The title compound [Mn(DPMT)2Cl2(H2O)2] (DPMT = 1-[[2-(2,4-dichlorophenyl)- 1,3-dioxolan-2-yl]methyl]-1H-1,2,4-triazole) was synthesized by the reaction of MnCl2·4H2O and DPMT in ethanol solution and its structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 23.913(4), b = 7.8883(13), c = 8.6291(14) , β = 95.816(3)o, V = 1619.4(5) 3, Z = 2, C24H26Cl6MnN6O6, Mr = 762.15, Dc = 1.563 g/cm3, μ = 0.950 mm-1, S = 1.045, F(000) = 774, R = 0.0462 and wR = 0.0981. The molecular structure is a centrosymmetric conformation, and two ligands are symmetrically located on both sides of the Mn atom. The manganese atom is surrounded by two nitrogen atoms from ligands, two chlorine atoms and two oxygen atoms from water molecules to form a slightly distorted octahedral geometry.  相似文献

A novel one-dimensional copper(II) coordination polymer of {[Cu(4-CPOA)(3- PyOH)2(H2O)2]·H2O}n (4-CPOA2- = 4-carboxyphenoxyacetate dianion, 3-PyOH = 3-hydroxypyri- dine) has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses, IR spectra and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The complex C19H22N2O10Cu crystallizes in triclinic system, space group P-1with a = 7.672(2), b = 18.490(4), c = 13.271(3) (A), α = 72.81(3), β = 84.64(3), γ = 87.28(3)°, V = 1026.3(4) (A)3, Z = 2, Mr = 501.94, Dc = 1.624 g/cm3, μ = 1.126 mm-1, F(000) = 518, the final R = 0.0580 and wR = 0.1310 for 3364 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). Each Cu(II) ion is coordinated with two different carboxyl O atoms from two 4-carboxyphenoxyacetate groups, two N atoms from two 3-PyOH ligands and two water molecules, residing in a distorted octahedral environment. Adjacent Cu(II) atoms are linked by bi-monodentate 4-CPOA2- groups into an one-dimensional chain along the b axis. A three-dimensional supramolecular network is constructed by O-H…O hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

A novel coordination polymer, [Mn(PDC)H2O]n (1) (H2PDC=pyridine-2,3-dicarboxylic acid), has been hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and single crystal X-ray diffraction. X-ray single crystal structural analyses revealed that two-dimensional frameworks were formed, and further assembled into a three-dimensional supramolecular structure bridged by PDC ligands. Moreover, the magnetic study of complex 1 shows weak antiferromagnetic interaction between the neighboring Mn(II) centers within the chains and even weak ferromagnetic interactions between the Mn(II) centers in different chains.  相似文献

A novel one-dimensional coordination polymer, [Cd( μ-DPIA)2(H2O)]n (HDPIA=4,5-Diphenylimidazole-1-acetic acid), was synthesized and characterized by the element analysis, IR and single crystal X-ray diffraction. It crystallizes in the orthogonal space group Pca22 with unit cell parameters: a=1.509 6(3) nm, b=0.611 1(1) nm, c=3.216 4(6) nm, and V=2.967 1(10) nm3, Z=4, R=0.032 7, wR=0.086 7. The Cd atom is seven-coordinated by four O atoms and two N atoms from two chelating DPIA- ligands and one water molecule, and displays a distorted pentagonal bipyramid coordination geometry. Each DPIA- ligand bridges two adjacent Cd atoms, forming a infinite chain along the a axis direction. The Cd…Cd separation within the polymer is 0.765 0(3) nm. A layer structure which parallels to the ab plane is further constructed by hydrogen bonding interactions. CCDC: 254247.  相似文献

The copper atom is five-coordinated involving two oxygen atoms of different m-BDOA2- ligand, two nitrogen atoms of 2,2′-bipy ligand and one coordinated water, there is a distorted square pyramidal environment. Two copper atoms are bridged by m-BDOA2- ligand, forming a one-dimensional chain along a axis. The adjacent distance of Cu…Cu atoms is 0.877 3nm. The crystal network was formed by the intermolecular hydrogen bond and π-packing interactions.  相似文献

The manganese atom is seven-coordinate involving four oxygen atoms of different p-CPOA2- ligands and three coordinated water, forming a distorted pentagonal bipyramindal environment. Two manganese atoms are bridged by p-CPOA2- ligand, forming a one-dimensional zigzag chain structure along p axis. The adjacent distance of Mn…Mn atoms is 1.021 0 nm. A novel manganese coordination polymer [Mn(FA)2(4,4′-bipy)]n(HFA=2-furancarboxylic acid, 4,4′-bipy=4,4′-bipyridine) has been synthesized by hydrothermal methods. The crystal structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal is of monoclinic, space group C2/c with a=1.698 4(3) nm, b=1.168 6(2) nm, c=1.009 5(17) nm, β=109.455(11)°, V=1.889 2(6) nm3, Z=4, Dc=1.523 g·cm-3, Mr=433.27, F(000)=884, μ=0.740 mm-1, R1=0.028 2 and wR2=0.071 0. In the crystal, the manganese atom is six-coordinated by two nitrogen atoms from 4,4′-bipyridine and four oxygen atoms from furancarboxylic acid molecules, completing an octahedral geometry. The 4,4′-bipyridine molecules are connected to the infinite chain [Mn(FA)2]n to form a two-dimensional layer. The quantum chemistry calculation on the title complex has been performed by means of G98W package and taking Lanl2dz basis set. CCDC: 296763.  相似文献

A one-dimensional chain coordination polymer [Cu(phen)(2,4,6-TMBA)2(H2O)]n has been synthesized by reacting 2,4,6-trimethyl-benzoic acid, 1,10-phenanthroline and Cu(Ⅱ) perchlorate and its structure was characterized. Crystal data for this complex: tetragonal, space group I41, a = 2.0293(3), b = 2.0293(3), c = 1.3758(2) nm, α =β= γ = 90°, V= 5.6657(13) nm3, Dc= 1.379 g/cm3, Z = 8, μ(MoKa) = 0.815 mm-1, Mr = 588.14, F(000) = 2456, S = 1.047, R = 0.0459 and wR = 0.1053. The crystal structure shows that two neighboring Cu(Ⅱ) ions are linked together by one bridging-chelating 2,4,6-trimethyl-benzoic group, forming a one-dimensional chain structure. Each Cu(Ⅱ) ion is coordinated with two nitrogen atoms from one 1,10-phenanthroline molecule, three oxygen atoms from three 2,4,6-trimethyl-benzoic acid molecules and one oxygen atom from one water molecule, giving a six-coordinate distorted octahedral coordination geometry. The cyclic voltammetry behavior of the complex was also investigated.  相似文献
