Anthranilic acid and its 5-bromo and 4-chloro derivatives react with pinanoic and pinonoic acid chlorides to give the corresponding N-acyl derivatives. The pinanoyl derivatives give the corresponding 2-(3-ethyl-2,2-dimethyl-cyclobutylmethyl)-4-(3H)-quinazolinones when refluxed in formamide. Pinanoylanthranilic acid reacts with dicyclohexylcarbodiimide to give 2-(3-ethyl-2,2-dimethylcyclobutylmethyl)benz-3,1-oxazin-4(H)-one and subsequently with hydrazine hydrate to give 3-amino-2-(3-ethyl-2,2-dimethylcyclobutylmethyl)-4(3H)-quinazolinone. Refluxing of the pinanoyl- and pinonoylanthranilic acids with acetic anhydride gives acetylanthranilic acid, and pinonoylanthranilic acid gives 4(3H)-quinazolinone with formamide.Riga Technical University, Riga LV-1658, Latvia; e-mail: marina@osi.lanet.lv. A series of 2-methyl-3-(3,5-diallyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)-4-quinazolones were prepared as possible anticonvulsants. All compounds were evaluated for their anticonvulsant activity against pentylene-tetrazol-induced seizures and their ability to potentiate sodium pentobarbital sleeping time in albino mice.  相似文献

(R)-(+)-2-Methyl-2-ethyl-3-propiothiolactone was synthesized by debenzylation and cyclization of (?)-2-methyl-2-ethyl-3-benzylmercaptopropionyl chloride under the conditions of Friedel-Crafts synthesis, and by dehydration of (R)-(+)-2-methyl-2-ethyl-3-mercaptopropionic acid with dicyclohexyl carbodiimide. The configuration of the (+)-propiothiolactone was determined by chemical interconversion with (?)-2-methyl-2-ethylsuccinic acid, the absolute configuration of which is known to be (R). The polymerization of (R)-(+)-2-methyl-2-ethyl-3-propiothiolactone was performed in bulk with tetrabutylammonium versatate as catalyst. The specific rotation of the polymer ([α]D +151.7°) compared with the rotation of the low molecular weight model compound (R)-(+)-2-methyl-2-ethyl-3-acetylmercapto-thiolpropionic acid methyl ester ([α]D +55.0°) shows a significant enhancement, thus suggesting the possibility of the presence of rigid conformations in polymer chain.  相似文献

3-(Pivaloylamino)- and 3-(acetylamino)-4(3H)-quinazolinones react with alkyllithium reagents to give 1,2-addition products in very good yields. Lithiation takes place with LDA and is regioselective at position 2. The lithium reagents thus obtained react with a variety of electrophiles to give the corresponding substituted derivatives in very good yields. Reactions of the lithium reagents with iodine give oxidatively dimerized cyclic structures. 3-(Pivaloylamino)- and 3-(acetylamino)-2-ethyl-4(3H)-quinazolinones and 3-(pivaloylamino)- and 3-(acetylamino)-2-propyl-4(3H)-quinazolinones are lithiated at the benzylic position with LDA. The lithium reagents so produced also react with a variety of electrophiles to give the corresponding 2-substituted-4(3H)-quinazolinone derivatives in very good yields. However, lithiation of 3-(acylamino)-2-(1-methylethyl)-4(3H)-quinazolinones was unsuccessful, as were lithiations of compounds having a diacetylamino group at position 3. The amide groups have been cleaved in good yield under basic or acidic conditions from some of the products to provide access to the free amino compounds.  相似文献

A series of 1-ethyl-1,4-dihydro-4-oxo-7-(4-thiazolyl)-3-quinolinecarboxylic acids and 1-ethyl-1,4-dihydro-4-oxo-7-(2-thiazolyl)-3-quinolinecarboxylic acids were prepared. Also prepared was 10-[2-(aminomethyl)-4-thiazolyl]-9-fluoro-2,3-dihydro-3-methyl-7-oxo-7H-pyrido[1,2,3-de][1,4]benzoxazine-6-carboxylic acid. Analogs with basic amine substituents on the thiazole moiety were found to have antibacterial activity.  相似文献

