建立了水体中5种典型有机紫外防晒剂甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯(ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate,EHMC)、二苯酮-3(benzophenone-3,BP-3)、4-甲基苄亚基樟脑(4-methylbenzylidene camphor,4-MBC)、奥克立林(octocrylene,OC)和胡莫柳酯(homosalate,HMS)的气相色谱-质谱检测方法。对HMS、BP-3衍生化条件进行了系统的优化。以100 μL双(三甲基硅烷基)三氟乙酰胺(N,O-bis(trimethylsilyl) trifluoroacetamide,BSTFA)为衍生化试剂,在100 ℃下反应100 min。水样固相萃取选用Oasis HLB萃取柱(0.5 g),洗脱溶剂为乙酸乙酯-二氯甲烷(1:1,v/v),水样pH 3~5。该方法对5种化合物的检出限范围为0.5~1.2 ng/L,定量限范围为1.4~4.0 ng/L。最佳实验条件下,加标水样回收率为87.85%~102.34%,相对标准偏差(n=3)均小于5%。该方法成功地应用于昆明市第一污水厂进出口水样中目标物质的分析。  相似文献

建立了快速检测不同水样(地表水、污水处理厂进水和出水)中5种人造甜味剂、6种造影剂和咖啡因的超高效液相色谱-串联质谱(UPLC-MS/MS)方法。利用HR-X固相萃取柱对过滤后的水样进行富集净化。采用Zorbax SB-C_(18)色谱柱分离,电喷雾正模式(ESI+)和负模式(ESI-)下分别以乙腈-水(10 mmol/L乙酸铵,0.01%甲酸)和乙腈-水(5 mmol/L乙酸铵,1 mmol/L Tris)为流动相,多反应监测模式(MRM)检测。各目标化合物在5~5 000μg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.998。地表水、污水处理厂进水和出水的回收率为70%~120%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.8%~19.0%,方法检出限(MDL)分别为0.43~13.8、1.80~34.8、2.30~134 ng/L。应用该方法对广州某污水处理厂进水和出水及受纳河流河水进行检测,除阿斯巴甜、碘他拉酸、碘普罗胺、碘美普尔外,其他物质均有检出且浓度较高。该方法准确、灵敏、操作简便,适用于多种环境水样中人造甜味剂、造影剂和咖啡因的分析检测。  相似文献

A sensitive rapid resolution liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (RRLC-MS/MS) method, combined with solid-phase extraction, ultrasonic extraction and silica gel cartridge cleanup, was developed for 28 steroids including 4 estrogens (estrone (E1), 17β-estradiol (E2), 17α-ethynyl estradiol (EE2), diethylstilbestrol (DES)), 14 androgens (androsta-1,4-diene-3,17-dione (ADD), 17α-trenbolone, 17β-trenbolone, 4-androstene-3,17-dione, 19-nortestoserone, 17β-boldenone, 17α-boldenone, testosterone (T), epi-androsterone (EADR), methyltestosterone (MT), 4-hydroxy-androst-4-ene-17-dione (4-OHA), 5α-dihydrotestosterone (5α-DHT), androsterone (ADR), stanozolol (S)), 5 progestagens (progesterone (P), ethynyl testosterone (ET), 19-norethindrone, norgestrel, medroxyprogesterone (MP)), and 5 glucocorticoids (cortisol, cortisone, prednisone, prednisolone, dexamethasone) in surface water, wastewater and sludge samples. The recoveries of surface water, influents, effluents and sludge samples were 90.6-119.0% (except 5α-DHT was 143%), 44.0-200%, 60.7-123% and 62.6-138%, respectively. The method detection limits for the 28 analytes in surface water, influents, effluents and freeze-dried sludge samples were 0.01-0.24 ng/L, 0.02-1.44 ng/L, 0.01-0.49 ng/L and 0.08-2.06 ng/g, respectively. This method was applied in the determination of the residual steroidal hormones in two surface water of Danshui River, 12 wastewater and 8 sludge samples from two wastewater treatment plants (Meihu and Huiyang WWTPs) in Guangdong (China). Ten analytes were detected in surface water samples with concentrations ranging between 0.4 ng/L (17β-boldenone) and 55.3 ng/L (5α-DHT); twenty analytes in the wastewater samples with concentrations ranging between 0.3 ng/L (P) and 621 ng/L (5α-DHT); and 12 analytes in the sludge samples with concentrations ranging between 1.6 ng/g (E1) and 372 ng/g (EADR).  相似文献

