Complexes of ZnII salts with 4,4′-bipyridine-N,N′-dioxide (bpdo) have been prepared by solvathermal and solvent layering methods. Three complexes were obtained from ZnBr2: 1 is a 2D coordination polymer [Zn2Br4(bpdo)2]n, (2) a discrete trimetallic molecule [Zn3Br6(H2O)2(bpdo)4] and 3 a salt [ZnBr4][Zn(H2O)5(bpdo)]. Complexes 2 and 3 contain ZnII ions in both octahedral and tetrahedral coordination geometry. While in 2, these are covalently linked by bridging bpdo ligands forming zwitterionic trimetallic molecules, in 3 there is complete charge separation into [ZnBr4]2− anions and [Zn(H2O)5(bpdo)]2+ cations. When Zn(NCS)2 is used as starting material, a 1D coordination polymer [Zn(H2O)2 (bpdo)(NCS)2]n is obtained.  相似文献

The use of succinamic acid (H2sucm) in CuII/N,N′,N″-donor [2,2′:6′,2″-terpyridine (terpy), 2,6-bis(3,5-dimethylpyrazol-1-yl)pyridine (dmbppy)] reaction mixtures yielded compounds [Cu(Hsucm)(terpy)]n(ClO4)n (1), [Cu(Hsucm)(terpy)(MeOH)](ClO4) (2), [Cu2(Hsucm)2(terpy)2](ClO4)2 (3), [Cu(ClO4)2(terpy)(MeOH)] (4), [Cu(Hsucm)(dmbppy)]n(NO3)n·3nH2O (5.3nH2O), and [CuCl2(dmbppy)]·H2O (6·H2O). The succinamate(−1) ligand exists in four different coordination modes in the structures of 13 and 5, i.e., the μ2OO′:κO″ in 1 and 5 which involves asymmetric chelating coordination of the carboxylato group and ligation of the amide O-atom leading to 1D coordination polymers, the μ22OO′ in 3 which involves asymmetric chelating and bridging coordination of the carboxylato group, and the asymmetric chelating mode in 2. The primary amide group, either coordinated in 1 and 5, or uncoordinated in 2 and 3, participate in hydrogen bonding interactions, leading to interesting crystal structures. Characteristic IR bands of the complexes are discussed in terms of the known structures and the coordination modes of the Hsucm ligands. The thermal decomposition of complex 5·3nH2O was monitored by TG/DTG and DTA measurements.  相似文献

Four coordination polymers, [Zn(pda)(bpy)(H2O)]n·nH2O (1), [Cd(pda)(prz)(H2O)]n (2), [Co3(μ3-OH)2(pda)2(pyz)]n·2nH2O (3) and [Pr2(pda)3(H2O)2]n (4) (H2pda=1,3-phenylendiacetic acid, bpy=4,4′-bipyridine, prz=piperazine and pyz=pyrazine) have been hydrothermally synthesized and characterized. Complex 1 is a 1D wheel-like chain structure, which is further extended into a 3D metal-organic supramolecular framework by H-bonds and π-π stacking interactions. Complex 2 is a 1D ladder-like chain structure, which is also further extended into a 3D metal-organic supramolecular framework by H-bonds. Complex 3 possess a 2D sheet structure with infrequent two pairs of double-helix chains. Complex 4 features a 3D structure. Both 1 and 2 display strong blue fluorescent emission at room temperature. Magnetic susceptibility measurements of complexes 3 and 4 exhibit antiferromagnetic interactions between the nearest metal ions, with C=9.99 and 3.43 cm3 mol−1 K, and θ=−23.9 and −46.3 K, respectively.  相似文献

