为了研究热阴极表面形貌对电子发射能力的影响,使用飞秒激光微纳加工技术在光滑的热阴极表面制备不同尺寸和形状的周期性条纹结构,并使用相同的制备工艺对阴极进行除气和激活.测试结果显示:阴极表面周期性条纹结构可有效增强阴极的电子发射能力,正交双向条纹结构表面阴极的发射电流密度高于单向条纹结构表面阴极的发射电流密度,而且随条纹结构尺寸的降低,阴极的电子发射能力逐渐增强.对阴极表面形貌进行仿真,发现微尖顶端位置在强电场的作用下具有较强的电子发射能力.当阴极表面微尖底部直径与高度比值(r/h)较小时,微尖的侧面仍是阴极电子发射的主要区域,但是随着r/h减小,阴极的电子发射区域逐渐由微尖侧面发射向微尖顶端转移,场助电子发射效应成为阴极电子发射的主要组成部分.  相似文献

Samples with non‐planar surfaces present challenges for X‐ray fluorescence imaging analysis. Here, approximations are derived to describe the modulation of fluorescence signals by surface angles and topography, and suggestions are made for reducing this effect. A correction procedure is developed that is effective for trace element analysis of samples having a uniform matrix, and requires only a fluorescence map from a single detector. This procedure is applied to fluorescence maps from an incised gypsum tablet.  相似文献

提出了一种基于谱域相位分辨光学相干层析的纳米级表面形貌成像方法,由干涉光谱计算样品相邻两点的相位差,得到样品表面相位差分图,经过积分,重建样品表面形貌的定量分布.当相邻两点相位差的绝对值小于π,不产生相位包裹,避免了目前的干涉法相位解包裹存在的问题,将干涉法相邻两点相位差绝对值的限制条件由目前的π扩大到2π,提高了干涉法表面形貌成像的适用范围.参考面和样品置于同一平台之上,消除环境干扰及系统振动的影响,噪声幅度小于0.3 nm.通过对光学分辨率片及表面粗糙度标准样板的表面形貌成像,对本方法进行了验证,系统的轴向分辨率优于1 nm.  相似文献

本文利用磁控溅射的方法制备了L1_0-CoPt薄膜,研究了不同退火条件对薄膜结构、磁性以及表面形貌的影响.通过优化退火温度、保温时间以及升温速率,制备出了具有大矫顽力、高矩形比、粗糙度小的垂直各向异性L1_0-CoPt薄膜.实验发现,较高的退火温度有利于克服CoPt薄膜有序化转变所需要的能量,同时适当延长退火时间可以提高CoPt薄膜的扩散系数,从而促使无序相fcc转化为L1_0有序相fct结构.此外,退火过程中减缓升温速率可以有效减小薄膜粗糙度,从而形成平整连续膜.  相似文献

采用直流磁控溅射加负偏压的方法制备了Ti膜,研究了不同偏压条件对Ti膜沉积速率、密度、生长方式及表面形貌的影响。随着偏压逐渐增大,Ti膜沉积速率分三个阶段变化:0~ -40 V之间沉积速率基本不变; -40~ -80 V之间沉积速率迅速降低;超过-80 V后沉积速率随偏压的下降速度又放缓。Ti膜密度随偏压增加而增大,负偏压为-119.1 V时开始饱和并趋于块体Ti材密度。加负偏压能够抑制Ti膜的柱状生长方式;偏压可以改善Ti膜的表面形貌,对于40 W和100 W的溅射功率,负偏压分别在-100 V和-80 V左右时制备出表面光洁性能较佳的Ti膜。  相似文献

