The slow evaporation of analytical NMR samples resulted in the formation of crystals of (E)‐2‐({[4‐(dimethylamino)phenyl]imino}methyl)‐4‐nitrophenol, C15H15N3O3, (I), and (E)‐2‐({[4‐(diethylamino)phenyl]imino}methyl)‐4‐nitrophenol, C17H19N3O3, (II). Despite the small structural difference between these two N‐salicylideneaniline derivatives, they show different space groups and diverse molecular packing. The molecules of both compounds are close to being planar due to an intramolecular O—H...N hydrogen bond. The 4‐alkylamino‐substituted benzene ring is inclined at an angle of 13.44 (19)° in (I) and 2.57 (8)° in (II) with respect to the 4‐nitro‐substituted phenol ring. Only very weak intermolecular π–π stacking and C—H...O interactions were found in these structures.  相似文献

In each of ethyl N‐{2‐amino‐5‐formyl‐6‐[methyl(phenyl)amino]pyrimidin‐4‐yl}glycinate, C16H19N5O3, (I), N‐{2‐amino‐5‐formyl‐6‐[methyl(phenyl)amino]pyrimidin‐4‐yl}glycinamide, C14H16N6O2, (II), and ethyl 3‐amino‐N‐{2‐amino‐5‐formyl‐6‐[methyl(phenyl)amino]pyrimidin‐4‐yl}propionate, C17H21N5O3, (III), the pyrimidine ring is effectively planar, but in each of methyl N‐{2‐amino‐6‐[benzyl(methyl)amino]‐5‐formylpyrimidin‐4‐yl}glycinate, C16H19N5O3, (IV), ethyl 3‐amino‐N‐{2‐amino‐6‐[benzyl(methyl)amino]‐5‐formylpyrimidin‐4‐yl}propionate, C18H23N5O3, (V), and ethyl 3‐amino‐N‐[2‐amino‐5‐formyl‐6‐(piperidin‐4‐yl)pyrimidin‐4‐yl]propionate, C15H23N5O3, (VI), the pyrimidine ring is folded into a boat conformation. The bond lengths in each of (I)–(VI) provide evidence for significant polarization of the electronic structure. The molecules of (I) are linked by paired N—H...N hydrogen bonds to form isolated dimeric aggregates, and those of (III) are linked by a combination of N—H...N and N—H...O hydrogen bonds into a chain of edge‐fused rings. In the structure of (IV), molecules are linked into sheets by means of two hydrogen bonds, both of N—H...O type, in the structure of (V) by three hydrogen bonds, two of N—H...N type and one of C—H...O type, and in the structure of (VI) by four hydrogen bonds, all of N—H...O type. Molecules of (II) are linked into a three‐dimensional framework structure by a combination of three N—H...O hydrogen bonds and one C—H...O hydrogen bond.  相似文献

In the crystal structures of the conformational isomers hydrogen {phosphono[(pyridin‐1‐ium‐3‐yl)amino]methyl}phosphonate monohydrate (pro‐E), C6H10N2O6P2·H2O, (Ia), and hydrogen {phosphono[(pyridin‐1‐ium‐3‐yl)amino]methyl}phosphonate (pro‐Z), C6H10N2O6P2, (Ib), the related hydrogen {[(2‐chloropyridin‐1‐ium‐3‐yl)amino](phosphono)methyl}phosphonate (pro‐E), C6H9ClN2O6P2, (II), and the salt bis(6‐chloropyridin‐3‐aminium) [hydrogen bis({[2‐chloropyridin‐1‐ium‐3‐yl(0.5+)]amino}methylenediphosphonate)] (pro‐Z), 2C5H6ClN2+·C12H16Cl2N4O12P42−, (III), chain–chain interactions involving phosphono (–PO3H2) and phosphonate (–PO3H) groups are dominant in determining the crystal packing. The crystals of (Ia) and (III) comprise similar ribbons, which are held together by N—H...O interactions, by water‐ or cation‐mediated contacts, and by π–π interactions between the aromatic rings of adjacent zwitterions in (Ia), and those of the cations and anions in (III). The crystals of (Ib) and (II) have a layered architecture: the former exhibits highly corrugated monolayers perpendicular to the [100] direction, while in the latter, flat bilayers parallel to the (001) plane are formed. In both (Ib) and (II), the interlayer contacts are realised through N—H...O hydrogen bonds and weak C—H...O interactions involving aromatic C atoms.  相似文献