Five two-dimensional divalent cobalt coordination polymers containing 4,4′-bipyridine (bpy) and substituted or unsubstituted glutarate ligands have been prepared hydrothermally and structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. [Co(mg)(bpy)]n (1, mg=3-methylglutarate) forms a (4,4) rhomboid grid structure based on the connection of {Co2(CO2)2} dimeric units. Using the more sterically encumbered ligands 3,3-dimethylglutarate (dmg) and 3-ethyl, 3-methylglutarate (emg) generated {[Co(dmg)(bpy)(H2O)]·2H2O}n (2) and {[Co(emg)(bpy)(H2O)]·H2O}n (3), respectively. These complexes manifest {Co(CO2)}n chains linked into 2-D by aliphatic dicarboxylate and bpy ligands. The “tied-back” substituted glutarate ligand 1,1-cyclopentanediacetate (cda) afforded [Co(cda)(bpy)]n (4), and the unsubstituted glutarate (glu) generated [Co(glu)(bpy)]n (5), both of which exhibit a topology similar to that of 1. The magnetic properties of complexes 1-4 were analyzed successfully with a recently developed phenomenological chain model accounting for both magnetic coupling (J) and zero-field splitting effects (D), even though 1 and 4 contain isolated, discrete {Co2(CO2)2} dimers. The D parameter in this series varied between 21.8(8) and 48.0(9) cm−1. However weak antiferromagnetic coupling was observed in 1 (J=-2.43(4) cm−1) and 4 (J=−0.89(2) cm−1), while weak ferromagnetic coupling appears to be operative in both 2 (J=0.324(5) cm−1) and 3 (J=0.24(1) cm−1).  相似文献

The set of starting tri-, di- and monoorganotin(IV) halides containing N,C,N-chelating ligand (LNCN = {1,3-[(CH3)2NCH2]2C6H3}) has been prepared (1-5) and two compounds structurally characterized ([LNCNPh2Sn]+I3 (1c), LNCNSnBr3 (5)) in the solid state. These compounds were reacted with KF with 18-crown-6, NH4F or LCNnBu2SnF to give derivatives containing fluorine atom(s). Triorganotin(IV) fluorides LNCNMe2SnF (2a) and LNCNnBu2SnF (3a) revealed monomeric structural arrangement with covalent Sn-F bond both in the coordinating and non-coordinating solvents, except the behaviour of 3a that was ionized in the methanol solution at low temperature. The products of fluorination of LNCNSnPhCl2 (4) and 5 were described by NMR in solution as the ionic hypervalent fluorostannates or the oligomeric species reacting with chloroform, methanol or moisture to zwitterionic monomeric stannate LNCN(H)+SnF4 (5c), which was confirmed by XRD analysis in the solid state.  相似文献

The syntheses and characterization of novel ruthenium(II) complexes containing bis(3,5-dimethylpyrazol-1-yl)acetato (bdmpza), a new class of scorpionate ligands, are reported herein. [RuCl(bdmpza)(η4-1,5-cyclooctadiene)] (1) was found to be a versatile precursor to synthesize a wide range of new ruthenium(II) complexes with the bdmpza ligand. The treatment of 1 with pyridine (py), diphenylphosphinoethane (dppe), 2,2′-bipyridyl (bpy), 1,10-phenanethroline (phen), or bispicolylamine (Hbpica) in refluxing N,N-dimethylformamide resulted in displacement of the 1,5-cyclooctadiene ligand to afford [RuCl(bdmpza)(py)2] (2), [RuCl(bdmpza)(dppe)] (3), [RuCl(bdmpza)(bpy)] (4), [RuCl(bdmpza)(phen)] (5), and [Ru(bdmpza)(Hbpica)]Cl (6Cl) in good yields, respectively. The structures of 14, and 6 were determined by X-ray structure analyses.  相似文献

To explore the possibility of obtaining the metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) bearing the bsgluH2 ligand, two new Cd(II) and one Cu(II) coordination polymers, [Cd(bsglu)(bipy)]n (1), [Cd(bsglu)·(H2O)]n (2) and {[Cu2(bsglu)2(bipy)2]·4H2O}n (3) (bsglu=N-benzesulfonyl-glutamic acid bianion, bipy=2,2′-bipyridine) were synthesized and characterized by IR, elemental analysis and X-ray diffraction analysis. Compounds 1 and 3 exhibit one-dimensional coordination chains, which are further connected to form two-dimensional supramolecular networks through π-π aromatic stacking interactions in a novel zipper-like way. Compound 2 presents a two-dimensional layer structure. To the best of our knowledge, 2 is the first two-dimensional complex formed from transition metal and bsgluH2 ligand. Interestingly, the bsglu anion exhibits remarkable versatile coordination modes in these complexes. Fluorescent analyses show that 1 exhibits photoluminescence in the solid state. Magnetic measurements for 3 revealed that the Cu(II) chain exhibit a weak antiferromagnetic behavior with a J value of −0.606 cm−1.  相似文献

