A cluster of two atoms described by thes-f model with Coulomb repulsion has been considered. The interaction between localized 4f electrons (S=1/2) is taken in the molecular field approximation. The thermodynamic quantities like magnetization, specific heat and correlation functions n , n , S z n , S z n , S z (n n ), n n and S + a + a as functions of temperature are presented for different band fillingN=0, 0.5, 1, 1.5, 2. The dependence of Curie temperature onN is calculated. The phase diagram forN=1 (T=0K) shows the possibility of existence of two phases: paramagnetic and ferromagnetic.The Curie temperature and the specific heat as functions ofN exhibit similar trends as found in experiments on doped magnetic semiconductors.  相似文献

With the use of a quantity normally scaled in multifractals, a generalized form is postulated for entropy, namelyS q k [1 – i=1 W p i q ]/(q-1), whereq characterizes the generalization andp i are the probabilities associated withW (microscopic) configurations (W). The main properties associated with this entropy are established, particularly those corresponding to the microcanonical and canonical ensembles. The Boltzmann-Gibbs statistics is recovered as theq1 limit.  相似文献

The probabilities of KL,S l+l decays are calculated by considering only the dominant two-lepton channel KL,S * * l+l. The transitions K0 X, where X=0,, or (700) dominating in the KL,S * *decay amplitudes, are described by the effective weak Lagrangian. The matrix elements of four-quark operators are calculated within the framework of the quark model of superconductivity type. It is shown that the leading contribution to matrix elements of K0 X transitions comes from the penguin operator matrix elements.  相似文献

Eu(Ir1–x Pd x )2Si2 solid solutions which exist only for 0x0.125 and 0.75x1 crystallize in the tetragonal ThCr2Si2-type structure. X-ray diffraction data, magnetic susceptibility and151Eu Mössbauer measurements suggest that these compounds can be characterized as homogeneous mixed valence systems. At room temperature and for 0x0.125, the europium valence decreases asx increases. For 0.75x1, a sharp continuous valence transition from Eu2+ to Eu3+ occurs near 48 K, 54 K and 78 K forx=0.75, 0.81 and 0.94 respectively. These valence changes are discussed in relation with the Eu–(Ir, Pd) interatomic distance.  相似文献

The triton energy of the muon capture reaction 3He t+v, where 3 He is the ground state of muonic3He, has been measured in order to investigate a possible heavy v admixture into the flavour with high sensitivity. 3 He has been formed via the pd fusion reaction by stopping in an ionization chamber (IC) filled with an H/D gas mixture of 3% D concentration at a pressure of 161 bar. In a first short experiment 650 triton events were observed yielding an upper limit for the -heavy v mixing strength of 2.3×10–3 atE 0v=60 MeV.  相似文献

We consider a sequencev of non-stationary solutions of the incompressible 2D-Euler equation, locally bounded inL 2. We prove that if the defect measure is supported in a one-dimensional set (3) of some special type (which we call finite type), the weak limitv ofv is a solution of the Euler equations: our theorem is of the type concentration-cancellation.  相似文献

Successive band-splitting transitions occur in the one-dimensional map xi+1=g(xi),i=0, 1, 2,... withg(x)=x, (0 x 1/2) –x +, (1/2 <x 1) as the parameter is changed from 2 to 1. The transition point fromN (=2n) bands to 2Nbands is given by=(2)1/N (n=0, 1,2,...). The time-correlation function i=xix0/(x0)2,xi xi–xi is studied in terms of the eigenvalues and eigenfunctions of the Frobenius-Perron operator of the map. It is shown that, near the transition point=2, i–[(10–42)/17] i,0-[(102-8)/51]i,1 + [(7 + 42)/17](–1)ie–yi, where2(–2) is the damping constant and vanishes at=2, representing the critical slowing-down. This critical phenomenon is in strong contrast to the topologically invariant quantities, such as the Lyapunov exponent, which do not exhibit any anomaly at=2. The asymptotic expression for i has been obtained by deriving an analytic form of i for a sequence of which accumulates to 2 from the above. Near the transition point=(2)1/N, the damping constant of i fori N is given by N=2(N-2)/N. Numerical calculation is also carried out for arbitrary a and is shown to be consistent with the analytic results.  相似文献