A concise and efficient synthesis of a series of amino‐substituted benzimidazole–pyrimidine hybrids has been developed, starting from the readily available N4‐(2‐aminophenyl)‐6‐methoxy‐5‐nitrosopyrimidine‐2,4‐diamine. In each of N5‐benzyl‐6‐methoxy‐4‐(2‐phenyl‐1H‐benzo[d]imidazol‐1‐yl)pyrimidine‐2,5‐diamine, C25H22N6O, (I), 6‐methoxy‐N5‐(4‐methoxybenzyl)‐4‐[2‐(4‐methoxyphenyl)‐1H‐benzo[d]imidazol‐1‐yl]pyrimidine‐2,5‐diamine, C27H26N6O3, (III), 6‐methoxy‐N5‐(4‐nitrobenzyl)‐4‐[2‐(4‐nitrophenyl)‐1H‐benzo[d]imidazol‐1‐yl]pyrimidine‐2,5‐diamine, C25H20N8O5, (IV), the molecules are linked into three‐dimensional framework structures, using different combinations of N—H…N, N—H…O, C—H…O, C—H…N and C—H…π hydrogen bonds in each case. Oxidative cleavage of 6‐methoxy‐N5‐(4‐methylbenzyl)‐4‐[2‐(4‐methylphenyl)‐1H‐benzo[d]imidazol‐1‐yl]pyrimidine‐2,5‐diamine, (II), with diiodine gave 6‐methoxy‐4‐[2‐(4‐methylphenyl)‐1H‐benzo[d]imidazol‐1‐yl]pyrimidine‐2,5‐diamine, which crystallized as a monohydrate, C19H18N6O·H2O, (V), and reaction of (V) with trifluoroacetic acid gave two isomeric products, namely N‐{5‐amino‐6‐methoxy‐6‐[2‐(4‐methylphenyl)‐1H‐benzo[d]imidazol‐1‐yl]pyrimidin‐2‐yl}‐2,2,2‐trifluoroacetamide, which crystallized as an ethyl acetate monosolvate, C21H17F3N6O2·C4H8O2, (VI), and N‐{2‐amino‐6‐methoxy‐4‐[2‐(4‐methylphenyl)‐1H‐benzo[d]imidazol‐1‐yl]pyrimidin‐5‐yl}‐2,2,2‐trifluoroacetamide, which crystallized as a methanol monosolvate, C21H17F3N6O2·CH4O, (VIIa). For each of (V), (VI) and (VIIa), the supramolecular assembly is two‐dimensional, based on different combinations of O—H…N, N—H…O, N—H…N, C—H…O and C—H…π hydrogen bonds in each case. Comparisons are made with some related structures.  相似文献

