The enantioselective hydrogenation of cyclic enamides has been achieved using an earth-abundant cobalt-bisphosphine catalyst. Using CoCl2/(S,S)-Ph-BPE, several trisubstituted carbocyclic enamides were reduced with high activity and excellent enantioselectivity (up to 99 %) to the corresponding saturated amides. The methodology can be extended to the synthesis of chiral amines by base hydrolysis of the hydrogenation products. Preliminary mechanistic investigations reveal the presence of a high spin cobalt (II) species in the catalytic cycle. We propose that the hydrogenation of the carbon-carbon double bond proceeds via a sigma-bond-metathesis pathway.  相似文献

过氧化酮是优良的烯烃环氧化试剂,可将烯烃氧化成环氧化物。在这些反应中,所用的氧化剂都是过硫酸氢钾或商品Oxone^[1-6]。用其它氧化剂与酮生成过氧化酮使烯烃环氧化的报道很少^[7,8],只有一例是使用过氧化氢作氧化剂的,但其只研究了一种酮与过氧化氢对烯烃的环氧化^[8]。本文使用价格便宜,且没有污染的过氧化氢取代Oxone,与酮反应形成的过氧化酮使烯烃环氧化,并首次研究了一系列酮化合物与过氧化氢组成的催化体系对烯烃的环氧化反应,考察了各种酮的催化活性。  相似文献

Reliable methods for enantioselective cis-dihydroxylation of trisubstituted alkenes are scarce. The iron(II) complex cis-α-[FeII(2-Me2-BQPN)(OTf)2], which bears a tetradentate N4 ligand (Me2-BQPN=(R,R)-N,N′-dimethyl-N,N′-bis(2-methylquinolin-8-yl)-1,2-diphenylethane-1,2-diamine), was prepared and characterized. With this complex as the catalyst, a broad range of trisubstituted electron-deficient alkenes were efficiently oxidized to chiral cis-diols in yields of up to 98 % and up to 99.9 % ee when using hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) as oxidant under mild conditions. Experimental studies (including 18O-labeling, ESI-MS, NMR, EPR, and UV/Vis analyses) and DFT calculations were performed to gain mechanistic insight, which suggested possible involvement of a chiral cis-FeV(O)2 reaction intermediate as an active oxidant. This cis-[FeII(chiral N4 ligand)]2+/H2O2 method could be a viable green alternative/complement to the existing OsO4-based methods for asymmetric alkene dihydroxylation reactions.  相似文献

Palladium catalyzed arylation of dialkyl itaconate in presence of Pd(OAc)2/PPh3 as a catalyst, afforded trisubstituted olefins stereo selectively. These alkenes are useful intermediates for the synthesis of anthraquinone carboxylic acid derivatives. A new coumarin is also synthesized using this protocol.  相似文献

The strained bridgehead olefins bicyclo [3.3.1]non-1-ene ( 1 ), bicyclo [4.2.1] non--1-(8) ( 2 ), and bicyclo [4.2.1]non-1-ene ( 3 ) react rapidly with 1,1-dichloro-2, 2--difluoroethene ( 5 ) to yield mixtures of regioisomeric dichlorodifluorocyclobutanes 8/9, 10/11 and 12/13 , respectively. On the contrary, the reaction of 5 with the model compound (E)-l-methylcyclooctene ( 4 ) is completely regioselective. The structure of the cycloadducts has been elucidated mainly by 19F-NMR. and 13C-NMR. spectroscopy.  相似文献

We have synthesized a new type of acyclic bis(N2O2 chelate) ligand that affords a C-shaped O6 site by the metalation of the N2O2 salamo sites. UV-vis titration clearly showed that complexation of H4L with MII (MnII, CoII, and NiII) affords the 1:3 complex [LM3]2+ in a cooperative fashion, whereas complexation with copper(II) gave two or more complexes in a stepwise fashion. The manganese(II) complex [LMn3(OAc)2(MeOH)2] crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group P_1, with unit cell parameters a = 9.584(6) A, b = 13.666(9) A, c = 15.566(10) A, alpha = 108.702(8) degrees, beta = 95.255(4) degrees, gamma = 101.023(8) degrees, and Z = 2, and the cobalt(II) complex [LCo3(OAc)2(EtOH)2].2CHCl3 crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group P_1, with unit cell parameters a = 13.291(6) A, b = 13.913(7) A, c = 14.599(8) A, alpha = 88.27(2) degrees, beta = 67.391(15)degrees, gamma = 73.90(2) degrees, and Z = 2. In the crystal structures, three metal ions occupied both the N2O2 and O6 sites of the ligand L4-. The resultant trinuclear complexes have a C- or S-shaped structure depending on the metal employed. The different nature of the N2O2 and O6 sites of the ligand H4L leads to the site-selective introduction of two different d-block transition metals. An X-ray crystallographic analysis revealed the structures of the two heterotrinuclear complexes, [LZn2Mn(OAc)2(MeOH)2] and [LCu2Zn(OAc)2(H2O)].  相似文献

The addition of water, acetic acid, and hydrogen bromide to the strained bridge-head olefins bicyclo[3.3.1]-1(2)-nonene (1) , bicyclo[4.2.1]-1(8)-nonene (2) , and bicyclo[4.2.1]-1(2)-nonene (3) gives exclusively the bridgehead alcohols, acetates, and bromides, respectively. The reaction rate constants for the addition of acetic acid to the bridgehead olefins 1,2 and 3 , and the solvolysis rates for the related 1-bromo-bicyclo[3.3.1]nonane (4) and 1-bromobicyclo[4.2.1]nonane (5) were measured. A comparison of the activation enthalpies of these two reactions gives an estimate of relative strain of the bridgehead double bond. The strain in the bicyclo[4.2.1]nonenes 2 and 3 is similar to that in trans-cyclooctene (8-9 kcal/mol).  相似文献

Using the diastereoisomeric triols 1a – d (Fig. 1) and examples summarized in Fig. 2, the central C‐atom of acyclic 1,3,5‐triols is demonstrated to exhibit a distinctive chemical shift that is dependent on the 1,3‐ and 3,5‐relative configuration, but is independent of the functionalities present outside of this structural motif. These NMR characteristics are then used to predict the relative configuration of several natural products (Fig. 7). In addition, an example is given to show the possibility of assembling an NMR database for a larger array of functional groups from NMR databases of smaller arrays of functional groups.  相似文献

Free radical additions of aldehydes and alcohols to hexafluoro-2-butyne (1), using γ-ray or peroxide initiation, are described. The stereochemistry of addition appears to be determined by the steric requirements of the attacking radical. Selected [2+2]-cycloadditions of three alkylvinylketenes 2 to one mono- and seven dialkyl-olefins 3 yielded eleven 2-alkyl-2-vinylcyclobutanones 4 (Tables 1 and 2). Three methods were compared, all involving in situ generation of the ketenes 2 by HCl-elimination from α,β-unsaturated acid chlorides 1 ; the most effective employed a large excess of olefin 3 and a high reaction temperature. The [2+2]-cycloadditions were fully regio- and stereoselective with respect to the olefin 3 , but less so with respect to the ketene 2 , so that - where possible - two stereoisomers of 4 resulted, namely A and B , whose configurations were determined from their 1H-NMR, spectra, mechanistic considerations and, in one case, 4f , by chemical correlation with a previously known cycloadduct 8 .  相似文献