Novel condensation reaction of tropone with N-substituted and N,N′-disubstitued barbituric acids in Ac2O afforded 5-(cyclohepta-2′,4′,6′-trienylidene)pyrimidine-2(1H),4(3H),6(5H)-trione derivatives (8a-f) in moderate to good yields. The 13C NMR spectral study of 8a-f revealed that the contribution of zwitterionic resonance structures is less important as compared with that of 8,8-dicyanoheptafulvene. The rotational barriers (ΔG) around the exocyclic double bond of mono-substituted derivatives 8a-c were obtained to be 14.51-15.03 kcal mol−1 by the variable temperature 1H NMR measurements. The electrochemical properties of 8a-f were also studied by CV measurement. Upon treatment with DDQ, 8a-c underwent oxidative cyclization to give two products, 7 and 9-substituted cyclohepta[b]pyrimido[5,4-d]furan-8(7H),10(9H)-dionylium tetrafluoroborates (11a-c·BF4 and 12a-c·BF4) in various ratios, while that of disubstituted derivatives 8d-f afforded 7,9-disubstituted cyclohepta[b]pyrimido[5,4-d]furan-8(7H),10(9H)-dionylium tetrafluoroborate (11d-f·BF4) in good yields. Similarly, preparation of known 5-(1′-oxocycloheptatrien-2′-yl)-pyrimidine-2(1H),4(3H),6(5H)-trione derivatives (14a-d) and novel derivatives 14e,f was carried out. Treatment of 14a-c with aq. HBF4/Ac2O afforded two kinds of novel products 11a-c·BF4 and 12a,c·BF4 in various ratios, respectively, while that of 14d-f afforded 11d-f. The product ratios of 11a-c·BF4 and 12a-c·BF4 observed in two kinds of cyclization reactions were rationalized on the basis of MO calculations of model compounds 20a and 21a. The spectroscopic and electrochemical properties of 11a-f·BF4 and 12a-c·BF4 were studied, and structural characterization of 11c·BF4 based on the X-ray crystal analysis and MO calculation was also performed.  相似文献

Solvothermal reactions of the flexible ligand 1,6-Bi(benzotriazole)hexane with CuI and KI or CuBr and KBr in ethanol generate two hybrid compounds, namely, {(HETA)[(Cu6I7)(ETA)2]}n(1) and {K(Cu6Br7)(BBTH)}n(2) (ETA=N-ethylbenzotriazole, HETA=protonated N-ethylbenzotriazole, BBTH=1,6-bi(benzotriazole)hexane). In 1, two [Cu3I4] vertex missing cubane-like subunits link each other by sharing one I atom to give a [Cu6I7] cluster, which further form novel 1D [Cu6I7]nn anionic chain. Two in-situ generated ETA ligands finished the 4-coordinated environments of copper centers and another one discrete protonated ETA ligand keeps the charge neutrality for 1. In complex 2, bowl-shaped [Cu5Br4] clusters and rhomboid [Cu2Br2] dimers link each other to generate a [Cu6Br7]nn 1D chain. BBTH ligands complete the tetrahedral spheres of Cu(I), and 7-coordinated K atoms further extend the 1D chain motifs to a 2D hybrid layer of 2. The UV-vis diffuse reflectance spectrum and luminescence measurements show that compound 1 and 2 both are potential semiconductor and photoluminescence materials.  相似文献

