In this paper, β‐cyclodextrin (β‐CD) modified gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) coated open tubular column (OT column) was prepared for capillary electrochromatography. The open tubular column was constructed through self‐assembly of gold nanoparticles on 3‐mercaptopropyl‐trimethoxysilane (MPTMS) prederivatized capillary and subsequent modification of thiols β‐cyclodextrin (SH‐β‐CD). Scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and ultraviolet visible spectroscopy were carried out to characterize the prepared open tubular column and synthesized gold nanoparticles. By comparing different coating times of gold nanoparticles and thiols β‐cyclodextrin, we got the optimal conditions for preparing the open tubular column. Also, the separation parameters were optimized including buffer pH, buffer concentration and applied voltage. Separation effectiveness of open tubular column was verified by the separation of four pairs of drug enantiomers including bifonazole, fexofenadine, omeprazole and lansoprazole, and satisfactory separation results were achieved for these analytes studied. In addition, the column showed good stability and repeatability. The relative standard deviation values less than 5% were obtained through intra‐day, inter‐day, and column‐to‐column investigations.  相似文献

In the past decade, more than 100 different cathinone derivatives slopped over entire Europe due to their enormous popularity. Generally, these novel psychoactive substances are easily available via the internet. This fact leads to various social problems, since cathinones are substances with consciousness‐changing effects and are mainly misused for recreational matters by their consumers. Cathinones possess a chiral center including two enantiomeric forms with potentially different pharmacological behavior. This fact makes analytical method development regarding their chiral separation indispensable. In this study, a chiral capillary zone electrophoresis method for the enantioseparation of 61 cathinone and pyrovalerone derivatives was developed by means of four different β‐cyclodextrin derivatives. As chiral selectors, native β‐cyclodextrin as well as three of its derivatives namely acetyl‐β‐cyclodextrin, 2‐hydroxypropyl‐β‐cyclodextrin, and carboxymethyl‐β‐cyclodextrin were used. The cathinone and pyrovalerone derivatives were either purchased in internet stores or seized by police. As a result, overall 58 of 61 studied substances were partially or baseline separated by at least one of the four chiral selectors using 10 mM of β‐cyclodextrin derivative in a 10 mM sodium phosphate buffer (pH 2.5). Furthermore, the method was found to be suitable for simultaneous enantioseparations, for enantiomeric purity checks and to differentiate between positional isomers. Moreover, an intra‐ and an interday validation was performed successfully for each chiral selector to prove the robustness of the method.  相似文献

A series of star‐block poly(L ‐lactide)‐b‐poly(ethylene oxide) (SPLLA‐b‐PEO) copolymers were synthesized by ring‐opening polymerization (ROP) and DCC chemistry. The inclusion complexes of SPLLA‐b‐PEO copolymers and α‐cyclodextrin (α‐CD) were prepared with two different methods. FTIR, 1H NMR, WAXD, DSC, and TGA indicate that α‐CD only can be threaded onto PEO blocks in inclusion complexes of α‐CD‐SPLLA‐b‐PEO1.1K‐a, α‐CD‐SPLLA‐b‐PEO2K‐a, and α‐CD‐SPLLA‐b‐PEO5K‐a formed without heating and ultrasonication, and can be threaded onto both PLLA and PEO blocks in inclusion complexes of α‐CD‐SPLLA‐b‐PEO1.1K‐b, α‐CD‐SPLLA‐b‐PEO2K‐b, and α‐CD‐SPLLA‐b‐PEO5K‐b formed with heating and ultrasonication. Namely, α‐CDs can be threaded onto PEO blocks and the flanking bulky PLLA blocks of star‐block copolymers to form stable polyseudorotaxanes with heating method and ultrasonication to conquer the activation energy barrier of the inclusion complexation between bulky PLLA and α‐CD and the effect of the steric hindrance of star‐block copolymers. With the alteration of preparing methods, the inclusion complexes of α‐CD with the outer PEO block or PEO and PLLA blocks were obtained successfully. © 2009 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Low‐melting β‐cyclodextrin/N‐methylurea (NMU) mixture, an efficient catalytic system for ligand‐free Suzuki and Heck couplings in the presence of fresh native β‐CD‐capped Pd0 nanoparticles, has been successfully reported. This natural and convenient system can be performed in air and could afford the corresponding cross‐coupled products in good to excellent isolated yields