Tetranuclear organobismuth complex Bi4(O)2(O2CC6H2F3-3,4,5)8 · 26-65Me with four bismuth atoms joined via the bridging carboxylate ligands and oxygen atoms was studied using X-ray diffraction analysis. The coordination sphere of either of the two terminal bismuth atoms contains the chelate carboxylate ligand and the toluene molecule. For the bridging tricoordinated oxygen atoms, the Bi–O distances are 2.083(2), 2.119(2), and 2.276(2) Å. The average distance between the bismuth atom and the center of toluene molecule is equal to 3.131 Å.  相似文献

Bismuth tris(3-methylbenzoate) [Bi(O2CC6H4CH3-3)3] (I) and phenylbismuth bis(3,4,5-trifluorobenzoate) [PhBi(-O2CC6H2F3-3,4,5)(O2CC6H2F3-3,4,5)]2 (II) were synthesized by reacting triphenylbismuth with 3-methylbenzoic and 3,4,5-trifluorobenzoic acids. Coordination numbers of bismuth atoms in I and II are 9 and 6, respectively; carboxylate ligands function as bi- and tridentate ligands. The Bi-O distances in compound I vary in the range of 2.218(3)-3.202(4) Å. The Bi-O and Bi-C bond lengths in II are 2.301(2)-2.674(2) and 2.223(3) Å, respectively.  相似文献

The syntheses and crystal structures of the closely related but non-isostructural Cd2(C19H21N3O3F)4(H2O)2?·?4H2O (1) and Pb2(C19H21N3O3F)4?·?4H2O (2) are described, where C19H21N3O3F? is enrofloxacinate (enro). Both compounds contain centrosymmetric, binuclear, neutral complexes incorporating a central diamond-shaped M2O2 (M?=?Cd, Pb) structural unit. The Cd2+ coordination polyhedron in 1 is a CdO6 trigonal prism, including one coordinated water. The Pb2+ coordination polyhedron in 2 can be described as a very distorted square-based PbO5 pyramid, although two additional short Pb?···?O (<3.1?Å) contacts are also present. In the crystal of the cadmium complex, O–H?···?O hydrogen bonds lead to a layered structure. In the lead compound, O–H?···?O and O–H?···?N interactions lead to chains in the crystal. The title compound (C6N3H18)2Ti4O4(C2O4)7(4H2O 1 (C13H22N3O18Ti2, Mr = 604.14) was synthesized by the reaction of Ti(SO4)2, H2C2O4(2H2O and N-(2-ammonioethyl)- piperazinium (AEPP) in aqueous solution. The single-crystal X-ray analysis has revealed that 1 crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group Pī with a = 9.1437(6), b = 11.4991(10), c = 11.6975(8)A, α = 96.2915(18), β = 107.998(3), γ = 104.276(4)°, V = 1110.35(14)A3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.807 g/cm3, F(000) = 618, μ = 0.815 mm-1, the final R = 0.0463 and wR = 0.1264 for 3718 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). X-ray crystal-structure analysis suggests that compound 1 consists of [Ti4O4(C2O4)7]6- anion and two protonated N-(2-ammonioethyl)piperazinium cations. The anions are linked into an infinite chain through Ti4O4(C2O4)8 by sharing the oxalates as bridging ligands.  相似文献

The organoantimony peroxide (Ar2SbO)4(O2)2 (Ar = C6H3OMe-2, Br-5) was synthesized by the oxidation of Ar3Sb with hydrogen peroxide in the presence or acetoxime or acetophenone oxime in dioxane. The product crystallizes with various content of the solvent molecules in the crystal unit cell [1.5 (I) and 6 (II), respectively]. An X-ray diffraction analysis of the solvates was performed. Four antimony atoms in the peroxide are in the octahedral coordination, and are linked through bridging oxygen atoms and two peroxide groups. The distances Sb-C, Sb-Obridge, Sb-Operoxide, O-O and Sb...Sb are 2.117–2.122, 1.960–1.972, 2.193–2.235, 1.461, 1.465 and 3.223–3.237 Å in I, and 2.112, 2.119, 1.957, 1,966, 2.204, 2,246, 1,467, and 3.2439 Å in II.  相似文献

