2-Dimethylamino methylenechromanone 1 reacted with 4H-1,2,4-triazol-3-amine in acetic acid to give only one isolated product which was identified by X-ray study as 6H-chromeno[3,4-e][1,3,4]triazolo[2,3-a]-pyrimidine. The molecular structure of 3, C12H8N4O, was determined to be monoclinic, P21/c, a = 16.3875(5), b = 8.8378(3), c = 13.8392(5) Å, β = 101.190(1)°, V = 1966.22(11) Å3, Z = 8.  相似文献

Phosphine oxide-Sc(OTf)3 catalyzed regio- and enantioselective bromoaminocyclization of tri-substituted allyl N-tosylcarbamates is described. A wide variety of optically active tertiary 5-bromo-1,3-oxazinan-2-ones can be obtained with high regio-and enantioselectivity.  相似文献

In this research, an efficient procedure for the one-pot four-component synthesis of 2H-indazolo[2,1-b]phthalazine-triones catalyzed by a cobalt-based nanocatalyst (Co/Al2O3 nanocatalyst) is reported. The catalyst was prepared by a co-precipitation method and characterized by BET surface area, SEM, TEM, EDS and XRD analyses. A wide range of various aromatic aldehydes including electron-withdrawing and electron-releasing groups were applied and corresponding products obtained in high yields without any by-product. Moreover, the Co/Al2O3 is recyclable up to 7 consecutive runs by simple filtration.  相似文献

A strategy was developed for the synthesis of 7,8,9-trimethyl-1-phenyl-3H-pyrrolo[2,1-d][1,2,5]-triazepin-4(5H)-one, reactions of its functionalization at the С4 atom and aza rings fusion at the С4?N3 bond were explored. The formation mechanism of the pyrrolo-1,2,5-triazepinone scaffold was suggested.  相似文献

Treatment of 5-amino-1,3-dialkyl-2,3-dihydro-1H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-2-ones with sodium nitrite in aqueous HCl gave 1,3-dialkyl-1H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridine-2,5(3H,4H)-diones which were nitrated with potassium nitrate in sulfuric acid to 6-nitro derivatives, and the latter underwent recyclization into 4-amino-1,3-dialkyl-5-(1H-pyrazol-5-yl)-2,3-dihydro-1H-imidazol-2-ones by the action of hydrazine hydrate.  相似文献

Alkylation of Reissert compounds derived from 3-methylisoquinolines with several 2-cyanobenzylbromides followed by hydrolytic cleavage provided the corresponding 1-benzyl-3-methylisoquinolines. Treatment of the latter with methylmagnesiumiodide caused cyclization to the title compounds rather than formation of 2-acetylbenzylisoquinolines.  相似文献

New functionalized derivatives of 8,8,10-trimethyl-4-phenyl-7,8-dihydro-2H,6H-pyrano[3,2-g]-chromene-2,6-dione – analogues of the natural compound graveolone – possessing hydrazine, hydroxylamine, and thiosemicarbazide residues were synthesized and their reactions with acetic anhydride were studied. The possibility of the synthesis of hydrogen-nonstoichiometric cubic titanium carbide ТiС х of high purity from powdery nonstoichiometric cubic titanium carbohydride ТiС х H y or nonstoichiometric titanium carbide with admixture hydrogen by annealing in a continuously maintained vacuum of no worse than 1.33 × 10–3 Pa at temperatures of 600–750°C for several hours has been shown. Similar annealing at higher temperatures (T ≥ 800°C) does not lead to the complete removal of hydrogen from a sample due to intensive sintering. In this case, it seems that pores between sintered particles are hydrogen traps, and the release of hydrogen through the surface of sintered particles is hindered.  相似文献

Compounds capable of tautomerism: sulfanyl-1,2,4-triazole, its C-phenyl derivative, and the crystal hydrate of the latter, were studied by single crystal X-ray diffraction. In the crystals they exist in the form of 3-R-1(H),4(H)-4,5-dihydro-1,2,4-triazole-5-thione with a considerable contribution of the bipolar structure. Published data on the tautomerism of sulfanyl-1,2,4-triazoles and their N-substituted analogs and on the correlation between the spectral characteristics and structures of sulfanyl-1,2,4-triazoles capable of tautomerism are discussed.  相似文献

An efficient tandem reaction approach is described to prepare novel benzo[f]chromenes from 2,3-dihydroxynaphthalene, malononitrile and aldehydes using 10 mol% guanidine hydrochloride as the catalyst under solvent-free conditions. The method was also extended to the preparation of novel 12H-benzo[5,6]chromeno[2,3-b]pyridines from 2-aminoprop-1-ene-1,1,3-tricarbonitrile instead of malononitrile under the same reaction conditions. The described one-pot three-component reaction is characterized by short reaction times, high-product yield, mild reaction conditions, simple workup procedure, and simple purification.  相似文献

Different from organic solvent, self-assemblies are environment friendly media, and moreover, if they are used as micro-reactor, many meaningful and exciting results may be obtained. In this paper, we investigated the photoisomerization of trans-stilbene in Triton X-100/n-C5H11OH/H2O microemulsions (a kind of self-assemblies) with different compositions and structures to establish the relationship between the reaction yields and the compositions and structures of microemulsions. The results show that the yield of cis-stilbene is increased with the increase of water content or with the decrease of Triton X-100 content, and oil in water (O/W) structure is the best structure for this reaction, which makes it possible to decrease the pollution of environment by organic solvent always used in organic reactions.  相似文献

Methods of synthesis were developed for 7-(furan-2-yl)-substituted 7,8,10,10a-tetrahydrobenzo[c] chromen-6,9-diones by regioselective [4+2]-cycloaddition of coumarin-3-carboxylic acids to 2-(3-trimethylsiloxybuta- 1,3-dien-1-yl)furans. Using mesoporous N-doped carbons (NCs) derived from glucose and melamine as the supports, a series of Pd/NC catalysts were prepared, in which Pd nanoparticles with average size<2.0 nm were uniformly distributed on the supports. It was indicated that the resultant Pd/NC catalysts were effective for N-formylation of amines with CO2 and H2 in ethanol without any additives. Especially, the catalyst Pd/NC-800-6.9% containing quaternary N showed the best performance, affording a series of formylamides in good or even excellent yields. Further investigation reveals that the interaction between the Pd nanoparticles and quaternary nitrogen in the NC support was responsible for the good performance of the catalyst.  相似文献

A new single-step approach to cyclopenta[a]naphthalenes through TiCl4-catalyzed reactions of 1-trimethylsilyloxycyclopentene with arylacetaldehydes was proposed. 8-Methoxy-5-methyl-2,3-dihydro-1H-cyclopenta[a]naphthalene and its derivatives were studied in oxidation and bromination reactions, as well as in hydrolytic cleavage of the O-Me bond.  相似文献
