Ruthenium(II) complexes are of great interest as a new class of cancerostatics with advantages over classical platinum compounds including lower toxicity. The stability of the [RuClCp(mPTA)2](OSO2CF3)2 complex (I) (Cp cyclopentadienyl, mPTA N‐methyl 1,3,5‐triaza‐7‐phosphaadamantane) in aqueous solution was studied using spectrophotometry, matrix‐assisted laser desorption/ionization (MALDI) and laser desorption/ionization (LDI) time‐of‐flight (TOF) mass spectrometry (MS). Spectrophotometry proves that at least three different reactions take place in water. Dissolution of I leads to fast coordination of water molecules to the Ru(II) cation and then slow hydrolysis and ligand exchange of chloride and mPTA with water, hydroxide or with trifluoromethane sulfonate itself. Via MALDI and LDI of the hydrolyzed solutions the formation of singly positively charged ions of general formula RuClp(Cp)q(mPTA)r(H2O)s(OH)t (p = 0–1, q = 0–1, r = 0–2, s = 0–5, t = 0–2) and of some fragment ions was shown. The stoichiometry was determined by analyzing the isotopic envelopes and computer modelling. The [RuClCp(mPTA)2](OSO2CF3)2 complex can be stabilized in dilute hydrochloric acid or in neutral 0.15 M isotonic sodium chloride solution. Copyright © 2009 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

The new water-soluble ruthenium(II) chiral complexes [RuCpX(L)(L')](n+) (X = Cl, I. L = PPh3; L' = PTA, mPTA; L = L' = PTA, mPTA) (PTA = 1,3,5-triaza-7-phosphaadamantane; mPTA = N-methyl-1,3,5-triaza-7-phosphaadamantane) have been synthesized and characterized by NMR and IR spectroscopy and elemental analysis. The salt mPTA(OSO2CF3) was also prepared and fully characterized by spectroscopic techniques. X-ray crystal structures of [RuClCp(PPh3)(PTA)] (2), [RuCpI(PPh3)(PTA)] (3), and [RuCpI(mPTA)(PPh3)](OSO2CF3) (9) have been determined. The binding properties toward DNA of the new hydrosoluble complexes have been studied using the mobility shift assay. The ruthenium chloride complexes interact with DNA depending on the hydrosoluble phosphine bonded to the metal, while the corresponding compounds with iodide, [RuCpI(PTA)2] (1), [RuCpI(PPh3)(PTA)] (3), [RuCpI(mPTA)2](OSO2CF3)2 (6), and [RuCpI(mPTA)(PPh3)](OSO2CF3) (9), do not bind to DNA.  相似文献

The transfer‐hydrogenative cyclization of 1,6‐diynes with Hantzsch 1,4‐dihydropyridine as a H2 surrogate was performed in the presence of a cationic ruthenium catalyst of the type [Cp′Ru(MeCN)3PF6]. Exocyclic 1,3‐dienes or their 1,4‐hydrogenation products, cycloalkenes, were selectively obtained, depending on the substrate structure and the reaction conditions.  相似文献

Reaction of [Au(DAPTA)(Cl)] with RaaiR’ in CH2Cl2 medium following ligand addition leads to [Au(DAPTA)(RaaiR’)](Cl) [DAPTA=diacetyl-1,3,5-triaza-7-phosphaadamantane, RaaiR’=p-R-C6H4-N=N- C3H2-NN-1-R’, (1—3), abbreviated as N,N’-chelator, where N(imidazole) and N(azo) represent N and N’, respectively; R=H (a), Me (b), Cl (c) and R’=Me (1), CH2CH3 (2), CH2Ph (3)]. The 1H NMR spectral measurements in D2O suggest methylene, CH2, in RaaiEt gives a complex AB type multiplet while in RaaiCH2Ph it shows AB type quartets. 13C NMR spectrum in D2O suggest the molecular skeleton. The 1H-1H COSY spectrum in D2O as well as contour peaks in the 1H-13C HMQC spectrum in D2O assign the solution structure.  相似文献