after a simple workup under every low Pd loading (0.05 mol%). A novel kind of graft polymer poly(aspartic acid)‐ethanediamine‐g‐adamantane/methyloxy polyethylene glycol (Pasp‐EDA‐g‐Ad/mPEG) was designed and synthesized for drug delivery in this study. The chemical structure of the prepared polymer was confirmed by proton NMR. The obtained polymer can self‐assemble into micelles which were stable under a physiological environment and displayed pH‐ and β‐cyclodextrin (β‐CD)‐responsive behaviors because of the acid‐labile benzoic imine linkage and hydrophobic adamantine groups in the side chains of the polymer. The doxorubicin (Dox)‐loaded micelles showed a slow release under physiological conditions and a rapid release after exposure to weakly acidic or β‐CD environment. The in vitro cytotoxicity results suggested that the polymer was good at biocompatibility and could remain Dox biologically active. Hence, the Pasp‐EDA‐g‐Ad/mPEG micelles may be applied as promising controlled drug delivery system for hydrophobic antitumor drugs. © 2015 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J. Polym. Sci., Part A: Polym. Tetracyclines are a group of broad spectrum antibiotics widely used in animal husbandry to prevent and treat diseases. However, the improper use of tetracyclines may result in the presence of their residues in animal tissues or waste. Recently, great attention has been drawn towards the green solvents ionic liquids. Ionic liquids have been employed as a coating material to modify the electroosmotic flow in capillary electrophoresis. In this study, a functionalized ionic liquid, mono‐6‐deoxy‐6‐(3‐methylimidazolium)‐β‐cyclodextrin tosylate, was synthesized and used for the simultaneous separation and quantification of tetracyclines by capillary electrophoresis. Good separation efficiency could be achieved due to the multiple functions of β‐cyclodextrin derived ionic liquid, including the electrostatic interaction, the hydrogen bonding, and the cavity structure in β‐cyclodextrin ionic liquid which can entrap the tetracyclines to form inclusion complex. After optimization, baseline separation achieved in 25 min with the running buffer consisted of 10 mmol/L, pH 7.2 phosphate buffer and 20 mmol/L β‐cyclodextrin ionic liquid. The satisfied result demonstrated that the β‐cyclodextrin ionic liquid is an ideal background electrolyte modifier in the separation of tetracyclines with high stability and good reproducibility. And it is an effective strategy to design and synthesize specific ILs as additive applied in separation.  相似文献

Both star‐shaped poly(ε‐caprolactone) (PCL) having 4 arms (4sPCL) and 6 arms (6sPCL) and linear PCL having 1 arm (LPCL) and 2 arms (2LPCL) were synthesized and then investigated for inclusion complexation with α‐cyclodextrin (α‐CD). The supramolecular inclusion complexes (ICs) were in detail characterized by 1H NMR, differential scanning calorimetry, thermogravimetric analysis, wide angle X‐ray diffraction, solid‐state carbon nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy using cross‐polarization and magic‐angle spinning, and Fourier transform infrared, respectively. The stoichiometry (CL:CD, mol:mol) of all ICs increased with the increasing branch arm of PCL polymers, and it was in the order of α‐CD‐6sPCL1 ICs > α‐CD‐4sPCL ICs > α‐CD‐2LPCL ICs > α‐CD‐LPCL ICs. All analyses indicated that the branch arms of star‐shaped PCL polymers were included into the hydrophobic α‐CD cavities and their original crystalline properties were completely suppressed. Moreover, the ICs of star‐shaped PCL with α‐CD had a channel‐type crystalline structure similar to that formed between the linear PCL and α‐CD. Furthermore, the thermal stability of the free PCL polymers probably controlled that of the guest polymers included in the ICs. © 2005 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A novel Cu–Zn β‐cyclodextrin (CuZn/β‐CD) model compound was synthesized under ultrasound irradiation to mimic the functionality of copper zinc superoxide dismutase (CuZnSOD). For comparison, Cu/β‐CD and Zn/β‐CD complexes were also synthesized via a sonochemical approach. The obtained complexes were characterized by FTIR, ICP‐OES, UV–vis and Scanning electron microscopy‐Energy dispersive X‐ray (SEM‐EDX) techniques. The SOD activity of the complexes was evaluated by a pyrogallol autoxidation method. These enzyme‐mimetic materials scavenge ambient free radicals, with the potential to provide significant antioxidant protection (scavenging ability > 70%).  相似文献