It is proposed that positron motion in quasiatomic positron + anion systems formed in anionic media can be described by a potential of the form Veff(r) = Zeff/r2-/r, where Zeff is the effective charge of the nucleus, and n is the effective charge of the anion. It is shown that the positron wave function of the ground state of the quasiatomic positron + anion system in the field of such a potential is X(r) = l/4·Anx·rX·e–ar. Thus the validity of selecting a test variation positron wave function (r) = l/4·A·r·e–ar is demonstrated for the potential Veff = at r = 0 and Veff = –/r for r > 0 (Gol'danskii-Prokop'ev optical positron model, Fiz. Tverd. Tela,8, 515 (1966)), belonging to the class of functions X(r). The possibility to obtain information on n scattering at intermediate energies from the reaction dnp is analyzed. To this aim, the differential cross sectiond 3 /d ,d n dE n and the scattering asymmetry with linearly polarized photons are calculated at photon energies 100 to 400 MeV in the diagrammatic approach. The pole diagrams of the impulse approximation are evaluated with realistic n and p scattering amplitudes. One-loop diagrams withnp rescattering in the final state and with meson-exchange and isobar currents are taken into account as well. The main contribution to the differential cross sectiond 3 /d ,d n dE n in the kinematics of quasi-free n scattering arises from the neutron pole diagram. The correction due to other diagrams is typically –30% to –10% and decreases with increasing photon energy and momentum transfer. The sensitivity of the cross sections to the magnitude of the neutron electric polarizability and to the sign of the 02 decay constant is demonstrated.  相似文献

A thin film of NbN (thickness t = 300 Å), has been deposited on an MgO and a Si wafer. Both samples have been studied by transmission from 10 or 20 to 120 cm–1, and have exhibited one maximum of transmission at a given frequency like the classical superconductors as Pb, Sn or Hg in the superconductive state. From the Far IR experimental data, the characteristic temperature c, and the gap frequency (gap () = 2 (), () being the energy gap) are immediately obtained (for instance for the NbN / MgO sample, c = 15.5 K; g (5 K) = 39.7 cm–1), and it is seen that as expected from the BCS theory for a weak coupling. To fit the data we had to adjust only two additionnal parameters: collision and plasma frequency, c () and p (including all carriers). At = 5 K, thebest fit for the NbN / MgO sample is obtained with c = 371 cm–1 and p = 12,600cm–1.  相似文献

We present a zero magnetic field muon spin rotation study of-O2 (antiferromagnetic phase of solid oxygen) in the temperature range of 10–24 K. Static magnetic order has been observed below the- transition temperatureB =23.8 K. The temperature dependence of the muon precession frequency exhibits behavior characteristic of a two-dimensional Heisenberg spin-1 system with the anisotropy parameter 10–2 quite similar to that of antiferromagnetic phase of the high-temperature superconductor parent compounds. A unique local field at the muon site has been determined to beB 0=1.27(5) kG at low temperatures.  相似文献

A simple mechanism explaining not only the magnitude but also the type of induced anisotropy on the magnesium ferrite Mg0·78 Fe2·22 O4·026 in the temperature range from 400 to 500°K has been designed. The experimentally estimated values of the microscopic bond energyl p 7×10–16 erg of the configuration contributing to theF-type anisotropy and the activation energy exp = 1·1 eV are in good correspondence with the valuesl d1·6×10–16erg and cal = 1·15 eV which have been calculated theoretically.Dedicated to Professor Dr. Jaromír Bro on his sixtieth birthday.The author would like to express his thanks to Dr. S. A short review of theoretical and experimental studies concerning the photoexcited florescence and Raman scattering of light for a substance in a space containing small material bodies is presented. Calculations of the radiativetransition probability for atoms (molecules) in the vicinity of bodies with a size much smaller than the light wavelength are performed. The probabilities of the singlephoton and doublephoton transitions are shown to increase by factors of 9 and 81 in the vicinity of a nanosize sphere with dielectric constant ||\ 1. The probability of a radiative transition in the vicinity of the vertex of a conic needle bearing up against a plane (both with || 1) increases by factors of (/R in)2 and (/R in)4 for singlephoton and doublephoton transitions, respectively (R in is the curvature radius for the needle vertex). This theoretical result is suggested as an explanation of the effect of increasing the radiation process intensity in the experiments carried out in the studies cited below.  相似文献

The solid solutions Eu(Ir1–x Pd x )2Si2, which exist for 0x0.125 and 0.75x1. cristallize with the tetragonal ThCr2Si2-type structure. The variation of the europium valence with composition has been thoroughly studied at temperatures 4.2T293 K by151Eu Mössbauer resonance. For 0x0.125 the europium valence at room temperature decreases asx increases. For 0.75x1 the valence transition temperature Eu3+Eu2+ increases asx increases.  相似文献

