Treatment of the complexes [Re(NO)2(PR3)2][BAr(F)4] (R = Cy, 1 a; R = iPr, 1 b) with phenyldiazomethane gave the cationic benzylidene species [Re{CH(C6H5)}(NO)2(PR3)2][BAr(F)4] (2 a and 2 b) in good yields. Upon reaction of 2 a and 2 b with acetonitrile, the consecutive formation of [Re(N[triple bond]CCH3)(N[triple bond]CPh)(NO)(OC(CH3)=NH)(PR3)][BAr(F)4] (3 a and 3 b) and [Re(NCCH3)(OC{CH3}NH{C6H5})(NO)(PR3)2][BAr(F)4] (4 a and 4 b) was observed. The proposed reaction sequence involves the coupling of coordinated NO, carbene and acetonitrile molecules to yield the (1Z)-N-[imino(phenyl)methyl]ethanimidate ligand. The coupling of the nitrosyl and the benzylidene is anticipated to occur first, forming an oximate species. The subsequent acetonitrile addition can be envisaged as a heteroene reaction of the oximate and the acetonitrile ligand yielding 3 a and 3 b, which in turn can cyclise and undergo a prototropic shift initiated by an internal attack of the ethaneimidate ligand on the benzonitrile moiety to afford 4 a and 4 b.  相似文献

The reactivity of the S-H bond in Cp*Mo(mu-S) 2(mu-SMe)(mu-SH)MoCp* ( S 4 MeH) has been explored by determination of kinetics of hydrogen atom abstraction to form the radical Cp*Mo(mu-S) 3(mu-SMe)MoCp* ( S 4 Me*), as well as reaction of hydrogen with the radical-dimer equilibrium to reform the S-H complex. From the temperature dependent rate data for the abstraction of hydrogen atom by benzyl radical, Delta H (double dagger) and Delta S (double dagger) were determined to be 1.54 +/- 0.25 kcal/mol and -25.5 +/- 0.8 cal/mol K, respectively, giving k abs = 1.3 x 10 (6) M (-1) s (-1) at 25 degrees C. In steady state abstraction kinetic experiments, the exclusive radical termination product of the Mo 2S 4 core was found to be the benzyl cross-termination product, Cp*Mo(mu-S) 2(mu-SMe)(mu-SBz)MoCp* ( S 4 MeBz), consistent with the Fischer-Ingold persistent radical effect. S 4 Me* was found to reversibly dimerize by formation of a weak bridging disulfide bond to form the tetranuclear complex (Cp*Mo(mu-S) 2(mu-SMe)MoCp*) 2(mu-S 2) ( ( S 4 Me) 2 ). The radical-dimer equilibrium constant has been determined to be 5.7 x 10 (4) +/- 2.1 x 10 (4) M (-1) from EPR data. The rate constant for dissociation of the dimer was found to be 1.1 x 10 (3) s (-1) at 25 degrees C, based on variable temperature (1)H NMR data. The rate constant for dimerization of the radical has been estimated to be 6.5 x 10 (7) M (-1) s (-1) in toluene at room temperature, based on the dimer dissociation rate constant and the equilibrium constant for dimerization. Structures are presented for ( S 4 Me) 2 , S 4 MeBz, and the cationic Cp*Mo(mu-S 2)(mu-S)(mu-SMe)MoCp*(OTf) ( S 4 Me ( + )), a precursor of the radical and the alkylated derivatives. Evidence for a radical addition/elimination pathway at an Mo 2S 4 core is presented.  相似文献

A series of cis nitrosyl complexes containing polypyridyl ligands were prepared and characterized as cis-[RuL(bpy)2(NO)](PF6)3 (L = pyridine, 4-picoline, or 4-acetylpyridine), by elemental analysis, u.v.–vis. and i.r. spectroscopy, and by electrochemical techniques such as cyclic voltammetry, differential pulse voltammetry, spectroelectrochemistry, and coulometry. The complexes exhibit stretching frequencies (NO) at ca. 1950 cm–1 indicating that nitrosyl group has a sufficiently high degree of nitrosonium ion (NO+) character. In non-aqueous solution, the reduction of these complexes induce nitrosyl to nitro conversion. In aqueous solution the reduction product is cis-[RuL(bpy)2(NH3)]2+ formed by a six electron mechanism. The nitrosyl compounds are susceptible to nucleophilic attack by hydroxide ion. The equilibrium constants were determined.  相似文献

