Dichlorodiphenyltrichloroethane (DDT) and its main metabolites are important environmental pollutants and have been in the focusing center. It is of great value to develop simple, rapid, sensitive and easy to operate method for monitoring them. Present work established a novel temperature controlled ionic liquid dispersive liquid phase microextraction method in combination with high performance liquid chromatography for the enrichment and determination of DDT and its metabolites. Proposed method used only ionic liquid 1-hexyl-3-methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate ([C6MIM][PF6]) for the enrichment and overcame the demerits of conventional single drop liquid phase microextraction and dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction. Temperature has two functions here, one is to promote the dispersing of ionic liquid into the solution and forming infinitesimal micro-drop and increasing the chance of the analytes extracted into ionic liquid phase, and the other one is to perform phase-separation. A series of factors that would affect the extraction performance was systematically investigated and optimized. The experimental results indicated that the detection limits obtained for p,p′-DDD, p,p′-DDT, o,p′-DDT and p,p′-DDE were 0.24, 0.24, 0.45, 0.24 ng mL−1, respectively. The linear ranges for them were from 1.0 to 100 ng mL−1, and the precisions were between 3.8% and 6.7% (n = 6). The proposed method was validated with four real-world samples and excellent results were achieved.  相似文献

An extension of the Ye and Shreeve group contribution method [C. Ye, J.M. Shreeve, J. Phys. Chem. A 111 (2007) 1456–1461] for the estimation of densities of ionic liquids (ILs) is here proposed. The new version here presented allows the estimation of densities of ionic liquids in wide ranges of temperature and pressure using the previously proposed parameter table. Coefficients of new density correlation proposed were estimated using experimental densities of nine imidazolium-based ionic liquids. The new density correlation was tested against experimental densities available in literature for ionic liquids based on imidazolium, pyridinium, pyrrolidinium and phosphonium cations. Predicted densities are in good agreement with experimental literature data in a wide range of temperatures (273.15–393.15 K) and pressures (0.10–100 MPa). For imidazolium-based ILs, the mean percent deviation (MPD) is 0.45% and 1.49% for phosphonium-based ILs. A low MPD ranging from 0.41% to 1.57% was also observed for pyridinium and pyrrolidinium-based ILs.  相似文献

α-Chymotrypsin catalyzed peptide bond formation was studied in ionic liquids using the synthesis of a protected fragment of Leu-enkephalin, ZTyrGlyGlyOEt, as model reaction. MOEMIM·PF6 was found to be the most favorable solvent among the six different 1-alkyl-3-methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphates and tetrafluoroborates ionic liquids screened. With MOEMIM·PF6 as reaction media, several di- or tripeptide derivatives were successfully prepared in 68-75% isolated yields.  相似文献

A novel method using sample preparation method, "ultrasound-assisted emulsification microextraction" (USAEME) with manual shaking, coupled with gas chromatography using and an electron capture detector (GC-ECD) was developed for the analysis of organochlorine pesticides (OCPs) in aqueous samples. The apparatus is simple and easy to operate. After manual shaking for 10s, ultrasound was used to accelerate emulsification of the organic solvent (1-decanol) in aqueous solution. Only 10 μL of the low-toxicity extraction solvent is used in this method; no dispersive solvent is required and the total extraction time is ~4 min. Manual shaking before ultrasound-assisted emulsification enhances the extraction efficiency by >100%. The effects of horizontal and vertical orientation as well as the location of the sample within the ultrasonic bath were studied. After centrifugation, we used an improved solvent collection system (ISCS) to reduce the amount of extraction solvent required. A 1 μL sample of the extract was injected into the GC column. Under optimum conditions, the linear range of the method is 5-2500 ngL(-1) for most of the OCPs, and the limit of detection of the method ranged from 0.6 to 2.9 ngL(-1).The relative recoveries ranged from 75 to 107% for sea water and from 70 to 99% for field fresh water. The method, which provides good enrichment factors, low LODs and minimization of the consumption of organic solvent, provides a rapid, simple and environment-friendly procedure for determining OCPs in aqueous samples.  相似文献

