 针对啁啾脉冲堆积方法获得的宽带激光,分析了其形成机制,并给出了其时间波形和光谱分布。采用KDP晶体Ⅰ/Ⅱ类角度失谐的三倍频方案以及Ⅰ/Ⅱ/Ⅱ晶体级联角度失谐方案,定量分析了啁啾脉冲堆积方式宽带激光三倍频转换效率随入射光强、带宽、以及晶体厚度等因素的变化,并与时间相位调制的宽带激光三倍频的相应结果进行了比较。研究结果表明,采用晶体级联方式可以大幅度提高宽带三倍频转换效率,并且啁啾脉冲堆积宽带激光的三倍频转换效率的提高比时间相位调制宽带激光更为明显。  相似文献

We demonstrate the potential of a high-gain Yb-fiber amplifier system to provide ultrashort pulses with high energies. 100 μJ pulses generated at a repetition rate of 32 kHz exhibit nearly diffraction limited output (M2≈1.7) at a 1060 nm center wavelength. Using chirped pulse amplification, temporally streched laser pulses from a femtosecond oscillator could be compressed after amplification to subpicosecond pulse duration. The achievable intensities are high enough to create plasmas which can efficiently convert laser light to the extreme ultraviolet radiation. In a multimode Yb-doped fiber amplifier we obtained average powers of up to 22 W and single pulse energies up to 130 μJ.  相似文献

A new compact high efficient diode-double-passing-pumped Tm:YLF laser at room temperature is presented. Using a crystal of 3 mm × 3 mm × 12 mm 4% doping Tm:YLF and double-end-double-passing pumping cavity structure without complex optical splitter pumping system, 5.6 W CW 1907.6 nm laser is obtained at 26.2 W 792 nm pumping laser. The slope efficiency is as high as 37.8% and the spectrum width is 2 nm. The relationship between cavity length and output laser is also analyzed. Experiments verify that the highest energy and convertion efficiency can be reached by optimizing the oscillator cavity length. Finally, we used this Tm:YLF laser to pump Ho:YAG crystal at room temperature and achieved 1.65 W 2.1 μm output laser with slope efficiency 67%.  相似文献

设计了中心波长800 nm带宽约500 nm的啁啾镜对, 在550–1050 nm波长范围内提供约-60 fs2群延迟色散(group delay dispersion, GDD), 通过啁啾镜对的形式使GDD振荡波纹由单个啁啾镜的±100 fs2减小到±20 fs2. 采用双射频离子束溅射方法进行制备, 用白光干涉仪进行色散性能测试, 从测试结果可以看出, 制备的啁啾镜的反射率、GDD性能和设计值符合得比较好. 制备出的550–1050 nm超宽带啁啾镜对在钛宝石激光器腔外进行色散补偿, 原输入脉冲由24–27 fs压缩到12 fs, 这是国产超宽带啁啾镜对的首次应用. 关键词: 超快激光 啁啾镜对 群延迟色散 色散补偿  相似文献

We demonstrate a new technique for the design of chirped mirrors with extremely smooth dispersion characteristics over an extended ultra-broadband wavelength range. Our approach suppresses spectral dispersion oscillations, which can lead to unwanted strong spectral modulations and limit the bandwidth of mode-locked laser pulses. Dispersion oscillations are significantly reduced by coating the chirped mirror structure on the back side of a substrate, providing ideal impedance matching between coating and ambient medium. An anti-reflection coating may be added on the front side of the substrate, geometrically separated from the chirped mirror. The chirped mirror structure and the anti-reflection coating are non-interfering and can be independently designed and optimized. The separation of both coating sections provides a much better solution for the impedance-matching problems than previous approaches to chirped mirror design. We show by a theoretical analysis and numerical simulations that minimum dispersion oscillations are achieved if the index of the substrate is identical to the index of one of the coating materials and if double-chirping is used for the chirped mirror structure. Based on this analysis, we design a mirror that supports a bandwidth of 220 THz with group delay dispersion oscillations of about 2 fs2 (rms), an order-of magnitude improvement compared to previous designs of similar bandwidth. In a first experimental demonstration of back-side-coated (BASIC) mirrors, we achieve nearly transform-limited and virtually unchirped pulses of 5.8 fs duration from a Kerr-lens mode-locked Ti:sapphire laser. BASIC mirrors are particularly suited for higher-order dispersion compensation schemes. <正>We theoretically investigate the high-order harmonic generation from stretched molecules in a linearly polarized intense field.By adopting an infrared pulse combined with an ultraviolet(UV) attosecond pulse,the ionization process can be controlled effectively.In this excitation scheme,the harmonic spectrum beyond I_p+3.17U_P is significantly enhanced by two orders,where I_p and U_p=e~2E_0~2/(4m_eω~2) are the ionization and ponderomotive potential,then smooth broadband supercontinuum with the bandwidth of about 120 eV is obtained,which leads to an isolated sub-60- as attosecond pulse with a high signal-noise ratio.Moreover,the bandwidth of the supercontinuum is weakly dependent on the location and pulse duration of the UV pulse.  相似文献

