本文提出了一种由线性连接元和非线性连接元组成的连接子结构,并将这种连接子结构用于自由界面的模态综合技术。利用非线性振动理论的渐近方法,求得经模态综合法降维后系统方程的近似解析解。从而将具有连接子结构的自由界面的模态综合技术推广应用到具有局部非线性的复杂结构系统的动力分析,为利用非线性振动理论的渐近方法及动力系统理论进一步研究高维非线性动力学系统的振动特性、分岔及混沌行为创造了一种新的途径。算例表明,该方法具有足够的精度。  相似文献

在直接分支模态综合法(本质上属自由界面模态综合法)的基础上,提出并深入研究了混合界面直接分支模态综合法。混合界面法将复杂庞大的结构取做主体部件,而将与此主体部件相连的其余部分视为分支部件。对主体部件采用自由界面,分支部件则采用固定界面。各子结构之间完全独立计算,并且通过计入主、从子结构的剩余模态矩阵的办法来补偿所舍去的高阶模态分量,保证了计算精度。本方法从工程应用的实际出发,通过模拟航空发动机机匣管路系统的数值算例,验证了混合界面法的正确性。  相似文献

研究了输入、输出不完备情况下的非线性参数系统动力反演问题.将子结构技术与分解算法相结合,引入广义逆,无需迭代.直接求得待识别参数的极小范数最小二乘解,反演获得未知输入荷载.本文从理论上论证了该方法的收敛性和严格的适用条件,为有限测点条件下非线性参数系统的动力反演问题提供了一个较好的解决方法.与全量补偿算法相比,计算效率大大提高,具有广泛的工程实际应用前景.数值算例表明该方法具有很好的参数识别精度及荷载反演效果.  相似文献

Yee和Tsuei提出的直接部件模态综合法将自由界面模态综合法与频响函数相结合 ,简化了计算过程、减少了计算量 ,并便于与实验模态分析相结合。本文在其基础上利用矩阵级数展开的方法将被截断高阶模态的贡献用保留模态和系统物理特性矩阵精确表达 ,结合分块计算方法 ,进一步减少了计算量并有效地提高了计算精度 ,且确定了模态截断准则。数值算例表明其行之有效  相似文献

针对实际工程中的大型机组,在线性理论分析基础上,引入转子系统的非线性油膜力项,采用子结构模态综合法,形成一个比较接近实际大型汽轮发电机组的包括陀螺转子-非稳态非线性油膜转承-弹性基础-地基系统的非线性系统计算模型。通过对系统方程进行分块直接积分求解,得到了不同位置的轴承在不同转速和不同转子偏心量下引起的系统非线性动力学现象,为大机组的非线性分析和改进提供较完善的理论分析和计算的基础。  相似文献

研究了阻尼振动系统的自由界面子结构综合法.为了在最终给出的系统综合方程中考虑剩余柔度矩阵的影响,本文利用质量矩阵、阻尼矩阵和结构保留模态矩阵构造了一种与保留模态矩阵加权正交的矩阵.在计算自由-自由结构的剩余柔度矩阵时,通过这种加权正交矩阵能够避免直接对子结构刚度矩阵的求逆运算.在此基础上提出了一种新的有阻尼振动系统的自由界面子结构综合法.算例分析表明,本文的方法具有很高的计算精度.  相似文献

综述在模态分析与动态子结构方法研究的一些最新进展.首先回顾经典的位移展开定理和模态叠加原理.为了加速经典方法的收敛速度、提高计算效率, 进一步介绍两个新的结构位移展开定理(采用固定界面模态的位移展开新定理, 给出采用低阶固定界面模态的高精度位移展开式;采用混合模态的位移展开新定理, 给出采用低阶混合模态表示的高精度位移展开式)和相应的动力学新解法.相应上述3个位移展开定理, 介绍采用解析推导的方法构造出3类动态精确子结构方法, 各种子结构模态综合法实质上都是它们的某种近似与变化形式, 从而形成系统的动态子结构分析技术.上述介绍的模态分析与动态子结构方法新进展与经典模态分析技术一起形成结构动力学分析技术的系统理论.   相似文献

随着社会的发展,降低车内噪声越来越受到人们的重视。由于整车结构复杂,本文采用包括软子结构的动态子结构方法,把整车模型划分为多个子结构,包括动力总成子结构、副车架子结构、车身与车内声场耦合子结构、非簧载质量子结构及多个线性和非线性软子结构等。采用固定界面模态综合法,建立整车结构车内声场流固耦合动力学模型。对于车身与车内声场耦合子结构,由于其总质量和刚度矩阵为非对称矩阵,传统的模态叠加法不能应用到耦合系统中,本文引入了左特征向量的概念,用左特征向量左乘原方程,使耦合系统微分方程得到解耦。在已建立的总系统动力学模型基础上,在时域内对前后轴分别激励时汽车振动和车内噪声特性进行仿真模拟,并通过台架试验对仿真结构进行验证。  相似文献