Present study described a simple, sensitive, and viable method for the determination of bisphenol A, 4-n-nonylphenol and 4-tert-octylphenol in water samples using temperature-controlled ionic liquid dispersive liquid-phase microextraction coupled to high performance liquid chromatography-fluorescence detector. In this experiment, 1-octyl-3-methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate ([C8MIM][PF6]) was used as the extraction solvent, and bisphenol A, 4-n-nonylphenol and 4-tert-octylphenol were selected as the model analytes. Parameters affecting the extraction efficiency such as the volume of [C8MIM][PF6], dissolving temperature, extraction time, sample pH, centrifuging time and salting-out effect have been investigated in detail. Under the optimized conditions, good linear relationship was found in the concentration range of 1.0-100 μg L−1 for BPA, 1.5-150 μg L−1 for 4-NP, and 3-300 μg L−1 for 4-OP, respectively. Limits of detection (LOD, S/N = 3) were in the range of 0.23-0.48 μg L−1. Intra day and inter day precisions (RSDs, n = 6) were in the range of 4.6-5.5% and 8.5-13.3%, respectively. This method has been also successfully applied to analyze the real water samples at two different spiked concentrations and excellent results were obtained.  相似文献

The ionic liquid [hmim][PF6] has been demonstrated as an efficient and environmentally-friendly reaction medium for the enantioselective allylation of aldehydes via a chiral indium(III) complex. The allylation of a variety of aromatic, α,β-unsaturated and aliphatic aldehydes resulted in moderate to good yields and enantioselectivities (upto 92% ee).  相似文献

An ionic liquid dispersive liquid–liquid microextraction high-performance liquid chromatography (IL-DLLME-HPLC) method for effective enrichment and determination of nitrite ion in water and biological samples was developed. The method was based on the reaction of nitrite ion with p-nitroaniline in the presence of diphenylamine in acid media and IL-DLLME of azo product. The optimization of reaction and extraction conditions, such as kind and concentration of acid, reaction time, volume of reaction solvent, temperature, kind of extraction and dispersive solvent, volume of extraction and dispersive solvent, addition of salt, extraction and centrifugal time were studied. Under the optimal conditions, 1-octyl-3-methylimidazolium bis[(trifluoromethyl)sulfonyl]imide IL-DLLME procedure provided high enrichment factor of 430 and good extraction recovery of 91.7% for nitrite ion. The linearity was observed in the range of 0.4–500.0 μg L−1 with good correlation coefficient (r2 = 0.9996). The relative standard deviations (RSDs) for five replicate measurements varied between 1.5% and 4.8%. The limit of detection of the method (S/N = 3) was 0.05 μg L−1. The interference effect of some anions and cations was also tested. The developed method allowed achieving an excellent enrichment factor, yielding a lower LOD in comparison with other methods. Moreover, the proposed method was able to analyze nitrite ion in water and biological samples with satisfactory recovery ranged from 96.5% to 107.3%.  相似文献

Ionic liquid [omim][PF6] has been demonstrated as an efficient and environmentally friendly reaction media as well as a promoter for the cyanosilylation of aldehydes under mild conditions. In addition, the recovered ionic liquid could be reused for subsequent runs with only a gradual decrease in activity.  相似文献

The solid phase microextraction (SPME) technique with on-fiber derivatization was evaluated for the analysis of alkylphenols (APs), including 4-tert-octylphenol (4-t-OP), technical nonylphenol isomers (t-NPs) and 4-nonylphenol (4-NP), in water. The 85 μm polyacrylate (PA) fiber was used and a two-step sample preparation procedure was established. In the first step, water sample of 2 mL was placed in a 4 mL PTFE-capped glass vial. Headspace extraction of APs in water was then performed under 65 °C for 30 min with 800 rpm magnetic stirring and the addition of 5% of sodium chloride. In the second step, the SPME fiber was placed in another 4 mL vial, which contained 100 μL of N-tert-butyl-dimethylsilyl-N-methyltrifluoroacetamide (MTBSTFA) with 1% tert-butyl-dimethylchlorosilane (TBDMCS). Headspace extraction of MTBSTFA and on-fiber derivatization with APs were performed at 45 °C for 10 min. Gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS) was used for the analysis of derivatives formed on-fiber. The adsorption-time profiles were also examined. The precision, accuracy and method detection limits (MDLs) for the analysis of all the APs were evaluated with spiked water samples, including detergent water, chlorinated tap water, and lake water. The relative standard deviations were all less than 10% and the accuracies were 100 ± 15%. With 2 mL of water sample, MDLs were in the range of 1.58-3.85 ng L−1. Compared with other techniques, the study described here provided a simple, fast and reliable method for the analysis of APs in water.  相似文献