建立了固相萃取-高效液相色谱分析地表水中苯并噻唑、苯并三唑、5-甲基-苯并三唑、5-氯-苯并三唑及5,6-二甲基-苯并三唑的方法。地表水样品采用HLB固相萃取柱富集净化后,在甲醇-水(55:45, v/v)流动相中用ZORBAX SB-C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm)分离,紫外检测,外标法定量。结果表明,5种目标化合物在0.064~80 mg/L范围内均呈良好的线性关系,线性相关系数均大于0.9999,仪器检出限为1.9~3.2 μg/L。空白自来水样中的加标回收率为87.8%~125.6%,相对标准偏差(n=3)为0.4%~9.4%。应用该方法测定了大连自来水及辽河入海口水样,在辽河入海口地表水中检出苯并噻唑、苯并三唑、5-甲基-苯并三唑、5-氯-苯并三唑。  相似文献

Benzotriazole compounds have major commercial applications as anticorrosive agents in automotive antifreeze and airplane deicer fluids. This study assesses the sorption of benzotriazole (BT), 5-methylbenzotriazole (MBT), and 5-chlorobenzotriazole (CBT) from aqueous solutions to four top soils. The concentration range of 10-500 mg l−1 was used with soils differing in total organic carbon content from 0.27 to 1.72%. Batch systems facilitated the equilibrium sorption with analysis by HPLC. The sorption of these compounds was as much as 60% by mass to a soil with 0.33% Org. C. The log octanol-water partition coefficients (log Kow) were determined to be 1.23 for BT, 1.89 for MBT, and 2.17 for CBT. The relationship between the log of the sorption partition coefficient, log Koc and log Kow differed from previous correlations because hydrophobicity was not the only factor affecting sorption. These compounds have substantial permanent dipole moments as well as being hydrophobic. At high pH where CBT molecules approach their pKa, sorption was approximately 50% less (by mass) than that of relatively non-ionized CBT molecules.  相似文献

以气相色谱–质谱联用法测定塑胶中8种苯并三唑紫外吸收剂的含量。采用甲苯作为萃取溶剂,对样品进行超声萃取,选用DB–5HT气相分离色谱柱,以气相色谱–质谱联用仪对塑胶制品中8种苯并三唑类紫外吸收剂(UV–P,UV–320,UV–326,UV–327,UV–328,UV–329,UV–234,UV–360)进行分析测试。在优化的前处理和仪器分析条件下,8种苯并三唑紫外吸收剂萃取效果良好,在17 min内有效分离,色谱峰理想。在0.1~10 mg/L范围内溶液的质量浓度与色谱峰面积线性良好,线性相关系数(r~2)均大于0.999,检出限为0.1 mg/L,重复性试验相对标准偏差小于3%(n=7),加标回收率为95%~110%。该方法简便快捷、准确可靠,满足苯并三唑紫外吸收剂的检测要求。  相似文献