Two novel interesting d10 metal coordination polymers, [Zn(H2bibzim)(BDC)]n (1) and [Cd(H2bibzim)(BDC)]n (2) [H2bibzim=2,2′-bibenzimidazole, BDC=1,4-benzenedicarboxylate] have been synthesized under solvothermal conditions and structurally characterized. Both 1 and 2 are constructed from infinite neutral zigzag-like one-dimensional (1D) chains. The π-π interactions and interchain hydrogen-bonding interactions further extend the 1D arrangement to generate a 3D supramolecular architecture for 1 and 2. Both complexes have high thermal stability and display strong blue fluorescent emissions in the solid state upon photo-excitation at 365 nm at room temperature. They are the first two examples that 2,2′-bibenzimidazole has been introduced into the d10 coordination polymeric framework.  相似文献

Uracil-annulated heteroazulenes, 6-substituted 7,9-dimethylcyclohepta[b]pyrimido[5,4-d]pyrrole-8(7H),10(9H)-dionylium tetrafluoroborates 7a,b·BF4, which are the isoelectronic compounds of 5-dezazaflavin, were synthesized. X-Ray crystal analysis and MO calculations were carried out to clarify the structural characteristics of 7a,b·BF4. The stability of cations 7a,b is expressed by the pKR+ values which were determined spectrophotometrically to be 10.9 and 11.2, respectively. The electrochemical reduction of 7a,b exhibited high reduction potentials at −0.84 and −0.87 (V vs Ag/AgNO3) upon cyclic voltammetry (CV). A good linear correlation between the pKR+ values and reduction potentials (E1red) of 7a,b·BF4 and reference compounds 4·BF4 and 5·BF4 was obtained. In a search of the reactivity, reactions of 7a,b·BF4 with some nucleophiles, hydride and diethylamine, were carried out to clarify that the introduction of nucleophiles to give regio-isomers is dependent on the nucleophile. The photo-induced oxidation reactions of 7a,b·BF4 toward some alcohols under aerobic conditions were carried out to give the corresponding carbonyl compounds in more than 100% yield [based on compounds 7a,b·BF4], suggesting the oxidizing function of 7a,b·BF4 toward alcohols in the autorecycling process.  相似文献

Four new complexes, {[M(NAIP)(H2O)4]·2H2O}n (M = Co (1), M = Mn (2)), {[Zn(NAIP)]·0.5H2O}n (3) and {Cd(NAIP)(H2O)2]·1.5H2O}n (4) [H2NAIP = 5-(nicotinamido)-isophthalic acid] have been prepared and structurally characterized. The ligand NAIP2− exhibits different coordination modes and leads to the formation of various architectures. Complexes 1 and 2 show a one-dimensional (1D) zigzag chain, where hydrogen-bonding interactions further link these chains to a three dimensional (3D) supramolecular structure. For complex 3, a 3D coordination network with a four-coordinated Zn(II) and NAIP2− as a SBU was observed. Complex 4 presents a three-connected 2-fold interpenetrated 3D network with a (10, 3)-b net topology. Their luminescent and magnetic properties have been investigated in the solid state.  相似文献

Two new diamagnetic, mononuclear and aminated porphyrin complexes of O,O-trans-Cd (3-trans) and O,S-cis-Cd (4-cis) have been synthesized and characterized by 1H, 13C NMR spectroscopy. The crystal structures of (acetato)(N-2-furancarboxamido-meso-tetraphenylporphyrinato)cadmium(II) [Cd(N-NHCO-2-C4H3O-tpp)(OAc); 3-trans] and (acetato)(N-2-thiophenecarboxamido-meso-tetraphenylporphyrinato)cadmium(II) [Cd(N-NHCO-2-C4H3S-tpp)(OAc); 4-cis] were determined. The coordination sphere around Cd2+ is a distorted square-based pyramid in which the apical site is occupied by a bidentate chelating OAc group for 3-trans and 4-cis. The plane of three pyrrole nitrogen atoms [i.e., N(1), N(2), N(4) for 3-trans and N(1), N(2), N(3) for 4-cis] strongly bonded to Cd2+ is adopted as a reference plane 3N. The N(3) and N(4) pyrrole rings bearing the 2-furancarboxamido (Fr) and 2-thiophenecarboxamido groups in 3-trans and 4-cis, respectively, deviate mostly from the 3N plane, thus orienting separately with a dihedral angle of 33.4° and of 31.0°. In 3-trans, Cd2+ and N(5) are located on different sides at 1.06 and −1.49 Å from its 3N plane, while in 4-cis, Cd2+ and N(5) are also located on different sides at 1.04 and −1.53 Å from its 3N plane. An attractive electrostatic interaction between the Cd2+ and O(4) atoms in furan stabilizes the O,O-trans conformer of 3. A repulsive electrostatic interaction between Cd2+ and S(1)+ destabilizes the O,S-trans conformer of 4. Both of these repulsive and the mutually attractive interactions between S(1)+ and O(3) atoms favor the O,S-cis rotamer of 4 both in the vapor phase and in low polarity solvents. NOE difference spectroscopy, HMQC and HMBC were employed for the unambiguous assignment of the 1H and 13C NMR resonances of 3-trans and 4-cis in CDCl3 at 20 and −50 °C.  相似文献

