A new triterpenoid saponin, named codonolaside (1) was isolated from the root of Codonopsis lanceolata.Its structure was determined by analysis of its spectral and chemical data.

A Novel Triterpenoid from Petasites tricholobus

A novel triterpenoid, D:B-friedoursane-3α; 16α-dihydroxy-7α, 8α-epoxy-5(10)-ene, named petatrichol A, was isolated from the roots of Petasites tricholobus Franch.. Its structure was elucidated by spectroscopic methods, especially 2DNMR techniques.     

A Hydroxylated Lupeol‐Based Triterpenoid Ester Isolated from the Scurrula parasitica Parasitic on Nerium indicum

(3β,7β)‐7‐Hydroxylup‐20(29)‐en‐3‐yl hexadecanoate ( 1 ), a new lupeol‐based triterpenoid ester, along with sixteen known compounds, 7β,15α‐dihydroxylup‐20(29)‐ene‐3β‐O‐palmitate ( 2 ), lupeol palmitate ( 3 ), lupeol ( 4 ), 3‐oxolup‐20(29)‐ene ( 5 ), ursolic acid ( 6 ), cycloeucalenol ( 7 ), stigmasterol ( 8 ), β‐sitosterol ( 9 ), β‐daucosterol ( 10 ), quercetin ( 11 ), quercetin 3‐O‐α‐L ‐arabinoside ( 12 ), quercetin 3‐O‐α‐L ‐rhamnoside ( 13 ), catechin ( 14 ), gitoxigenin 3‐O‐α‐L ‐rhamnoside ( 15 ), gitoxigenin 3‐O‐α‐D ‐glucoside ( 16 ), and digitoxigenin 3‐O‐α‐L ‐rhamnoside ( 17 ), was isolated from the leaves of the Southern China mistletoe, Scurrula parasitica Linn parasitic on Nerium indicum Mill . Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic analyses, including 2D‐NMR techniques. Cytotoxic activities of compounds 1 – 7 and 11 – 17 were evaluated against three cancer cell lines, PANC‐1, HL‐60, and SGC‐7901, revealing that compounds 4, 6, 11 , and 15 – 17 exhibited effective cytotoxicities, while others were inactive. A structure? activity relationship study of compounds 1 – 5 indicated that the 3‐OH group in lupeol‐based triterpenoids is essential for antitumor activity.     

秃叶黄皮树果实中的新三萜化学成分

从秃叶黄皮树(Phellodendron chinense var. glabriusculum Schneid)的果实中分离得到一个新的三萜化合物并用波谱分析鉴定为21α–methylmelianol(21R, 23R)epoxy –24 –hydroxy-21α-methoxyl] triucalla–7, 25–dien–3–one 1,秃叶黄皮树(Phellodendron chinense var. glabriusculum Schneid)果实提取物的乙酸乙酯部分主要含有尼洛替星和苦楝子酮类型的甘遂烷三萜化合物。     

雷公藤新三萜成分的研究

研究雷公藤(Tripterygium wilfordii Hook. f.)根心部分的化学成分. 采用硅胶柱色谱法进行分离, 从其氯仿提取物中分离得1个三萜化合物, 经光谱分析(HREIMS, ¹H NMR, ¹³C NMR, HMBC, HMQC, NOESY)鉴定其结构为3β,22β-dihydroxy-29-nor-D:A-friedoolean-21-one-2β,24-lactone.     

Triterpenoid Saponins from Luculia pincia Hook

Two new triterpenoid saponins, cincholic acid-3-O-β-D-xylopyranoside, 28-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester (I), quinovic acid28-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester (4), and a new phenolic glucoside, 4-[4‘‘-O-( 2‘‘, 3‘‘, 5‘‘, 6‘‘-tetrahydroxy phenyl)-β-D-glucoside]-l-butene (2), along with five known triterpenoid saponins and one phenolic glucoside were isolated from the n-butanol fraction of the stems of Luculia pinciana Hook. Their structures were established by means of spectroscopic methods.     

Petatrichol B： A Pentacyclic Triterpenoid with Unusual Skeleton from Petasites tricholobus
