A novel nitride, Sr2−yEuyB2−2xSi2+3xAl2−xN8+x (x≃ 0.12, y≃ 0.10) (distrontium europium diboron disilicon dialuminium octanitride), with the space group P2c, was synthesized from Sr3N2, EuN, Si3N4, AlN and BN under nitrogen gas pressure. The structure consists of a host framework with Sr/Eu atoms accommodated in the cavities. The host framework is constructed by the linkage of MN4 tetrahedra (M = Si, Al) and BN3 triangles, and contains substitutional disorder described by the alternative occupation of B2 or Si2N on the (0, 0, z) axis. The B2:Si2N ratio contained in an entire crystal is about 9:1.  相似文献

The mixed silicide‐germanides Li12Si7–xGex, Na7LiSi8–zGez, and Li3NaSi6–vGev which could serve as potential precursors for Si1–xGex materials were synthesized and characterized by X‐ray diffraction methods. The full solid solution series Li12Si7–xGex (0 ≤ x ≤ 7) is easily accessible from the elements and features preferential occupation of the more negatively charged crystallographic tetrel positions by Ge, which is the more electronegative element. In case of Na7LiSi8–zGez a broad solid solution range of 1.3 ≤ x ≤ 8 is available but the ternary silicide Na7LiSi8 could not be obtained by the tested methods of synthesis. The solubility of Ge in Li3NaSi6–vGev is highly limited to a maximum of v ≈ 0.5, and again the formally more negatively charged tetrel positions are preferred by Ge. Additionally, the two crystallographic Li positions in Li12Si7 with unusually large displacement parameters can be partially substituted by Na in Li12–yNaySi7 with 0 ≤ y ≤ 0.6. The statistical mixing of Li and Na in this solid solution contrasts the typical ordering of Li and Na in most ternary tetrelides.  相似文献

Exploratory studies in the systems A–Al–Sn (A = K and Rb) yielded the clathrates K8AlxSn46–x (potassium aluminium stannide) and Rb8AlxSn46–x (rubidium aluminium stannide), both with the cubic type‐I structure (space group Pmn, No. 223; a ? 12.0 Å). The Al:Sn ratio is close to the idealized A8Al8Sn38 composition and it is shown that it can be varied slightly, in the range of ca ±1.5, depending on the experimental conditions. Both the (Sn,Al)20 and the (Sn,Al)24 cages in the structure are fully occupied by the guest alkali metal atoms, i.e. K or Rb. The A8Al8Sn38 formula has a valence electron count that obeys the valence rules and represents an intrinsic semiconductor, while the experimentally determined compositions A8AlxSn38?x suggest the synthesized materials to be nearly charge‐balanced Zintl phases, i.e. they are likely to behave as heavily doped p‐ or n‐type semiconductors.  相似文献

The garnet electrolyte presents poor wettability with Li metal, resulting in an extremely large interfacial impedance and drastic growth of Li dendrites. Herein, a novel ultra‐stable conductive composite interface (CCI) consisting of LiySn alloy and Li3N is constructed in situ between Li6.4La3Zr1.4Ta0.6O12 (LLZTO) pellet and Li metal by a conversion reaction of SnNx with Li metal at 300 °C. The LiySn alloy as a continuous and robust bridge between LLZTO and Li metal can effectively reduce the LLZTO/Li interfacial resistance from 4468.0 Ω to 164.8 Ω. Meanwhile, the Li3N as a fast Li‐ion channel can efficiently transfer Li ions and give their uniform distribution at the LLZTO/Li interface. Therefore, the Li/LLZTO@CCI/Li symmetric battery stably cycles for 1200 h without short circuit, and the all‐solid‐state high‐voltage Li/LLZTO@CCI/LiNi0.5Co0.2Mn0.3O2 battery achieves a specific capacity of 161.4 mAh g?1 at 0.25 C with a capacity retention rate of 92.6 % and coulombic efficiency of 100.0 % after 200 cycles at 25 °C.  相似文献

