In an attempt to prepare a polymeric solid electrolyte with both high ionic conductivity at ambient temperature and adequate mechanical strength, an ionic conducting IPN composed of bisphenol A epoxy resin/polyethylene glycol containing LiClO_4 was synthesized. The dependence of conductivity was investigated as a function of salt content, composition and temperature. It has been revealed that a maximum of conductivity appeared when EO/Li=25, where EO denotes the—(CH_2CH_2O)-unit in polyethylene glycol, and that the temperature dependence of conductivity followed VTF equation, suggesting that the motion of ionic carriers resulted from the segmental motion of the polymer. When glycerol epoxy resin was used instead of bisphenol A epoxy, the ambient temperature (25℃) conductivity could somewhat further be raised up to 3×10~(-5) S/cm.  相似文献

The mechanical relaxation time of a two-component epoxy network-LiClO_4 system as a polymer electrolyte was investigated. The network is composed of diglycidyl ether of polyethylene glycol (DGEPEG) and triglycidyl ether of glycerol (TGEG), wherein LiCIO_4 was incorporated and acts as both the ionic carrier and the curing catalyst. As the relaxation time is informative to the segmental mobility, which is known to be essential for ionic conductivity, the average relaxation times of the specimens were determined through master curve construction. Experimental results showed that the salt concentration, molecular weight of PEG in DGEPEG and DGEPEG/TGEG ratio have profound effect on the relaxation time of the specimen. Among these factors , the former reinforces the network chains, leading to lengthen the relaxation time, whereas the latter two are in favour of the chain flexibility and show an opposite effect. The findings was rationalized in terms of the free volume concept.  相似文献

Complexes of comb-shaped polyether and lithium aromatic sulfonates bearing different negative charge number were prepared by in situ thermal polymerization. Their conductivity depends deeply on salt content, ambient temperature and negative charge number of the added salts. Results show that anions can be partly immobilized by increasing their negative charges at lower temperature. Against discharge time the short circuit current of the battery (Li/complex film/Li_x V_3O_8) is stabilized by increasing the anionic charge number of the complex.  相似文献

Complex films of crosslinked poly(methylsiloxane-co-ethylene oxide) and lithium perchlorate were prepared. These solid state polymeric electrolytes show a markedly higher ionic conductivity, and excellent flexibility. The ionic conductivity of the network films closed to 10~(-5) Scm~(-1) at room temperature. The effects of Li~+ content, species and contents of crosslinking agents, molecular weight of poly(ethylene oxide) and temperature on the ionic conductivity of the network films were also investigated.  相似文献

Polymer electrolytes based on poly (methylsiloxane-g-ethylene oxide) and LiClO_4 have been prepared. The network films crosslinked by a crosslinking agent are found to exhibit a considerably high ionic conductivity of about 10~(-4) Scm~(-1) at room temperature and have good flexibility.  相似文献

本文合成了聚(环氧乙烷-环氧丙烷-烯丙基缩水甘油醚,三元共聚物,P(EO-PO-AGE)。扭辨分析、DSC、X-射线衍射结果表明,三元共聚物的玻璃化转变温度较低(T_g=-74℃),无定形结构含量~98%,并确定了与LiClO_4组成为Li/O(mole)=0.25的结晶络合物存在。络合物电导行为的研究发现,络合物电导与盐浓度有关,在Li/O(mole)=0.05时具有较大值,室温下电导可达5×10~-5)scm~(-1)。  相似文献

研究了含NaClO4的PEO400与环氧树脂所形成的完全无定形的互穿聚合物网络(IPN)固体电解质的电导率与压力和温度的关系.在室温至70℃和压力0—40MPa的范围内,这类IPN的电导率在6MPa左右出现极大值,超过6MPa以后,电导率随压力的增加而减小.计算了在不同压力下的激活体积.与含LiClO4的同类IPN体系进行了比较.从离子偶极作用原理出发对结果进行了讨论.实验表明离子通道畸变受运动离子的大小影响.离子半径越小,对离子通道影响越大,因而电导率改变也大.  相似文献

To raise the room temperature ionic conductivity and improve the mechanical strength of a PEO-based polymer electrolyte, a noncrystalline two-component epoxy electrolyte system has been prepared. The diglycidyl ether of polyethylene glycols as precursors of the system were synthesized by a two-step process. The presumed structure of the product was characterized, by ~(13)C, ~1H NMR and IR spectroscopy. It was found that a side-reaction occurred between the secondary hydroxyl group of PEG-chlorohydrin and epichlorohydrin in some degree, resulting in a by- product containing—CH_2Cl side group. By selecting a characteristic signal, which is undistorted by the increase in the length of CH_2 CH_2—O segment, a ~1H NMR approach of determining the equivalent epoxy weight (EEW) was proposed. The method is valid to specimens even though the EEW is as high as 2,000. The examination of the specimens by DSC showed that epoxidation greatly depressed the crystallinity of the PEG's, whereas the T_g was raised.  相似文献