Scattered light from a surface contains a huge amount of information including surface slope, roughness, pattern, texture, etc. In this paper, the relationship between the intensity distribution of scattered light from a surface and the 3D surface topography will be investigated. From the geometrical point of view the intensity distribution of scattered light from a surface may be modelled with three components, the specular spike, specular lobe and diffuse lobe. In the situation when light is scattered from a relatively smooth surface whose roughness is much larger than the wavelength of the incident light, the scattered light intensity distribution will consist of only a diffuse lobe and a specular lobe, which are well described by a combination of the Lambertian and Torrance–Sparrow geometrical models. Based on the light scattering phenomenon, in this paper a scanning method capable of measuring the 3D surface topography with 500 mm scanning width, high scanning speed, and micron resolution is presented. The 3D topography measurement is implemented by using a linear photodiode array to measure scattered light intensity distribution at different angles against the surface normal. Then the specular lobe of the scattered light will be extracted at each scanning point to calculate the surface normal distribution. Sequentially, the 3D surface topography is obtained by using gradient integration techniques.  相似文献

针对采用单点金刚石超精加工的KDP晶体光学表面,研究了切削参数对微观形貌频率特征的影响。通过功率谱密度获得表面轮廓频率分布,并用连续小波重构加工过程中随切削用量变化的微观轮廓频率特征。结果表明:切削参数对微观形貌的影响具体表现在实际频率特征上,中频特征波长及幅值反映了切深及转速变化,随切深及转速增加,幅值变大;低频特征反映了进给量变化,随着进给量变小,频率及幅值变小;高频特征是加工过程中振动及材料各向异性的具体表现。  相似文献

This paper aims at investigation of the effect of asphaltene structure on wettability and topography alteration of a glass surface as a result of asphaltene precipitation. In order to provide a better insight into the topography alteration, a bi-fractal approach was employed. Such an approach is capable of discriminating topography alteration in two different surface types, namely, macro-asperities and micro-asperities. The observed variation of the fractal dimension in the two surface types could be considered as the consequence of different asphaltene sources. Therefore, the structure of different asphaltene sources was carefully examined. The effect of asphaltene structure is more pronounced for asphaltene precipitation at higher pressure. It was revealed that asphaltene particles of high complexity and with larger poly-aromatic rings tend to be detached easier at higher pressure than those with smaller poly-aromatic rings. Another evidence to emphasize the significance of asphaltene structure was given through wettability alteration. It was found that asphaltene particles with larger poly-aromatic rings turn the surface less oil wet at higher pressure. It seems that the difference in wetting condition and surface topography alteration of different asphaltene sources roots in their different structures.  相似文献

可控地构造具有一定功能的表面人工低维结构,并且总结、理解体系微观结构对其宏观性质影响的一般规律,不仅对探索低维基本物理以及其中的新奇量子现象至关重要,更是微电子工业保持持续发展的关键前提.这方面的研究包括发展新的生长技术实现对体系形成过程的精确控制,对获得的材料做高分辨率的表征;从理论上则要理解体系的生长过程,阐明热力学、动力学的作用机理,从而指导制备技术的发展.深入研究表面人工低维结构的性质更可能导致新物理现象与原理的发现,产生全新的器件概念,进一步反馈给体系功能的设计,推动基础研究与应用探索的发展.文章简要介绍了表面物理国家重点实验室近年来在表面人工低维结构的功能设计与构造方面的研究成果  相似文献

Bubble coalescence and breakup play important roles in physical-chemical processes and bubbles are treated in two groups in the interfacial area transport equation (IATE). This paper presents a review of IATE for bubble coalescence and breakup to model five bubble interaction mechanisms: bubble coalescence due to random collision, bubble coalescence due to wake entrainment, bubble breakup due to turbulent impact, bubble breakup due to shearing-off, and bubble breakup due to surface instability. In bubble coalescence, bubble size, velocity and collision frequency are dominant. In bubble breakup, the influence of viscous shear, shearing-off, and surface instability are neglected, and their corresponding theory and modelling are rare in the literature. Furthermore, combining turbulent kinetic energy and inertial force together is the best choice for the bubble breakup criterion. The reviewed one-group constitutive models include the one developed by Wu et al., Ishii and Kim, Hibiki and Ishii, Yao and Morel, and Nguyen et al. To extend the IATE prediction capability beyond bubbly flow, two-group IATE is needed and its performance is strongly dependent on the channel size and geometry. Therefore, constitutive models for two-group IATE in a three-type channel (i.e., narrow confined channel, round pipe and relatively larger pipe) are summarized. Although great progress in extending the IATE beyond churn-turbulent flow to churn-annual flow was made, there are still some issues in their modelling and experiments due to the highly distorted interface measurement. Regarded as the challenges to be addressed in the further study, some limitations of IATE general applicability and the directions for future development are highlighted.  相似文献

