并在NDC溶胶中加入0-15% (w,质量分数)的LSGM预烧粉体制得NDC-LSGM复合电解质,研究不同质量比复合电解质的结构和电性能. 采用X射线衍射(XRD)、场发射扫描电子显微镜(FE-SEM)和X能量色散谱仪(EDS)对样品进行结构表征,交流(AC)阻抗谱测试样品导电性能. 结果表明:NDC-LSGM复合体系主要由立方萤石结构相、钙钛矿结构相和杂质相组成;LSGM的添加可促进晶粒的生长,产生大量相界面,清除或降低SiO2有害影响,明显提高晶界导电性;LSGM质量分数为10%的样品NL10 具有最高晶界电导率和总电导率,400 ℃时NL10 的晶界电导率σgb和总电导率σt分别为12.15×10-4和3.49×10-4 S·cm-1,与NDC的σgb (1.41×10-4 S·cm-1)和σt (1.20×10-4 S·cm-1)相比分别提高了7.62和1.91倍,总电导率的提高主要归因于晶界电导率的影响.  相似文献

The phase transition in a mixed-valence tetranuclear compound V4S9Br4 was studied by DFT calculations and low-temperature high-precision calorimetry. According to DFT data, the phase transition of the low-temperature modification may be accompanied by C4vC2v symmetry lowering and electron spin pairing. A weak exchange-correlation interaction discovered between μ4-S2− and S2− ions in V4S9Br4 may play an important part in multicentered interactions. Experimental calorimetric data show that the phase transition is a displacive phase transformation.  相似文献

Adsorption and activation of dinitrogen (N2) is an indispensable process in nitrogen fixation. Metal nitride species continue to attract attention as a promising catalyst for ammonia synthesis. However, the detailed mechanisms at a molecular level between reactive nitride species and N2 remain unclear at elevated temperature, which is important to understand the temperature effect and narrow the gap between the gas phase system and condensed phase system. Herein, the 14N/15N isotopic exchange in the reaction between tantalum nitride cluster anions Ta314N3- and 15N2 leading to the regeneration of 14N2/14N15N was observed at elevated temperature (393-593 K) using mass spectrometry. With the aid of theoretical calculations, the exchange mechanism and the effect of temperature to promote the dissociation of N2 on Ta3N3? were elucidated. A comparison experiment for Ta314N4-/15N2 couple indicated that only desorption of 15N2 from Ta314N415N2- took place at elevated temperature. The different exchange behavior can be well understood by the fact that nitrogen vacancy is a requisite for the dinitrogen activation over metal nitride species. This study may shed light on understanding the role of nitrogen vacancy in nitride species for ammonia synthesis and provide clues in designing effective catalysts for nitrogen fixation.  相似文献

This study presents for the first time an NMR spectroscopic characterization of the room and high temperature phases of (NH4)3InF6 using 19F and 115In as probe nuclei. The reversible phase transition to the cubic phase at 353 K was followed by MAS NMR in situ. Static NMR experiments of the room temperature phase and MAS NMR experiments of the high temperature phase allowed the determination of the NMR parameters of both nuclei. Finally, the scalar In-F coupling, rarely observed in solid state NMR, is evidenced in both room and high temperature phases of (NH4)3InF6, and measured in the high temperature phase.  相似文献

Based on powder X-ray diffraction and 31P Magic Angle Spinning Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (MAS NMR) investigations of mixed phosphate Al0.5Ga0.5PO4, prepared by co-precipitation method followed by annealing at 900 °C for 24 h, it is shown that Al0.5Ga0.5PO4 phase crystallizes in hexagonal form with lattice parameter a=0.491(2) and c=1.106(4) nm. This hexagonal phase of Al0.5Ga0.5PO4 is similar to that of pure GaPO4. The 31P MAS NMR spectrum of the mixed phosphate sample consists of five peaks with systematic variation of their chemical shift values and is arising due to existence of P structural units having varying number of the Al3+/Ga3+ cations as the next nearest neighbors in the solid solution. Based on the intensity analysis of the component NMR spectra of Al0.5Ga0.5PO4, it is inferred that the distribution of Al3+ and Ga3+ cations is non-random for the hexagonal Al0.5Ga0.5PO4 sample although XRD patterns showed a well-defined solid solution formation.  相似文献