Six derivatives of 4‐amino‐1,5‐dimethyl‐2‐phenyl‐2,3‐dihydro‐1H‐pyrazol‐3‐one (4‐aminoantipyrine), C11H13N3O, (I), have been synthesized and structurally characterized to investigate the changes in the observed hydrogen‐bonding motifs compared to the original 4‐aminoantipyrine. The derivatives were synthesized from the reactions of 4‐aminoantipyrine with various aldehyde‐, ketone‐ and ester‐containing molecules, producing (Z)‐methyl 3‐[(1,5‐dimethyl‐3‐oxo‐2‐phenyl‐2,3‐dihydro‐1H‐pyrazol‐4‐yl)amino]but‐2‐enoate, C16H19N3O3, (II), (Z)‐ethyl 3‐[(1,5‐dimethyl‐3‐oxo‐2‐phenyl‐2,3‐dihydro‐1H‐pyrazol‐4‐yl)amino]but‐2‐enoate, C17H21N3O3, (III), ethyl 2‐[(1,5‐dimethyl‐3‐oxo‐2‐phenyl‐2,3‐dihydro‐1H‐pyrazol‐4‐yl)amino]cyclohex‐1‐enecarboxylate, C20H25N3O3, (IV), (Z)‐ethyl 3‐[(1,5‐dimethyl‐3‐oxo‐2‐phenyl‐2,3‐dihydro‐1H‐pyrazol‐4‐yl)amino]‐3‐phenylacrylate, C22H23N3O3, (V), 2‐cyano‐N‐(1,5‐dimethyl‐3‐oxo‐2‐phenyl‐2,3‐dihydro‐1H‐pyrazol‐4‐yl)acetamide, C14H14N4O2, (VI), and (E)‐methyl 4‐{[(1,5‐dimethyl‐3‐oxo‐2‐phenyl‐2,3‐dihydro‐1H‐pyrazol‐4‐yl)amino]methyl}benzoate, C20H19N3O3, (VII). The asymmetric units of all these compounds have one molecule on a general position. The hydrogen bonding in (I) forms chains of molecules via intermolecular N—H...O hydrogen bonds around a crystallographic sixfold screw axis. In contrast, the formation of enamines for all derived compounds except (VII) favours the formation of a six‐membered intramolecular N—H...O hydrogen‐bonded ring in (II)–(V) and an intermolecular N—H...O hydrogen bond in (VI), whereas there is an intramolecular C—H...O hydrogen bond in the structure of imine (VII). All the reported compounds, except for (II), feature π–π interactions, while C—H...π interactions are observed in (II), C—H...O interactions are observed in (I), (III), (V) and (VI), and a C—O...π interaction is observed in (II).  相似文献

A new electroneutral half‐sandwich tantalum(V) dichlorido complex containing pentamethylcyclopentadienyl (Cp*) and the double‐deprotonated version of the Schiff base 2‐ethoxy‐6‐{(E)‐[(2‐hydroxyphenyl)imino]methyl}phenol (H2L) as ligands, namely cis‐dichlorido(2‐ethoxy‐6‐{(E)‐[(2‐oxidophenyl)imino]methyl}phenolato‐κ3O,N,O′)(η5‐pentamethylcyclopentadienyl)tantalum(V), [Ta(C10H15)(C15H13NO3)Cl2] or [Ta(η5‐Cp*)(L)Cl2], has been prepared and thoroughly characterized by elemental analysis, IR and NMR spectroscopy, mass spectrometry, density functional theory (DFT) calculations and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. The molecular structure revealed that the TaV centre is coordinated by a η5‐Cp* ligand, two monodentate chlorido ligands and one O,N,O′‐tridentate L2? ligand. The crystal structure is stabilized by C—H…C, C—H…Cl and C…C intermolecular interactions. Moreover, the complex shows notable in vitro cytotoxicity against the A2780 human ovarian carcinoma cell line, with IC50 = 14.4 µM, which is higher than that of the conventional platinum‐based anticancer drug cisplatin (IC50 = 20.1 µM).  相似文献