电弧增材成形常采用单道多层或多道搭接的熔积方式,不同的熔积方式下对应的熔积层表面形貌不同,从而影响电弧的形态及其传热传质过程.本文建立了纯氩保护电弧增材成形的电弧磁流体动力学三维数值模型,以及不同表面形貌的熔积层模型,并在保持阳极与阴极之间距离和熔积电流不变的条件下,通过模拟计算获得增材成形特有的单道和多道搭接熔积条件下的不同表面形貌对应的电弧形态以及相应的温度场、流场、电流密度、电磁力、电弧压力分布.数值模拟结果表明:平面基板上起弧情况下电弧中心具有较高的温度、速度、电流密度以及压强;单道多层熔积情况下熔积层数对电弧的各个参量影响较小;多道搭接熔积情况下电弧呈非对称分布,电弧中心温度较前两者低,电流密度、电磁力和电弧压强的分布偏向熔积层一侧.  相似文献

As the main distribution place of deep-level defects and the entrance of water, the interface is critical to determining both the power conversion efficiency (PCE) and the stability of perovskite solar cells (PSCs). Suitable interface design can dramatically passivate interface defects and optimize energy level alignment for suppressing the nonradiative recombination and effectively extracting the photogenerated carriers towards higher PCE. Meanwhile, a proper interface design can also block the interface diffusion of ions for high operational stability. Therefore, interface modification is of great significance to make the PSCs more efficient and stable. Upon optimized material choices, the three-dimensional halide perovskite graded junction layer, low-dimensional halide perovskite interface layer and organic salt passivation layer have been constructed on perovskite films for superior PSCs, yet a systematic review of them is missing. Thus, a guide and summary of recent advances in modulating the perovskite films interface is necessary for the further development of more efficient interface modification.  相似文献

Abaca fibers show tremendous potential as reinforcing components in composite materials. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of abaca fiber content on physical, mechanical and tribological properties of abaca fiber reinforced friction composites. The friction composites were fabricated by a compression molder and investigated using a friction test machine. The experiment results show that surface treatment of abaca fibers could improve the mechanical properties of abaca fiber and interface bonding strength of the abaca fiber and composite matrix. Density of friction composites decreased with the increasing of abaca fiber content (0 wt%–4 wt%). The different content of abaca fibers had less effect on hardness of specimens, whereas large of impact strength. The specimen F3 with 3 wt% abaca fibers had the lowest wear rate and possessed the best wear resistance, followed by specimen F4 with 4 wt% abaca fibers. The worn surface morphologies were observed using the Scanning Electron Microscopy for study the tribological behavior and wear mechanism. The results show that a large amount of secondary contact plateaus presented on the worn surface of specimen F3 which had relatively smooth worn surface.  相似文献

Summary Jellium metal surface properties such as the surface dipole barrier and work function are studied in the linear potential approximation to the effective potential at the surface. The metal surface position and field strength are determined respectively by the requirement of overall charge neutrality and the constraintst on the electrostatic potential by the Budd-Vannimenus theorem. The calculations are primarily analytic and these properties are given in terms of the universal function of the field strength. The results obtained employing the Ceperley-Alder expression for the correlation energy closely approximate those of Lang and Kohn.  相似文献

运用光学传输矩阵和有限元方法对波长可调谐垂直腔面发射激光器(VCSELs)的波长调谐范围进行了研究.对中心波长为980nm的可调谐VCSELs的波长调谐特性和微电子机械系统(MEMS)悬臂梁结构进行了设计,并进行了实验研究.结果表明,MEMS可调谐VCSELs调谐特性同时受到光波谐振腔结构和悬臂梁最大位移的共同影响.在悬臂梁几何尺寸和激光器有源区结构一定的条件下,通过优化可调谐VCSELs的牺牲层厚度可实现大范围波长调谐.同时,对可调谐VCSELs整体结构进行了设计,计算结果显示波长调谐范围达到30nm以 关键词: 悬臂梁 可调谐垂直腔面发射激光器  相似文献

