DFT法研究3-羟基丙烯醛的双键旋转异构反应机理   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
利用密度泛函理论(DFT)分别在B3LYP/6-31G**和B3LYP/6-311++G**的计算水平上优化了基态3-羟基丙烯醛分子在双键旋转异构反应过程中的平衡态以及过渡态的几何构型,分析了反应过程中键参数的变化,计算了该反应的内禀反应坐标(IRC),发现在重排反应途径上存在一个四元环骨架的中间体.通过振动分析对平衡态和过渡态进行了确认,并得到了零点能.计算结果表明,基态3-羟基丙烯醛分子的双键旋转异构反应经过两步完成,第一步反应位垒稍高,第二步反应位垒较低,存在着发生重排反应的可能性.  相似文献

采用量子化学密度泛函(DFT)方法, 在B3LYP/6-31G**水平下研究了双环氧乙烷(Dioxirane)、氧化二甲基亚硝胺(NDMA)、吡咯烷亚硝胺(NPYR)和哌啶烷亚硝胺(NPIP)中的C—H键, 三类亚硝胺化合物均形成α-羟基化产物的反应机理. 得到三类分子的羟基化反应有syn-和anti-两种进攻方式, 在气相和溶剂(CH2Cl2)中, Dioxirane氧化三类亚硝胺分子有相对低的能垒, 均容易进行α-羟基化.  相似文献

用量子化学密度泛函(DFT)方法研究D-苯丙氨酸与一价基态金属阳离子Cu在气相中反应的机理. 在B3LYP/6-31G*水平上, 优化了反应包含的4个反应通道的反应物、中间体、过渡态和产物的几何构型, 并采用B3LYP/DZVP, B3LYP/[6-311+G**(C,H,O)+Lanl2dz(Cu)], B3LYP/6-311+G**, MP2/6-311+G** 等方法对各驻点进行了单点能计算. 通过对计算结果的分析, 获得了其单重态反应势能面的一般轮廓、各驻点几何构型优化参数, 明确了其反应机理.  相似文献

采用HF/6-31G*方法, 对氨基型和亚胺型可乐定中性分子以及质子化的可乐定分子进行了构象分析. 之后采用B3LYP/6-31G**方法对处于势能面上的能量极小构象异构体进行全自由度几何优化和频率分析. Onsager反应场溶剂模型用于水相的计算. 结果表明, 在气相和水相中可乐定中性分子主要以亚胺型存在, 这同已有实验结果一致. 进一步, 寻找构象异构化过渡态和氨基型亚胺型互变异构化过渡态, 探讨质子化和水溶剂化效应对异构化过程的几何结构和能量的影响. 为了考察氯苯的共轭效应对可乐定互变异构体稳定性的影响, 在B3LYP/6-31G**水平上, 研究了2-氨基-2-咪唑啉的互变异构化反应机理.  相似文献

Different geometries of nitromethane dimer and nitromethane trimer have been fully optimized employing the density functional theory B3LYP method and the 6-31++G** basis set. Three-body interaction energy has been obtained with the ab initio supermolecular approach at the levels of MP2/6-31++G**//B3LYP/6-31++G** and MP2/aug-cc-pVDZ//B3LYP/6-31++G**. The internal rotation of methyl group induced by intermolecular interaction has been observed theoretically. For the optimized structures of nitromethane dimer, the strength of C--H...O--N H-bond ranges from -9.0 to -12.4 kJ mol(-1) at the MP2/aug-cc-pVDZ//B3LYP/6-31++G** level, and the B3LYP method underestimates the interaction strength compared with the MP2 method, while MP2/6-31++G**//B3LYP/6-31++G** calculated DeltaE(C) is within 2.5 kJ mol(-1) of the corresponding value at the MP4(SDTQ)/6-31G**//B3LYP/6-31++G** level. The analytic atom-atom intermolecular potential has been successfully regressed by using the MP2/6-31++G**//B3LYP/6-31++G** calculated interaction energies of nitromethane dimer. For the optimized structures of nitromethane trimer the three-body interaction energies occupy small percentage of corresponding total binding energies, but become important for the compressed nitromethane explosive. In addition, it has been discovered that the three-body interaction energy in the cyclic nitromethane trimer is more and more negative as intermolecular distances decrease from 2.2 to 1.7 A.  相似文献