The catalytic activity of ruthenium(II) bis(diimine) complexes cis‐[Ru(6,6′‐Cl2bpy)2(OH2)2](Z)2 ( 1 , Z = CF3SO3; 2 , Z = (3,5‐(CF3)2C6H3)4B, i.e. BArF) and cis‐[Ru(4,4′‐Cl2bpy)2(OH2)2](Z)2 ( 3 , Z = CF3SO3; 4 , Z = BArF) for the hydrogenation and/or the hydrogenolysis of furfural (FFR) and furfuryl alcohol (FFA) was investigated. The molecular structures of cis‐[Ru(4,4′‐Cl2bpy)2(CH3CN)2](CF3SO3)2 ( 3 ′) and dimeric cis‐[(Ru(4,4′‐Cl2bpy)2Cl)2](BArF)2 ( 5 ) were characterized by X‐ray crystallography. The structures are consistent with the anticipated reduction in steric hindrance about the ruthenium centers in comparison with corresponding complexes containing 6,6′‐Cl2bpy ligands. While compounds 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 are all active and highly selective catalysts for the hydrogenation of FFR to FFA under modest reaction conditions, 3 and 4 showed decreased activity. This is best explained in terms of reduced Lewis acidity of the Ru2+ centers and reduced steric hindrance about the metal centers of catalysts 3 and 4 . cis‐[Ru(6,6′‐Cl2bpy)2(OH2)2](BArF)2 ( 2 ) also displayed high catalytic efficiency for the hydrogenation of FFA to tetrahydrofurfuryl alcohol. Presumably, this is because coordination of C═C bonds of FFA to the ruthenium center is poorly inhibited by non‐coordinating BArF counterions. Interestingly, cis‐[Ru(6,6′‐Cl2bpy)2(OH2)2](CF3SO3)2 ( 1 ) showed some catalytic activity in ethanol for the hydrogenolysis of FFA to 2‐methylfuran, albeit with fairly modest selectivity. Nonetheless, these results indicate that ruthenium(II) bis(diimine) complexes need to be further explored as catalysts for the hydrogenolysis of C―O bonds of FFR, FFA, and related compounds. This work describes the synthesis of a series of Ru(II)‐Arene (Arene=p‐cymene, benzene) complexes using different N‐substituted tetrazole ligands and their PTA analogues. All the complexes have been characterized thoroughly using different analytical techniques. Antiproliferative activity of the synthesized complexes against different cell lines indicates remarkable activity of certain complexes up to nanomolar level. In few cases introduction of water soluble PTA (PTA = 1,3,5‐ triaza‐7‐phospha‐tricyclo‐[3.3.1.1]decane) ligand induce significant cytotoxic activity in the ruthenium complex with respect to their chloro analogues, particularly against Jurkat and MCF‐7 cell lines. Interaction with different biomolecules and stability of the RAPTA complexes have been explored in pseudo‐pharmacological conditions.  相似文献

Deprotonation of the yttrium–arsine complex [Cp′3Y{As(H)2Mes}] ( 1 ) (Cp′=η5‐C5H4Me, Mes=mesityl) by nBuLi produces the μ‐arsenide complex [{Cp′2Y[μ‐As(H)Mes]}3] ( 2 ). Deprotonation of the As H bonds in 2 by nBuLi produces [Li(thf)4]2[{Cp′2Y(μ3‐AsMes)}3Li], [Li(thf)4]2[ 3 ], in which the dianion 3 contains the first example of an arsinidene ligand in rare‐earth metal chemistry. The molecular structures of the arsine, arsenide, and arsinidene complexes are described, and the yttrium–arsenic bonding is analyzed by density functional theory.  相似文献