Reactions of [Ni(L)]Cl2 · 2H2O (L = 3,14-dimethyl-2,6,13,17-tetraazatricyclo[14,4,01.18,07.12]docosane) with isophthalic acid (H2isoph) and 1,3,5-cyclohexanetricarboxylic acid (H3chtc) yield the 1D nickel(II) complexes {[Ni(L)(isoph)] · 3H2O}n (1) and {[Ni(L)(H-chtc)] · H2O}n (2). The structures were characterized by X-ray crystallography, spectroscopic and magnetic susceptibility. The crystal structures of the 1D chain compounds 1 and 2 show an elongated distorted octahedron about each nickel(II) ion. The magnetic behavior of two compounds exhibits weak intrachain antiferromagnetic interaction with J values of −0.93 cm−1 for 1 and −1.28 cm−1 for 2. The electronic spectra of the complexes are significantly affected by the nature of the carboxylate ligands.  相似文献

The synthetic investigation of the Cu(ClO4)2·6H2O/fumaric acid (H2fum)/N,N’-chelates (1,10-phen, 2,2′-bpy) tertiary reaction systems has yielded mononuclear, dinuclear and tetranuclear complexes, and three coordination polymers. The chemical and structural identity of the products depends on the solvent, the absence or presence of external hydroxides in the reaction mixtures and the N,N’-donor. Three fumarato(−2) complexes, i.e. compounds [Cu2(fum)(phen)4](ClO4)2·2H2O (1·2H2O), [Cu(fum)(phen)(H2O)]n (3) and [Cu2(fum)(bpy)2(H2O)2]n(ClO4)2n (6), were isolated and structurally characterized, and four non-fumarato complexes, i.e. compounds [Cu43-ΟΗ)22-ΟΗ)2(phen)4(H2O)2](ClO4)4·2H2O (2·2H2O), [Cu(ClO4)(phen) (MeCN)2(H2O)](ClO4) (4), [Cu(ClO4)(phen)(MeCN)2]n(ClO4)n (5) and [Cu(ClO4)2(bpy)(MeCN)2] (7), were simultaneously obtained from the reaction systems investigated. The coordination versatility of the fumarato(−2) ligand is reflected to the three different coordination modes observed in 1·2H2O, 3 and 6; the monodentate bridging μ2OO′ mode in 3, the asymmetric chelating bridging μ2OO′:κO′′:κO′′′ mode in 1·2H2O and 3, and the syn,syn bridging μ4OO′:κO′′:κO′′′ mode in 6. The crystal structures of the complexes are stabilized by intra- and inter-molecular hydrogen bonding and π–π stacking interactions leading to interesting supramolecular architectures. Characteristic IR bands of the complexes are discussed in terms of the known structures, and the coordination modes of the fum2− ligands.  相似文献