The electronically modified zinc complex 5-phenylsulfanyl-N-isopropyl-2-(isopropylamino)troponiminate zinc methyl, [(PhS-ATI(iPr)2)ZnMe], was synthesized. Side-on eta2-peroxo-iron porphyrins are strong nucleophiles. In cytochrome P450-like aromatase and other enzymes, such species are postulated as the active oxidants. In cytochrome c oxidase, hemea3-peroxo, hemea3-hydroperoxo, or hemea3-(mu-peroxo)-copper species are proposed as transient intermediates forming prior to O-O bond cleavage. In this report, we describe (1) a facile method for reduction of a heme-O2 species [(F8TPP)FeIII(O2-)(S)] (2), generating the ferric peroxo porphyrin complex [(F8TPP)FeIII(O22-)]- (3) (UV-vis, THF: lambdamax = 435 (Soret), 540(sh), 561; EPR: g = 8.7, 4.2), and (2) that this can be subsequently reacted with a ligand-copper(II) complex, [CuII(TMPA)-(CH3CN)](ClO4)2 (4), affording a heme-peroxo-copper heterobinuclear compound, [(F8TPP)FeII(O22-)-CuII(TMPA)](ClO4) (5). Generation of [(F8TPP)FeIII(O22-)]- (3) using cobaltocene as a one-electron reductant was monitored by UV-vis, EPR, and 1H NMR spectroscopies. Reaction between 3 and 4 was followed by UV-vis spectroscopy, and the product 5 could be precipitated and characterized. Coordination by copper(II) in 5 makes possible further reduction of the mu-peroxo complex by cobaltocene yielding the mu-oxo analogue, [(F8TPP)FeIII(O2-)-CuII(TMPA)](ClO4) (6).  相似文献

Radical cyclization of dipeptides 1a-h proceeds smoothly to give five- and seven-membered rings in good to moderate total yields using Stork's catalytic tin hydride method. A radical is generated on a protecting group and translocated to the peptide moiety. Following a cyclization reaction, the vinyl radical can abstract hydrogen from a benzyl group on an amine, which results in elimination of the protected amine group. Encouraging results have notably been obtained with amino acids other than glycine.  相似文献

The new nozzle assembly using Hg-photosensitized reaction has been developed to obtained a jet-cooled radical beam. This technique was applied to produce a HNO radical beam. Laser-induced flourescence excitation spectra were obtained for the A1A″ — X1A′ system. Time-resolved measurements yielded fluorescence lifetimes of 22–29 μs for single rovibronic levels of HNO.  相似文献

The synthesis and characterization of a {CuNO}(10) complex, namely, [Cu(CH(3)NO(2))(5)(NO)][PF(6)](2), has been achieved by the addition of [NO][PF(6)] to copper metal powder in the presence of nitromethane. In the solid state, this complex exhibits a bent Cu-N-O moiety [Cu-N-O = 121.0(3)°] and a long Cu-N bond. This complex readily reacts with mesitylene to form [mesitylene, NO][PF(6)] and [Cu(η(2)-1,3,5-Me(3)C(6)H(3))(2)][PF(6)] by transfer of NO(+) to the mesitylene ring.  相似文献

Treatment of [UO(2)(Ar(2)nacnac)Cl](2) with 4 equiv. of Li(C(4)H(5)N(2)) results in the formation of a rare uranyl organometallic complex [Li(MeIm)][UO(μ-O)(Ar(2)nacnac)(μ-C,N-C(4)H(5)N(2))(2)] (2), in moderate yield. Reaction of 2 with 1 equiv. of MCl(2) (M = Fe, Co) yields the bimetallic complexes [MCl(MeIm)][UO(2)(Ar(2)nacnac)(μ-N,C-C(4)H(5)N(2))(2)] (M = Fe, 3; M = Co, 4).  相似文献