-(5-Phenyl-1,3,4-thiadiazolyl-2)-6-ethyl-2,4-dihydroxyacetophenone was synthesized by the condensation of 4-ethylresorcinol with 2-cyanomethyl-5-phenyl-1,3,4-thiadiazole. Deracemisation of racemic (3E)-alkyl-4-(hetero-2-yl)-2-hydroxybut-3-enoates using Candida parapsilosis ATCC 7330 resulted in the formation of one enantiomer in high enantiomeric excess [up to >99% ee] and isolated yields [up to 79%]. The absolute configuration of the enantiomerically pure (3E)-ethyl-4-(thiophene-2-yl)-2-hydroxybut-3-enoate as determined by 1H NMR of the Mosher esters was found to be (S).  相似文献

The optical absorption, emission, FT Raman, one-photon excitation, two-photon excitation, and luminescence lifetime measurements are reported for UO(2)Cl(4)(2)(-) in 40:60 AlCl(3)-EMIC (where EMIC identical with 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride), a room-temperature ionic liquid. Comparison of the spectra with previous results from single crystals containing UO(2)Cl(4)(2)(-) allowed the characterization of four ground-state vibrational frequencies, two excited-state vibrational frequencies, and the location of eight electronic excited-state energy levels. The vibrational frequencies and electronic energy levels are found to be consistent with the UO(2)Cl(4)(2)(-) ion. Comparison of the one-photon and two-photon excitation spectra, and the relative intensities of the transitions in the emission spectrum indicate that the center of symmetry is perturbed by an interaction with the solvent.  相似文献

Dioxomolybdenum(VI) complexes derived from ethyl maltol (2-ethyl-3-hydroxy-4-pyrone) and 1-alkyl-2-ethyl-3-hydroxy-4-pyridin-4(1H)-ones have been prepared and characterized using physical methods including 1H- and 13C-n.m.r. spectroscopy, i.r., elemental analysis, and X-ray diffraction for the pyrone and 3-methylpyridine pyridinone derivatives. The octahedral complexes have the general formula cis-MoO2L2 where L = the deprotonated pyrone or pyridinone ligand.  相似文献

Of 4-amino-5-chloro-2-methoxy-N-(1-ethyl-2-hydroxymethyl-4- pyrrolidinyl)benzamide, four optical isomers, (2S,4S)-1 (TKS159), (2S,4R)-25, (2R,4S)-26 and (2R,4R)-27, were prepared from optically active 4-amino-1-ethyl-2-hydroxymethylpyrrolidine di-p-toluenesulfonate [(2S,4S)-14, (2S,4R)-17, (2R,4S)-20 and (2R,4R)-23, respectively]. The requisites, (2S,4S)-14, (2S,4R)-17, (2R,4S)-20 and (2R,4R)-23, were prepared from a commercially available trans-4-hydroxy-L-proline. The absolute configurations of (2S,4S)-1 (TKS159), (2S,4R)-25, (2R,4S)-26 and (2R,4R)-27 were spectroscopically determined. Of the benzamide derivatives, four optical isomers, (2S,4S)-1, (2S,4R)-25, (2R,4S)-26 and (2R,4R)-27, showed a relatively potent affinity for 5-hydroxytryptamine 4 (5-HT4) receptors in a radioligand binding assay ([3H]GR113808). The activities of 25-27 were less effective than that of 1 for the gastric emptying of a phenol red semisolid meal in rats. All this suggests that the most potent of the isomers was 4-amino-5-chloro-2-methoxy-N-[(2S,4S)-1-ethyl-2- hydroxymethyl-4-pyrrolidinyl]benzamide (1).  相似文献