A simple and effective synthetic route to homo‐ and heteroleptic rare‐earth (Ln = Y, La and Nd) complexes with a tridentate Schiff base anion has been demonstrated using exchange reactions of rare‐earth chlorides with in‐situ‐generated sodium (E)‐2‐{[(2‐methoxyphenyl)imino]methyl}phenoxide in different molar ratios in absolute methanol. Five crystal structures have been determined and studied, namely tris(2‐{[(2‐methoxyphenyl)imino]methyl}phenolato‐κ3O1,N,O2)lanthanum, [La(C14H12NO2)3], ( 1 ), tris(2‐{[(2‐methoxyphenyl)imino]methyl}phenolato‐κ3O1,N,O2)neodymium tetrahydrofuran disolvate, [La(C14H12NO2)3]·2C4H8O, ( 2 )·2THF, tris(2‐{[(2‐methoxyphenyl)imino]methyl}phenolato)‐κ3O1,N,O23O1,N,O22N,O1‐yttrium, [Y(C14H12NO2)3], ( 3 ), dichlorido‐1κCl,2κCl‐μ‐methanolato‐1:2κ2O:O‐methanol‐2κO‐(μ‐2‐{[(2‐methoxyphenyl)imino]methyl}phenolato‐1κ3O1,N,O2:2κO1)bis(2‐{[(2‐methoxyphenyl)imino]methyl}phenolato)‐1κ3O1,N,O2;2κ3O1,N,O2‐diyttrium–tetrahydrofuran–methanol (1/1/1), [Y2(C14H12NO2)3(CH3O)Cl2(CH4O)]·CH4O·C4H8O, ( 4 )·MeOH·THF, and bis(μ‐2‐{[(2‐methoxyphenyl)imino]methyl}phenolato‐1κ3O1,N,O2:2κO1)bis(2‐{[(2‐methoxyphenyl)imino]methyl}phenolato‐2κ3O1,N,O2)sodiumyttrium chloroform disolvate, [NaY(C14H12NO2)4]·2CHCl3, ( 5 )·2CHCl3. Structural peculiarities of homoleptic tris(iminophenoxide)s ( 1 )–( 3 ), binuclear tris(iminophenoxide) ( 4 ) and homoleptic ate tetrakis(iminophenoxide) ( 5 ) are discussed. The nonflat Schiff base ligand displays μ2‐κ3O1,N,O2O1 bridging, and κ3O1,N,O2 and κ2N,O1 terminal coordination modes, depending on steric congestion, which in turn depends on the ionic radii of the rare‐earth metals and the number of coordinated ligands. It has been demonstrated that interligand dihedral angles of the phenoxide ligand are convenient for comparing steric hindrance in complexes. ( 4 )·MeOH has a flat Y2O2 rhomboid core and exhibits both inter‐ and intramolecular MeO—H…Cl hydrogen bonding. Catalytic systems based on complexes ( 1 )–( 3 ) and ( 5 ) have demonstrated medium catalytic performance in acrylonitrile polymerization, providing polyacrylonitrile samples with narrow polydispersity.  相似文献

The reaction of 5‐chloro‐3‐methyl‐1‐phenyl‐1H‐pyrazole‐4‐carbaldehyde with phenols under basic conditions yields the corresponding 5‐aryloxy derivatives; the subsequent reaction of these carbaldehydes with substituted acetophenones yields the corresponding chalcones, which in turn undergo cyclocondensation reactions with hydrazine in the presence of acetic acid to form N‐acetylated reduced bipyrazoles. Structures are reported for three 5‐aryloxycarbaldehydes and the 5‐piperidino analogue, and for two reduced bipyrazole products. 5‐(2‐Chlorophenoxy)‐3‐methyl‐1‐phenyl‐1H‐pyrazole‐4‐carbaldehyde, C17H13ClN2O2, (II), which crystallizes with Z′ = 2 in the space group P, exhibits orientational disorder of the carbaldehyde group in each of the two independent molecules. Each of 3‐methyl‐5‐(4‐nitrophenoxy)‐1‐phenyl‐1H‐pyrazole‐4‐carbaldehyde, C17H13N3O4, (IV), 3‐methyl‐5‐(naphthalen‐2‐yloxy)‐1‐phenyl‐1H‐pyrazole‐4‐carbaldehyde, C21H16N2O2, (V), and 3‐methyl‐1‐phenyl‐5‐(piperidin‐1‐yl)‐1H‐pyrazole‐4‐carbaldehyde, C16H19N3O, (VI), (3RS)‐2‐acetyl‐5‐(4‐azidophenyl)‐5′‐(2‐chlorophenoxy)‐3′‐methyl‐1′‐phenyl‐3,4‐dihydro‐1′H,2H‐[3,4′‐bipyrazole] C27H22ClN7O2, (IX) and (3RS)‐2‐acetyl‐5‐(4‐azidophenyl)‐3′‐methyl‐5′‐(naphthalen‐2‐yloxy)‐1′‐phenyl‐3,4‐dihydro‐1′H,2H‐[3,4′‐bipyrazole] C31H25N7O2, (X), has Z′ = 1, and each is fully ordered. The new compounds have all been fully characterized by analysis, namely IR spectroscopy, 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy, and mass spectrometry. In each of (II), (V) and (IX), the molecules are linked into ribbons, generated respectively by combinations of C—H…N, C—H…π and C—Cl…π interactions in (II), C—H…O and C—H…π hydrogen bonds in (V), and C—H…N and C—H…O hydrogen bonds in (IX). The molecules of compounds (IV) and (IX) are both linked into sheets, by multiple C—H…O and C—H…π hydrogen bonds in (IV), and by two C—H…π hydrogen bonds in (IX). A single C—H…N hydrogen bond links the molecules of (X) into centrosymmetric dimers. Comparisons are made with the structures of some related compounds.  相似文献