An analytical method was developed to quantitatively determine pharmaceuticals in biosolid (treated sewage sludge) from wastewater treatment plants (WWTPs). The collected biosolid samples were initially freeze dried, and grounded to obtain relatively homogenized powders. Pharmaceuticals were extracted using accelerated solvent extraction (ASE) under the optimized conditions. The optimal operation parameters, including extraction solvent, temperature, pressure, extraction time and cycles, were identified to be acetonitrile/water mixture (v/v 7:3) as extraction solvent with 3 extraction cycles (15 min for each cycle) at 100 °C and 100 bars. The extracts were cleaned up using solid-phase extraction followed by determination by liquid chromatography coupled with tandem mass spectrometry. For the 15 target pharmaceuticals commonly found in the environment, the overall method recoveries ranged from 49% to 68% for tetracyclines, 64% to 95% for sulfonamides, and 77% to 88% for other pharmaceuticals (i.e. acetaminophen, caffeine, carbamazepine, erythromycin, lincomycin and tylosin). The developed method was successfully validated and applied to the biosolid samples collected from WWTPs located in six cities in Michigan. Among the 15 target pharmaceuticals, 14 pharmaceuticals were detected in the collected biosolid samples. The average concentrations ranged from 2.6 μg/kg for lincomycin to 743.6 μg/kg for oxytetracycline. These results indicated that pharmaceuticals could survive wastewater treatment processes, and accumulate in sewage sludge and biosolids. Subsequent land application of the contaminated biosolids could lead to the dissemination of pharmaceuticals in soil and water environment, which poses potential threats to at-risk populations in the receiving ecosystems.  相似文献

A method was developed to determine 11 pharmaceutical compounds in water samples. The method uses SPE and HPLC coupled to MS (LC/MS) using ESI in both positive and negative modes. Three different sorbents were compared for the extraction of analytes from river and sewage treatment plant (STP) waters and OASIS HLB provided the best results. For the solid-phase extraction of 500 mL of river water samples, the recoveries were between 41 and 101% with the exception of acetaminophen, salicylic acid and naproxen. The LODs were between 3 and 5 ng/L for all the compounds, except naproxen which had an LOD of 15 ng/L. Acetaminophen, caffeine, carbamazepine, bezafibrate and ibuprofen were found in three of the tested river samples at ng/L levels and among them, the highest values were for caffeine and bezafibrate with 305 and 363 ng/L, respectively. For the influent and effluent water samples of the STP, volumes of 100 and 250 mL were used, respectively, to obtain acceptable recoveries. All the compounds showed recoveries between 33 and 91% for effluent samples and 33-72% for influent samples, with the exception of acetaminophen, salicylic acid and bezafibrate, which had lower recoveries. The method developed enabled pharmaceuticals in the influent and effluent sewage waters to be determined in five campaigns carried out between February 2004 and June 2005. Several pharmaceuticals were found in the influent samples: for instance, maximum concentrations of ibuprofen and caffeine were 6 and 40 microg/L, respectively.  相似文献

A new analytical method using stir-bar-sorptive extraction (SBSE) followed by liquid desorption (LD) and gas chromatography with triple-quadrupole mass spectrometric detection (GC-QqQ-MS-MS) has been used for quantitative determination of 25 chlorinated endocrine-disrupting compounds (EDCs) in river water and wastewater. The experimental conditions affecting the SBSE-LD performance were studied and are discussed in detail. Results from systematic assay revealed that a 100-mL water sample, stir bars coated with 47?μL PDMS, an extraction time of 14?h (at 900?rpm), 5?% MeOH as modifier and 10?% NaCl resulted in the best analytical recovery of all the target compounds studied. Use of 1:1 ACN-MeOH as back-extraction solvent and two successive sonication steps, each for 5?min, resulted in the best performance for monitoring EDCs in water matrices. The method detection limits for most of the target compounds were very good- ≤?2?ng?L(-1) and ≤10?ng?L(-1) for river water and wastewater effluents respectively. Experimental recovery for all the compounds was >70?%, with the exception of simazine for which recovery from the matrix was 65?%. Signal enhancement observed for a few of the compounds in wastewater effluents was managed by use of matrix-matched standards and different injection liners. The method was successfully used for analysis of river water samples from Henares River (Spain) and wastewater effluent samples from wastewater-treatment plants (WWTP). Eleven of the 25 compounds studied were detected in both river water and wastewater effluents. Terbutylazine and methoxychlor were detected in almost all the river water and effluent samples; amounts varied between 37-58.5?ng?L(-1) and 15.2-46.8?ng?L(-1), respectively. This method was shown enable reliable, effective, and sensitive monitoring of chlorinated EDCs at nanogram levels in surface water and wastewater effluent.  相似文献

