为研究不同结构的表面活性剂分子在溶液中胶束化能力的差异, 采用分子动力学方法模拟三种烷基芳基磺酸盐在真空和水溶液环境下的结构与相互作用. 利用自由能微扰(FEP)方法计算了水合自由能, 发现与用传统热力学表面张力法测定自制的烷基芳基磺酸盐结果一致. 研究表明: 烷基芳基磺酸盐在水溶液中的胶束化过程是自发进行的, 随着分子结构中芳环向长烷基链中间位置移动, 胶束化能力和胶束稳定性均下降; 疏水基周围水分子的“冰山结构”会影响胶束的稳定性, 而水分子中氢键的生存周期是反映冰山结构变化的重要指标; 同时, 亲水基与水分子间形成氢键的数目会增强或减弱分子脱离胶束体的趋势, 从而影响胶束结构的稳定性.  相似文献

为了解重要的生化模型甲酰胺在水溶液中的微观结构, 采用全原子力场在全浓度范围内对甲酰胺溶液进行了分子动力学模拟, 得到了溶液的径向分布函数, 分析计算了溶质和溶剂分子间的相互作用, 对甲酰胺和水分子的氢键缔合情况进行了分析. 研究发现羰基侧的H原子与水分子能形成C—H…O弱相互作用. 在作者早期的研究中发现, 此相互作用对于阻碍甲酰胺的异构化具有重要意义, 特别是当甲酰胺在溶液中含量增大时, 此相互作用更加不能忽视. 全浓度溶液的模拟表明, 甲酰胺在稀浓度区可以促进水局部结构的增强, 随FM浓度增加, 由水的自身缔合转变为水与FM的交叉缔合, 在FM高浓度区, 两者的交叉缔合将逐渐被甲酰胺自身的线状缔合代替.  相似文献

为了研究低温保护剂溶液的结构和物理化学特性, 以甘油为保护剂, 采用分子动力学方法, 对不同浓度的甘油和水的二元体系进行了模拟. 得到了不同浓度的甘油水溶液在2 ns内的分子动力学运动轨迹, 通过对后1 ns内运动轨迹的分析, 得到了各个原子对的径向分布函数和甘油分子的构型分布. 根据氢键的图形定义, 分析了氢键的结构和动力学特性. 计算了不同浓度下体系中平均每个原子(O和H)和分子(甘油和水)参与氢键个数的百分比分布及其平均值. 同时还计算了所有氢键、水分子之间的氢键以及甘油与水分子之间的氢键的生存周期.  相似文献

三氟乙醇(TFE)水溶液是一类特殊的缔合体系. 采用分子动力学模拟方法结合核磁共振化学位移研究了TFE水溶液体系全浓度范围的氢键网络, 并对动力学模拟结果和核磁共振化学位移进行了比较. 从径向分布函数(RDF)发现, TFE水溶液中存在着强氢键, 而体系中的C—H…O弱相互作用较为明显, 也不能忽略. 氢键网络分析发现TFE 水溶液体系的氢键大致分为以下三个区域: 在水富集区域, 水分子倾向于自身缔合形成稳定的簇结构, 随着TFE 浓度的增加, 水的有序结构受到破坏, 水分子和TFE分子发生交叉缔合作用形成氢键; 在TFE富集区域, 水分子较少, TFE分子自身通过氢键形成多缔体结构. 此外, 分子动力学统计的平均氢键数的变化和文献报导的核磁共振化学位移变化趋势相同, 实验和理论的结果吻合较好.  相似文献

采用分子动力学方法模拟研究了Fmoc-FF二肽分子在溶液中的自组装过程,探究了自组装过程中的驱动力及水桥结构对聚集体稳定性的影响.结果表明,Fmoc-FF二肽分子可以在水溶液中自组装形成结构规整的圆柱形纳米棒;根据Fmoc环间的径向分布函数,通过比较二肽分子之间及二肽分子与水分子间的相互作用,推测二肽分子间的π-π相互作用是自组装过程的主要驱动力;另外的驱动作用体现在二肽分子与水分子之间形成的氢键,其中水分子以水桥结构连接不同的二肽分子,这种水桥结构对自组装结构具有稳定作用.  相似文献