The polysiloxane containing propylene carbonate side group and several lithium poly-meric salts were synthesized. The structure were confirmed by IR, NMR and XPS. Theblending systems of polysiloxane containing propylene carbonate group with different lithiumpolymeric salts were studied by ion conductivity XPS and DSC. Different lithium poly-meric salts in the blending system lead to conductivity arranged in the following sequence:poly(lithium ethylenebenzene sulfonate methylsiloxane)>poly(lithium propionate methyl-siloxane)>poly(lithium propylsulfonate methylsiloxane)>poly(lithium styrenesulfonate).In the blending system the best single ion conductivity was close to 10~(-5) Scm~(-1) at roomtemperature. XPS showed that at low lithium salt concentration the conductivity increasedwith the increasing content of lithium salt, in consequence of the increase of free ion andsolvent separated ion pair. At high lithium salt concentration the free ion was absent andthe solvent-separated ion pair functioned as carrier.  相似文献

The conductivity behavior of Al(OH)3-acrylamide hybrid polyacrylamide (hybrid PAAm) in distilled water was studied. A discontinuity phenomenon of the conductivity (k) versus concentration (c) curve of the hybrid PAAm in a certain concentration regime is found. This phenomenon is dependent on the molecular weight of the hybrid PAAm and on the particle size and content of the AI(OH)3 colloid in the hybrid PAAm. Multilayer thin films of alternately adsorbed layers of polyelectrolytes PDDA and PS-119 were formed on bothplanar silica substrates and optical fibers through the ionic self-assembly technique. Intrinsic Fabry-Perot cavities werefabricated by stepwise assembling the polyelectrolytes onto the ends of optical fibers for the purposes of fiber optical deviceand sensor development. Ionically assembled polyelectrolyte multilayer thin films, in which there are hydrophilic side groupswith strong affinity towards water molecules, are a category of humidity-sensitive functional materials. The polyelectrolytemultilayer thin film Fabry-Perot cavity-type fiber optical humidity sensor can work over a wide range from about 0% RH toabout 100% RH with a response time less than 1s.  相似文献

The preparation of conducting PPQ film was first reported in the previous paper. It is very interesting that this film is highly sensitive to moisture in air. The hydration and dehydration of the film are accompanied by change not only in color but also in conductivity and UV-visible spectrum. The epoxy coating on copper wire has been studied by a modified sampling technique using Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) diffuse reflectance attachment. As the wire axis was parallel to the incident plane, a reflection spectrum of thin layer coating on a copper wire can be obtained. The study found that imidszole, especially the acetic acid treated imidazole, can be used as an effective curing catalyst of the epoxy resin on copper. This is the first report about the IR study of coatings on metal wires.  相似文献

Chemical reactions between poly (vinyl pyridine)s and 1, 4-butanediol diglycidyl ether and other epoxy compounds were studied by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and other techniques. The epoxy group was found to react with the pyridine side group of poly (4-vinyl pyridine), forming crosslinked networks which contain cyclic amide structures. The reaction was also observed in the interracial region of poly(vinyl pyridine) and γ-glycidoxy propyl trimethoxysilane hydrolyzate (γ-GPS) coatings on PET fiber substrates. Poly(2-vinyi pyridine) does not show the same reaction.  相似文献

In this paper, an atificial neural network model is adopted to study the glass transition temperature of polymers. Inour artificial neural networks, the input nodes are the characteristic ratio C_∞, the average molecular weigh M_e betweenentanglement points and the molecular weigh M_(mon) of repeating unit. The output node is the glass transition temperature T_g,and the number of the hidden layer is 6. We found that the artificial neural network simulations are accurate in predicting theoutcome for polymers for which it is not trained. The maximum relative error for predicting of the glass transitiontemperature is 3.47%, and the overall average error is only 2.27%. Artificial neural networks may provide some new ideas toinvestigate other properties of the polymers.  相似文献

 A novel reactive polyorganosiloxane containing nitro groups was first prepared by acid-catalyzed equilibration polymerization. The monomer, 3-(4-nitrophenoxy)propylmethyldichlorosilane (NPPMS), was synthesized by hydrosilylation reaction with dicyclopentadienylplatinum(II) chloride (Cp2PtC12) catalyst in high yield. The synthesized polynitroorganosiloxane, which has potential application as a precursor for synthesizing advanced functional polymers, was characterized by FTIR, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, 29Si-NMR, vapor pressure osmometry (VPO) and gel permeation chromatography (GPC).  相似文献

Urushiol polymer containing B--N bond (PUBN) was synthesized with urushiol-boronpolymer and diethylene triamine. Its structure was characterized by XPS, IR, UV, HPLC,DTA-TG and elemental analysis. The physico-mechanical and anticorrosive propertiesof the polymer were also investigated. The results show that the coating of PUBN canbe hardened in 2h at room temperaure and its film has excellent physico-mechanicalproperties and good anticorrosive properties.  相似文献