An optimized method for the determination of five synthetic polycyclic: celestolide (ADBI), phantolide (AHMI), traseolide (ATII), galaxolide (HHCB), tonalide (AHTN), and two nitro‐aromatic musks: musk xylene (MX) and musk ketone (MK), in water samples is described. The method involves a dispersive micro solid‐phase extraction (D‐μ‐SPE) plus ultrasound‐assisted solvent desorption (UASD) prior to their determination by gas chromatography‐mass spectrometry (GC‐MS) using the selected ion storage (SIS) mode. Factors affecting the extraction efficiency of the target analytes from water samples and ultrasound‐assisted solvent desorption were optimized by a Box‐Behnken design method. The optimal extraction conditions involved immersing 10.1 mg of a typical octadecyl (C18) bonded silica adsorbent (i.e., ENVI‐18) in a 50 mL water sample. After 10.4 min of extraction by vigorously shaking, the adsorbent was collected and dried on a filter, and the target musks were desorbed by ultrasound‐assisted for 38 sec with n‐hexane (200 μL) as the desorption solvent. A 10 μL aliquot was then directly determined by large‐volume injection GC‐MS. The limits of quantitation (LOQs) were 1.2 to 5 ng/L. The precision for these analytes, as indicated by relative standard deviations (RSDs), were less than 11% for both intra‐ and inter‐day analysis. Accuracy, expressed as the mean extraction recovery, was between 74% and 92%. A preliminary analysis of the effluents from municipal wastewater treatment plants (MWTP) and river water samples revealed that HHCB and AHTN were the two most commonly detected synthetic musks; their concentration were determined to range from 88 to 690 ng/L for effluent samples, and 5 to 320 ng/L for river water samples. This is a simple, low cost, effective, and eco‐friendly analytical method.  相似文献

A screening method for analyzing environmental waters contaminated with UV filters using direct analysis in real-time mass spectrometry (DART-MS) was developed. To demonstrate the suitability of DART-MS a test set of seven organic UV filters, namely benzophenone-3 (BP-3), ethylhexyl dimethyl p-aminobenzoate (OD-PABA), 4-t-butyl-4′-methoxydibenzoylmethane (BM-DBM), homomethyl salicylate (HMS), 2-(ethylhexyl) salicylate (EHS), octocrylene (OC), and 4-methylbenzylidene camphor (4-MBC), was defined. In the first step, standard solutions of the analytes prepared in methanol were investigated in order to determine optimum parameters for the DART-MS. Because of the very low concentrations of UV filters expected in environmental water samples, a pre-concentration step using stir bar sorptive extraction was performed. DART-MS allows the direct, simple and rapid semi-quantitative analysis of the analytes enriched on the surface of the polydimethylsiloxane-coated stir bars. The optimized method provided calibration curves with correlation coefficients R > 0.959, repeatability from 5% (for 4-MBC) to 30% (for BM-DBM) relative standard deviation and limits of detection lower than 40 ng L−1 for all analytes. Finally, real lake water samples from locations with typical leisure activities were analyzed. Results obtained with the developed DART-MS method were cross-checked by confirmatory analysis using thermodesorption gas chromatography mass spectrometry (TD-GC-MS). Thereby, it could be demonstrated that both analytical methods provide comparable concentrations for the UV filters in the lake water samples.  相似文献