A 2-D oxalate-containing bismuth(III) compound of formula (C3N2H12)[Bi(C2O4)2.5]·H2O has been hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction. The Bi atoms and oxalate units form a 2-D layered structure with a 12-membered aperture. The crystal band structure, calculated by the DFT method, shows that the title compound is an insulator with a band gap of 3.19?eV, a value consistent with the experimental value of 3.29?eV.  相似文献

Compounds p-HOOCC6F4COOH · H2O (H2L · H2O), [Tb2(H2O)4(L)3 · 2H2O] n (I), and Tb2(Phen)2(L)3 · 2H2O (II) are synthesized. According to the X-ray structure analysis data, the crystal structure of H2L · H2O is built of centrosymmetric molecules H2L and molecules of water of crystallization. The crystal structure of compound I is built of layers of coordination 2D polymer [Tb2(H2O)4(L)3] n and molecules of water of crystallization. The ligands are the L2? anions performing both the tetradentate bridging and pentadentate bridging-chelating functions. The coordination polyhedron TbO9 is a distorted three-capped trigonal prism. Acid H2L manifests photoluminescence in the UV region (??max = 368 nm). Compounds I and II have the green luminescence characteristic of the Tb3+ ions, and the band with ??max = 545 nm (transition 5 D 4?? 7 F 5) is maximum in intensity. The photoluminescence intensity of compound II is higher than that for compound I.  相似文献

Complexes [Ph3MeP] 2 + [BiI3.5Br1.5(C5H5N)]2? · C5H5N(I), [Ph4Bi] 4 + [Bi4I16]4? · 2Me2C=O (II), and [Ph3(iso-Am)P] 4 + [Bi8I28]4? · 2Me2C=O (III) were synthesized by reactions of bismuth iodide with triphenylmethylphosphonium bromide, triphenylbismuthonium sulfosalicylate, and triphenylisoamylphosphonium iodide, respectively. The crystal structures of complexes I–III were determined by X-ray crystallography. The complexes contain, in addition to cations and solvent molecules, mono-, tetra-, and octanuclear anions, in which bismuth atoms are in octahedral coordination.  相似文献

Reaction of a freshly prepared Ni(OH)2?2 x (CO3) x ·yH2O with maleic acid in H2O at room temperature afforded [Ni(H2O)6][Ni(H2O)2(C4H2O4)]·4H2O, which consists of [Ni(H2O)6]2+ cations, [Ni(H2O)2(C4H2O4)]2? anions and lattice H2O molecules. Ni atoms in cations are octahedrally coordinated and Ni atoms in anions are each octahedrally coordinated by bidentate chelating maleato ligands and two water molecules at trans positions. Cations and anions are interlinked by hydrogen bonds to form 1D chains, which are hexagonally arranged and connected by the lattice water molecules. When heated in a flowing argon stream, the compound decomposes, with complete dehydration being followed by dissociation of nickel maleate into NiO and maleic anhydride.  相似文献