对50个单元构成的聚N,N-二乙基丙烯酰胺(PDEA)低聚物的水溶液体系进行了分子动力学的研究,分别模拟了300 K时的伸展链、310 K时的伸展链以及紧缩链与水构成的体系,对溶液中PDEA周围溶剂水分子的分布情况以及水分子形成氢键的情况进行了统计,结果表明在PDEA周围的水产生了比本体水更有序的结构,形成了更多的氢键,这种有序结构维持到第二水合层甚至更远.发生相分离后,PDEA与水分子形成的氢键大部分未被破坏,水合层中每个水分子形成的氢键数也没有明显变化,但水合层(形成有序结构的水分子)内水分子数目的减少使得总的氢键数目减少,从而造成体系能量增加及熵增加.同时还研究了聚合物及水分子的自扩散系数,表明PDEA影响周围水分子结构的同时,对水的动力学性质也产生了很大影响.  相似文献

聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)是一类重要的线性水溶性聚合物,具有"百业助剂"之称,因此对其溶液性质的研究意义重大.在溶液质量浓度约为1g·mL-1的基础上,分别构建了含有不同水分子数的溶液模型.采用分子动力学(MD)方法模拟分析了不同温度下非离子型的聚丙烯酰胺(PAM-H)和阴离子型的聚丙烯酰胺(HPAM)在纯水溶液及含不同质量分数NaCl的水溶液中的回旋半径(Rg).结果发现,不同温度下PAM-H和HPAM的抗盐性能的模拟结果与实验数据基本吻合,水分子数不同的溶液模型所得模拟结果趋势没有明显变化,为了提高模拟效率,选取含有2000个水分子的溶液模型分析HPAM链中氧负离子及氧原子的径向分布函数,从微观结构模拟说明了HPAM水溶液粘度随NaCl质量分数增加而减小,且HPAM比PAM-H具有较好的增粘效果及较差的抗盐性能的原因.  相似文献

采用量子化学密度泛函理论,在B3LYP/6-311+G水平上,对吡啶离子液体阳离子[BuPy]+及其水合物(水分子数为1~6)的分子模型进行结构优化和频率分析,得到各种水合物的热力学性质,由此计算水合过程的标准反应焓变和吉布斯自由能变,从分子水平上研究吡啶类离子液体与水分子的相互作用.结果表明,离子液体阳离子极性头与水分子以氢键形式构成水合层,该类氢键属于中强氢键;其水合过程是一个自发的放热过程,并且随着水分子数的增加水合物的稳定性也逐渐增强.  相似文献

氢键弛豫过程决定水溶液中分子的动力学行为,氢键寿命作为理论和实验结果中一个重要的参数通常用以描述溶液中的氢键动力学性质.本文采用SPC/E-P2和SPC/E-OPLS两种力场方法对二甲基亚砜(DMSO)水溶液体系进行分子动力学模拟,计算了四种不同定义下的氢键寿命,并进行了对比阐述,连续性氢键寿命Tc和基于动力学平衡方法下的氢键寿命TR较短,它们忽略了不成功的氢键交换过程,稳定态模型下的氢键寿命TPR能够真实体现氧键转换过程,可作为标度衡量其它量值.间歇性氢键寿命T相对最长,重复统计了氢键成功交换后的恢复概率.随着二甲基亚砜浓度增大,TC、TI、TR和TPR不断增大,分子平动扩散系数在中等浓度达到极小,说明氢键寿命与分子活动性无决定性关联,同类型氢键在不同浓度下的寿命差异表明氢键寿命具有分子环境依赖性;水分子和二甲基亚砜分子氢键个数降低,氢键受激角度扭曲和拉伸概率下降,TC和TR不断接近,氢键交换受体密度降低使氢键交换速率下降,TPR不断增大,氢键寿命与其周围氢键密度密切相关.TI与TPR的比值体现了氢键交换的局域性,其变化趋势与分子平动活动性趋势相同.两种力场下氢键寿命的差异也说明氢键的寿命具有明显的理论模型依赖性.  相似文献

部分水解的预交联凝胶型聚丙烯酰胺在水溶液中的吸水溶胀能对油藏高渗透区域产生有效封堵,有利于提高驱油效率.分子模拟结果表明,凝胶颗粒的溶胀主要归因于侧链亲水基团在水溶液中的水化作用,这些带负电的亲水基团中心原子通过氢键和静电作用在其周围极化出一层排列规整、有序而紧密的水化层,并将水分子束缚其中;同时水化层内的水分子之间依赖氢键网络促进水化层的稳定.本文从微观结构、动力学和氢键等方面比较了各亲水基团中心原子的水化能力,发现—COO-官能团具有较强的束缚水分子的能力,对水化层的稳定有重要影响.  相似文献

