对于传统精冲零件检测工艺普遍存在的人工抽检数量少、大尺寸检测困难、手工误差、复杂专用检具成本高且实时性差等所导致的综合效率低的问题,此文通过应用机器视觉、激光测距、精密数控、数据分析等技术开发了大尺寸复杂精冲零件智能测量系统,用于解决传统所检测面临的以上问题。此系统通过伺服运动控制一套由高分辨率工业相机、激光位置传感器和大理石载物台构成的三坐标检测平台,实现对大尺寸复杂精冲零件进行X-Y平面的尺寸精密测量和Z方向的高度或粗糙度精密测量。通过解析DXF图纸文件并应用改进的贪心算法来获取并优化检测路径,结合精密运动反馈拼接局部采样图像以提高机器视觉的检测精度。初步运行结果表明,系统测量600*600*8mm范围内复杂精冲件精度可达到±0.010mm。  相似文献

The rate function of the large deviation principle is proved to be deterministic, and some of its basic properties are studied. Since the pioneering works of Jakobson and Benedicks &; Carleson and others, it has been known that a positive measure set of quadratic maps admit invariant probability measures absolutely continuous with respect to Lebesgue. These measures allow one to statistically predict the asymptotic fate of Lebesgue almost every initial condition. Estimating fluctuations of empirical distributions before they settle to equilibrium requires a fairly good control over large parts of the phase space. We use the sub-exponential slow recurrence condition of Benedicks &; Carleson to build induced Markov maps of arbitrarily small scale and associated towers, to which the absolutely continuous measures can be lifted. These various lifts together enable us to obtain a control of recurrence that is sufficient to establish a level 2 large deviation principle, for the absolutely continuous measures. This result encompasses dynamics far from equilibrium, and thus significantly extends presently known local large deviations results for quadratic maps.  相似文献

基于微扰量子色动力学(pQCD)的部分子模型, 在领头阶(LO)近似下分别计算了质子-质子(p+p)碰撞, Au+Au和Cu+Cu不同对心度碰撞产生π0的强子谱和相应的核修正因子RAA. 在考虑部分子喷注能量损失(即喷注淬火)效应后的理论计算表明, 与相同质心系能量s=200GeV的p+p碰撞相比, Au+Au或Cu+Cu不同对心度碰撞产生的强子谱被压低, 被压低的程度与依赖系统大小的能量损失有强烈的关系. 系统越大, 部分子喷注的能量损失越大, 导致强子谱被压低得越多, RAA越小. 理论计算的数值结果和实验数据相符合, 说明能量损失机制的可靠性和真实性.  相似文献

The symmetric simple exclusion process is one of the simplest out-of-equilibrium systems for which the steady state is known. Its large deviation functional of the density has been computed in the past both by microscopic and macroscopic approaches. The nonperturbative vacuum structure of Quantum Chromodynamic is studied with the help of a generalization of the formalism of Green functions which corresponds to the method of Gorkov and Nambu in the theory of superconductivity. Taking into account the existence of gluon condensation the selfenergy of the gluon-quasi-particles is calculated with the help of modified rules for Feynman diagrams. The resulting integral equations for the effective field parameters contain particular solutions with an energy gap in the spectrum of the quasi-particles and a phase transition at a critical momentum.  相似文献

We obtain the large deviation functional of a density profile for the asymmetric exclusion process of L sites with open boundary conditions when the asymmetry scales like L 1 . We recover as limiting cases the expressions derived recently for the symmetric (SSEP) and the asymmetric (ASEP) cases. A pulsed gas jet of large size noble gas atomic clusters as targets for high intensity femtosecond laser pulses is reported. The jet can work for gas stagnation pressure in excess of 40 atmospheres and with a repetition rate of 10 Hz to fit 10 Hz table-top terrawatt femtosecond Ti∶Sapphire laser. The scaling law indicates that the monomer argon clusters produced in the jet can be as large as 22,000 atoms/cluster at room temperature. Preliminary experiments for argon ionic kinetic energy spectrum indicated that the argon clusters are produced in the jet.  相似文献

We consider the asymmetric exclusion process (ASEP) in one dimension on sites i=1,...,N, in contact at sites i=1 and i=N with infinite particle reservoirs at densities a and b . As a and b are varied, the typical macroscopic steady state density profile ¯(x), x[a,b], obtained in the limit N=L(ba), exhibits shocks and phase transitions. Here we derive an exact asymptotic expression for the probability of observing an arbitrary macroscopic profile , so that is the large deviation functional, a quantity similar to the free energy of equilibrium systems. We find, as in the symmetric, purely diffusive case q=1 (treated in an earlier work), that is in general a non-local functional of (x). Unlike the symmetric case, however, the asymmetric case exhibits ranges of the parameters for which is not convex and others for which has discontinuities in its second derivatives at (x)=¯(x). In the latter ranges the fluctuations of order in the density profile near ¯(x) are then non-Gaussian and cannot be calculated from the large deviation function.  相似文献

We prove the first mathematical result relating the Yang-Mills measure on a compact surface and the Yang-Mills energy. Recent data on the proton F2 structure function in the resonance region suggest that local quark-hadron duality works remarkably well for each of the low-lying resonances, including the elastic, to rather low values of Q2. We derive model-independent relations between structure functions at x approximately 1 and elastic electromagnetic form factors, and predict the x-->1 behavior of nucleon polarization asymmetries and the neutron to proton structure function ratios from available data on nucleon electric and magnetic form factors.  相似文献

Using the isospin-dependent quantum molecular dynamical model, we systematically study the role of symme- try energy with and without momentum-dependent interactions on the global nuclear stopping. We simulate the reactions by varying the total mass of the system from 80 to 394 at different beam energies from 30 to 1000 Me V/nucleon over central and semi-central geometries. The nuclear stopping is found to be sensitive towards the momentum-dependent interactions and symmetry energy at low incident energies. The momentum-dependent interactions are found to weaken the finite size effects in nuclear stopping.  相似文献

We compute the Hamiltonian and Lagrangian associated to the large deviations of the trajectory of the empirical distribution for independent Markov processes, and of the empirical measure for translation invariant interacting Markov processes. We treat both the case of jump processes (continuous-time Markov chains and interacting particle systems) as well as diffusion processes. For diffusion processes, the Lagrangian is a quadratic form of the deviation of the trajectory from the solution of the Kolmogorov forward equation. We investigate the viscosity of silicon dioxide nanofluid at different particle sizes and pH values considering nanoparticle aggregation. The experimental and simulation results indicate that nanoparticle size is of crucial importance to the viscosity of the nanofluid due to aggregation. As the nanoparticle size decreases, the viscosity becomes much more dependent on the volume fraction. Moreover, when the nanoparticle diameter is smaller than 2Ohm, the viscosity is closely related to the pH of the nanofluid, and fluctuates with pH values from 5 and 7.  相似文献

The connection between anomalous scaling of structure functions (intermittency) and numerical methods for turbulence simulations is discussed. It is argued that the computational work for direct numerical simulations (DNS) of fully developed turbulence increases as Re 4, and not as Re 3 expected from Kolmogorov’s theory, where Re is a large-scale Reynolds number. Various relations for the moments of acceleration and velocity derivatives are derived. An infinite set of exact constraints on dynamically consistent subgrid models for Large Eddy Simulations (LES) is derived from the Navier–Stokes equations, and some problems of principle associated with existing LES models are highlighted  相似文献