In (E)‐3‐{[(diphenoxyphosphoryl)methylhydrazono]methyl}‐4H‐1‐benzopyran‐4‐one, C23H19N2O5P, the benzopyran–methylhydrazone moiety is planar and the two phenoxy phenyl rings are inclined at angles of 21.29 (6) and 89.33 (5)°. Weak C—H?O and C—H?N intramolecular interactions exert some influence on the planarity and orientation of that moiety.  相似文献

Four structures of oxoindolyl α‐hydroxy‐β‐amino acid derivatives, namely, methyl 2‐{3‐[(tert‐butoxycarbonyl)amino]‐1‐methyl‐2‐oxoindolin‐3‐yl}‐2‐methoxy‐2‐phenylacetate, C24H28N2O6, (I), methyl 2‐{3‐[(tert‐butoxycarbonyl)amino]‐1‐methyl‐2‐oxoindolin‐3‐yl}‐2‐ethoxy‐2‐phenylacetate, C25H30N2O6, (II), methyl 2‐{3‐[(tert‐butoxycarbonyl)amino]‐1‐methyl‐2‐oxoindolin‐3‐yl}‐2‐[(4‐methoxybenzyl)oxy]‐2‐phenylacetate, C31H34N2O7, (III), and methyl 2‐[(anthracen‐9‐yl)methoxy]‐2‐{3‐[(tert‐butoxycarbonyl)amino]‐1‐methyl‐2‐oxoindolin‐3‐yl}‐2‐phenylacetate, C38H36N2O6, (IV), have been determined. The diastereoselectivity of the chemical reaction involving α‐diazoesters and isatin imines in the presence of benzyl alcohol is confirmed through the relative configuration of the two stereogenic centres. In esters (I) and (III), the amide group adopts an anti conformation, whereas the conformation is syn in esters (II) and (IV). Nevertheless, the amide group forms intramolecular N—H...O hydrogen bonds with the ester and ether O atoms in all four structures. The ether‐linked substituents are in the extended conformation in all four structures. Ester (II) is dominated by intermolecular N—H...O hydrogen‐bond interactions. In contrast, the remaining three structures are sustained by C—H...O hydrogen‐bond interactions.  相似文献

The title compound, (RS)‐3,5‐dichloro‐2‐{[(1‐phenylethyl)imino]methyl}phenol, C15H13Cl2NO, was synthesized from racemic 1‐phenylethylamine and 3,5‐dichlorosalicylaldehyde. The π‐conjugate system around the imine group is essentially planar in the phenol–imine tautomer. Intramolecular O⋯N hydrogen‐bond and intermolecular C—H⋯π interactions are present in the crystal structure.  相似文献

The synthesis of a novel benzimidazole derivative with a long‐chain‐ester substituent, namely methyl 8‐[4‐(1H‐benzimidazol‐2‐yl)phenoxy]octanoate, (3), is reported. Ester (3) shows evidence of aggregation in solution and weak gelation ability with toluene. The octan‐1‐ol solvate, methyl 8‐[4‐(1H‐benzimidazol‐2‐yl)phenoxy]octanoate octan‐1‐ol monosolvate, C22H26N2O3·C8H18O, (4), exhibits a four‐molecule hydrogen‐bonded motif in the solid state, with N—H…O hydrogen bonds between benzimidazole molecules and O—H…N hydrogen bonds between the octan‐1‐ol solvent molecules and the benzimidazole unit. The alkyl chains of the ester and the octan‐1‐ol molecules are in unfolded conformations. The phenylene ring is canted by 10.27 (6)° from the plane of the benzimidazole ring system. H…C contacts make up 20.7% of the Hirshfeld surface coverage. Weak C—H…π interactions involving the benzimidazole alkyl chain and three aromatic rings are observed.  相似文献

