4,5-Diaryl-4-imidazolin-2-ones were prepared in good yield by heating aryl acyloins with ureas in eth-ylene glycol for 0.5-2 hours. 4,4′-Dimethoxybenzoin and 2,2′-pyridoin gave 4-oxazolin-2-one derivatives in addition to 4-imidazolin-2-ones.  相似文献

The mass spectra of a variety of alkyl- and aryl-4-imidazolin-2-ones have been determined and the fragmentation mechanisms have been analyzed by deuterium labelling, high resolution and metastable transitions allowing certain differentiations of positional isomers. In contrast to the benzoid systems the mass spectra of isomeric alkyl-4-imidazolin-2-ones are distinctive. The influence of the position of substituents is demonstrated by phenyl-4-imidazolin-2-ones establishing an exact prediction of fragmentation pathways. Fragment ions (e.g. [M-HNCO].+) which are the result of rearrangement processes were excluded for structure determinations. The ion structures involved were elucidated by collisional activation comparing model ions. Alkyl-phenyl-4-imidazolin-2-ones give almost identical mass spectra, but the positional isomers can easily be distinguished by different fragmentation patterns in both metastable and collisional activation spectra of the molecular ions.  相似文献

1-Substituted 4-benzylidene-2-{-[3,5-di(tert-butyl)-4-hydroxyphenyl]vinyl}-4-benzylidene-2-imidazolin-5-ones have been synthesized by the interaction of azomethines and N-acylhydrazones (derivatives of 3,5-di(tert-butyl)-4-hydroxybenzaldehyde) with 4-benzylidene-2-methyloxazol-5-one. The acylation of 1,2-bis[3,5-di(tert-butyl)-4-hydroxybenzylideneamino]ethane with acid chlorides in acetonitrile in the presence of triethylamine leads to 1,3-diacyl-2-[3,5-di(tert-butyl)-4-hydroxyphenyl]imidazolidine.  相似文献

The reactions of 3,3-dialkyl-2,3-dihydro-6-trifluoromethyl-4-pyrones with hydroxylamine hydrochloride afforded regioisomeric 3(5)-(1,1-dialkyl-2-hydroxyethyl)-5-hydroxy-5(3)-trifluoromethyl-Δ2-isoxazolines depending on the reaction conditions. The title compounds were also prepared from 2,2-dialkyl-5-amino-1-hydroxy-6,6,6-trifluorohex-4-en-3-ones. The above dihydropyrones reacted with hydroxylamine (base) to yield 3-(1,1-dialkyl-2-hydroxyethyl)-5-hydroxy-5-trifluoromethyl-Δ2-isoxazolines. Translated fromIzvestiya Akademii Nauk. The electron impact induced fragmentation of some new derivatives of imidazolidin-2,4-dione and 4-imidazoJin-2-one has been examined. The main fragmentation pathways have been established with the help of appropriate metastables and high resolution measurements. The effect of isomerization of 4-aryliminoimidazolidin-2-ones to 4-arylamino-4-imidazolin-2-ones and conversely, 4-aryldo-4-imidazolin-2-ones to 4-aryliminoimidazolidin-2-ones on fragmentation has been investigated by temperature dependence measurements and deuterium labelling.  相似文献

The stereochemistry and products of addition of tert-butylisonitrile at the carbonyl group of 3-hydroxypiperidin-4-ones have been studied. A preparative method for synthesis of 3-hydroxyisonipecotic acid derivatives has been developed. 1R,4R-2-(4-Phenylbenzylidene)-p-menthan-3-one in acidic media undergoes rearrangement with migration of the exocyclic double bond to the cyclohexane ring to form three 2-(4-phenylbenzyl) derivatives ofp-menthen-3-ones. The reaction products differ in the location of the endocyclic double bond (Δ1 or Δ4) and in the configuration of the new chiral C(2) center in the resultingp-menth-4-en-3-ones. The configurations of the 1R,2R- and 1R,2S-2-(4-phenylbenzyl)-p-menth-4-en-3-ones were established based on analysis of their1H NMR spectra in combination with calculations by molecular mechanics. The molecular conformations of these compounds as well as of some racemic 2-benzyl-p-menth-1-en-3-one derivatives were studied.  相似文献

2,2′-Bis(4,4-dimethyl-5(4H)-oxazolone) ( B3 ) and 2,2′-(1,2-ethylene)-bis(4,4-dimethyl-5(4H)oxazolone) ( B4 ) have been reacted in the bulk with α, ω-diamino polyamide-12 ( PA12 ) of M?n = 1000. The reactions have been studied by SEC, and 1H- and 13C-NMR and resulting polymers characterized by DSC and TGA. The chain coupling reaction is fast and gives high molar mass polymers within 10 min at 200°C with B4 while some side reactions occur with B3 leading to polymers of lower molar mass. The crystallinity of resulting polymers is lower than that of starting oligomer. However, the thermal stability is higher. Model reactions using B3 or B4 and hexamethylene diamine or 1-dodecanamine have been carried out and studied. An intramolecular cyclodehydration giving 2-imidazolin-5-ones takes place during the reactions. Higher cyclization extent is found in the presence of amino group excess. 2-Imidazolin-5-one heterocyclic structures are also observed in the chains of the polymers obtained from PA12 and B3 or B4 . © 1993 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.  相似文献

azo[4,5-e][1,2,4]triazin-6-ones, 4,5-bis(3-thiosemicarbazido(guanidinoamino))imidazolidin-2-ones, and 1,3-dialkyl-4-(guanidinoimino)imidazolidin-2-ones by α-ureidoalkylation of thiosemicarbazide or aminoguanidine were found. A novel conglomerate in the series of imidazolidin-2-one derivatives was detected: 4,5-bis(guanidinoamino)-1,3-dimethylimid-azolidin-2-one dihydrochloride dihydrate. The reaction of acyl derivatives of ethyl 3-aminothieno[2,3-b]pyridine-2-carboxylate with hydrazine hydrate gives a series of tricyclic 3-amino-3,4-dihydropyrido[3′,2′:4,5]thieno[3,2-d]pyrimidin-4-ones containing aliphatic, aromatic, or heteroaromatic fragments at C(2).