N,N′,N′′,N′′′-Tetrakis(3-carboxy-propionyl)-1,6,20,25-tetraaza-[6.1.6.1] paracyclophane, H4cp has been complexed with metal (Zn(II) and Cd(II)) 2,2-bipyridyls. The resulting complexes of the composition [{Zn(2,2-bpy)}2(cp)]n·4H2O 1 and [{Cd(2,2-bpy)}2(cp)]n·5H2O 2 (2,2-bpy = 2,2-bipyridine) have been characterized using spectroscopic (IR, solid state UV–Vis), elemental analysis and single-crystal X-ray diffraction measurements. In these complexes the cyclophane coordinates in different modes, and in complex 2, Cd(II) is hepta-coordinated. However, under harsh reaction conditions (using excess nitric acid and a longer reaction time) debranching of the cyclophane is observed in the reaction of Zn(2,2-bpy)(NO3)2 with H4cp, and a complex of the composition [Zn(2,2-bpy)(Suc)]n3 (suc = succinate) is isolated. Using non-covalent interactions, complexes 1 and 2 provide 3D supramolecular structures, whereas an infinite 1D chain structure is observed for complex 3. The thermal and photoluminescence properties of the complexes have also been studied.  相似文献

MgMe2 (1) was found to react with 1,4-diazabicyclo[2.2.2]octane (dabco) in tetrahydrofuran (thf) yielding a binuclear complex [{MgMe2(thf)}2(μ-dabco)] (2). Furthermore, from reactions of MgMeBr with diglyme (diethylene glycol dimethyl ether), NEt3, and tmeda (N,N,N′,N′-tetramethylethylenediamine) in etheral solvents compounds MgMeBr(L), (L = diglyme (5); NEt3 (6); tmeda (7)) were obtained as highly air- and moisture-sensitive white powders. From a thf solution of 7 crystals of [MgMeBr(thf)(tmeda)] (8) were obtained. Reactions of MgMeBr with pmdta (N,N,N′,N″,N″-pentamethyldiethylenetriamine) in thf resulted in formation of [MgMeBr(pmdta)] (9) in nearly quantitative yield. On the other hand, the same reaction in diethyl ether gave MgMeBr(pmdta) · MgBr2(pmdta) (10) and [{MgMe2(pmdta)}7{MgMeBr(pmdta)}] (11) in 24% and 2% yield, respectively, as well as [MgMe2(pmdta)] (12) as colorless needle-like crystals in about 26% yield. The synthesized methylmagnesium compounds were characterized by microanalysis and 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy. The coordination-induced shifts of the 1H and 13C nuclei of the ligands are small; the largest ones were found in the tmeda and pmdta complexes. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses revealed in 2 a tetrahedral environment of the Mg atoms with a bridging dabco ligand and in 8 a trigonal-bipyramidal coordination of the Mg atom. The single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses of [MgMe2(pmdta)] (12) and [MgBr2(pmdta)] (13) showed them to be monomeric with five-coordinate Mg atoms. The square-pyramidal coordination polyhedra are built up of three N and two C atoms in 12 and three N and two Br atoms in 13. The apical positions are occupied by methyl and bromo ligands, respectively. Temperature-dependent 1H NMR spectroscopic measurements (from 27 to −80 °C) of methylmagnesium bromide complexes MgMeBr(L) (L = thf (4); diglyme (5); NEt3 (6); tmeda (7)) in thf-d8 solutions indicated that the deeper the temperature the more the Schlenk equilibria are shifted to the dimethylmagnesium/dibromomagnesium species. Furthermore, at −80 °C the dimethylmagnesium compounds are predominant in the solutions of Grignard compounds 4-6 whereas in the case of the tmeda complex7 the equilibrium constant was roughly estimated to be 0.25. In contrast, [MgMeBr(pmdta)] (9) in thf-d8 revealed no dismutation into [MgMe2(pmdta)] (12) and [MgBr2(pmdta)] (13) even up to −100 °C. In accordance with this unexpected behavior, 1:1 mixtures of 12 and 13 were found to react in thf at room temperature yielding quantitatively the corresponding Grignard compound 9. Moreover, the structures of [MgMeBr(pmdta)] (9c), [MgMe2(pmdta)] (12c), and [MgBr2(pmdta)] (13c) were calculated on the DFT level of theory. The calculated structures 12c and 13c are in a good agreement with the experimentally observed structures 12 and 13. The equilibrium constant of the Schlenk equilibrium (2 9c ? 12c + 13c) was calculated to be Kgas = 2.0 × 10−3 (298 K) in the gas phase. Considering the solvent effects of both thf and diethyl ether using a polarized continuum model (PCM) the corresponding equilibrium constants were calculated to be Kthf = 1.2 × 10−3 and Kether = 3.2 × 10−3 (298 K), respectively.  相似文献