The absolute configuration of strictosidinic acid, (2S,3R,4S)‐3‐ethenyl‐2‐(β‐d ‐glucopyranosyloxy)‐4‐{[(1S)‐2,3,4,9‐tetrahydro‐1H‐pyrido[3,4‐b]indol‐1‐yl]methyl}‐3,4‐dihydro‐2H‐pyran‐5‐carboxylate, was determined from its sodium chloride trihydrate, poly[[diaqua((2S,3R,4S)‐3‐ethenyl‐2‐(β‐d ‐glucopyranosyloxy)‐4‐{[(1S)‐2,3,4,9‐tetrahydro‐1H‐pyrido[3,4‐b]indol‐2‐ium‐1‐yl]methyl}‐3,4‐dihydro‐2H‐pyran‐5‐carboxylate)sodium] chloride monohydrate], {[Na(C26H32N2O9)(H2O)2]Cl·H2O}n. The strictosidinic acid molecule participates in intermolecular hydrogen bonds of the O—H...O and O—H...Cl types. The solid‐state conformation was observed as a zwitterion, based on a charged pyridine N atom and a carboxylate group, the latter mediating the packing through coordination with the sodium cation.  相似文献

The reaction of 5‐chloro‐3‐methyl‐1‐phenyl‐1H‐pyrazole‐4‐carbaldehyde and N‐benzylmethylamine under microwave irradiation gives 5‐[benzyl(methyl)amino]‐3‐methyl‐1‐phenyl‐1H‐pyrazole‐4‐carbaldehyde, C19H19N3O, (I). Subsequent reactions under basic conditions, between (I) and a range of acetophenones, yield the corresponding chalcones. These undergo cyclocondensation reactions with hydrazine to produce reduced bipyrazoles which can be N‐formylated with formic acid or N‐acetylated with acetic anhydride. The structures of (I) and of representative examples from this reaction sequence are reported, namely the chalcone (E )‐3‐{5‐[benzyl(methyl)amino]‐3‐methyl‐1‐phenyl‐1H‐pyrazol‐4‐yl}‐1‐(4‐bromophenyl)prop‐2‐en‐1‐one, C27H24BrN3O, (II), the N‐formyl derivative (3RS )‐5′‐[benzyl(methyl)amino]‐3′‐methyl‐1′,5‐diphenyl‐3,4‐dihydro‐1′H ,2H‐[3,4′‐bipyrazole]‐2‐carbaldehyde, C28H27N5O, (III), and the N‐acetyl derivative (3RS )‐2‐acetyl‐5′‐[benzyl(methyl)amino]‐5‐(4‐methoxyphenyl)‐3′‐methyl‐1′‐phenyl‐3,4‐dihydro‐1′H ,2H‐[3,4′‐bipyrazole], which crystallizes as the ethanol 0.945‐solvate, C30H31N5O2·0.945C2H6O, (IV). There is significant delocalization of charge from the benzyl(methyl)amino substituent onto the carbonyl group in (I), but not in (II). In each of (III) and (IV), the reduced pyrazole ring is modestly puckered into an envelope conformation. The molecules of (I) are linked by a combination of C—H…N and C—H…π(arene) hydrogen bonds to form a simple chain of rings; those of (III) are linked by a combination of C—H…O and C—H…N hydrogen bonds to form sheets of R 22(8) and R 66(42) rings, and those of (IV) are linked by a combination of O—H…N and C—H…O hydrogen bonds to form a ribbon of edge‐fused R 24(16) and R 44(24) rings.  相似文献