Solid solution phases Li7‐2xMgx[VN4] (0 < x ≤ 1) with varying Mg‐content are obtained as yellow microcrystalline powders from heat treatment of mixtures of VN, Li3N and Mg3N2 or from mixtures of Li7[VN4] and Mg3N2 at 1370 K in N2 atmosphere at ambient pressure. At substitution parameter values of x > 0.5 a subsequent distortion from the ideal cubic unit cell to an orthorhombic unit cell is observed. The crystal structure of Li7‐2xMgx[VN4] with x ≈ 1 was refined from neutron and X‐ray powder diffraction data (space group Pbca, No. 61, a = 963.03(3) pm, b = 958.44(3) pm, c = 951.93(2) pm, neutron pattern 14° — 156° 2θ, step non‐linear ≈ 0.0782° 2θ, No. of measured points 1816, Rp = 0.089, Rwp = 0.115, RBragg = 0.155, RF = 0.114; X‐ray pattern 10° — 98° 2θ, step 0.005° 2θ, No. of measured points 17600, Rp = 0.028, Rwp = 0.045, RBragg = 0.113, RF = 0.133, structure variables: 45). The crystal structure resembles a Li2O type superstructure with the atomic arrangement of β‐Li7[VN4] and with two crystallographic Li‐sites each substituted by Mg with statistical occupation factors of 0.5. Chemical analyses prove the composition and XAS spectroscopy at the V K‐edge support the +5 oxidation state assignment for vanadium. XAS data also support the tetrahedral coordination of vanadium by N as indicated by the structure refinements.  相似文献

The clathrate‐I phase Cs8–xGe44+y2–y (space group Pm$\bar{3}$ n) was prepared by high‐pressure high‐temperature reactions of Cs4Ge4 and α‐Ge. Different reaction conditions were found to have a strong influence on the lattice parameter of the clathrate‐I phase ranging from 10.8070(2) Å to 10.8493(3) Å. A single crystal with composition Cs8Ge44.40(2)1.60(2) was obtained from a sample with a = 10.8238(2) Å (niobium ampoule, p = 3.4 GPa, Tmax = 1400 °C). Structure analysis based on X‐ray single crystal data shows unambiguously an excess of germanium atoms with respect to the electron balanced composition Cs8Ge442 on basis of the Zintl concept.  相似文献

The series of RE5Li2Sn7 (RE = Ce–Sm) compounds were synthesized by high‐temperature reactions and structurally characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. The compounds are pentacerium dilithium heptastannide, Ce5Li1.97Sn7.03, pentapreseodymium dilithium heptastannide, Pr5Li1.98Sn7.02, pentaneodymium dilithium heptastannide, Nd5Li1.99Sn7.01, and pentasamarium dilithium heptastannide, Sm5Li2Sn7. All five compounds crystallize in the chiral orthorhombic space group P212121 (No. 19), which is relatively uncommon among intermetallic phases. The structure belongs to the Ce5Li2Sn7 structure type (Pearson symbol oP56), with 14 unique atoms in the asymmetric unit. Minor compositional variations exist, due to the mixed occupancy of Li and Sn atoms at one of the Li sites. The small occupational disorder is most evident for RE5Li2−xSn7+x (RE = Ce, Pr; x≃ 0.03), while the structure of Nd5Li2Sn7 and Sm5Li2Sn7 show no apparent disorder.  相似文献

The ternary Tb2–xNdxZn17–yNiy (x = 0.5, y = 4.83) disordered phase belongs to the structural family based on the rhombohedral Th2Zn17 structure type. The structure is maximally disordered since all the sites are occupied by statistical mixtures of atoms. The Tb/Nd mixture of atoms occupies the 6c site (site symmetry 3m). The statistical mixtures Ni/Zn consisting of more Ni atoms are located in the 6c and 9d (symmetry .2/m) sites. In the following 18f (site symmetry .2) and 18h (site symmetry .m) sites are located Zn/Ni statistical mixtures which consist of more Zn atoms. Zn/Ni atoms form three-dimensional networks with hexagonal channels that fill statistical mixtures of Tb/Nd and Ni/Zn. The Tb2–xNdxZn17–yNiy compound belongs to the family of intermetallic phases capable of absorbing hydrogen. In the structure, there are three types of voids, namely, 9e (site symmetry .2/m), 3b (site symmetry m) and 36i (site symmetry 1), in which hydrogen can be inserted, and the maximum total absorption capacity can reach 1.21 wt% H2. Electrochemical hydrogenation shows that the phase absorbs 1.03% of H2, which indicates partial filling of the voids with H atoms.  相似文献

