A new synthetic approach to polycyclic aromatic compounds is described that entails in the key steps double Suzuki coupling of PAH bisboronic acid derivatives with o-bromoaryl aldehydes to furnish aryl dialdehydes that are converted to larger polycyclic aromatic ring systems by either (a) conversion to diolefins by Wittig reaction followed by photocyclization or (b) reductive cyclization with triflic acid and 1,3-propanediol. This synthetic method provides convenient access to as many as three different polycyclic aromatic ring systems from a single Suzuki coupled intermediate. It was utilized to synthesize substituted derivatives of benzo[s]picene, benzo[rst]pentaphene, dibenzo[b,def]chrysene, and 13,14-dihydro-benz[g]indeno[2,1-a]fluorene, as well as the putative carcinogenic bisdihydrodiol metabolites of benzo[s]picene, benzo[rst]pentaphene, and dibenzo[b,def]chrysene.  相似文献

A method capable of determining 13 PAHs (acenaphthene, anthracene, benzo[a]anthracene, benzo[a]pyrene, benzo[b]fluoranthene, benzo[k]fluoranthene, chrysene, dibenzo[ah]anthracene, fluoranthene, fluorene, indene[1,2,3-cd]pyrene, phenanthrene and pyrene) in a mixture of 16 EPA PAHs by second derivative synchronous spectrofluorometry in the constant wavelength mode was developed. It has not been possible to determine the following PAHs in the mixture: acenaphthylene, benzo[ghi]perylene and naphthalene. The approach studied allows the sensitive, rapid and inexpensive identification and quantitation of 13 PAHs in a solution of hexane. The detection limits are <1 microg L(-1) (except for chrysene and phenanthrene).  相似文献

Various benzo[b]fluorene and fluorene derivatives have been prepared from propargylic compounds with terminal alkynes through a novel palladium-catalyzed tandem biscyclization reaction. This reaction involved a sequence of carboannulation, coupling, C-H activation and C-C bond formation process. A plausible mechanism has been proposed that was consistent with the deuterium-labeling experiment.  相似文献

This paper presents the characterization of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in solid-surface fluorescence as the first step for obtaining new optical sensors for PAHs screening. The fluorescence properties of the EPA-PAHs (naphthalene, acenaphthene, acenaphthylene, fluorene, phenanthrene, anthracene, fluoranthene, pyrene, chrysene, benzo[a]anthracene, benzo[k]fluoranthene, benzo[b]fluoranthene, benzo[a]pyrene, indeno [1,2,3-cd]pyrene, benzo[g,h,i]perylene and dibenzo[a,h]anthracene) on five types of solid-surfaces were evaluated. The experimental variables (pH and percentage of organic solvent in samples) were studied, obtaining different possibilities for making individual sensors for some of these PAHs and the best conditions for developing sensors for PAH screening were also studied.  相似文献

建立了气相色谱-串联质谱同时检测卷烟滤嘴中15种多环芳烃的方法。卷烟滤嘴用二氯甲烷振荡萃取后,经0.22μm有机相滤膜过滤,采用DB-5MS色谱柱(30 m×0.25 mm,0.25μm)进行分离,电子轰击源、正离子模式下以多反应监测模式进行检测,内标法进行定量。15种多环芳烃(苊烯、苊、芴、菲、蒽、荧蒽、芘、苯并[a]蒽、屈、苯并[b]荧蒽、苯并[k]荧蒽、苯并[a]芘、二苯并[a,h]蒽、苯并[g,h,i]苝和茚并[1,2,3-c,d]芘)的线性关系良好,相关系数(R~2)为0.991 4~0.999 9。15种多环芳烃在低、中、高3个添加水平下的平均回收率为81.6%~111.2%;除了芴在低添加水平时相对标准偏差为19.2%外,其他相对标准偏差均小于16%。15种多环芳烃的检出限为0.02~0.24 ng/滤嘴,定量限为0.04~0.80 ng/滤嘴。方法前处理简便,具有快速、准确、灵敏度高及重复性好的优点,适用于卷烟滤嘴中多环芳烃的分析。  相似文献

[reaction: see text] The reaction of o-quinodimethanes (oQDMs) with alkoxy alkynyl Fischer carbene complexes is highly dependent on the carbene complex. Thus, for arylalkynyl carbene complexes, the initial [4 + 2]-cycloadduct evolves opening a new entry to the benzo[b]fluorene skeleton, which is present in many natural products. However, for alkenylalkynyl carbene complexes, the reaction takes place through the double bond, instead of the triple bond, in an unprecedented fashion, leading to new functionalized alkynyl carbene complexes.  相似文献

