 应用甲酯衍生化试剂对卷烟烟气粒相物中有机酸进行甲酯衍生化 ,经固相微萃取 (SPME)后通过气 质联用仪分离鉴定。分析了 4个品牌的卷烟烟气 ,共鉴定了 60多种挥发及半挥发性有机酸。对丁酸、己酸、糠酸、辛酸、壬酸、苯甲酸、苯乙酸、十四酸、十六酸进行了定量分析。该方法用于烟气中有机酸的定性、定量分析 ,灵敏度较高 ,快速简便。  相似文献

We developed a rapid kinetic bioassay demonstrating the inhibition of glutathione peroxidase 1 (GPx-1) by organic electrophilic pollutants, such as acrolein, crotonaldehyde, and p-benzoquinone, that are frequently found as components of tobacco smoke, diesel exhaust, and other combustion sources. In a complementary approach, we applied a high-resolution proton-transfer reaction time-of-flight mass spectrometer to monitor in real-time the generation of electrophilic volatile carbonyls in cigarette smoke. The new bioassay uses the important antioxidant selenoenzyme GPx-1, immobilized to 96-well microtiter plates, as a probe. The selenocysteine bearing subunits of the enzyme’s catalytic site are viewed as cysteine analogues and are vulnerable to electrophilic attack by compounds with conjugated carbonyl systems. The immobilization of GPx-1 to microtiter plate wells enabled facile removal of excess reactive inhibitory compounds after incubation with electrophilic chemicals or aqueous extracts of air samples derived from different sources. The inhibitory response of cigarette smoke and diesel exhaust particle extracts were compared with chemical standards of a group of electrophilic carbonyls and the arylating p-benzoquinone. GPx-1 activity was directly inactivated by millimolar concentrations of highly reactive electrophilic chemicals (including acrolein, glyoxal, methylglyoxal, and p-benzoquinone) and extracts of diesel and cigarette smoke. We conclude that the potential of air pollutant components to generate oxidative stress may be, in part, a result of electrophile-derived covalent modifications of enzymes involved in the cytosolic antioxidant defense.  相似文献

挥发性羰基化合物和苯是卷烟烟气中重要的有害物质,为此建立了P&T-GC法测定卷烟样品主流烟气中的乙醛、丙醛、丁醛、丙酮、2-丁酮和苯.该方法不用2,4-二硝基苯肼(DNPH)衍生化,不用有机溶剂萃取和浓缩,减少了对环境的污染,具有灵敏度高、检出限低、定量准确、操作简便等特点.结果表明:方法有较好的重复性,相对标准偏差在5.39%以下;检出限为0.85 ng/支~6.55 ng/支;6种物质的回收率在89.22%~98.21%之间.  相似文献

以聚丙烯腈(PAN)和二氧化硅(Si02)纳米粒子的混合溶液为纺丝溶液,采用静电纺丝技术制备具有高吸附性能的新型PAN-SiO2疏水性复合纤维膜,对香烟燃烧产生的烟气进行富集,用甲醇作为洗脱溶剂,对待测组分进行洗脱,并使用高分辨串联质谱技术进行测定.实验结果表明,通过调控PAN和SiO2纳米粒子的浓度,优化静电纺丝参数,得到对小分子有机化合物吸附性较强的纤维膜.对所收集到的烟气进行质谱测定,在正离子模式下,检测到的主要成分有尼古丁、丙酮、苯乙烯、丙烯醛、异戊二烯、丙烯腈等21种小分子有机化合物;在负离子模式下,检测到的主要成分有水杨酸、苹果酸和乳酸等6种有机酸.同时,对烟气中的主要有害成分尼古丁进行定量分析,方法的检出限为0.071 ng/L,定量限为0.236 ng/L.  相似文献

利用热脱附装置(TDS)对烟丝粉末进行快速升温,模拟卷烟燃吸过程中蒸馏区的部分反应,用冷阱收集所脱附的物质,以GC/MS对进行定性分析.成功的分离出了有机酸、饱和烃、芳香烃、烯烃以及含氮、氧杂原子的化合物等系列超过100种有机化合物,并且还发现了典型的存在于环境中的化学污染物——邻苯二甲酸二丁酯.  相似文献