The Li4+xMxSi4+xO4‐yLi2O (M=Al, B; x = 0 to 0.6, y = 0 to 0.5) ion conductors were prepared by the Sol‐Gel method and examined in detail. The powder and sintered samples were characterized by DTA‐TG, XRD, SEM, and AC impedance techniques. The experimental results show that the conductivity and sinterability in creased with the amount of excess lithium oxide in the silicate. The Li2O phase acts as a flux to accelerate the sintering process and to obtain high conductivity of grain boundaries. The particle size of the sintered pellets is about 0.25 μm. The maximum conductivity at 200 °C is 5.40 × 10?3s cm?1 for Li4.4Al0.4 Si0.6O4‐0.3Li2O.  相似文献

Smog chamber/Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) techniques were used to measure the kinetics of the reaction of n‐CH3(CH2)xCN (x = 0–3) with Cl atoms and OH radicals: k(CH3CN + Cl) = (1.04 ± 0.25) × 10−14, k(CH3CH2CN + Cl) = (9.20 ± 3.95) × 10−13, k(CH3(CH2)2CN + Cl) = (2.03 ± 0.23) × 10−11, k(CH3(CH2)3CN + Cl) = (6.70 ± 0.67) × 10−11, k(CH3CN + OH) = (4.07 ± 1.21) × 10−14, k(CH3CH2CN + OH) = (1.24 ± 0.27) × 10−13, k(CH3(CH2)2CN + OH) = (4.63 ± 0.99) × 10−13, and k(CH3(CH2)3CN + OH) = (1.58 ± 0.38) × 10−12 cm3 molecule−1 s−1 at a total pressure of 700 Torr of air or N2 diluents at 296 ± 2 K. The atmospheric oxidation of alkyl nitriles proceeds through hydrogen abstraction leading to several carbonyl containing primary oxidation products. HC(O)CN, NCC(O)OONO2, ClC(O)OONO2, and HCN were identified as the main oxidation products from CH3CN, whereas CH3CH2CN gives the products HC(O)CN, CH3C(O)CN, NCC(O)OONO2, and HCN. The oxidation of n‐CH3(CH2)xCN (x = 2–3) leads to a range of oxygenated primary products. Based on the measured OH radical rate constants, the atmospheric lifetimes of n‐CH3(CH2)xCN (x = 0–3) were estimated to be 284, 93, 25, and 7 days for x = 0,1, 2, and 3, respectively.  相似文献

The structure of the new salt 1‐(o‐tolyl)biguanidium chloride, C9H14N5+·Cl?, has been determined by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. The salt crystallizes in the monoclinic space group C2/c. In this structure, the chloride and biguanidium hydrophilic ions are mostly connected to each other via N—H…N and N—H…Cl hydrogen bonds to form layers parallel to the ab plane around y = and y = . The 2‐methylbenzyl groups form layers between these layers around y = 0 and y = , with the methyl group forming C—H…π interactions with the aromatic ring. Intermolecular interactions on the Hirshfeld surface were investigated in terms of contact enrichment and electrostatic energy, and confirm the role of strong hydrogen bonds along with hydrophobic interactions. A correlation between electrostatic energy and contact enrichment is found only for the strongly attractive (N—H…Cl?) and repulsive contacts. Electrostatic energies between ions reveal that the interacting biguanidium cation pairs are repulsive and that the crystal is maintained by attractive cation…Cl? dimers. The vibrational absorption bands were identified by IR spectroscopy.  相似文献

A New Lithium Hydrogen Sulfate, Li2(HSO4)2(H2SO4) – Synthesis and Crystal Structure The title compound crystallizes in good shaped single crystals from the system lithium sulfate/sulfuric acid in the orthorhombic space group Pccn, unit cell parameters a = 17.645(4), b = 5.378(1), c = 10.667(3) Å. V = 1 012.2 Å3, Z = 4, Dx = 2.009 g cm?3. There are two types of SO4 tetrahedra, SO3(OH) and SO2(OH)2, connected via hydrogen bonds forming layers parallel to the xy-plane. The layers are linked by Li atoms, which are tetrahedral coordinated by O atoms coming two by two from neighboured layers.  相似文献