The spectral kinetic characteristics of the triplet states of 1-(4-nitrophenyl)-3-methylpyrazole (1) and 1-ethyl-3-(4-nitrophenyl)-5-chloropyrazole (2) were studied by the laser nanosecond photolysis technique in different solvents. The triplet lifetimes (τT) of molecules 1 and 2 were found to depend strongly on the solvent nature. An increase in τT by approximately two orders of magnitude on going from nonpolar and polar aprotic solvents (τT ≤ 15 ns) to aqueous-acetonitrile solutions (τT = 1100 ns for a volume acetonitrile to water ratio of 1 : 3) was analyzed, taking into account the influence of the medium on the relative contribution of the n,π*- and π,π*-configurations to the lowest triplet state. __________ Published in Russian in Izvestiya Akademii Nauk. In this work, 4-(((4-ethyl-5-(thiophen-2-yl)-4H-1,2,4-triazole-3-yl)thio)methyl)-7,8-dimethyl-2H-chromen-2-one was synthesized by acetone-mediated condensation of 4-ethyle-5-(thiophen-2-yl)-4H-1,2,4-triazole-3-thiol and 4-(chloromethyl)-7,8-dimethyl-2H-chromen-2-one. The molecule results (3) were experimentally characterized using FT-IR, 1H-, and 13C NMR spectroscopy. Density Functional Theory (B3LYP/cc-pVDZ) was used to investigate the ideal molecule structure, vibrational frequencies, and 1H with 13C NMR (theoretically) chemical shifts. Theoretical and experimental spectroscopy results were compared and agreed with each other, which indicated the validity of the used developed molecular structure. The Dipole moment, hardness, softnes, electronegativity, electrophilicity index, nucleophilicity index, and chemical potential as electronic structural parameters linked to corrosion inhibition efficacy were investigated for the prepared compound. Furthermore, the fraction of transferred electrons was calculated to determine the interaction between the iron surface and organic molecules. The results indicated a favorable relationship between organic-based corrosion inhibitors and quantum chemical parameters processes. The corrosion inhibitors' behavior can be predicted without the need for experimental investigation.  相似文献

An efficient synthetic method for heterocycles containing both carbazole and 1,3,4-thiadiazole moieties is described. 9-Ethyl-9H-carbazol-3-carbaldehyde reacted with 4-arylthiosemicarbazides, with acetic acid as catalyst, to give 1-(9-ethyl-9H-carbazol-3-yl)methylene-4-arylthiosemicarbazides, which were further treated with manganese dioxide at room temperature in acetone to give 5-(9-ethyl-9H-carbazol-3-yl)-N-aryl-1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-amines in good to high yield. This procedure has the advantages of mild conditions, easy separation, and simple manipulation.  相似文献

Experimental results for the solubility of carbon dioxide in the ionic liquid 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium 2-(2-methoxyethoxy) ethylsulfate are not reported in the literature. To this end, we present in this work new solubility data for carbon dioxide in 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium 2-(2-methoxyethoxy) ethylsulfate for temperatures ranging from (303.2 to 343.2) K and pressures up to 6.7 MPa using a thermogravimetric microbalance. The carbon dioxide solubility was determined from absorption saturation (equilibrium) data at each fixed temperature and pressure. The buoyancy effect was accounted in the evaluation of the carbon dioxide solubility. Highly accurate equations of states for carbon dioxide and for ionic liquids were employed to determine the effect of buoyancy on carbon dioxide solubility. The solubility measurements are presented as a function of temperature and pressure. The present experimental solubility results have been successfully correlated using an extended Henry’s law equation.  相似文献

It was found by an x-ray diffraction study of 2-(p-tolylimino)-4-methyl-4-ethyl-5-methylenethiazolidine that the thiazolidine molecules in the crystal are joined together to form centrosymmetric dimers due to the formation of N-H...N hydrogen bonds. The structure of the dimer and the bond lengths and angles of the thiazolidine are presented. The study confirmed the imino structure of the investigated compound. An improved laboratory scale synthesis of bufuralol ( 1 ) and 1″-oxobufuralol ( 4 ) was accomplished. The intermediate benzofurans were prepared via aromatization of 2,3-dihydrobenzofurans or by a one-step acidcatalyzed cyclization from 2,2-diethoxyethyl 4-bromo-6-ethyl-2-formylphenyl ether ( 23 ). Base-catalyzed cyclization of 3-(5-bromo-3-ethyl-2-hydroxyphenyl)-1.2-epoxypropane ( 16 ) provided the key intermediate, 5-bromo-7-ethyl-2-hydroxymethyl-2,3-dihydrobenzofuran ( 17 ). Selective functionalization of the C-2 and C-7 positions of the benzofuran ring system was accomplished to afford both 1 and 4 .  相似文献

A simple and efficient synthesis of novel 3-(benzimidazol-2-yl)- and 3,6-di(benzimidazol-2-yl)-9-ethyl-9H-carbazoles is described. The synthetic approach for the preparation of 2-substituted benzimidazoles 4–8 and bis-benzimidazoles 9–12 was achieved by the condensation of carbazole-3-carbaldehyde 2 and carbazole-3,6-dicarbaldehyde 3 with o-phenyldiamines in dimethylformamide or dimethylsulfoxide in moderate to excellent yield. The identities of synthesized compounds were confirmed using 1H NMR, 13C NMR, infrared (IR), and high-resolution mass spectrometry (HRMS).  相似文献