The popularity of ionic liquids (ILs) has grown during the last decades in several analytical separation techniques. Consequently, the number of reports devoted to the applications of ILs is still increasing. This review is focused on the use of ILs (mainly imidazolium-based associated to chloride and tetrafluoroborate) as mobile phase additives in high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). In this approach, ILs just function as salts, but keep several kinds of intermolecular interactions, which are useful for chromatographic separations. Both cation and anion can be adsorbed on the stationary phase, creating a bilayer. This gives rise to hydrophobic, electrostatic and other specific interactions with the stationary phase and solutes, which modify the retention behaviour and peak shape. This review updates the advances in this field, with emphasis on topics not always deeply considered in the literature, such as the mechanisms of retention, the estimation of the suppressing potency of silanols, modelling and optimisation of the chromatographic performance, and the comparison with other additives traditionally used to avoid the silanol problem.  相似文献

Solid‐phase extraction coupled with dispersive liquid–liquid microextraction was developed as an ultra‐preconcentration method for the determination of four organophosphorus pesticides (isocarbophos, parathion‐methyl, triazophos and fenitrothion) in water samples. The analytes considered in this study were rapidly extracted and concentrated from large volumes of aqueous solutions (100 mL) by solid‐phase extraction coupled with dispersive liquid–liquid microextraction and then analyzed using high performance liquid chromatography. Experimental variables including type and volume of elution solvent, volume and flow rate of sample solution, salt concentration, type and volume of extraction solvent and sample solution pH were investigated for the solid‐phase extraction coupled with dispersive liquid–liquid microextraction with these analytes, and the best results were obtained using methanol as eluent and ethylene chloride as extraction solvent. Under the optimal conditions, an exhaustive extraction for four analytes (recoveries >86.9%) and high enrichment factors were attained. The limits of detection were between 0.021 and 0.15 μg/L. The relative standard deviations for 0.5 μg/L of the pesticides in water were in the range of 1.9–6.8% (n = 5). The proposed strategy offered the advantages of simple operation, high enrichment factor and sensitivity and was successfully applied to the determination of four organophosphorus pesticides in water samples.  相似文献

The activity coefficients at infinite dilution, (where 1 refers to the solute and 3 to the solvent), for both polar and non-polar solutes (alkanes, alk-1-enes, alk-1-ynes, cycloalkanes, benzene, carbon tetrachloride, and methanol) in the ionic liquid 1-hexyl-3-methyl-imidazolium bis(trifluoromethylsulfonyl)-imide [HMIM][Tf2N] at three temperatures T = (298.15, 313.15, and 333.15) K have been determined by gas-liquid chromatography. The interaction at the gas-liquid interface between the solutes and the solvent was examined by varying solvent liquid loading on the column. Corrected retention values, taking carrier gas and solute imperfections into account, were determined and used to calculate the activity coefficients at infinite dilution. The results have been used to predict the solvent potential for the hexane/benzene separation from calculated selectivity values. The results were compared to for similar systems found in the literature in an attempt to understand the effect of the nature of the cation and anion has on solute-solvent interactions. The partial molar excess enthalpies at infinite dilution values were calculated from the experimental values obtained over the temperature range.  相似文献

We describe here the first example in which glycerol has been transformed into chlorohydrin esters using an ionic liquid and hydrated aluminium chloride. The method avoids using Crown-18 ether, which was needed to obtain a similar yield when KCl was used. Alkyl and aryl acids can be used, although yields are very dependent on the carboxylic acid used.  相似文献