利用密度泛函方法(DFT)分别在B3LYP/6-31G**和B3LYP/6-311++G**的计算水平上优化了离子液体中1-乙基-3-甲基咪唑阳离子(EMIM+)催化丁烯双键异构反应过程中的反应物、产物以及过渡态的几何构型,分析了反应过程中键参数的变化.通过振动分析对平衡态和过渡态进行了验证,并得到了零点能.通过计算内禀反应坐标(IRC),确认了对应于过渡态的反应物和产物. 计算结果表明,EMIM+催化丁烯双键异构可以基元反应的方式一步完成,1-丁烯异构化为2-丁烯的活化能约为192 kJ•mol-1, 逆反应活化能约为208 kJ•mol-1, 可在室温或高于室温条件下进行.  相似文献

The mechanism and dynamical properties for the reaction of HCCO radicals with NO were investigated theoretically. The minimum energy paths(MEP) of the reaction were calculated by using the density functional theory(DFT) at the B3LYP/6-311 G^** level, and the energies along the MEP were further refined at the QCISD(T)/6-311 G^** level. It is found that the reaction mechanism of the title reaction involves three channels, producing HCNO CO, HONC CO and HCN CO2 products, respectively. Channel 1 is the most favorable path. The rate constant for channel 1 were calculated over a temperature range of 800-2500 K by using the canonical variational transition-state theory(CVT). The rate constant for the main path is negatively dependent on temperature, which is a characteristic of radical reactions with negative activation energy, and the variational effect for the rate constant calculation is small in the whole temperature range.  相似文献

A theoretical study on the nitration of methane by acyl nitrate catalyzed by HZSM-5 zeolite is reported. The zeolite was represented by a "double ring" 20T cluster. The calculations were performed at the DFT/X3LYP/6-31G** and MP2/6-31G** levels. The first step of the mechanism involves the protonation of the acyl nitrate by the zeolite and the formation of a nitronium-like ion. The reaction proceeds through a concerted step with the attack of the methane molecule by the nitronium-like ion and the simultaneous transfer of a proton from the methane molecule to the zeolite, thus reconstructing the acidic site. The activation energies for the first and second steps of this reaction are, respectively, 14.09 and 10.14 kcal/mol at X3LYP/6-31G** level and 16.68 and 13.85 kcal/mol at the MP2/6-31G**.  相似文献

2-(4-Fluorobenzylideneamino)-3-mercaptopropanoic acid (4-FC) was synthesized through the reaction of 4-fluorobenzaldehyde and l-cysteine in refluxing EtOH. Its structure was verified by (1)H NMR, FT-IR and Raman. The ground-state geometries were optimized at B3LYP/6-31G**, B3LYP/6-31G*, HF/6-31G** and HF/6-31G* levels without symmetry constrains, respectively. The vibrational wavenumbers of 4-FC were calculated at same level. The scaled theoretical spectra using B3LYP methods, which are in a good agreement with the experimental ones, are superior to those using HF methods.  相似文献

 采用 B3LYP 方法研究了肝醇脱氢酶催化烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸氧化乙醇生成乙醛的反应机理. 优化得到了反应物、过渡态、中间体和产物的几何构型, 并计算了在蛋白质或水环境下有或没有肝醇脱氢酶时的反应势垒. 结果表明, 没有催化剂时, 乙醇负离子的形成及其被氧化生成乙醛的反应势垒都很高, 常温下反应难以进行; 当肝醇脱氢酶存在时, 乙醇负离子可以与肝醇脱氢酶中的 Zn2+配位形成络合物, 从而极大地降低了这两步的反应势垒, 使得反应在常温下容易进行.  相似文献