Li2RhO3 was synthesized by solid state reaction and its crystal structure was refined from X‐ray powder data by the Rietveld‐method. The compound was obtained as a black powder and crystallizes in the monoclinic space group C2/m, with unit cell parameters a = 5.1198(1), b = 8.8497(1), c = 5.1030(1) Å, β = 109.61(2) °, V = 217.80(1), and Z = 4. The structure determination shows that the oxygen atoms in Li2RhO3 form an approximate cubic close packing, where all octahedral voids are occupied by Rh4+ and Li+ cations. The structure is closely related to the α‐NaFeO2 and Li2MnO3 layered structure types (layered variants of the NaCl‐type), but in Li2RhO3 the lithium and rhodium atoms are partially disordered. Li2RhO3 behaves as a semiconductor with rather small activation energy of 7.68 kJ · mol–1 and is thermally stable up to 1273 K in argon atmosphere. According to measurements of the magnetic susceptibility in the temperature range from 2 to 330 K, Li2RhO3 is paramagnetic, obeys the Curie–Weiss law at temperatures above 150 K, and has an effective magnetic moment of 1.97 μB at 300 K.  相似文献

Li6+2x[B10Se18]Sex (x ≈ 2), an Ion‐conducting Double Salt Li6+2x[B10Se18]Sex (x ≈ 2) was prepared in a solid state reaction from lithium selenide, amorphous boron and selenium in evacuated carbon coated silica tubes at a temperature of 800 °C. Subsequent cooling from 600 °C to 300 °C gave amber colored crystals with the following lattice parameters: space group I2/a (at 173 K); a = 17.411(1) Å, b = 21.900(1) Å, c = 17.820(1) Å, β = 101.6(1)°. The crystal structure contains a well‐defined polymeric selenoborate network of composition ([B10Se16Se4/2]6?)n consisting of a system of edge‐sharing [B10Se16Se4/2] adamantanoid macro‐tetrahedra forming large channels in which a strongly disorderd system of partial occupied Li+ cations and additional disordered Se2? anions is observed. The crystal structure of the novel selenoborate is isotypic to Li6+2x[B10S18]Sx (x ≈ 2) [1]. X‐ray and 7Li magic‐angle spinning NMR data suggest that the site occupancies of the three crystallographically distinct lithium ions exhibit a significant temperature dependence. The lithium ion mobility has been characterized by detailed temperature dependent NMR lineshape and spin‐lattice relaxation measurements.  相似文献

Superconducting [(Li1?xFex)OH](Fe1?yLiy)Se (x≈0.2, y≈0.08) was synthesized by hydrothermal methods and characterized by single‐crystal and powder X‐ray diffraction. The structure contains alternating layers of anti‐PbO type (Fe1?yLiy)Se and (Li1?xFex)OH. Electrical resistivity and magnetic susceptibility measurements reveal superconductivity at 43 K. An anomaly in the diamagnetic shielding indicates ferromagnetic ordering near 10 K while superconductivity is retained. The ferromagnetism is from the iron atoms in the (Li1?xFex)OH layer. Isothermal magnetization measurements confirm the superposition of ferromagnetic and superconducting hysteresis. The internal ferromagnetic field is larger than the lower, but smaller than the upper critical field of the superconductor. The formation of a spontaneous vortex phase where both orders coexist is supported by 57Fe‐Mössbauer spectra, 7Li‐NMR spectra, and μSR experiments.  相似文献