The solution-mediated syntheses and single crystal structures of C6N2H10·Zn(HPO3)2 (I) and (C6N2H8)0.5·ZnHPO3 (II) are reported. Slight variation of the synthesis conditions led to two quite different phases. I contains infinite chains of ZnO4 and HPO3 groups with the protonated organic moiety acting as a template and interacting with the chains by NH⋯O hydrogen bonds and possible CH⋯O interactions. In II, the neutral 1,4-diamino benzene molecule bonds to Zn (as a ligand) and an unusual composite, “pillared”, structure results, with the organic species bridging 63 polyhedral sheets, although NH⋯O bonds are also present. Similarities and differences to other zinc phosphites and phosphates are briefly discussed for I and II. A novel compound, KBi(C6H4O7) · 3.5H2O (I), has been synthesized in the Bi(NO3)2-K3(HCit) system (HCit3? is an anion of citric acid C6H8O7) at a component ratio (n) of 8 in a water-glycerol mixture, and its crystal structure has been determined. The crystals are unstable in air. The crystals are triclinic: a = 7.462 Å, b = 10.064 Å, c = 17.582 Å, α = 100.27°, β = 99.31°, γ = 105.48°, V = 1221.2 Å3, Z = 2, space group $P\bar 1$ . In the structure of I, asymmetric binuclear fragments [Bi2(Cit4?)2(H2O)2]2? are linked through inversion centers into polymeric chain anions. Ions K+ and crystal water molecules are arranged in channels between the chains. The Bi(1)...Bi(2) distances in the binuclear fragment are 4.62 Å, and the Bi(1)...Bi(1) and Bi(2)...Bi(2) distances between bismuth atoms in the chain are 5.83 and 5.95 Å, respectively. The chains are linked through bridging oxygen atoms of the ligands Cit to form layers. In the centrosymmetric four-membered chelate ring Bi2O2 formed through Bi-O(Cit) bonds, the distances Bi(1)-Bi(1) are equal to 4.55 Å, and Bi(1)-O are 2.66 and 2.84 Å. The Bi-O bond lengths in I are in the range 2.12–3.16 Å. The Cit ligands act as hexadentate chelating/bridging ligands.  相似文献

Due to the bridging function of L molecule, infinite chains [Cu · 2C6H4N3(OC3H5) · H2O] n are formed in the structure along the y axis. The chains are, in turn, assembled into layers through strong O-H…F hydrogen bonds involving both hydrogen atoms of the water molecule and fluorine atoms of the BF4 anion. In compound II, two bridging oxygen atoms of two trifluoroacetate anions and two copper atoms form a centrosymmetric dimer. The nitrogen atom of the benzotriazole ring of one molecule L and the C=C double bond of the allyl group of the other molecule L complete the distorted coordination tetrahedron of the metal atom. Owing to the bridging function of the L molecule, the [CuCF3COO · C6H4N3(OC3H5)]2 dimers are connected to form infinite double chains associated in a three-dimensional framework by only weak interactions. The replacement of the covalently bonded trifluoroacetate anion by an outer-sphere tetrafluoroborate ion opens up the possibility for metal atom binding to three L molecules simultaneously. A single-crystal X-ray diffraction study (NH4)(CN3H6)2[(UO2(C2O4)2(NCS)] · 2H2O (I) was carried out. The crystals are orthorhombic, space group P212121, Z = 4, with the unit cell parameters a = 6.668(2) Å, b = 13.463(4) Å, c = 23.086(6) Å. The main structural units of the crystals of I are insular complex anions [(UO2)(C2O4)2(NCS)]3?. They belong to the crystal-chemical group AB 2 01 M1 (A = UO 2 2+ ) of uranyl complexes and are linked into a three-dimensional framework through electrostatic interactions and hydrogen bonds with the participation of ammonium and guanidinium cations and crystal water molecules.  相似文献