{[Pb3(CPIDA)2(H2O)3]·H2O}n1, {[Cd3(CPIDA)2(H2O)4]·5H2O}n2, [Cd(HCPIDA)(bpy)(H2O)]n3 (bpy=4,4′-bipyridine) and {[Co3(CPIDA)2(bpy)3(H2O)4]·2H2O}n4 were synthesized with N-(4-carboxyphenyl) iminodiacetic acid (H3CPIDA). In 1, the CPIDA3− ligands adopt chelating and bridging modes with Pb(II) to possess a 3D porous framework. In 2D-layer 2, the CPIDA3− ligands display a simple bridging mode with Cd(II). The 2D layers have parallelogram-shaped channels along a axis. With bpy ligands, the HCPIDA2− ligands in 3 show more abundant modes, but 3 still displays a 2D sheet on bc plane for the unidentate bpy molecules. However, in 3D-framework 4, the bpy ligands adopt bridging bidentate at a higher pH value and the CPIDA3− ligands show bis-bidentate modes with Co(II). Additionally, 2D correlation analysis of FTIR was introduced to ascertain the characteristic adsorptions location of the carboxylate groups with different coordination modes in 4 with thermal and magnetic perturbation. Compounds 1, 2 and 4 exhibit the fluorescent emissions at room temperature.  相似文献

The complexes [Rh(CO)(PPh3){Ph2PNP(O)Ph2-P,O}] (3), [Rh(CO)2{Ph2P(Se)NP(Se)Ph2-Se,Se′}] (5), and [Rh(CO)(PPh3){Ph2P(Se)NP(Se)Ph2-Se,Se′}] (6), were synthesised by stepwise reactions of CO and PPh3 with [Rh(cod){Ph2PNP(O)Ph2-P,O}] (2) and [Rh(cod){Ph2P(Se)NP(Se)Ph2-Se,Se′}] (4), respectively. The complexes 3, 5 and 6 have been studied by IR, as well as 1H and 31P NMR spectroscopy. The ν(CO) bands of complexes 3 and 6 appear at approximately 1960 cm−1, indicating high electron density at the RhI centre. The structure of complexes 3 and 6 has been determined by X-ray crystallography, and the 31P NMR chemical shifts have been resolved via low temperature NMR experiments. Both complexes exhibit square planar geometry around the metal centre, with the five-membered ring of complex 3 being almost planar, and the six-membered ring of complex 6 adopting a slightly distorted boat conformation. The C-O bond of the carbonyl ligand is relatively weak in both complexes, due to strong π-back donation from the electron rich RhI centre. The catalytic activity of the complexes 2, 3 and 6 in the hydroformylation of styrene has been investigated. Complexes 2 and 3 showed satisfactory catalytic properties, whereas complex 6 had effectively no catalytic activity.  相似文献

Three novel zinc coordination polymers (NH4)n[Zn(Hida)Cl2]n (1), [Zn(ida)(H2O)2]n (2), [Zn(Hida)2]n·4nH2O (3) (H2ida=iminodiacetic acid) and a monomeric complex [Zn(ida)(phen)(H2O)]·2H2O (4) (phen=1,10-phenanthroline) have been synthesized and characterized by X-ray diffraction methods. 1 and 2 form one-dimensional (1-D) chain structures, whereas 3 exhibits a three-dimensional (3-D) diamondoid framework with an open channel. The mononuclear complex 4 is extended into a 3-D supramolecular architecture through hydrogen bonds and π-π stacking. Interestingly, cyclic nonplanar tetrameric water clusters are observed that encapsulated in the 3-D lattice of 4. Based on 1H and 13C NMR observations, there is obvious coordination of complex 2 in solution, while 1 and 3 decompose into free iminodiacetate ligand.