In the present study, the solid–liquid extraction with low temperature purification was validated for the determination of 16 polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons from sewage sludge by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. Recoveries ranged 70–114% for naphthalene, acenaphthylene, acenaphthene, fluorene, phenanthrene, anthracene, fluoranthene, pyrene, benzo[a]anthracene and chrysene, while the compounds benzo[b]fluoranthene, benzo[k]fluoranthene, benzo[a]pyrene, indeno[1,2,3-cd]pyrene, dibenzo[a,h]anthracene and benzo[g,h,i]perylene showed recoveries of between 40 and 70%. The relative standard deviation was less than 13% for all of the compounds. Negative matrix effect was observed on the 10 compounds with less retention time in the chromatographic analysis and positive matrix effect noticed on the others. The limits of quantification were from 2 to 20 μg kg?1, about 30 times less than the maximum residue limit allowed in sludge by the European Union. The validated method produced quantification of 11 PAHs in one sludge sample at concentrations ranging 20–2000 μg kg?1.  相似文献

Oligomeric o-aryleneethynylenes with three triple bonds undergo cascade radical transformations in reaction with a Bu 3SnH/AIBN system. These cascades involve three consecutive cycle closures with the formation of substituted benzo[ a]indeno[2,1- c]fluorene or benzo[1,2]fluoreno[4,3- b]silole derivatives. The success of this sequence depends on regioselectivity of the initial attack of the Bu 3Sn radical at the central triple bond of the o-aryleneethynylene moiety. The cascade is propagated through the sequence of 5-exo-dig and 6-exo-dig cyclizations which is followed by either a radical attack at the terminal Ar substituent or radical transposition which involves H-abstraction from the terminal TMS group and 5-endo-trig cyclization. Overall, the transformation has potential to be developed into an approach to a new type of graphite ribbons.  相似文献

Several 2-alkylcarbamoyl-1-alkylvinylbenzo[b]furans were designed to find a selective leukotriene B4 (LTB4) receptor antagonist. 2-(2-Alkylcarbamoyl-1-alkylvinyl)benzo[b]furans having a substituent group at the 3-position, 4-(2-alkylcarbamoyl-1-methylvinyl)benzo[b]furans having a substituent group at the 3-position, and 7-(2-alkylcarbamoyl-1-methylvinyl)benzo[b]furans and 3-(2-alkylcarbamoyl-1-alkylvinyl)benzo[b]furans were prepared and evaluated for LTB4 receptor (BLT1 and BLT2) inhibitory activities. (E)-3-Amino-4-[2-[2-(3,4-dimethoxyphenyl)ethylcarbamoyl]-1-methylvinyl]benzo[b]furan ((E)-17c) showed potent and selective inhibitory activity for BLT2. On the other hand, (E)-7-(2-diethylcarbamoyl-1-methylvinyl)benzo[b]furan ((E)-27a) showed potent inhibitory activity for both BLT1 and BLT2.  相似文献

The formation of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) during pyrolysis process of phenylalanine had been studied. Ten PAHs, including fluorene, phenanthrene, anthracene, fluoranthene, pyrene, benzo[a]anthracene, chrysene, benzo[k]fluoranthene, benzo[e]pyrene, and benzo[a]pyrene were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry using selective ion monitoring mode. This technique offers the capability to analyze trace amounts of PAHs in phenylalanine pyrolyzates. The pyrolysis was carried out in a micro-furnace with quartz furnace liner. The injection was conducted with glass pelletizer syringe to avoid metal contamination. Qualitative results were obtained at 900 degrees C and quantitative analysis of 10 PAHs was done for 700 and 900 degrees C.  相似文献

A fast and simple preparation procedure based on the matrix solid-phase dispersion (MSPD) technique is proposed for the first time for the isolation of 16 polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) from soil samples. Naphthalene, acenaphthene, fluorene, phenanthrene, anthracene, fluoranthene, pyrene, benz[a]anthracene, chrysene, benzo[e]pyrene, benzo[b]fluoranthene, benzo[k]fluoranthene, benzo[a]pyrene, dibenzo[a,h]anthracene, benzo[g,h,i]perylene, and indeno[1,2,3-c,d]pyrene were considered in the study. Extraction and clean-up of samples were carried out in a single step. The main parameters that affect extraction yield, such as dispersant, type and amount of additives, clean-up co-sorbent and extractive solvent were evaluated and optimized. The addition of an alkali solution in MSPD was required to provide quantitative recoveries. Analytical determinations were carried out by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with fluorescence detection. Quantification limits (between 0.01 and 0.6 ng g(-1) dry mass) were well below the regulatory limits for all the compounds considered. The extraction yields for the different compounds obtained by MSPD were compared with the yields obtained by microwave-assisted extraction (MAE). To test the accuracy of the MSPD technique, the optimized methodology was applied to the analysis of standard reference material BCR-524 (contaminated industrial soil), with excellent results.  相似文献