The α,ω‐end‐capped poly(2‐methyl‐2‐oxazoline) (Cn‐POXZ‐Cn) have been synthesized by a one‐pot process using cationic ring‐opening polymerization with an appropriate initiator and terminating agent. The polymers bearing different alkyl groups C12 and C18 have molecular weight in the range of 2.4 × 103 to 14 × 103 with a small polydispersity index. The solution behavior of the free chains has been analyzed in a nonselective solvent, dichloromethane, by small‐angle neutron scattering and dynamic light scattering. These amphiphilic polymers associate in water to form flower‐like micellar structures. Critical micelle concentrations, investigated by fluorescence technique, are in the range of 0.03–0.5 g L?1 and are dependent on the hydrophilic/lipophilic balance. The structural properties of the aggregates have also been investigated by viscometry. Intrinsic viscosities of these polymers are in the same range as that of the precursors poly(2‐methyl‐2‐oxazoline) (POXZ) and mono‐functionalized polymers. Large viscosity increase corresponding to intermicellar bridging was observed in the vicinity of the micelle overlap concentration. Addition of hydroxypropyl β‐cyclodextrin (HβCD) has dissociated the aggregates and the intrinsic viscosities of the HβCD‐end‐capped chains have become comparable with the ones of POXZ precursor chains. © 2010 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Complete resolution of hydroxyeicosatetraenoic acid (HETE) enantiomers was achieved using hydroxypropyl‐γ‐cyclodextrin (HP‐γ‐CD)‐modified MEKC. The optimum running conditions were determined to be utilizing a 30 mM phosphate–15 mM borate buffer (pH 9.0) containing 30 mM HP‐γ‐CD and 75 mM SDS as the BGE, application of +30 kV as the effective voltage, and carrying out the experiment at 15°C. The eluents were detected at 235 nm. The method was used successfully for the simultaneous separations of (S)‐ and (R)‐enantiomers of regioisomeric 8‐, 11‐, 12‐, and 15‐HETEs. Subsequently, the optimized method was applied to evaluate the stereochemistry of 8‐ and 12‐HETEs from the marine red algae, Gracilaria vermiculophylla and Gracilaria arcuata, respectively. The 8‐HETE was found to be a mixture of 98% (R)‐enantiomer and 2% (S)‐enantiomer, while the 12‐HETE was a mixture of 98% (S)‐enantiomer and 2% (R)‐enantiomer. The present study demonstrates that the HP‐γ‐CD‐modified MEKC method is simple and sensitive and provides unambiguous information on the configuration of natural and synthetic HETEs.  相似文献

The mass spectra of a series of N‐aryl α,β‐unsaturated γ‐lactams were studied. Besides the molecular ion, the three characteristic fragments such as [M+‐29], [M+‐55], and [M+‐82] were commonly found in a series of N‐Aryl α,β‐unsaturated γ‐lactams in EI/MS. Various optically active (4R)‐alkyloxycarbonyl‐3,3‐dialkyl‐2‐oxetanones as monomers were synthesized from L‐(S)‐malic acid in six steps to prepare a new family of stereopolyesters for biomedical applications. The synthesis began with an esterification followed of a dialkylation in the aim to introduce hydrophobic groups as methyl or reactive group as allyl. Then, a saponification has permitted to obtain the corresponding diacids that reacted with appropriate alcohols to furnish different monoesters. The last and most important step was activation of hydroxyl group of monoesters with the asymmetric carbon configuration inversion according to the Mitsunobu reaction. Thus, this reaction has provided lactones from monoesters with 100% enantiomeric excess which was confirmed by 1H NMR and by the synthesis of corresponding isotactic and semicrystalline homopolyesters. © 2015 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. New random copolymers, poly(N‐vinyl‐2‐pyrrolidone‐co‐mono‐6‐deoxy‐6‐methacrylate ethylamino‐β‐cyclodextrin) (PnvpCD) bearing pendent β‐cyclodextrin (CD) groups were synthesized. PnvpCD formed soluble graft‐like polymer complex with adamantane (AD) end‐capped poly(ε‐caprolactone) (PclAD) in their common solvent N‐methyl‐2‐pyrrolidone driven by the inclusion interactions between the CD and AD groups. The formation of the graft complex has been confirmed by viscometry, dynamic light scattering (DLS), and isothermal titration calorimeter. The graft complex self‐assembled further into noncovalently connected micelles in water, which is a selective solvent for the main chain PnvpCD. Transmission electron microscopy, DLS, and atomic force microscopy have been used to investigate the structure and morphology of the resultant micelles. A unique “multicore” structure of the micelles, in which small