Tetraalkylammonium chlorides peroxosolvates (CH3)4NCl·H2O2 and (C2H5)4NCl·H2O2 were synthesized. The composition of the solvates was proved by chemical analysis; their X-ray patterns, IR spectra, and thermograms were obtained. The two new cluster compounds, Cs4Re6S8(N3)6·H2O (1) and Na2Mo6Br8(N3)6·2H2O (2), have been prepared via solution chemistry route, starting from the Cs4Re6S8Br6CsBr and Mo6Br12 precursors synthesized by solid state chemistry techniques, and structurally characterized (crystal data: Cs4Re6S8(N3)6·H2O (1): Orthorhombic, space group Pnam, a=10.0651(1) Å, b=15.8856(2) Å, c=20.1714(3) Å, V=3225.2(7) Å3, Z=4, dcalc=4.48 g cm−3, μ=27.43 mm−1; Na2Mo6Br8(N3)6·2H2O (2): Orthorhombic, space group Ibam, a=11.5643(3) Å, b=14.3959(5) Å, c=17.0340(7) Å, V=2835.8(2) Å3, Z=4, dcalc=3.63 g cm−3, μ=13.91 mm−1). Their structures revealed that in both cases, the M6Li8 cluster core remains unchanged in the starting and final compounds whereas the bromine apical ligands (Bra) are substituted by N3 azide groups leading to M6Li8(N3)a6 cluster unit. The new Cs4Re6S8(N3)6·H2O is the first example of a compound containing an octahedral rhenium cluster coordinated to azide groups.  相似文献

Mn(O2CMe)2·4H2O、咪唑、苯甲酸和N(n-Bu)4MnO4在无水乙醇溶剂中反应,制备得到锰的三核μ3-O桥联配位化合物[Mn3O(O2CC6H5)6(C3H4N2)3]·C6H5CO2·0.5H2O.该配位化合物的X射线单晶衍射表明,其属于单斜晶系,空间群P21/C,晶胞参数:a=1.52832(19)nm,b=1.9722(2)nm,c=2.1023(3)nm,β=92.597(3)°,Z=4.变温磁化率(5~280K)研究表明,该配位化合物中3个锰离子在低温下存在弱的反铁磁性耦合,交换积分J=-2.34cm^-1。  相似文献

From hydrothermal treatment of benzene-1,2-diamine, pyrocatechol, and MoO3 in acetic acid solution, a new compound, [Mo22-O)2(C6H4O2)2(H2O)] · (C8H9N2)2 · 2H2O (I), constructed from pyrocatechol chelated dinuclear molybdenum units and 2-methylbenzimidazole has been synthesized. Single-crystal structure analysis reveals that the compound crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/c with a = 23.365(2), b = 7.2214(5), c = 19.3021(16) β = 97.929(4), V = 3225.6(5), Z = 4, M = 808.46, ρc = 1.665 g/cm3, μ(MoK α) = 0.84 mm?1, F(000) = 1608, the final R = 0.0622 and wR = 0.1484 for 7385 independent reflections with R int = 0.0393. Interestingly, an in situ condensation between acetic acid and benzene-1,2-diamine has occurred, and the unexpected 2-methyl-1-H-benzo[d] imidazoles serve as counterions and N-H donors to form stable hydrogen-bond network in the crystal. Furthermore, intermolecular hydrogen bonds are found among the cations, anions and crystalline water molecules. The double nuclear molybdenum units are connected by O-H...O hydrogen bonds with the crystalline water molecules to form one-dimensional chains, and the chains are further joined together by N-H...O to form a quasi-two dimensional structure.  相似文献

A new bismuth oxalate Na(C5NH6)[Bi(H2O)(C2O4)2]2.4H2O has been obtained under hydrothermal conditions and characterized by X-ray diffraction.It crystallizes in mono-clinic, space group C2/m with a = 12.020(5), b = 11.190(8), c = 11.067(10)(A), β= 121.78(2)°,NaBi2CI3NH18O22, Mr= 981.24, V = 1265.4(16)(A)3, Z = 2, Dc = 2.575 g/cm3, μ(MoKα) = 14.005 mm-1, F(000) = 912, R = 0.0179 and wR = 0.0394.In the structure, the Bi(Ⅲ) centers are interconnected by oxalate ligands to produce honeycomb-like layers, which are further pillared by bridging ligand oxalate molecules to form a 3-D open-framework structure.Furthermore, the title compound exhibits blue luminescence with the emission peaks located at 394nm in the solid state at room temperature, and thus it could be useful in the field of photoactive materials.  相似文献