A collaborative study on the analysis for 15 + 1 EU priority PAHs in edible oils was organised to investigate the state-of-the-art of respective analytical methods. Three spiked vegetable oils, one contaminated native sunflower oil, and one standard solution were investigated in this study. The results of 52 laboratories using either high-performance liquid chromatography with fluorescence detection or gas chromatography with mass-selective detectors were evaluated by application of robust statistics. About 95% of the laboratories were able to quantify benzo[a]pyrene together with five other PAHs included in the commonly known list of 16 US-EPA PAHs. About 80% of the participants also quantified seven additional PAHs in most samples, two of which were benzo[b]fluoranthene and benzo[k]fluoranthene, which were also known from the EPA list. Only about 50% of the participants quantified cyclopenta[cd]pyrene, benzo[j]fluoranthene, and benzo[c]fluorene. The robust relative standard deviations of the submitted results without discrimination between the methods applied ranged between 100% for 5-methylchrysene in spiked olive oil and 11% for the same analyte in spiked sunflower oil. The results clearly showed that for these analytes the methods of analysis are not yet well established in European laboratories, and more collaborative trials are needed to promote further development and to improve the performances of the respective methods.  相似文献

Condensation of 3-hydroxy-2-naphthalenecarboxylic acid with phloroglucinol afforded 1,3-dihydroxy-12H-benzo[b]xanthen-12-one. Construction of an additional dimethylpyran ring onto this skeleton, by alkylation with 3-chloro-3-methyl-1-butyne followed by Claisen rearrangement, gave access to a series of benzo[b]pyrano[2,3-i]xanthen-6-ones and benzo[b]pyrano[3,2-h]xanthen-7-ones related to psorospermine and benzo[b]acronycine. In contrast with what is observed in the pyridoacridone and benzopyridoacridone series, the linear benzo[b]-pyrano[2,3-i]xanthen-6-one derivatives were more potent than their angular benzo[b]pyrano[3,2-h]xanthen-7-one isomers. cis-3,4-Diacetoxy-5-methoxy-2,2-dimethyl-3,4-dihydro-2H,6H-benzo[b]pyrano[2,3-i]xanthen-6-one, the most active among the new compounds, was more potent than acronycine in inhibiting the proliferation of L1210 murine leukemia cells.  相似文献

Benzo[b]thiophene-2(3H)one has been prepared from 2-t-butoxybenzo[b]thiophene by dealkylation. Alkylation of sodium, thallium and tetrabutylammonium salts of benzo[b]thiophene-2(3H)one produces both C- and O-alkylation along with products due to ring-opening. At elevated temperatures benzo[b]thiophene-2(3H)one reacts with HMPA (hexamethylphosphorictriamide) to give 2-dimethylaminobenzo[b]thiophene. Other 2-aminobenzo[b]thiophenes are produced by refluxing benzo[b]thiophene-2(3H)one in HMPA in the presence of excess of the corresponding amine.  相似文献

The influence of the temperature, of the natures of the initiator and of the initial compound, and of the concentrations of the reactants on the process and nature of the transformations of 2- and 3-alkyl-, 2- and 3-formyl-, and 2- and 3-hydroxymethylbenzo[b]thiophenes under conditions of liquid-phase oxidation with oxygen in the presence of cobalt acetate in acetic acid has been studied. According to their relative ease of oxidation, the homologs and derivatives of benzo[b]thiophene, thiophene, and benzene can be arranged in the following sequence: 3-methylbenzo[b]thiophene > 2-methylbenzo[b]thiophene > 2-methylthiophene > toluene > 3-methylbenzo[b]thiophene dioxide > 2-methylbenzo[b]thiophene dioxide; benzaldehyde > benzo[b]thiophene-3-carbaldehyde > thiophene-2-carbaldehyde > benzo[b]-thiophene-2-carbaldehyde; 3-hydroxymethylbenzo[b]thiophene > 2-hydroxymethylbenzo[b]-thiophene > benzyl alcohol > 2-hydroxymethylthiophene. The reaction of benzo[b]thieno[2,3-b]benzo[b]thiophene S,S,S′,S′-tetroxide with primary and secondary amines and with alcohols gave 10 b-amino- and 10 b-alkoxy-5a, 10b-dihydro-benzo[b]thieno[2,3-b]benzo[b]thiophene S,S,S′,S′-tetroxides.