为了探究液体表面波的波动规律,提出了一种基于激光衍射的探测方法.未扩束的激光束直接斜入射到波动液面,液面波动的强度由电磁式激发器控制、频率由信号发生器控制,用CCD采集光衍射图样并传送到计算机中实时处理.根据波动光学理论,给出了衍射光场和液体表面波之间的解析关系,发现实验现象和理论分析吻合.实验结果表明:该方法具有实时、准确、无损的特点.  相似文献

The structure of equilibrium density profiles in an electrolyte in the vicinity of an interface with an insulating or conductive medium is of crucial importance in chemical physics and colloidal science. The Coulomb interaction is responsible for screening effects, and in dilute solutions the latter effects give rise to universal leading corrections to nonideality, which distinguish electrolyte from nonelectrolyte solutions. An example is provided by the excess surface tension for an air-water interface, which is determined by the excess particle density, and which was first calculated by Onsager and Samaras. Because of the discrepancy between the dielectric constants on both sides of the interface, every charge in the electrolyte interacts with an electrostatic image, and the Boltzmann factor associated with the corresponding self-energy has an essential singularity over the length scalel from the wall. Besides Coulomb interactions, short-range repulsions must be taken into account in order to prevent the collapse between charges with opposite signs or between each charge and its image when the solvent dielectric constant is lower than that of the continuous medium on the other side of the interface. For a dilute and weaklycoupled electrolyte,l is negligible with respect to the bulk Debye screening length ξD. In the framework of the grand-canonical ensemble, systematic partial resummations in Mayer diagrammatics allow one to exhibit that, in this regime, the exact density profiles at leading order are the same as if they were calculated in a partially-linearized mean-field theory, where the screened pair interaction obeys an inhomogeneous Debye equation. In the latter equation the effective screening length depends on the distancex from the interface: it varies very fast over the lengthl and tends to its bulk value over a few ξDs. The equation can be solved iteratively at any distancex, and the exact density profiles are calculated analytically up to first order in the coupling parameter l/ξD. They show the interplay between three effects: (1) the geometric repulsion from the interface associated with the deformation of screening clouds, (2) the polarization effects described by the images on the other side of the interface, (3) the interaction between each charge and the potential drop created by the electric layer which appears as soon as the fluid has not a charge-symmetric composition. Moreover, the expressions allow us to go beyond Onsager-Samaras theory: the surface tension is calculated for charge-asymmetric electrolytes and for any value of the ratio between the dielectric constants on both sides of the interface. Similar diagrammatic techniques also allow one to investigate the charge renormalization in the dipolar effective pair interaction along the interface with an insulating medium.  相似文献

The multipulse interaction of ultraviolet femtosecond laser pulses with silicon and generation of surface structures in a large area spot (?1 mm2) has been studied. The evolution of multiscale structures at the constant fluence strongly depends on the number of pulses, N. For N < 200, the “carpet-like” pattern of nano-, and micro-spikes is generated by the bubble explosion in a thin surface foam layer. The accumulation of bubbles and their explosion due to repetition of laser pulses cause damped membrane-like oscillations of the silicon surface. For 200 ≤ N, bifurcation of surface morphology takes place: (i) the surface tension waves of the wavelength ∼200 μm appear in the peripheral region of the spot. Generated by the surface thermal gradient in the liquid foam layer, they spread from the hot centerline towards the periphery of the spot. The change of their wavelength with propagation distance indicates onset of the Eckhaus instability caused by the phase modulation in multipulse interaction. (ii) Deep caverns appear in a highly superheated silicon layer in the central region of the spot due to the fast gas-liquid phase separation and the fragmentation process.  相似文献