用液相反应-前驱物烧结法制备了Cr2(WO4)3和Cr2(MoO4)3粉体。298~1 073 K的原位粉末X射线衍射数据表明Cr2(WO4)3和Cr2(MoO4)3的晶胞体积随温度的升高而增大, 本征线热膨胀系数分别为(1.274±0.003)×10-6 K-1和(1.612±0.003)×10-6 K-1。用热膨胀仪研究了Cr2(WO4)3和Cr2(MoO4)3在静态空气中298~1 073 K范围内热膨胀行为,即开始表现为正热膨胀,随后在相转变点达到最大值,最后表现为负热膨胀,其负热膨胀系数分别为(-7.033±0.014)×10-6 K-1和(-9.282±0.019)×10-6 K-1。  相似文献

本文研究了稀土元素对Ti0.26Zr0.07V0.24Mn0.1Ni0.33合金的微观结构和电化学性能的影响。结果表明,Ti0.26Zr0.07V0.24-xMn0.10Ni0.33REx(RE=Ce,Nd,Gd;x=0.01)合金均有V基固溶体相和C14型Laves相两相组成。合金中两相的晶格参数随加入稀土元素的不同而发生变化。稀土元素部分取代可改善合金电极的活化性能。然而,对合金电极的其他性能影响因元素种类不同而各异。Ce取代增大了合金电极的最大放电容量,Nd元素可以有效改善合金的高倍率放电性能。工作温度对合金电极的放电容量影响较大,Nd和Gd在333 K最大放电容量可达426和465 mAh.g-1。过高的温度使其循环容量衰减加剧。  相似文献

采用固相球磨法制备了K+掺杂双钙钛矿Cs2AgInCl6纳米材料,该方法无需配体辅助,绿色环保。通过X射线衍射谱和拉曼光谱对晶体结构进行研究,通过激发光谱、发射光谱和时间分辨光谱对其发光性能进行研究。结果表明,Cs2AgInCl6为立方晶体,属于Fm3m空间群,由于宇称禁戒跃迁,其荧光量子产率(PLQY)低,小于0.1%。低于60%的K+掺杂主要取代Ag+的位置,引起Cs2AgInCl6的晶格膨胀,消除了晶格结构的反演对称性,打破了宇称禁戒跃迁,掺杂后Cs2AgInCl6的光致发光强度显著增强。K+的最佳掺杂比例为40%,Cs2Ag0.6K0.4InCl6发出中心波长为640 nm,半高宽为180 nm,平均荧光寿命达到29.2 ns,PLQY达到10.5%。当K+掺杂比例超过60%,K+开始取代Cs+的位置,产物发生相变,出现立方相的Cs2-xK1+x-yAgyInCl6和单斜相的Cs2-xK1+xInCl6产物,这些产物由于强电子-声子耦合,非辐射复合占据主导地位。  相似文献

[(CH2OH)3CNH3]2SiF6, (tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane)2SiF6 crystal, abbreviated as (TRIS)2SiF6 crystal, exhibits a solid-solid phase transition (PT) at 182 K. The phase transition is connected with reorientational motion of SiF62− and -CH2OH groups. The vibrational infrared spectra of powdered (TRIS)2SiF6 crystal in Nujol and Fluorolube mulls were studied in the wide range of temperatures, from 320 K to 133 K. A wide region of internal vibrations of the TRIS+ and SiF62− ions was investigated. Temperature changes of wavenumber, width, centre of gravity, and intensity of bands were analyzed to clarify the molecular mechanism of the phase transitions. Theoretical calculations were made based on density functional theory (DFT). The calculated normal vibrational modes of the molecules, their frequencies and intensities were compared with those obtained from experimental data.  相似文献

The Mössbauer spectra of 57Fe doped NH4MnCl3 reveal that this compound undergoes a crystallographic phase transition at 258°K and becomes magnetic at 105°K. No crystallographic transition appeared either in NH4FeCl3 or in 57Fe:NH4CoCl3; the latter orders magnetically around 27°K.  相似文献

以SrCO3,Si3N4,Eu2O3为原料,在N2气氛下,采用自还原高温固相法制备了SrSi2O2N2:Eu2+荧光粉。研究了该荧光粉的物相结构、发光性能和晶体形貌,同时对比在不同气氛下合成的荧光粉。结果表明,在N2气氛与N2/H2气氛下分别合成的SrSi2O2N2:Eu2+荧光粉物相结构和光谱特性基本一致。显示出合成了主晶相SrSi2O2N2,但还含有少量未知的中间项。Eu2+浓度的变化不影响激发状态,而发射光谱的波长在Eu2+浓度为1mol%-20mol%之间,从530 nm的绿光红移至550 nm的黄绿光区域。同时,激发光谱覆盖的范围宽,均能有效的被UV或蓝光激发,这意味着该类荧光粉在白光LED方面有可能得到广泛的应用。  相似文献