Summary A new method for the simultaneous identification and quantification of base/neutral and acidic pesticides at a low nanogram per liter concentration level in natural waters is presented. The method includes enrichment of the compounds by solid phase extraction on graphitized carbon black, followed by sequential elution of the base/neutral and acidic pesticides. Identification and quantification of the compounds is performed with HPLC-ESI-MS. This procedure involves passing 1 L of ground water and 2 L of drinking water samples through a 0.5 g graphitized carbon black (GCB) extraction cartridge. A conventional 4.6-mm-i.d. reversed phase LC C-18 operating with a 1 mL min−1 flow of the mobile phase was used to chromatograph the analytes. A flow of 100 μL min−1 of the column effluent was diverted to the ESI source. The ESI source was operated in positive ion mode for base/neutral pesticides and in negative-ion mode for acid pesticides. For the analyte considered, the response of the mass detector was linearly related to the amount of the analytes injected between 5 and 250 ng. In all cases, recoveries of the analytes were better than 90%. The limit of detection (signal-to-noise ratio=3) of the method for the pesticides considered in drinking water samples was estimated to be about 3–10 ng L−1.  相似文献

This work studies the stability of three UV filters: 2-ethylhexyl salicylate (ES), 2-ethylhexyl 4-(dimethylamino) benzoate (EHPABA) and 2-hydroxy-4-methoxybenzophenone (BP-3), in water samples containing low concentrations of free chlorine. Moreover, 2,4-dihydroxybenzophenone (2,4-DHBP), a metabolite of BP-3, was also included in some of the performed assays. Experiments were carried out considering free chlorine and analytes concentrations at the microg mL(-1) and ng mL(-1) level, respectively. Gas chromatography with mass spectrometry was used to follow the time course of target compounds and to identify their halogenated by-products. Concentration of water samples with solid-phase extraction cartridges and derivatization (silylation) of some species were also employed to improve their detectability. Under the experimental conditions explored in this work, ES showed an acceptable stability whereas the rest of species reacted with free chlorine at significant rates following pseudo-first-order kinetics. Their half-lives ranged from 0.4 to 25 min depending on the UV filter, chlorine concentration, water pH and presence of bromide traces. For EHPABA a relatively simple degradation pathway was established. It consisted of aromatic substitution of one atom of hydrogen per chlorine or bromide. The same reaction pattern was observed for BP-3 leading, in this case, to mono- and di-halogenated by-products. In addition, several halogenated forms of 3-methoxyphenol were identified as BP-3 cleavage by-products.  相似文献

A rapid method, based on sonication-assisted extraction in small columns (SAESC) and subsequent quantification and identification by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS), was developed for the determination of cyclic and linear siloxanes in soil. In the experiments with spiked samples (10-50 ng g(-1)), the recovery of cyclic and linear siloxanes ranged from 87.7 to 108.0% and from 84.9 to 107.6%, respectively. The validated method was used to determine the levels of these compounds in various types of soil samples collected from different locations in Spain. The cyclic siloxanes, decamethylcyclopentasiloxane (D5) and dodecamethylcyclohexasiloxane (D6) were detected in all the soil samples analyzed at concentrations from 9.2 to 56.9 ng g(-1) for D5 and from 5.8 to 27.1 ng g(-1) for D6 in agricultural soils and from 22 to 184 ng g(-1) for D5 and from 28 to 483 ng g(-1) for D6 in industrial soils. The total linear siloxanes concentrations (L5-L14) (sum of the 10 congeners) ranged from 191 to 292 ng g(-1) in agricultural soils and from 1411 to 8532 ng g(-1) in industrial soils.  相似文献

A multiresidue method was developed for the quantification and confirmation of 70 pesticides in paddy field water. After its filtration, water was injected directly in a liquid chromatograph coupled to a hybrid triple quadrupole-linear ion trap-mass spectrometer (QqLIT). The list of target analytes included organophosphates, phenylureas, sulfonylureas, carbamates, conazoles, imidazolinones and others compounds widely used in different countries where rice is cropped. Detection and quantification limits achieved were in the range from 0.4 to 80 ng L(-1) and from 2 to 150 ng L(-1), respectively. Correlation coefficients for the calibration curves in the range 0.1-50 μg L(-1) were higher than 0.99 except for diazinon (0.1-25 μg L(-1)). Only 9 pesticides presented more than 20% of signal suppression/enhancement, no matrix effect was observed in the studied conditions for the rest of the target pesticides. The method developed was used to investigate the occurrence of pesticides in 59 water samples collected in paddy fields located in Spain and Uruguay. The study shows the presence of bensulfuron methyl, tricyclazole, carbendazim, imidacloprid, tebuconazole and quinclorac in a concentration range from 0.08 to 7.20 μg L(-1).  相似文献