为了研究烟草中β-胡萝卜素的高温裂解产物对卷烟抽吸品质的影响,利用热裂解气相色谱/质谱联用仪在不同裂解氛围(空气、氮气中含10%O2及N2)和不同温度(300,600和900 ℃)下对β-胡萝卜素进行裂解,裂解产物用固相微萃取装置进行吸附,然后将吸附到的裂解产物用气相色谱/质谱联用仪(GC/MS)进行分析。结果表明,β-胡萝卜素在不同裂解条件下主要的裂解产物是甲苯、对二甲苯、1,2,3,4-四氢-1,1,6-三甲基萘和2,7-二甲基萘等化合物,另外还生成异佛尔酮、β-环柠檬醛、β-紫罗兰酮、二氢猕猴桃内酯等香味化合物,这些物质随裂解温度和裂解氛围的不同其含量有所差异。  相似文献

Combustion behavior of cigarette paper containing different content of combustion improver was investigated in order to provide direct experiment data to elucidate lower components in cigarette smoke caused by combustion improver in cigarette paper. The content of the combustion improver was denoted as "organic" potassium index and determined by atomic absorption spectroscopy and ionic spectroscopy. The combustion process obtained by simultaneous thermal analysis was divided into four stages: weight loss due to loss of absorbent water, decomposition of the cellulose, the oxidation of the cellulose char and decomposition of calcium carbonate. Combustion improver reduced the temperature of cellulose decomposition 3–12 K and contributed to oxidation of the cellulose char. Ignition point was gained and reduced 3–8 K by combustion improver. Above results were further verified by samples from two other cigarette paper factories. Mechanism of lower components in cigarette smoke by the combustion improver in cigarette paper was discussed.  相似文献

An automated puff-by-puff mainstream smoke (MSS) system is developed to monitor real-time whole smoke in mainstream cigarette smoke using gas chromatography (GC)-mass spectrometry (MS). The whole-smoke analysis is based on automated sample collection and injection into the GC-MS system. The important feature of this system is the real-time rapid analysis that is simple, sensitive, precise, flexible, and exhibits low carryover of volatile and semivolatile smoke constituents. The system is equipped with an automated sampling and switching valve and a smoking machine. The key improvements of the system, as compared with current and alternative methodologies, include minimizing variations caused by operator sampling techniques, the real-time analysis of MSS, the detection of flavorants in MSS from a single puff of cigarette smoke, the ability to analyze numerous smoke constituents from either whole smoke or the gas phase of a single puff, the ability to monitor a few selected smoke constituents in whole smoke using multiple puffs, and its good feasibility compared with solvent extraction and impinger trapping procedures for volatile organic compounds in MSS. System configuration and sampling methodologies are described. Sensitivity, flexibility, precision, feasibility, carryover, and applications of the system are discussed.  相似文献

离子色谱法及聚类分析研究主流烟气中的有机酸   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
建立了超声辅助萃取-离子色谱法同时测定卷烟主流烟气中主要有机酸的方法.采用20 mL 30 mmol/L J NaOH溶液在50℃下对捕集了卷烟主流烟气的剑桥滤片超声萃取50 min,AS11-HC分离柱、Ion AG11-HC保护柱、ASRS-ULTRAⅡ抑制器,KOH溶液为淋洗液,用电导检测器同时测定了卷烟主流烟气中的乳酸、甲酸、乙酸、丙酸、苹果酸和草酸的含量.方法的线性范围1.0~400 mg/L,相关系数为0.9990~0.9995,相对标准偏差1.4%~4.8%,检出限0.03~0.09 mg/L,回收率为92%~104%.采用此方法测定了19种不同规格卷烟样品主流烟气中6种有机酸的含量,并且以6种有机酸为指标对样品进行了聚类分析.结果表明,6种有机酸的含量分布特征可反映不同等级卷烟产品的特性,可用于不用等级卷烟产品的比较和分类.  相似文献