In separation processes, hydrogen bonding has a very significant effect on the efficiency of isolation of acetic acid (HOAc) from HOAc/H2O mixtures. This intermolecular interaction on aggregates composed of a single HOAc molecule and varying numbers of H2O molecules has been examined by using ab initio molecular dynamics simulations (AIMD) and quantum chemical calculations (QCC). Thermodynamic data in aqueous solution were obtained through the self-consistent reaction field calculations and the polarizable continuum model. The aggregation free energy of the aggregates in gas phase as well as in aqueous system shows that the 6-membered ring is the most favorable structure in both states. The relative stability of the ring structures inferred from the thermodynamic properties of the QCC is consistent with the ring distributions of the AIMD simulation. The study shows that in dilute aqueous solution of HOAc the more favorable molecular interaction is the hydrogen bonding between HOAc and H2O molecules, resulting in the separation of acetic acid from the HOAc/H2O mixtures with more difficulty than usual.  相似文献

The mechanistic details of aerobic alcohol oxidation with catalytic Pd(IiPr)(OAc)(2)(H(2)O) (IiPr = 1,3-bis(2,6-diisopropylphenyl)imidazol-2-ylidene) are disclosed. Under optimal conditions, beta-hydride elimination is rate-limiting supported by kinetic studies including a high primary kinetic isotope effect (KIE) value of 5.5 +/- 0.1 and a Hammett rho value of -0.48 +/- 0.04. On the basis of these studies, a late transition state is proposed for beta-hydride elimination, which is further corroborated by theoretical calculations using density functional theory. Additive acetic acid modulates the rates of both the alcohol oxidation sequence and regeneration of the Pd catalyst. With no additive [HOAc], turnover-limiting reprotonation of intermediate palladium peroxo is kinetically competitive with beta-hydride elimination, allowing for reversible oxygenation and decomposition of Pd(0). With additive [HOAc] (>2 mol %), reprotonation of the palladium peroxo is fast and beta-hydride elimination is the single rate-controlling step. This proposal is supported by an apparent decomposition pathway modulated by [HOAc], a change in alcohol concentration dependence, a lack of [O(2)] dependence at high [HOAc], and significant changes in the KIE values at different HOAc concentrations.  相似文献

The interactions of a weak organic acid (acetic acid, HOAc) with a toluene solution of the Co(II)-Schiff base type complex, (R,R')-N,N'-bis(3,5-di-tert-butylsalicylidene)-1,2-cyclohexane-diamino Co(II) (labeled [Co(1)]), was investigated using EPR, HYSCORE, and DFT computations. This activated [Co(II)(1)] system is extremely important within the context of asymmetric catalysts (notably the hydrolytic kinetic resolution of epoxides) despite the lack of detailed structural information about the nature of the paramagnetic species present. Under anaerobic conditions, the LS [Co(II)(1)] complex with a |yz, (2)A(2)? ground state is converted into a low-spin (LS) and a high-spin (HS) complex in the presence of the acid. The newly formed LS state is assigned to the coordinated [Co(II)(1)]-(HOAc) complex, possessing a |z(2), (2)A(1)? ground state (species A; g(x) = 2.42, g(y) = 2.28, g(z) = 2.02, A(x) = 100, A(y) = 120, A(z) = 310 MHz). The newly formed HS state is assigned to an acetate coordinated [Co(II)(1)]-(OAc(-)) complex, possessing an S = (3)/(2) spin ground state (species B, responsible for a broad EPR signal with g ≈ 4.6). These spin ground states were confirmed with DFT calculations using the hybrid BP86 and B3LYP functionals. Under aerobic conditions, the LS and HS complexes (species A and B) are not observed; instead, a new HS complex (species C) is formed. This complex is tentatively assigned to a paramagnetic superoxo bridged dimer (AcO(-))[Co(II)(1)···O(2)(-)Co(III)(1)](HOAc), as distinct from the more common diamagnetic peroxo bridged dimers. Species C is characterized by a very broad HS EPR signal (g(x) = 5.1, g(y) = 3.9, g(z) = 2.1) and is reversibly formed by oxygenation of the LS [Co(II)(1)]-(HOAc) complex to the superoxo complex [Co(III)(1)O(2)(-)](HOAc), which subsequently forms the association complex C by interaction with the HS [Co(II)(1)](OAc(-)) species. The LS and HS complexes were also identified using other organic acids (benzoic and propanoic acid). Thermal annealing-quenching experiments revealed the additional presence of [Co(III)(1)O(2)(-)](HOAc) adducts, corroborating the presence of species C and the presence of diamagnetic dimer complexes in the solution, such as the EPR silent (HOAc)[Co(III)(1)(O(2)(2-))Co(III)(1)](HOAc). Overall, it appears that a facile interconversion of the [Co(1)] complex, possessing a LS ground state, occurs in the presence of acetic acid, producing both HS and LS Co(II) states, prior to formation of the oxidized active form of the catalyst, [Co(III)(1)](OAc(-)).  相似文献