Two ranges of solid solutions were prepared in the system Li4SiO4Li3VO4: Li4?xSi1?xVxO4, 0 < x ? 0.37 with the Li4SiO4 structure and Li3+yV1?ySiyO4, 0.18 ? y ? 0.53 with a γ structure. The conductivity of both solid solutions is much higher than that of the end members and passes through a maximum at ~40Li4SiO4 · 60Li3VO4 with values of ~1 × 10?5 ohm?1 cm?1 at 20°C, rising to ~4 × 10?2 ohm?1 cm?1 at 300°C. These conductivities are several times higher than in the corresponding Li4SiO4Li3(P,As)O4 systems, especially at room temperature. The solid solutions are easy to prepare, are stable in air, and maintain their conductivity with time. The mechanism of conduction is discussed in terms of the random-walk equation for conductivity and the significance of the term c(1 ? c) in the preexponential factor is assessed. Data for the three systems Li4SiO4Li3YO4 (Y = P, As. V) are compared.  相似文献

Preparation and Crystal Structures of Li26Na58Ba38Ex Phases (E = N, H; x = 0 – 1) Li26Na58Ba38Ex (E = N, H; x = 0–1) were prepared as a majority phase by the reactions of the metals with Ba(N3)2 or BaH2 at 250 °C for five days. According to single crystal and powder X‐ray diffraction investigation, all compounds are cubic, space group with the unit cell parameter a ranging from 27.335(2) (x = 0) to 27.554(3) (x = 1, E = N, H) Å and Z = 4. This compound series can be described as a filled variant of Li13Na29Ba19, in which nitrogen or hydrogen atoms are found in the centre of Li26 clusters in tetrahedral environment. Li26Na58Ba38Ex represents a new group of metal‐rich compounds extending the growing family of subnitrides.  相似文献

7‐Ethyl‐10‐hydroxycamptothecin [systematic name: (4S)‐4,11‐diethyl‐4,9‐dihydroxy‐1H‐pyrano[3′,4′:6,7]indolizino[1,2‐b]quinoline‐3,14(4H,12H)‐dione, SN‐38] is an antitumour drug which exerts activity through the inhibition of topoisomerase I. The crystal structure of SN‐38 as the monohydrate, C22H20N2O5·H2O, reveals that it is a monoclinic crystal, with one SN‐38 molecule and one water molecule in the asymmetric unit. When the crystal is heated to 473 K, approximately 30% of SN‐38 is hydrolyzed at its lactone ring, resulting in the formation of the inactive carboxylate form. The molecular arrangement around the water molecule and the lactone ring of SN‐38 in the crystal structure suggests that SN‐38 is hydrolyzed by the water molecule at (x, y, z) nucleophilically attacking the carbonyl C atom of the lactone ring at (x − 1, y, z − 1). Hydrogen bonding around the water molecules and the lactone ring appears to promote this hydrolysis reaction: two carbonyl O atoms, which are hydrogen bonded as hydrogen‐bond acceptors to the water molecule at (x, y, z), might enhance the nucleophilicity of this water molecule, while the water molecule at (−x, y + , −z), which is hydrogen bonded as a hydrogen‐bond donor to the carbonyl O atom at (x − 1, y, z − 1), might enhance the electrophilicity of the carbonyl C atom.  相似文献

LiFe0.5Ti1.5O4 was synthesized by solid-state reaction carried out at 900 °C in flowing argon atmosphere, followed by rapid quenching of the reaction product to room temperature. The compound has been characterized by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD) and 57Fe Mössbauer effect spectroscopy (MES). It crystallizes in the space group P4332, a = 8.4048(1) Å. Results from Rietveld structural refinement indicated 1:3 cation ordering on the octahedral sites: Li occupies the octahedral (4b) sites, Ti occupies the octahedral (12d) sites, while the tetrahedral (8c) sites have mixed (Fe/Li) occupancy. A small, about 5%, inversion of Fe on the (4b) sites has been detected. The MES data is consistent with cation distribution and oxidation state of Fe, determined from the structural data. The title compound is thermally unstable in air atmosphere. At 800 °C it transforms to a mixture of two Fe3+ containing phases – a face centred cubic spinel Li(1+y)/2Fe(5−3y)/2TiyO4 and a Li(z−1)/2Fe(7−3z)/2TizO5 – pseudobrookite. The major product of thermal treatment at 1000 °C is a ramsdellite type lithium titanium iron(III) oxide, accompanied by traces of rutile and pseudobrookite.  相似文献