PclAD domains scattered within the micelles, was obtained under nonequilibrium conditions in the preparation. However, the micelles prepared in a condition close to equilibrium possess an ordinary core‐shell structure. Four β‐nucleated polypropylene samples with increasing die draw ratio (DDR) were prepared to modify lamellae arrangement. The DSC, SEM, and 2D‐XRD results show that all four cast films had similar crystallinity, high contents of β‐crystal but lowering stability of β‐lamellae with ascending DDR. Meanwhile, the anisotropy of β‐lamellae distribution strengthens gently and the stacked lamellae structure perpendicular to the machine direction (MD) predominates dramatically. Tensile testing at 25 °C and 90 °C were conducted along MD and transverse direction (TD), respectively. The markedly expanding difference of deformation indicates the anisotropy highlighted significantly. Additionally, when the samples stretched along MD, a more homogeneous deformation occurs with ascending anisotropy, which is completely opposite to the β‐lamellae stability. But samples deformed more heterogeneous when stretched along TD. The characterization of morphological evolutions during stretching shows that the stacked lamellae debonds uniformly and abundant microvoids formed when the sample stretched along MD with higher anisotropy, resulting in evenly dispersion of stress, consequently making a more uniform distribution of defects and a better isotropic deformation. Moreover, the microfibrils and defects distributed uniformly within higher orientation sample after longitudinal stretching stretched along MD, leading to the dramatic improvement of pore size distribution of the membrane after biaxial stretching. © 2017 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. In this article, our main goal is to combine hyperbranched polymer with β‐cyclodextrin (β‐CD) to establish a novel functional polymer species with core‐shell structure and supramolecular system for further application in inclusion technologies and the complex drugs delivery system. Therefore, two β‐CD polymer brushes based on hyperbranched polycarbosilane (HBP) as a hydrophobic core and poly(N,N‐dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate) (PDMA) carrying β‐CD units as a hydrophilic shell were synthesized. Hyperbranched polycarbosilane macroinitiator carrying ? Cl groups (HBP‐Cl) was also prepared by using 1,1,3,3‐tetrmethyldisiloxane, allyl alcohol, and chloroacetyl chloride as reagents. The molecular structures of HBP‐Cl macroinitiator and β‐CD polymer brushes were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), 1H nuclear magnetic resonance (1H NMR), 13C nuclear magnetic resonance (13C NMR) spectroscopies, size exclusion chromatography/multi‐angle laser light scattering (SEC/MALLS) and laser particle size analyzer. The results indicate that the grafted chain length of two β‐CD polymer brushes can be controlled by changing the feed ratio. Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) results show that two β‐CD polymer brushes have two glass transition temperatures (Tgs) from a hydrophobic core part and a hydrophilic shell part, respectively, and the Tg from PDMA is higher than that of HBP‐g‐PDMA. Thermalgravimetric analyzer (TGA) analysis indicates that the thermostability of two β‐CD polymer brushes is higher than that of HBP, but is lower than that of HBP‐g‐PDMA. Using phenolphthalein (PP) as a guest molecule, molecular inclusion behaviors for two β‐CD polymer brushes were studied. A sensitive and selective imprinted electrochemical sensor for the determination of oxacillin was developed based on indium tin oxide electrode. The proposed sensor was decorated with imprinted sol–gel film and cobalt nanoparticles‐chitosan/β‐cyclodextrin‐multiwalled carbon nanotubes nanocomposites. The surface morphologies of the modified electrodes were characterized by scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscope. The stepwise assembly process and electrochemical behavior of the novel sensor were characterized by differential pulse voltammetry, cyclic voltammetry and Amperometric i‐t response. The imprinted sensor displayed excellent selectivity toward oxacillin. Meanwhile, the introduced cobalt nanoparticles‐chitosan and β‐cyclodextrin‐multi‐walled carbon nanotubes exhibited noticeable amplified electrochemical response signal. The differential voltammetric anodic peak current was linear to oxacillin concentration in the range from 2.0 × 10?7 to 1.0 × 10?4 mol·l?1, and the detection limit was 6.9 × 10?9 mol·l?1.