A low-threshold middle-infrared(mid-IR) MgO:PPLN optical parametric generation(OPG)pumped by a laser diode(LDl end-pumped Z-type Nd:YLF laser at 1047 nm is realized with high reflectivity(HR) mirror for signal.At repetition rate of 10 kHz,the OPG threshold of 50μJ has been achieved with HR mirror for signal.Compared with the threshold without mirror,the threshold decreases by 17%.Using HR mirror for pump at output side of crystal,the threshold of 40μJ is achieved.The 2.7-4.1μm continuous tunable output is produced with seven grating periods from 28.5 to 31.5μm and temperatures from 30 to 200℃.When the incident average pump power is 3 W.the OPG idler output power is 0.46 W at 3.26 μm,which corresponds to optical-to-optical conversion efficiency up to 15.3%.  相似文献

We report on what is believed to be the first large-aperture and high-energy optical parametric chirped pulse amplification system. The system, based on a three-stage amplifier, shows 25% pump-to-signal conversion efficiency and amplification of the full 70 nm width of the seed spectrum. Pulse compression to 84 fs achieved after amplification indicates a potential of 300 TW pulse power for 35 J amplified pulse energy.  相似文献

A wide tuning technique for mid-IR difference-frequency generation (DFG) with uniform grating periodically poled LiNbO(3) (PPLN) is presented. Based on the dispersion property of the PPLN, the quasi-phase matching (QPM) band for the pump can evolve to two separate bands, and the spacing between them can be increased with the decrease of the crystal temperature. Two such separate QPM bands can be used for increasing the idler tuning range when the crystal temperature is set to adapt the pump tuning. With the technique, an idler tuning range of 690nm is experimentally achieved with fiber laser fundamental lights.  相似文献

We demonstrate a new experimental approach for flexible femtosecond pulse generation in the mid-IR by use of difference-frequency generation from two tightly synchronized Ti:sapphire lasers. The resultant mid-IR pulse train can be easily tuned, with an adjustable repetition frequency up to 100 MHz, a pulse energy of approximately 1.5 x 10(-13) J, and an intensity noise similar to that of the Ti:sapphire. Rapid switching of the mid-IR wavelength and programmable amplitude modulation are achieved by precision setting of the time delay between two original pulses.  相似文献

为了提高信号光与抽运光在时域上的匹配,提高放大系统的增益,提出了三通光参量啁啾脉冲放大的方法。实验中,信号光在一块晶体内被一抽运光在完全相位匹配的条件下放大了三次,总放大增益为3.7×107,能量晃动小于3%rms,放大后的信号光谱宽为30nm,压缩后的信号光脉宽为82fs。实验结果表明:采用三通光参量啁啾脉冲放大方法,有效地抑制了放大过程中参量荧光对放大过程的影响,在抽运光强为350MW/cm2时,参量荧光仅占输出总能量的1%。  相似文献

提出一种新型的宽带倍频方案,利用时空耦合效应将宽带的时间啁啾光转换成空间啁啾光,采用多块晶体并联、各晶体独立调谐的技术途径对空间啁啾光进行谐波转换,因此倍频效率与窄带激光倍频相当。理论研究表明,采用KDP晶体I类位相匹配,对中心波长为1 053 nm的宽带基频光实现了带宽约30 nm、转换效率大于60%的高效率宽带二倍频。而且倍频光仍为线性啁啾宽带光,具备可压缩性。  相似文献

光参量啁啾脉冲放大(OPCPA)是超短激光脉冲领域的重要技术之一,增大增益带宽对提高OPCPA的转换效率、实现宽带光参量放大具有重要的意义.本文将光束偏转和非共线OPCPA有机结合,提出了基于光束偏转的扫描式宽带OPCPA模型.分析了通过光束偏转来时刻改变非共线角,以保证各频率成分的相位匹配,从而增大增益带宽的基本原理.采用提出的扫描式宽带OPCPA,针对800 nm中心波长、带宽约为100 nm信号光的光参量放大进行了数值计算.结果表明:经过扫描式OPCPA后,信号光的带宽与放大之前几乎相同,光谱没有窄化;扫描式OPCPA比固定非共线角方式的放大极大地增加了增益带宽和转换效率,实现了宽带的光参量放大;要满足信号光各频率成分的相位匹配,达到最大的增益带宽和转换效率,需要尽量减小加载到钽铌酸钾(KTa_(1-x) Nb_xO_3, KTN)电光晶体上的电压抖动和电压延时.  相似文献
