本文构造出了一种具有九个自由度的厚薄板通用三角形位移单元,并给出了单元刚度矩阵显式。这种单元以其简洁的常规位移元列式可在相当宽的板厚变化范围内(包括板厚为零)获得很高的计算精度,其结果可与相应的矩形单元相比。而且不会出现剪切自锁。  相似文献

Based on a two-field generalized variational principle, a new type of arbitrary quadrilateral plate bending element, with four nodes and with the effect of transverse shear deformation taken into account, is proposed. The element is applicable to a wide range of plate thickness and an explicit expression of stiffness matrix can be obtained. Therefore, it possesses the distinguished features of general applicability, high precision and less computer time.  相似文献

A new skin friction balance with moving belt has been developed for measurement of the surface shear stress component in the direction of belt motion. The device is described in this paper with typical measurement results. This instrument is symmetric in design with small moving mass and negligible internal friction. It is 3.8 cm high, 3.8 cm long and 2.1 cm wide, with the sensing surface 0.7 cm wide and 1.5 cm long, and it can be made in various sizes. The unique design of this instrument has reduced some of the errors associated with conventional floating-element balances. The instrument can use various sensing systems and the ouput signal is a linear function of the wall shear stress. Measurements show good agreement with data obtained by the floating element balances and flat plate prediction techniques. Dynamic measurements have been made in a limited range. The overall uncertainty of measurement is estimated to be ±2%.  相似文献

用拟夹层板法和有限元法对网架结构进行分析,对三类屋面网架(正放四角锥网架、两向正交正放网架和正放抽空四角锥网架)进行了均布荷载、局部荷载(半跨均布荷载)作用下的静力分析以及固有振动分析,对三类竖向承重网架墙体进行了稳定性分析。通过与有限元法分析结果的对比,表明了拟夹层板法作为一种简化的计算方法,其精度是比较高的,绝大多数的误差都小于5%,是可以直接用于工程结构设计的一种有效方法。此外,拟夹层板法还可作为一种在宏观上检验有限元建模正确与否的实用方法。  相似文献

构造一个彻底消除剪切闭锁现象并且对网格畸变不敏感的四边形厚薄板通用单元RPAQ。在方法上有三个特点:第一,在厚板挠度和转角的试函数中,采用了合理匹配方案,从而在源头上彻底消除了剪切闭锁现象;第二,采用四边形面积坐标,以代替通常的等参坐标,从而使网格畸变时仍然保持高精度;第三,采用广义协调元做法,使协调条件的采用灵活多样,并保证单元的收敛性。进行了一系列数值例题测试,表明单元RPAQ能自动消除闭锁现象,在由薄板到厚板的不同情况下,在各种网格畸变的情况下,都能体现出良好的精度和数值稳定性。  相似文献

The meshless local boundary integral equation method is a currently developed numerical method, which combines the advantageous features of Galerkin finite element method ( GFEM ), boundary element method (BEM) and element free Galerkin method (EFGM), and is a truly meshless method possessing wide prospects in engineeringapplications. The dynamic deformation of harmonic vibration is used as the shape functions of the finite annular plate element, and sonic integration difficulties related to the Bessel’s functions are solved in this paper. Then the dynamic stiffness matrix of the finite annular plate element is established in closed form and checked by the direct stiffness method. The paper has given wide convcrage for decomposing the dynamic matrix into the power series of frequency square. By utilizing the axial symmetry of annular elements, the modes with different numbers of nodal diameters at s separately treated. Thus some terse and complete results are obtained as the foundation of structural characteristic analysis and dynamic response compulation.  相似文献

对于大部分非协调板单元,使用规则网格能得到很好的效果。但是,当网格不规则时,非协调元的数值特性将变得很差,甚至收敛性得不到保证。为解决网格依赖性问题,许多专家学者提出了改造单元,如拟协调元法和广义协调元法,这些方法能解决收敛性问题,但是数值实践证明没有一种单元能在所有情况下都具有良好的数值特性。考虑到流形方法采用两套完全独立的覆盖系统,可以用规则的数学网格来作为数学覆盖进行插值,取得最佳的插值效果,单元收敛性便能得到保证。再结合适用于流形方法的变分提法,建立起流形方法处理非规则物理边界非协调板单元的一般格式。以ACM薄板单元为例,与ANSYS、拟协调元法和广义协调元法进行了对比,证明本文方法在处理具有曲线边界的薄板弯曲问题时具有收敛快和精度高等优势。  相似文献

In this paper the problem of a finite plate containing collinear surface cracks is considered. The problem is solved by using the line spring model with plane elasticity and Reissner's plate theory. The main purpose of the study is to investigate the effect of interaction between two cracks or between cracks and stress-free plate boundaries on the stress intensity factors and to provide extensive numerical results which may be useful in applications. First, some sample results are obtained and are compared with the existing finite element results. Then the problem is solved for a single (internal) crack, two collinear cracks and two corner cracks for wide range of relative dimensions. Particularly in corner cracks the agreement with the finite element solution is surprisingly very good. The results are obtained for semielliptic and rectangular crack profiles which may, in practice, correspond to two limiting cases of the actual profile of a subcritically growing surface crack.  相似文献

采用试验与有限元相结合的方法分析了钢板墙-双肢C型钢框架在低周反复荷载作用下的力学性能。在此基础上提出了一种构造简单、力学性能良好的四拉杆等效模型(FSEM)。通过FSEM模型分析了柱刚度系数、钢板墙高厚比和钢板墙高宽比,并与传统有限元模型结果进行了对比。结果表明,FSEM模型精度较高,静力计算时与传统壳单元模型的误差在10%以内,可以在设计中简化计算。提出了FSEM模型等效拉杆的倾角、截面面积计算公式,并建议该类框架钢板墙高厚比取600~1000,高宽比取0.5~1.0,柱刚度系数取79.6~99.5,为实际工程中的设计计算提供参考。  相似文献