Two new half‐sandwich η5‐Cp*–rhodium(III) and η5‐Cp*–ruthenium(II) complexes have been prepared from corresponding bis(phosphino)amine ligands, thiophene‐2‐(N,N‐bis(diphenylphosphino)methylamine) or furfuryl‐2‐(N,N‐bis(diphenylphosphino)amine). Structures of the new complexes have been elucidated by multinuclear one‐ and two‐dimensional NMR spectroscopy, elemental analysis and IR spectroscopy. These Cp*–rhodium(III) and Cp*‐ruthenium(II) complexes bearing bis(phosphino)amine ligands were successfully applied to transfer hydrogenation of various ketones by 2‐propanol. Herein, we report unusual four‐center interactions in the novel cage‐like phosphane, 1,4,7‐triaza‐9‐phosphatricyclo[5.3.2.14,9]tridecane (CAP). This water‐soluble ligand, the first example of a tris(homoadamantane) ring system, can be considered a macrocyclic homologue of the well‐known PTA (1,3,5‐triaza‐7‐phosphaadamantane). However, 31P NMR spectroscopic anomalies of CAP follow those typical for the bi‐/tricyclic atrane systems. Another atrane‐like feature of CAP is the ability of one nitrogen atom to undergo out–in pyramidal inversion. The latter is associated with a substantial decrease in the intracage N?N and P?N distances. Analysis of electron density distribution [molecular electrostatic potential (MESP) and atoms‐in‐molecules (AIM) approaches] suggests that the P and N atoms in the pyramidally inverted CAP derivatives are involved in interactions resulting in accumulation of electron density at the center of the phosphane cage. The latter can reliably explain the stereoelectronic and NMR anomalies of the new ligand. The semi‐flexible CAP cage populates the structural niche between the rigid adamantine skeleton of PTA and flexible atrane systems and can be regarded as an alternative to PTA in aqueous coordination chemistry.  相似文献

Homoleptic lanthanide metallocenes Cp′3Ln [Cp′ = methylcyclopentadienyl, Ln = Y ( 1 ), Er ( 2 ), Sm ( 3 ); Cp′ = cyclopentadienyl, Ln = Er ( 4 ) and Sm ( 5 )] have been found to be a novel type of initiators for the ring‐opening polymerization (ROP) of ε‐caprolactone (ε‐CL). Among them, complex 1 shows the highest catalytic activity for ROP of ε‐CL. In addition, a novel neutral trifluoroethoxo yttrium complex [(MeC5H4)2Y(µ‐OCH2CF3)]2 ( 6 ) has been synthesized by the reaction of 1 with trifluoroethanol in 1:1 molar ratio in toluene and characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray structural analysis. Preliminary study shows that the catalytic activity of tris(methylcyclopentadienyl)yttrium complex 1 is higher than that of bis(methylcyclopentadienyl)yttrium complex 6 . The mechanism of the present polymerization was studied by NMR spectra. Copyright © 2006 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

The N‐heterocyclic carbene (NHC) adducts Zn(CpR)2(NHC)] (CpR=C5HMe4, C5H4SiMe3; NHC=ItBu, IDipp (Dipp=2,6‐diisopropylphenyl), IMes (Mes=mesityl), SIMes) were prepared and shown to be active catalysts for the hydrogenation of imines, whereas decamethylzincocene [ZnCp*2] is highly active for the hydrogenation of ketones in the presence of noncoordinating NHCs. The abnormal carbene complex [Zn(OCHPh2)2(aItBu)]2 was formed from spontaneous rearrangement of the ItBu ligand during incomplete hydrogenation of benzophenone. Two isolated ZnI adducts [Zn2Cp*2(NHC)] (NHC=ItBu, SIMes) are presented and characterized as weak adducts on the basis of 13C NMR spectroscopic and X‐ray diffraction experiments. A mechanistic proposal for the reduction of [ZnCp*2] with H2 to give [Zn2Cp*2] is discussed.  相似文献

The complex crystallizes on an inversion centre with the most important bond lengths and angles being Pt—P 2.3128 (12) Å, Pt—I 2.6022 (6) Å, P—Pt—I 90.94 (3)° and P′—Pt—I 89.06 (3)°.  相似文献