在基于子结构灵敏度综合的结构动力重分析方法的基础上,应用向量值函数有理逼近,提出了一种新的结构动力重分析方法。子结构方法的应用,有效减少了结构自由度数目,达到了减少计算量的目的。将向量值函数有理逼近应用于截断的Taylor级数,提高了计算精度,扩大了收敛范围,适用于结构作大修改的情形。数值算例表明,所提出的方法对结构参数发生大修改能够有效降低Taylor级数截断的误差,给出高精度的逼近结果。  相似文献

A technique for robust identification of nonlinear dynamic systems is developed and illustrated using both digital simulations and analog experiments. The technique is based on the Minimum Model Error optimal estimation approach. A detailed literature review is included in which fundamental differences between the current approach and previous work is described. The most significant feature of the current work is the ability to identify nonlinear dynamic systems without prior assumptions regarding the form of the nonlinearities, in contrast to existing nonlinear identification approaches which usually require detailed assumptions of the nonlinearities. The example illustrations indicate that the method is robust with respect to prior ignorance of the model, and with respect to measurement noise, measurement frequency, and measurement record length.  相似文献

Hysteresis is a ubiquitous phenomenon describing the special nonlinear memory-based relation between the input and the output in many physical systems. Identifying the hysteretic parameters is the first step towards practical application of hysteretic models. In this paper, a general framework for parameter identification of nonlinear hysteretic models is developed based on the enhanced response sensitivity approach. To do so, three typical hysteretic models—Bouc–Wen model, bilinear model with kinematic hardening and bilinear model with equal yielding force are analyzed at first and the general way to model a structure with such hysteretic components is established thereafter. Then, the enhanced response sensitivity approach is presented for inverse parameter identification where the key lies in the sensitivity analysis and the trust-region constraint. Particularly, smoothing procedure is introduced to overcome the non-differentiability of bilinear hysteretic functions for sensitivity analysis of bilinear models. Numerical examples are studied to testify the feasibility and performance of the proposed approach.  相似文献

The paper presents a nonlinear dynamic model of 9 degrees of freedom for four-wheel-steering vehicles. Compared with those in previous studies, this model includes the pitch and roll of the vehicle body, the motion of 4 wheels in the accelerating or braking process, the nonlinear coupling of vehicle body and unsprung part, as well as the air drag and wind effect. As a result, the model can be used for the analysis of various maneuvers of the four-wheel-steering vehicles. In addition, the previous models can be considered as a special case of this model. The paper gives some case studies for the dynamic performance of a four-wheel-steering vehicle under step input and saw-tooth input of steering angle applied on the front wheels, respectively. The slowly-variant-system is defined and analyzed in this paper and the nonlinear relationship between its instantaneous parameters and the instantaneous amplitude and frequency of its free vibration response is established. By defining the band-pass mapping, a slowly-variant-system which we call the accompanied slowly-variant-system is extracted from the nonlinear system; and the relationship between the two systems is discussed. Also, the skeleton curves that can illustrate the nonlinearity and the main properties of the nonlinear system directly and concisely are defined. Work done in this paper opens a new way for nonlinearity detection and identification for nonlinear systems.  相似文献

The dynamic model of tree-like multibody systems is linear with respect to the parameters of mass distribution for instance when barycentric parameters are used. Thus, assuming that the parameters related to the kinematics are perfectly known, these quantities can be estimated through linear regression techniques. The necessary data are obtained by measuring the joint forces and/or torques and the resulting motion given in terms of positions, velocities and accelerations. An alternative method uses measurements of the reaction forces and torques applied to the bedplate.The linearity of the dynamic and reaction models with respect to the barycentric quantities does not however imply that the latter constitute the minimum set of parameters characterizing the mass distribution of the system. In other words, some barycentric parameters may disappear from the models or may be redundant in the sense that they appear only via linear combinations. In the first case they are not identifiable, while in the second case the linear regression technique leads to estimated values which are correct for the combinations but can be erroneous for the individual parameters.The various options taken to derive the dynamic and reaction models by use of the ROBOTRAN programme are briefly reviewed. Then the rules leading to the minimal parametrization are presented and illustrated by means of a practical example related to a robot calibration problem.  相似文献

A kinetic model of the piecewise-linear nonlinear suspension system that consists of a dominant spring and an assistant spring is established. Bifurcation of the resonance solution to a suspension system with two degrees of freedom is investigated with the singularity theory. Transition sets of the system and 40 groups of bifurcation diagrams are obtained. The local bifurcation is found, and shows the overall character- istics of bifurcation. Based on the. relationship between parameters and the topological bifurcation solutions, motion characteristics with different parameters are obtained. The results provides a theoretical basis for the optimal control of vehicle suspension system parameters.  相似文献