用量子化学密度泛函理论的UB3LYP/6-311+G**方法和高级电子相关的UQCISD(T)/6-311+G**方法研究了异硫氰酸(HNCS)与乙炔基自由基(C2H(X2Π))反应的微观机理. 采用双水平直接动力学方法IVTST-M, 获取反应的势能面信息, 应用正则变分过渡态理论并考虑小曲率隧道效应, 计算了在250~2500 K温度范围内反应的速率常数. 研究结果表明, HNCS与C2H(X2Π)反应为多通道、多步骤的复杂反应, 共存在三个可能的反应通道, 主反应通道为通过分子间H原子迁移, 生成主要产物NCS+C2H2. 反应速率常数随温度升高而增大, 表现为正温度效应. 速率常数计算中变分效果很小. 在低温区隧道效应对反应速率的贡献较大, 反应为放热反应.  相似文献

As a result, the reaction mechanism of the title reaction involves three channels, producing HCS NO and HNC SO products, respectively. Path Ⅰ and path Ⅱ are competitive, with some advantages for path Ⅰ in kinetics. As for path Ⅲ, it looks difficult to react for its high energy barrier. Moreover, the rate constant have been calculated over the temperature range of 8190-2500K using canonical variational transition-state theory (CVT). It was found that the rate constants for both path Ⅰ and path Ⅱ are negatively dependent on temperature, which is similarwith the experimental results for reactions of NCS with NO and NO2, and the variational effect for the rate constant calculation olavs an important role in whole temperature range.  相似文献

应用规范不变原子轨道法(GIAO)在RHF/6-31G**和B3LYP/6-31G**水平上计算了质子化双氮桥联1,10-菲咯啉大环化合物(H4HAPP2+)C2h和C2h构型的1HNMR,并用TDDFT法计算了H4HAPP2+电子光谱.结果表明,B3LYP/6-31G*优化的C2h构型为较优构型,经谐振频率验证无虚频,C2h构型是H4HAPP2+合理的对称性构型.  相似文献

在RHF/6-31G和B3LYP/6-31G水平上对顺式(Cis-)与反式(Trans-)2-丁基-四氢噻吩亚砜(BTHTO)进行几何优化,应用规范不变原子轨道法(GIAO)在6-31G、6-31+G、6-31++G和6-31+G(2d,p)水平上计算了Cis-和Trans-BTHTO的13C-NMR,对13C-NMR谱进行了归属。结果表明,BTHTO噻吩五元环的稳定构象呈半椅式,Cis-和Trans-BTHTO中与硫原子直接碳原子13C-NMR的显著差异主要是由于空间构型不同引起分子的静电势场对相应碳原子的屏蔽作用不同所致。  相似文献

利用量子化学从头算和密度泛函理论(DFT), 研究了硅炔和氢气分子加成生成甲硅烷基硅烯的反应机理. 在B3LYP/6-311G**水平上, 全参数优化了反应通道上各驻点(反应物、过渡态和产物)的几何构型, 计算出了它们的振动频率和零点振动能(ZPVE), 并对它们进行了振动分析, 以确定过渡态的真实性. 各物质总能量由QCISD(T)/6-311G**// B3LYP/6-311G**给出, 并对能量进行了零点能校正. 计算表明, 硅炔与氢分子加成反应可生成稳定的甲硅烷基硅烯. 热力学与动力学计算表明, 反应过程是一个放热、熵减少而自发趋势和反应程度较大的反应.  相似文献

采用量子化学中的密度泛函方法, 在B3LYP/6-311G**水平上研究了不饱和硼烯HClN=B:的重排反应机理。结果表明, 无论是氢原子H迁移还是氯原子Cl迁移都经过1个三元环过渡态,生成直线型产物。但氢原子H迁移是在面内进行, 而氯原子Cl迁移是在面外进行。根据计算结果,详细研究了不饱和硼烯HClN=B:重排反应的热力学及动力学函数, 在此基础上讨论了不饱和硼烯HClN=B:的存在寿命问题。  相似文献

The mechanism and related reaction paths in the hydroisomerization of n-pentane were studied by DFT calculations at the B3LYP/6-311++G** level. Two possible transition states were theoretically predicted and verified by the vibration frequency analysis as well as the calculations of intrinsic reaction coordinates (IRC). Furthermore, the related reaction barriers were evaluated by single point energy at the MP2/6-311++G** level with zero point vibration correction of DFT method. Thus, it is concluded that the isomerization might go through two pathways.  相似文献