The structures of two salts of flunarizine, namely 1‐bis[(4‐fluorophenyl)methyl]‐4‐[(2E)‐3‐phenylprop‐2‐en‐1‐yl]piperazine, C26H26F2N2, are reported. In flunarizinium nicotinate {systematic name: 4‐bis[(4‐fluorophenyl)methyl]‐1‐[(2E)‐3‐phenylprop‐2‐en‐1‐yl]piperazin‐1‐ium pyridine‐3‐carboxylate}, C26H27F2N2+·C6H4NO2, (I), the two ionic components are linked by a short charge‐assisted N—H...O hydrogen bond. The ion pairs are linked into a three‐dimensional framework structure by three independent C—H...O hydrogen bonds, augmented by C—H...π(arene) hydrogen bonds and an aromatic π–π stacking interaction. In flunarizinediium bis(4‐toluenesulfonate) dihydrate {systematic name: 1‐[bis(4‐fluorophenyl)methyl]‐4‐[(2E)‐3‐phenylprop‐2‐en‐1‐yl]piperazine‐1,4‐diium bis(4‐methylbenzenesulfonate) dihydrate}, C26H28F2N22+·2C7H7O3S·2H2O, (II), one of the anions is disordered over two sites with occupancies of 0.832 (6) and 0.168 (6). The five independent components are linked into ribbons by two independent N—H...O hydrogen bonds and four independent O—H...O hydrogen bonds, and these ribbons are linked to form a three‐dimensional framework by two independent C—H...O hydrogen bonds, but C—H...π(arene) hydrogen bonds and aromatic π–π stacking interactions are absent from the structure of (II). Comparisons are made with some related structures.  相似文献

The crystal structure of N‐[(1‐{2‐oxo‐2‐[2‐(pyrazin‐2‐ylcarbonyl)hydrazin‐1‐yl]ethyl}cyclohexyl)methyl]pyrazine‐2‐carboxamide monohydrate (Pyr‐Gpn‐NN‐NH‐Pyr·H2O), C19H23N7O3·H2O, reveals an unusual trans–gauche (tg) conformation for the gabapentin (Gpn) residue around the Cγ—Cβ1) and Cβ—Cα2) bonds. The molecular conformation is stabilized by intramolecular N—H...N hydrogen bonds and weak C—H...O interactions. The packing of the molecules in the crystal lattice shows a network of strong N—H...O and O—H...O hydrogen bonds together with weak C—H...O and π–π inteactions.  相似文献

A novel family of four 1‐bromo‐2,6‐bis{[(λ5‐phosphanylidene)imino]methyl}benzene ligands has been synthesized and characterized. The phosphiniminomethyl substituents are decorated with either three phenyl groups, two phenyl and one cyclohexyl group, one phenyl and two cyclohexyl groups, or three cyclohexyl groups. Each ligand was metallated using zero‐valent nickel through an oxidative addition to form a family of organonickel(II) complexes, namely (2,6‐bis{[(triphenyl‐λ5‐phosphanylidene)imino]methyl}phenyl‐κ3N,C1,N′)bromidonickel(II) dichloromethane hemisolvate, [NiBr(C44H37N2P2)]·0.5CH2Cl2, (2,6‐bis{[(cyclohexyldiphenyl‐λ5‐phosphanylidene)imino]methyl}phenyl‐κ3N,C1,N′)bromidonickel(II) diethyl ether hemisolvate, [NiBr(C44H49N2P2)]·0.5C4H10O, (2,6‐bis{[(dicyclohexylphenyl‐λ5‐phosphanylidene)imino]methyl}phenyl‐κ3N,C1,N′)bromidonickel(II), [NiBr(C44H61N2P2)], and (2,6‐bis{[(tricyclohexyl‐λ5‐phosphanylidene)imino]methyl}phenyl‐κ3N,C1,N′)bromidonickel(II), [NiBr(C44H73N2P2)]. This family of complexes represents a useful opportunity to investigate the impact of incrementally changing the steric characteristics of a complex on its structure and reactivity.  相似文献