The single‐site supported organozirconium catalyst Cp*ZrBz2/ZrS (Cp*=Me5C5, Bz=benzyl, ZrS=sulfated zirconia) catalyzes the single‐face/all‐cis hydrogenation of a large series of alkylated and fused arene derivatives to the corresponding all‐cis‐cyclohexanes. Kinetic/mechanistic and DFT analysis argue that stereoselection involves rapid, sequential H2 delivery to a single catalyst‐bound arene face, versus any competing intramolecular arene π‐face interchange.  相似文献

Herein are described some continuing investigations into the reactions of cyano‐alkenes with diynyl‐ruthenium complexes which have resulted in the preparation and characterisation of diynyl‐ruthenium compounds Ru(C≡CC≡CR)(PP)Cp [R = Ph, PP = dppe; R = Fc, PP = dppf; R = CPh=CBr2, PP = (PPh3)2], together with the polycyanobutadienyls Ru{C≡CC[=C(CN)2]CR=CR′(CN)}(PP)Cp′ [R = Fc, (PP)Cp′ = (dppf)Cp; R = H, SiMe3, (PP)Cp′ = (dppe)Cp*] formed by [2 + 2]‐cycloaddition of the cyano‐alkenes to the outer C≡C triple bonds and subsequent ring‐opening reactions. Single‐crystal XRD molecular structure determinations of six complexes are reported.  相似文献

Three cobalt(II) coordination polymers, [Co2(tatb)2(2,2′‐bipy)2 (H2O)2 · DMA · 2H2O] ( 1 ), [Co2(tatb)2(1,10‐phen)2(H2O)2 · 2H2O] ( 2 ) and [Co(tatb)(1,3‐dpp) · H2O] ( 3 ) (H3tatb = 4,4′,4′′‐(1,3,5‐triazine‐2,4,6‐triyl)tribenzoic acid; 2,2′‐bipy = 2,2′‐bipyridyl; 1,10‐phen = 1,10‐phenanthroline; 1,3‐dpp = 1,3‐bis(pyridin‐4‐yl)propane), were synthesized solvothermally and characterized by single‐crystal and powder X‐ray diffraction (PXRD), as well as IR spectroscopy. Complexes 1 and 2 exhibit 1D double‐chain structures, which further connect into interesting 3D networks by hydrogen bond and strong π–π interactions. Complex 3 possesses 2D 44‐sql topology, which is packed parallel in an AA fashion. Moreover, thermal stability properties and photoluminescence properties of 1 , 2 and 3 were also investigated.  相似文献

An efficient catalytic system for hydrogenation of ketones and aldehydes using a Cp*Ir complex [Cp*Ir(2,2′-bpyO)(H2O)] bearing a bipyridine-based functional ligand as catalyst has been developed. A wide variety of secondary and primary alcohols were synthesized by the catalyzed hydrogenation of ketones and aldehydes under facile atmospheric-pressure without a base. The catalyst also displays an excellent chemoselectivity towards other carbonyl functionalities and unsaturated motifs. This catalytic system exhibits high activity for hydrogenation of ketones and aldehydes with H2 gas.  相似文献