基于区域叠加原理和微分容积法,发展了一种新型的数值方法——微分容积单元法,用以分析具有不连续几何特征的中厚板的自由振动。根据板的不连续情况将其划分为若干单元,在每个单元内用微分容积法将控制微分方程离散成为一组线性代数方程.在相邻的单元连接处应用位移连续条件和平衡条件,引入边界约束条件后得到一套关于各配点位移的齐次线性代数方程,由此可导出求解系统固有频率的特征方程。本文用子空间迭代法求解特征方程,并以开孔板、混合边界条件板和突变厚度板为例研究了方法的收敛性和计算精度。  相似文献

偶应力理论的有限元列式面临本质性的C1连续性困难. 平面偶应力理论和Reissner/Mindlin板弯曲理论之间的比拟关系表明这两个理论系统的有 限元的同一性,而R/M板有限元并不存在C1连续性困难. 因此,研究将R/M板单元转化为具有一般位移自由度的平面偶应力单元的一般方法. 根据这一方法,将典型的8节点Serendipity型R/M板单元Q8S转化为一个4节点12 自由度的四边形平面偶应力单元,数值结果表明该单元具有良好的精度和收敛性  相似文献

本文将Reissner-Mindlin板理论推广到空间曲壳结构,可称为Reissner-Mindlin型壳理论。从这种理论出发,可直接导出C(0)连续的壳体单元,即考虑横向剪切变型的影向的壳体单元,这种单元在国外已被广泛地采用,为克服这种单元在应用中所出现的剪切和膜的锁制现象同时又防止出现任何零能模式,作者提出了一种采用假定应变的新的壳单元公式,并对这种单元进行了广泛的数值试验,结果表明这种单元具有较高的精度和良好的性能。  相似文献

在机电耦合本构方程基础上,利用Hamilton原理推导了压电薄板屈曲分析的有限元特征方程和机电耦合的内力计算公式,在有限元实现中选择了基于Kirchhoff薄板假定的四边形薄板单元(DKQ单元),并给出该单元的几何刚度阵及其数值积分方法。在大型通用有限元分析和优化设计软件系统JIFEX中实现了该方法。给出的数值验证了DKQ单元在屈曲分析和压电薄板静力分析中具有较高精度和收敛性,通过机械荷载和电荷载联合作用下的临界荷载计算,表明压电耦合效应能够影响结构的稳定性,可以通过改变外加电压对结构稳定性进行控制。  相似文献

The mill roller bearing is made up of an internal ring, middle rolls and an external ring, the analysis of which is a multi-bodies contact problem. In this paper, based on the three-dimensional elastic contact BEM without friction, and using the structural characteristics of roller bearings, middle rolls are described by elastic plate units of different shapes, which is placed on the internal ring. The discontinuous traction problem of the contact element can be dealt with by the traction sub-element method. Therefore the contact problem can be changed from one of multi-bodies to one of two-bodies. As an elastic deformation of the plate element, it can be calculated by an elastic contact formula and is regarded as an equivalent gap to be put into the total matrix equality. The face-to-face contact condition of displacement and traction on the element will serve as the convergence judging condition. So convergence solution can be obtained before any geometry inconsistent on the contact element may take place. Therefore, the three-dimensional distribution of load of the mill roller bearing can be achieved. It has been proved that the calculating model of this method is visualized and simple, has fast convergence solution and higher accuracy, making it an effective numerical method of designing and analyzing load characteristics of the mill roller bearing. 分布阻尼振子可拓宽结构减振频带,因此可将振子分布于板中以形成复合板(简称“分布振子复合板”),进而实现较宽的减振频带.对于多点支撑处受到宽频非一致激励(例如在不同激励点处的激励频率、幅值与相位有差异)的分布振子复合板,目前还缺乏有效简便的优化控制指标.在作者之前的研究中,针对含分布振子的梁推导了基于模态应变能的模态阻尼计算理论,讨论了模态阻尼与单点激励下梁的减振效果的相关性,并应用于宽频减振设计优化.本文进一步将模态阻尼计算理论推广到分布振子复合板,并将研究从梁的单点激励扩展到板的多点非一致激励下的阻尼减振相关性.首先,在利用模态应变能法推导得到分布振子复合板的模态阻尼计算公式后,从理论上讨论了不同边界条件与模态阶次对计算结果的影响,以及计算理论的适用性.而后,进一步通过有限元参数分析了边界条件、频率比、模态阶次与质量比的影响.最后,通过算例分析了无振子板或分布振子复合板在四个激励点具有多种幅值与相位组合情况下的稳态响应.结果表明,推导的模态阻尼计算公式可正确预测不同边界条件下的模态阻尼,且理论预测的模态阻尼与基板的稳态平均加速度减小率、稳态峰值应变能减小率均有较高的相关性.  相似文献

本文提出了一种新的空间墙单元模型,这种墙单元把土建中常用的剪力墙作为它的一种特殊情形.本文基于四边形单元所提出的墙单元在平面内是一块膜,它除面内的两个平动自由度外还具有绕平面转动的自由度;平面外是一块弯曲板.因而它是膜和板的一个组合,它的每个节点具有空间的全部六个自由度.由于考虑了空间墙平面内和平面外的刚度,因此这种新的墙单元能够直接与三维框架的梁、柱单元连接.它也能很容易地处理墙的空间变形。  相似文献