The stationary version of the nonlinear diffusion equation–c/t +D c = 1c – 2c2 can be solved with the ansatz c = p = 1/ Ap(coshkx) –p , inducing a band structure with regard to the ratio 1/2. The resulting solution manifold can be related to an equilibrium of fluxes of nonequilibrium thermodynamics. The modification of this ansatz yielding the expansion c = skp = 1/ A pq (coshkx)p [(cosht) –q–1 sinht + b(cosht)–q] represents a solution spectrum of the time-dependent nonlinear equation, and the stationary version can be found from the asymptotic behavior of the expansion. The solutions can be associated with reactive processes propagating along molecular chains, and their applicability to biophysical processes such as active transport phenomena and control circuit problems is discussed. There are also applications to cellular kinetics of clonogenic cell assays and spheroids.  相似文献

Near IR properties of the mixed TlInS2xSe2(1–x) have been studied previously by the present authors. In this work the temperature and frequency dependence's of the conductivity and the current-voltage characteristics (in relatively weak electric field), have been investigated for monoclinic TlInS2xSe2(1–x) crystals, which are perspective materials for IR applications. From the temperature dependence's of conductivity in the direction perpendicular to c- axis the band gap Eg = 2.22 eV was determined for --TlInS2 crystals. The impurity centres were determined located at 0.43, 0.73 eV and 0.35, 0.48, 1.12 eV for the direction of current i//c and i c, respectively. The concentration of the centres located at 0.48 and 1.12 eV were calculated to be NA – ND = 4.8 · 109 cm–3 and 1.9 · 1011 cm–3, respectively. It was found that in the solid solutions TlInS2xSe2(1–x) for 0.3 x 1, the conductivity follows the dependence (v) = 0·s in the temperature range between 100 to 600 K. In the temperature range of 80-400 K charge bounce plays an important role in the conductivity mechanism. Occurrence of the deep and low-levels impurity centres and a tail of the density of energy states in TlInS2xSe2(1–x) crystals make them perspective for practical applications: switching and memory effects, N-type current-voltage characteristics, induced conductivity etc.  相似文献

Conclusions and summary The following conclusions are drawn from the reported study:The electrophysical properties of ZnGeP2 crystals and their optical transparency in the range hG are attributable to the presence of a density-dominant (1017–1019 cm–3) deep [Ev+(0.5–0.6) eV] growth defect associated predominantly with Zn vacancy clusters.Irradiation by high-energy electrons induces a shift of the Fermi level in the direction of EG/2 and increases the resistivity of ZnGeP2 to values of approximately 1012 ·cm at 300 K. Irradiation with high-energy electrons is an effective technique for the optical bleaching of p-ZnGeP2. The reversible modification of the optical absorption spectra of p-ZnGeP2 in connection with irradiation and subsequent annealing indicates that the absorption step in the vicinity of h 0.6 eV is not attributable to light absorption by germanium inclusions, but to optical transition from the valence band to the growth-defect level Ev+(0.5–0.6) eV.Enhancement of the optical transmissivity of p-ZnGeP2 in the range hG can be achieved in two wayss 1) as the result of a decrease in the density of centers with the level Ev+0.6 eV by variation of the growth conditions or subsequent annealing; 2) by shifting the Fermi level above the energy position Ev+0.6 eV through the irradiation-induced injection of compensating donor centers.The injection of radiation defects is an effective technique for controlling the electrical and optical parameters of the compound ZnGeP2.Translated from Izvestiya Vysshikh Uchebnykh Zavedenii, Fizika, No. 8, pp. 122–130, August, 1986.  相似文献

Muon spin relaxation (SR) studies have been performed in the normal spinel LiTi2O4 and the A-15 superconductor V3Si to measure the magnetic penetration depth . The relaxation rate(T) 1/2 in field-cooled measurements shows a sharp increase belowT c followed by saturation at low temperatures in both systems. This feature implies an isotropic energy gap without anomalous zeros, and most likelys-wave pairing. The low temperature penetration depth (T 0) is determined to be 2100Å for LiTi2O4 and 1300Å for V3Si respectively. Assuming a clean limit relation –2 n s /m *, we derive the Fermi temperatureT F n s/ 2/3 m * from the relaxation rate and the Sommerfeld constant asT F 3/4–1/4. Unlike conventional superconductors, both LiTi2O4 and V3Si have a large ratio ofT c /T F 0.01, only slightly smaller than those ratios in more exotic superconductors.We thank C. Ballard and K. The conjectured inequality (6)0 leads to the existence of d 4 fields and the scaling (continuum) limit ford-dimensional Ising models. Assuming (6)0 and Lorentz covariance of this construction, we show that ford6 these d 4 fields are free fields unless the field strength renormalizationZ –1 diverges. Let be the bare charge and the lattice spacing.