The partial molar volume of a gas that is dissolved at high dilution in a solvent is required to express the influence of pressure on Henry's constant as well as to describe the volume change (expansion) of the liquid caused by the dissolved gas. The correlations of recently published experimental results for the solubility of some selected gases (CO2, Xe, CH4, CF4, H2, CO, O2) in three imidazolium-based ionic liquids (1-n-butyl-3-methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate ([bmim][PF6]), 1-n-butyl-3-methylimidazolium methyl sulfate ([bmim][CH3SO4]), and 1-n-hexyl-3-methylimidazolium bis(trifluoromethylsulfonyl)amide ([hmim][Tf2N])) determined by the synthetic method were re-evaluated by also considering the experimentally determined volumetric properties. The new evaluation does not change the published results for Henry's constants, but additionally yields reliable information on the partial molar volume of those gases in the mentioned ionic liquids at temperatures from about 293 to 413 K.  相似文献

Dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction (DLLME) coupled with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry-selective ion monitoring (GC-MS-SIM) was applied to the determination of methyl tert-butyl ether (MTBE) in water samples. The effect of main parameters affecting the extraction efficiency was studied simultaneously. From selected parameters, volume of extraction solvent, volume of dispersive solvent, and salt concentration were optimized by means of experimental design. The statistical parameters of the derived model were R(2)=0.9987 and F=17.83. The optimal conditions were 42.0 μL for extraction solvent, 0.30 mL for disperser solvent and 5% (w/v) for sodium chloride. The calibration linear range was 0.001-370 μg L(-1). The improved detection limit with the aid of chemometrics was 0.3 ng L(-1). The relative standard deviation (RSD) with n=9 for 0.1 mg L(-1) MTBE in water with and without internal standard was 2.7% and 3.1%, respectively. Under the optimal conditions, the relative recoveries of spiked MTBE in different water samples were in the range of 100-105%.  相似文献

A novel three‐phase hollow fiber liquid‐phase microextraction was developed based on reverse micelle as extraction solvent and acceptor phase, and compared with conventional two‐phase hollow fiber liquid‐phase microextraction. Both procedures were used in the extraction and concentration of four cinnamic acids (caffeic acid, p‐hydroxycinnamic acid, ferulic acid, and cinnamic acid) in traditional Chinese medicines prior to high‐performance liquid chromatography analysis. Parameters affecting the two procedures were investigated and optimized to obtain the optimum enrichment factors. The mechanism of the developed procedure was explored and elucidated by comparison with conventional two‐phase hollow fiber liquid‐phase microextraction. Under the optimized conditions, the analytes’ enrichment factors were between 50 and 118 for the proposed procedure, and 31–96 for conventional two‐phase mode. Satisfactory linear ranges (r2 ≥ 0.99), detection limits (0.1–0.6 ng/mL), precisions (<9.2%), and accuracies (recoveries: 80–123.1%) were observed for the two procedures. The results showed that the enrichment capacity of the proposed procedure for the cinnamic acids is better than that of conventional two‐phase procedure, and both are eco‐friendly, simple, and effective for the enrichment and detection of cinnamic acids in traditional Chinese medicines.  相似文献

CE/Ru(bpy)32+ electrochemiluminescence (ECL) system with the assistance of ionic liquids (ILs) was successfully established for sensitive determination of verticine and verticinone in Bulbus Fritillariae for the first time. Migration behavior of alkaloid largely relies on the hydrogen bonding interactions between alkyl imidazolium cations in ILs and the alkaloids. Running buffer containing 40 mmol/L 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate (BMImBF4) IL-8 mmol/L phosphate resulted in significant changes in separation selectivity for alkaloids with similar structures. The highest sensitivity of the detection was obtained by maintaining the detection potential at 1.2 V. Under the optimized conditions, relative standard derivations of the ECL intensity and the migration time were 3.27 and 2.84% for verticine and 4.42 and 1.69% for verticinone, respectively. The standard curves were linear between 1 × 10−8 and 1 × 10−6 mol/L for verticine and between 5 × 10−8 and 1 × 10−6 mol/L for verticinone, respectively. Detection limits of 1.25 × 10−10 mol/L for verticine and 1 × 10−10 mol/L for verticinone were obtained (S/N = 3). Developed method was successfully applied to determine the amounts of alkaloids in Bulbus Fritillariae.  相似文献
