This paper deals with the hierarchical control of the wave equation. We use Stackelberg–Nash strategies. As usual, we consider one leader and two followers. To each leader we associate a Nash equilibrium corresponding to a bi-objective optimal control problem; then, we look for a leader that solves an exact controllability problem. The aim of this paper is to tackle the self-propelling at low Reynolds number by using tools coming from control theory. More precisely we first address the controllability problem: “Given two arbitrary positions, does it exist “controls” such that the body can swim from one position to another, with null initial and final deformations?”. We consider a spherical object surrounded by a viscous incompressible fluid filling the remaining part of the three dimensional space. The object is undergoing radial and axi-symmetric deformations in order to propel itself in the fluid. Since we assume that the motion takes place at low Reynolds number, the fluid is governed by the Stokes equations. In this case, the governing equations can be reduced to a finite dimensional control system. By combining perturbation arguments and Lie brackets computations, we establish the controllability property. Finally we study the time optimal control problem for a simplified system. We derive the necessary optimality conditions by using the Pontryagin maximum principle. In several particular cases we are able to compute the explicit form of the time optimal control and to investigate the variation of optimal solutions with respect to the number of inputs.  相似文献

The present paper studies an optimal control problem governed by measure driven differential systems and in presence of state constraints. The first result shows that using the graph completion of the measure, the optimal solutions can be obtained by solving a reparametrized control problem of absolutely continuous trajectories but with time-dependent state-constraints. The second result shows that it is possible to characterize the epigraph of the reparametrized value function by a Hamilton-Jacobi equation without assuming any controllability assumption.  相似文献

本文讨论了经有限元方法处理后的弹性结构系统的可控、可观测、镇定等问题.所得的结论与用分布参量系统模型所得的结论一致,但却便于用计算机计算且方法简单.在一、中研究了系统的可控与可观测的问题,给出了易于用计算机判别的条件.在二、中对于采用线性反馈镇定弹性体的问题进行了仔细的讨论,指出对弹性结构系统而言,若系统完全可控仅用位移反馈可以任意配置振动频率但却无法镇定系统,而仅用速度反馈虽可以进行镇定但镇定能力是有限的,对于在系统运动方程中包含刚体运动成分的情形也作了研究.在三、中对梁的控制问题用有限元进行了处理,指出直梁作为一个系统可以分解为拉压、扭转和两个方向弯曲这四个互不关联的子系统,它们的可控与可观测问题可以分别进行讨论.最后对折线型刚架的可控与可观测的问题也作了探讨.  相似文献

We study deterministic discounted optimal control problems associated with discrete-time systems. It is shown that, for small discount rates, the controllability properties of the underlying system can guarantee the convergence of the discounted value function to the value function of the average yield. An application in the theory of exponential growth rates of discrete inclusions is presented. This application motivates the analysis of infinite-horizon optimal control problems with running yields that are unbounded from below.  相似文献

In this paper we consider compressible barotropic Navier–Stokes equations in one and two dimensions linearized around a constant steady state with Dirichlet boundary conditions. We explore the controllability of this linearized system using a control only for the velocity equation. We prove that the system with homogeneous Dirichlet boundary conditions, is approximately controllable by a localized interior control when time is sufficiently large.  相似文献

The problem of optimal fixed-time controllability to zero for an ordinary differential equation is investigated. We were inspired by the papers Lopez-Ramirez et al. (2018) and Polyakov (2012). We assume that our system is finite time stable. The initial conditions of trajectories we treat as control. We want to maximize the time when the trajectory starting at initial condition terminates at zero. We continue the control approach to stability from Polyakov (2012) to construct sufficient optimality conditions for the fixed-time stability in terms of the optimal control theory and find closed-loop control (feedback control) to steer the trajectory to zero.  相似文献

We study a Stackelberg strategy subject to the evolutionary linearized micropolar fluids equations, considering a Nash multi-objective equilibrium (non necessarily cooperative) for the “follower players” (as is called in the economy field) and an optimal problem for the leader player with approximate controllability objective. We will obtain the following three main results: the existence and uniqueness of Nash equilibrium and its characterization, the approximate controllability of the linearized micropolar system with respect to the leader control, and the existence and uniqueness of the Stackelberg–Nash problem, where the optimality system for the leader is given.  相似文献

In this paper we deal with the viscous Burgers equation. We study the exact controllability properties of this equation with general initial condition when the boundary control is acting at both endpoints of the interval. In a first result, we prove that the global exact null controllability does not hold for small time. In this paper, we consider the wave equation with both viscous Kelvin–Voigt and frictional damping as a model of viscoelasticity in which we incorporate an internal control with a moving support. We prove the null controllability when the control region, driven by the flow of an ODE, covers all the domain. The proof is based upon the interpretation of the system as, roughly, the coupling of a heat equation with an ordinary differential equation (ODE). The presence of the ODE for which there is no propagation along the space variable makes the controllability of the system impossible when the control is confined into a subset in space that does not move. The null controllability of the system with a moving control is established in using the observability of the adjoint system and some Carleman estimates for a coupled system of a parabolic equation and an ODE with the same singular weight, adapted to the geometry of the moving support of the control. This extends to the multi-dimensional case the results by P. Martin et al. in the one-dimensional case, employing 1-d Fourier analysis techniques.  相似文献

Our main interest in this paper is the resolution of the problem of controllability of interconnected nonlinear delay systems in function space, from which hopefully the existence of an optimal control law can be deduced later. We insist that each subsystem be controlled by its own variables while taking into account the interacting effects. This is the recent basic insight of [13] on ordinary differential systems. Controllability is deduced for the composite system from the assumption of controllability of each free subsystem and a growth condition of the interconnecting structure. Conditions for a free system’s controllability are given. One application is presented. The insight it provides for the growth of global economy has important policy implications.  相似文献

We consider the problem of partial controllability for an evolution equation with a quadratic nonlinearity, in which one should provide, at a given time, a given projection of the solution onto some finite-dimensional subspace by using the action of external forces that belong to one and the same subspace at each time. On the basis of estimates for the solution of a subdifferential Cauchy problem for a system of Navier-Stokes type, we prove the controllability and the existence of a control with minimum norm. We consider applications to the Navier-Stokes equations of a viscous incompressible fluid and a heat convection model.  相似文献

We propose a method for constructing an optimal control of a linear system in a variational problem with fixed time for the control process, fixed endpoints of the phase trajectory, and a quadratic functional. The method is based on the use of first integrals of the equations of unperturbed motion. We obtain sufficient conditions for complete controllability of the linear nonstationary system.  相似文献

The article concerns output controllability and optimal output control of positive fractional order discrete linear systems with multiple delays in state, input and output. Necessary and sufficient conditions for output reachability (output controllability from zero initial conditions) and null output controllability (output controllability to zero final output) are given and proven. We also prove that the positive system is output controllable if it is output reachable and null output controllable with the output reachability index is equal or less than the null output controllability index. Sufficient conditions for the solvability of the optimal output control problem are given. Numerical examples are presented to illustrate the theoretical results.  相似文献

We consider a nonrelativistic charged particle in a 1-D box of potential. This quantum system is subject to a control, which is a uniform electric field. It is represented by a complex probability amplitude solution of a Schrödinger equation. We prove the local controllability of this nonlinear system around the ground state. Our proof uses the return method, a Nash–Moser implicit function theorem and moment theory.  相似文献