建立了固相萃取-超高效液相色谱-串联质谱(SPE-UPLC-MS/MS)同时测定食品接触塑料制品中10种苯并三唑类(BZTs)紫外吸收剂的方法。食品接触塑料制品使用甲醇-二氯甲烷混合溶剂超声提取,C18固相萃取柱净化后用Waters ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18色谱柱(100 mm×2.1 mm, 1.7 μm)分离,甲醇和0.1%(v/v)甲酸水溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,多反应监测(MRM)模式检测,外标法定量分析。结果表明,10种BZTs在线性范围内线性关系良好,线性相关系数(r2)均大于0.996;检出限为0.6~1.6 μg/kg; 3个水平下的加标回收率为75.2%~85.3%,相对标准偏差为1.0%~5.7%。该方法准确、简便、快速、检出限低,可用于食品接触塑料制品中10种BZTs的同时检测。  相似文献

In the last few decades, the presence of pharmaceutical products in the environment is known under the name of emerging contaminants. These substances can enter the aquatic environment via different sources, as parent compounds, metabolites or a combination of both. In this work, we have investigated the presence of four pharmaceutical active compounds belonging to the group of Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs (NSAIDs), in wastewater, surface water and drinking water of Algiers, which have a direct impact on the Mediterranean Sea. The target analytes (ibuprofen (IBU), naproxen (NAP), ketoprofen (KET), and diclofenac (DIC)), were extracted from the water samples by using Solid Phase Extraction Oasis® HLB Cartridges; the identification and quantification were realized by Gas Chromatography–Mass Spectrometry (GC–MS). To obtain the best resolution and precision, N-methyl-N-(trimethylsilyl) trifluoroacetamide (MSTFA) was used as the derivatization reagent and ibuprofen-d3 was used as the internal standard. The obtained recoveries were good, ranging from 82% for ketoprofen to 120% for naproxen with relatively small standard deviations (≤20%). The target compounds were detected in wastewater, influent/effluent with concentrations ranging from 155.5 to 6554 ng/L, implicating removal efficiencies of wastewater treatment plants (WWTPs), between 30.3 and 95%. The surface water was also contaminated with pharmaceuticals from 72.9 ng/L for diclofenac to 228.3 ng/L for naproxen. In addition, the occurrence of ibuprofen and ketoprofen in drinking water, at concentrations of 142.1 and 110.9 ng/L, respectively, attracts concerns about possible impacts on human health.  相似文献

建立了海水中7种苯并三唑类紫外线过滤剂的凝固漂浮有机液滴-分散液液微萃取-高效液相色谱-串联质谱分析方法。优化后的萃取实验条件:20 μL十二醇为萃取溶剂,400 μL甲醇为分散溶剂,NaCl质量分数为8%,pH小于6,涡旋振荡时间2 min。目标化合物经Hypersil GOLD色谱柱(150 mm×2.1 mm,5 μm)结合甲醇-水梯度洗脱分离后,用正离子多反应监测模式进行质谱分析。在较宽的线性范围内,7种化合物的线性相关系数(r2)均大于0.99;基质加标回收率为68.3%~127.5%,相对标准偏差为0.9%~15.2%,方法的检出限为0.001~0.090 μg/L,定量限为0.003~0.300 μg/L。将建立的方法用于大连8个海滨浴场海水中苯并三唑类紫外线过滤剂的测定,部分浴场海水有不同程度的检出。该方法简便、快速、环境友好、灵敏度高,可用于海水中苯并三唑类紫外线过滤剂的分析检测。  相似文献