本文报道MoCl3.3H2O与乙酸作用生成三核钼簇合物H[H2O]3[Mo3O(OAc)3Cl6]的反应, 并用X射线单晶结构分析方法测定了簇合物的晶体结构, 结晶学参数. 结构分析结果表明该化合物阴离子为单氧帽等边三角形三核钼簇合阴离子, Mo-Mo平均距离2.569埃.对簇骼单元[Mo3O(μ-Cl)3Cl3]^2^+进行简正坐标分析. 从理论上对振动光谱谱带进行了归属. 10条IR谱带的观测和计算频率的平均偏差为1.15%. 本文讨论了特征谱带(包括金属键)的归属和力常数的合理性.  相似文献

The mechanism of formation of hydrates of chiral (S) 1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-3-isoquinoline (THIQM) with two water molecules has been investigated in jet-cooled condition by means of resonance-enhanced two-photon ionization and IR-UV double resonance experiments. Quantum chemical calculations reveal that only one isomer of the THIQM is involved in the THIQM-(H(2)O)(2) complex formation, in contrast with what was observed for THIQM-(H(2)O). Anharmonic vibration calculations allowed unambiguous assignment of THIQM-(H(2)O)(2) to a complex resulting from the addition of a water molecule on the most stable THIQM-(H(2)O) complex. A sequential mechanism for complex formation has been deduced from these results.  相似文献

The reaction equilibria [H(4)L](2+) + Zn(OAc)(2) right harpoon over left harpoon [Zn(H(2)L)](2+) + 2HOAc (K(1)) and [Zn(H(2)L)](2+) + Zn(OAc)(2) right harpoon over left harpoon [Zn(2)L](2+) + 2HOAc (K(2)), involving zinc acetate and the perchlorate salts of the tetraiminodiphenol macrocycles [H(4)L(1)(-)(3)](ClO(4))(2), the lateral (CH(2))(n)() chains of which vary between n = 2 and n = 4, have been studied by spectrophotometric and spectrofluorimetric titrations in acetonitrile. The photoluminescence behavior of the complexes [Zn(2)L(1)](ClO(4))(2), [Zn(2)L(2)(H(2)O)(2)](ClO(4))(2), [Zn(2)L(2)(mu-O(2)CR)](ClO(4)) (R = CH(3), C(6)H(5), p-CH(3)C(6)H(4), p-OCH(3)C(6)H(4), p-ClC(6)H(4), p-NO(2)C(6)H(4)), and [Zn(2)L(3)(mu-OAc)](ClO(4)) have been investigated. The X-ray crystal structures of the complexes [Zn(2)L(2)(H(2)O)(2)](ClO(4))(2), [Zn(2)L(3)(mu-OAc)](ClO(4)), and [Zn(2)L(2)(mu-OBz)(OBz)(H(3)O)](ClO(4)) have been determined. The complex [Zn(2)L(2)(mu-OBz)(OBz)(H(3)O)](ClO(4)) in which the coordinated water molecule is present as the hydronium ion (H(3)O(+)) on deprotonation gives rise to the neutral dibenzoate-bridged compound [Zn(2)L(2)(mu-OBz)(2)].H(2)O. The equilibrium constants (K) for the reaction [Zn(2)L(2)(H(2)O)(2)](2+) + A(-) right harpoon over left harpoon [Zn(2)L(2)A](+) + 2H(2)O (K), where A(-) = acetate, benzoate, or the carboxylate moiety of the amino acids glycine, l-alanine, l-histidine, l-valine, and l-proline, have been determined spectrofluorimetrically in aqueous solution (pH 6-7) at room temperature. The binding constants (K) evaluated for these systems vary in the range (1-8) x 10(5).  相似文献