The ruthenium aqua complexes [Ru(H2O)2(bipy)2](OTf)2, [cis‐Ru(6,6′‐Cl2‐bipy)2(OH2)2](OTf)2, [Ru(H2O)2(phen)2](OTf)2, [Ru(H2O)3(2,2′:6′,2′′‐terpy)](OTf)2 and [Ru(H2O)3(Phterpy)](OTf)2 (bipy=2,2′‐bipyridine; OTf?=triflate; phen=phenanthroline; terpy= terpyridine; Phterpy=4′‐phenyl‐2,2′:6′,2′′‐terpyridine) are water‐ and acid‐stable catalysts for the hydrogenation of aldehydes and ketones in sulfolane solution. In the presence of HOS(O)2CF3 (triflic acid) as a dehydration co‐catalyst they directly convert 1,2‐hexanediol to n‐hexanol and hexane. The terpyridine complexes are stable and active as catalysts at temperatures ≥250 °C and in either aqueous sulfolane solution or pure water convert glycerol into n‐propanol and ultimately propane as the final reaction product in up to quantitative yield. For the terpy complexes the active catalyst is postulated to be a carbonyl species [(4′‐R‐2,2′:6′,2′′‐terpy)Ru(CO)(H2O)2](OTf)2 (R=H, Ph) formed by the decarbonylation of aldehydes (hexanal for 1,2‐hexanediol and 3‐hydroxypropanal for glycerol) generated in the reaction mixture through acid‐catalyzed dehydration. The structure of the dimeric complex [{(4′‐phenyl‐2,2′:6′,2′′‐terpy)Ru(CO)}2(μ‐OCH3)2](OTf)2 has been determined by single crystal X‐ray crystallography (Space group P (a=8.2532(17); b=12.858(3); c=14.363(3) Å; α=64.38(3); β=77.26(3); γ = 87.12(3)°, R=4.36 %).  相似文献

A new family of Y4/M2 and Y5/M heterobimetallic rare‐earth‐metal/d‐block‐transition‐metal? polyhydride complexes has been synthesized. The reactions of the tetranuclear yttrium? octahydride complex [{Cp′′Y(μ‐H)2}4(thf)4] (Cp′′=C5Me4H, 1‐C5Me4H ) with one equivalent of Group‐6‐metal? pentahydride complexes [Cp*M(PMe3)H5] (M=Mo, W; Cp*=C5Me5) afforded pentanuclear heterobimetallic Y4/M? polyhydride complexes [{(Cp′′Y)4(μ‐H)7}(μ‐H)4MCp*(PMe3)] (M=Mo ( 2 a ), W ( 2 b )). UV irradiation of compounds 2 a , b in THF gave PMe3‐free complexes [{(Cp′′Y)4(μ‐H)6(thf)2}(μ‐H)5MCp*] (M=Mo ( 3 a ), W ( 3 b )). Compounds 3 a , b reacted with one equivalent of [Cp*M(PMe3)H5] to afford hexanuclear Y4/M2 complexes [{Cp*M(μ‐H)5}{(Cp′′Y)4(μ‐H)5}{(μ‐H)4MCp*(PMe3)}] (M=Mo ( 4 a ), W ( 4 b )). UV irradiation of compounds 4 a , b provided the PMe3‐free complexes [(Cp′′Y)4(μ‐H)4{(μ‐H)5MCp*}2] (M=Mo ( 5 a ), W ( 5 b )). C5Me4Et‐ligated analogue [(Cp′′Y)4(μ‐H)4{(μ‐H)5Mo(C5Me4Et)}2] ( 5 a′ ) was obtained from the reaction of 1‐C5Me4H with [(C5Me4Et)Mo(PMe3)H5]. On the other hand, the reaction of pentanuclear yttrium? decahydride complex [{(C5Me4R)Y(μ‐H)2}5(thf)2] ( 1‐C5Me5 : R=Me; 1‐C5Me4Et : R=Et) with [Cp*M(PMe3)H5] gave the hexanuclear heterobimetallic Y5/M? polyhydride complexes [({(C5Me4R)Y}5(μ‐H)8)(μ‐H)5MCp*] ( 6 a : M=Mo, R=Me; 6 a′ : M=Mo, R=Et; 6 b : M=W, R=Me). Compound 5 a released two molecules of H2 under vacuum to give [(Cp′′Y)4(μ‐H)2{(μ‐H)4MoCp*}2] ( 7 ). In contrast, compound 6 a lost one molecule of H2 under vacuum to yield [{(Cp*Y)5(μ‐H)7}(μ‐H)4MoCp*] ( 8 ). Both compounds 7 and 8 readily reacted with H2 to regenerate compounds 5 a and 6 a , respectively. The structures of compounds 4 a , 5 a′ , 6 a′ , 7 , and 8 were determined by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction.  相似文献