Recently, fluorenylmethoxycarbonyl (Fmoc) amino acids (e.g. Fmoc–tyrosine or Fmoc–phenylalanine) have attracted growing interest in biomedical research and industry, with special emphasis directed towards the design and development of novel effective hydrogelators, biomaterials or therapeutics. With this in mind, a systematic knowledge of the structural and supramolecular features in recognition of those properties is essential. This work is the first comprehensive summary of noncovalent interactions combined with a library of supramolecular synthon patterns in all crystal structures of amino acids with the Fmoc moiety reported so far. Moreover, a new Fmoc‐protected amino acid, namely, 2‐{[(9H‐fluoren‐9‐ylmethoxy)carbonyl](methyl)amino}‐3‐{4‐[(2‐hydroxypropan‐2‐yl)oxy]phenyl}propanoic acid or N‐fluorenylmethoxycarbonyl‐O‐tert‐butyl‐N‐methyltyrosine, Fmoc‐N‐Me‐Tyr(t‐Bu)‐OH, C29H31NO5, was successfully synthesized and the structure of its unsolvated form was determined by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. The structural, conformational and energy landscape was investigated in detail by combined experimental and in silico approaches, and further compared to N‐Fmoc‐phenylalanine [Draper et al. (2015). CrystEngComm, 42 , 8047–8057]. Geometries were optimized by the density functional theory (DFT) method either in vacuo or in solutio. The polarizable conductor calculation model was exploited for the evaluation of the hydration effect. Hirshfeld surface analysis revealed that H…H, C…H/H…C and O…H/H…O interactions constitute the major contributions to the total Hirshfeld surface area in all the investigated systems. The molecular electrostatic potentials mapped over the surfaces identified the electrostatic complementarities in the crystal packing. The prediction of weak hydrogen‐bonded patterns via Full Interaction Maps was computed. Supramolecular motifs formed via C—H…O, C—H…π, (fluorenyl)C—H…Cl(I), C—Br…π(fluorenyl) and C—I…π(fluorenyl) interactions are observed. Basic synthons, in combination with the Long‐Range Synthon Aufbau Modules, further supported by energy‐framework calculations, are discussed. Furthermore, the relevance of Fmoc‐based supramolecular hydrogen‐bonding patterns in biocomplexes are emphasized, for the first time.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the free base of the antidiabetic drug alogliptin [systematic name: 2‐({6‐[(3R)‐3‐aminopiperidin‐1‐yl]‐3‐methyl‐2,4‐dioxo‐1,2,3,4‐tetrahydropyrimidin‐1‐yl}methyl)benzonitrile], C18H21N5O2, displays a two‐dimensional N—H...O hydrogen‐bonded network. It contains two independent molecules, which have the same conformation but differ in their hydrogen‐bond connectivity. In the crystal structure of the benzoate salt (systematic name: (3R)‐1‐{3‐[(2‐cyanophenyl)methyl]‐1‐methyl‐2,6‐dioxo‐1,2,3,6‐tetrahydropyrimidin‐4‐yl}piperidin‐3‐aminium benzoate), C18H22N5O2+·C7H5O2, the NH3+ group of the cation is engaged in three intermolecular N—H...O hydrogen bonds to yield a hydrogen‐bonded layer structure. The benzoate salt and the free base differ fundamentally in the conformations of their alogliptin moieties.  相似文献

An efficient synthesis of 1‐arylisochromeno[3,4‐d][1,2,3]triazol‐5(1H)‐ones, involving the diazotization of 3‐amino‐4‐arylamino‐1H‐isochromen‐1‐ones in weakly acidic solution, has been developed and the spectroscopic characterization and crystal structures of four examples are reported. The molecules of 1‐phenylisochromeno[3,4‐d][1,2,3]triazol‐5(1H)‐one, C15H9N3O2, (I), are linked into sheets by a combination of C—H…N and C—H…O hydrogen bonds, while the structures of 1‐(2‐methylphenyl)isochromeno[3,4‐d][1,2,3]triazol‐5(1H)‐one, C16H11N3O2, (II), and 1‐(3‐chlorophenyl)isochromeno[3,4‐d][1,2,3]triazol‐5(1H)‐one, C15H8ClN3O2, (III), each contain just one hydrogen bond which links the molecules into simple chains, which are further linked into sheets by π‐stacking interactions in (II) but not in (III). In the structure of 1‐(4‐chlorophenyl)isochromeno[3,4‐d][1,2,3]triazol‐5(1H)‐one, (IV), isomeric with (III), a combination of C—H…O and C—H…π(arene) hydrogen bonds links the molecules into sheets. When compound (II) was exposed to a strong acid in methanol, quantitative conversion occurred to give the ring‐opened transesterification product methyl 2‐[4‐hydroxy‐1‐(2‐methylphenyl)‐1H‐1,2,3‐triazol‐5‐yl]benzoate, C17H15N3O3, (V), where the molecules are linked by paired O—H…O hydrogen bonds to form centrosymmetric dimers.  相似文献