The ring-chain tautomerism of a 2-aryl-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroquinazoline has been exploited to induce reversible changes in the aminal-imine equilibrium, as desired, by coordination of a suitable metal ion. This process was studied by NMR and UV-vis spectroscopies, X-ray crystallography, and molecular modeling approach. The results obtained show that the imine H(2)L(i) undergoes a selective ring-closing reaction upon complexation with Ni(2+). As a result, complexes of the type Ni(HL(a))(2) are obtained, whose chirality arises from the chiral ligand H(2)L(a) and the helicity of the structure. Hence, helical enantiomers form the following racemates: [Δ-C(R,R)N(S,S),Λ-C(S,S)N(R,R)]-Ni(HL(a))(2)·2HOAc and [Δ,Λ-C(S,R)N(R,S)]-Ni(HL(a))(2)·4MeOH. In contrast to the situation observed for Ni(2+), the cyclic tautomer of the ligand, H(2)L(a), undergoes a selective ring-opening reaction upon complex formation with Pd(2+), ultimately yielding Pd(HL(i))(2)·MeOH, in which the open-chain imine ligand is bidentate through the N,O donor set of the quinoline residue. Density functional theory calculations were conducted to provide insight into the different behavior of both coordinated metals (Ni(2+) and Pd(2+)) and to propose a mechanism for the metal-assisted opening/closing reaction of the tetrahydroquinazoline ring.  相似文献

We present ab initio calculations of the reaction of ground-state atomic oxygen [O((3)P)] with a propargyl (C(3)H(3)) radical based on the application of the density-functional method and the complete basis-set model. It has been predicted that the barrierless addition of O((3)P) to C(3)H(3) on the lowest doublet potential-energy surface produces several energy-rich intermediates, which undergo subsequent isomerization and decomposition steps to generate various exothermic reaction products: C(2)H(3)+CO, C(3)H(2)O+H, C(3)H(2)+OH, C(2)H(2)+CHO, C(2)H(2)O+CH, C(2)HO+CH(2), and CH(2)O+C(2)H. The respective reaction pathways are examined extensively with the aid of statistical Rice-Ramsperger-Kassel-Marcus calculations, suggesting that the primary reaction channel is the formation of propynal (CHCCHO)+H. For the minor C(3)H(2)+OH channel, which has been reported in recent gas-phase crossed-beam experiments [H. Lee et al., J. Chem. Phys. 119, 9337 (2003); 120, 2215 (2004)], a comparison on the basis of prior statistical calculations is made with the nascent rotational state distributions of the OH products to elucidate the mechanistic and dynamic characteristics at the molecular level.  相似文献

Reaction of racemic cis-Rh(2)(C(6)H(4)PPh(2))(2)(OAc)(2)(HOAc)(2) with excess Me(3)OBF(4) in CH(3)CN results in the formation of racemic cis-[Rh(2)(C(6)H(4)PPh(2))(2)(CH(3)CN)(6)](BF(4))(2).0.5H(2)O (1.0.5H(2)O), an ionic dirhodium complex which has two cisoid nonlabile orthometalated phosphine bridging anions and six labile CH(3)CN ligands in equatorial and axial positions. Reactions of 1 with tetraethylammonium salts of the linear dicarboxylates, oxalate, terephthalate, and 4,4'-biphenyl-dicarboxylate, in organic solvents, produced racemic crystals of the triangular compounds [Rh(2)(C(6)H(4)PPh(2))(2)](3)(C(2)O(4))(3)(py)(6).6MeOH.H(2)O (2.6MeOH.H(2)O), [Rh(2)(C(6)H(4)PPh(2))(2)](3)(O(2)CC(6)H(4)CO(2))(3)(DMF)(6).6.5DMF.0.5H(2)O (3.6.5DMF.0.5H(2)O), and [Rh(2)(C(6)H(4)PPh(2))(2)](3)(O(2)CC(6)H(4)C(6)H(4)CO(2))(3)(py)(6).4.5CH(3)OH.0.75H(2)O (4.4.5CH(3)OH.0.75H(2)O), respectively. All compounds are electrochemically active. The relative chiralities of the dirhodium units in each triangle have been established using a combination of data from X-ray crystallography and (31)P NMR spectroscopy.  相似文献
