The bis(cyclopropylammonium)dihydrogenodiphosphate monohydrate is a new diphosphate associated with the organic molecule C3H5NH2. We report the chemical preparation and the crystal structure of this organic cation diphosphate. (C3H5NH3)2H2P2O7.H2O is orthorhombic (S.G. : P212121), with Z = 4 and the following unit-cell parameters : a = 4.828(1) Å, b = 11.011(1) Å, c = 25.645(2) Å. The P2O7 groups and H2O water molecules form a succession of bidimensional layers perpendicular to the c axis. The organic cations ensure the three-dimensional cohesion by NH-O hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The crystal structure of Na[Rh(acac)2Cl2] · H2O (acac) =C 5H7O 2 ? )is determined The crystals are triclinic, space group P1, with unit cell dimensions a =12.616(2), b =8.411(4), c =8.499(4) å,a =108.37(4), Β =95.47(4), γ =110.45(4)?, V =780.3(6) å 3, Z =2, d calc =1.758 g/cm 3, R =0.0461. The strong pseudoperiodicity observed experimentally (no reflections with odd indices h) led to a set of experimental data obtained in the unit cell that is reduced along the a axis (“Syntex P2 1 ” automatic diffractometer, λMoK α, graphite monochromator), 1466 measured and 1302 observed Ihkl included in the calculation. This is due to the alternation of the central atoms of octahedral complex onions at intervals of 1/2a. The Rh- 0 and Rh- Cl distances are, on the average, 2.001(3) and 2.325(2), respectively. The cis- angles of ClRhO type are close to 90?, and the average value of the ORhO chelate angle is 95.1? (within 3Σ with Σ ? 0.1?). The average interatomic distances and bond angles (according to types) in the acac ligand are as follows: O- C 1.274, (C- C)ring 1.397, Cring- Csub 1.506 å with Σ not higher than 0.006 å,RhOC 122.2?, (OCC) ring 126.4?, (OCC)term 114.2?, (CCC)ring 127.3?, (CC)ringcsub 119.3? (Σ within 0.2– 0.6?). The distorted octahedron around the Na ion consists of five O atoms (of the H2O molecule and the neighboring acac ligands, distances within 2.364– 2.409 å) and one Cl ion lying at a distance of 2.970 å. The structure in general is of ribbon type: Rh1,2 and Na octahedra are linked by a common edge O(2′)O(1) and common face O(3)O(4′)O(2′) into infinite ribbons, which are extended along the [100] axis and which are translationally identical in the [010] and [001] directions. The H 2O molecule forms two Cl(l)...H2O...Cl(2′) hydrogen bonds: 3.116 and 3.179 å, respectively, which link the Rh octahedra into infinite chains in the [120] direction.  相似文献

The product from reaction of samarium chloride hexahydrate with salicylic acid and Thioproline, [Sm(C7H5O3)2·(C4H6NO2S)]·2H2O, was synthesized and characterized by IR, elemental analysis, molar conductance, and thermogravimetric analysis. The standard molar enthalpies of solution of [SmCl3·6H2O(s)], [2C7H6O3(s)], [C4H7NO2S(s)] and [Sm(C7H5O3)2·(C4H7NO2S)·H2O(s)] in a mixed solvent of absolute ethyl alcohol, dimethyl sulfoxide(DMSO) and 3 mol L?1 HCl were determined by calorimetry to be Δs H m Φ [SmCl3 δ6H2O (s), 298.15 K]= ?46.68±0.15 kJ mol?1 Δs H m Φ [2C7H6O3 (s), 298.15 K]= 25.19±0.02 kJ mol?1, Δs H m Φ [C4H7NO2S (s), 298.15 K]=16.20±0.17 kJ mol?1 and Δs H m Φ [Sm(C7H5O3)2·(C4H6NO2S)]·2H2O (s), 298.15 K]= ?81.24±0.67 kJ mol?1. The enthalpy change of the reaction (1) $$ SmCl_3 \cdot 6H_2 O(s) + 2C_7 H_6 O_3 (s) + C_4 H_7 NO_2 S(s) = Sm(C_7 H_5 O_3 )_2 \cdot (C_4 H_6 NO_2 S) \cdot 2H_2 O(s) + 3HCl(g) + 4H_2 O(1) $$ was determined to be Δs H m Φ =123.45±0.71 kJ mol?1. From date in the literature, through Hess’ law, the standard molar enthalpy of formation of Sm(C7H5O3)2(C4H6NO2S)δ2H2O(s) was estimated to be Δs H m Φ [Sm(C7H5O3)2·(C4H6NO2S)]·2H2O(s), 298.15 K]= ?2912.03±3.10 kJ mol?1.  相似文献

IR and NMR data showed that the ionic complex Pd2(CHCC6H5)2(C5H7O2)3(BF3)2BF4 isolated in the reaction Pd(Acac)2 + PA + 5BF3OEt2 (Acac is C5H7O2, PA is phenylacetylene) is an adduct of two complexes, namely, (Acac)PdBF4 and [(PA)2Pd(C3-Acac · BF3)]+(Acac · BF3) (coordinatively unsaturated). On dissolution in deuteroacetone or deuteromethanol, the [(Acac)PdF2BF2Pd(C3-Acac · BF3)(PA)2]+(Acac · BF3) adduct decomposed to Pd(Acac)2, 2BF3 · L (L = (CD3)2CO, CD3OD) and the [L(PA)2Pd(C3-Acac]+BF4 complex.  相似文献

The reaction of the croconate dianion (C(5)O(5))(2-) with a Fe(III) salt has led, unexpectedly, to the formation of the first example of a discrete Fe(II)-croconate complex without additional coligands, K(4)[Fe(C(5)O(5))(2)(H(2)O)(2)](HC(5)O(5))(2)·4H(2)O (1). 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic P2(1)/c space group and presents discrete octahedral Fe(II) complexes coordinated by two chelating C(5)O(5)(2-) anions in the equatorial plane and two trans axial water molecules. The structure can be viewed as formed by alternating layers of trans-diaquabis(croconato)ferrate(II) complexes and layers containing the monoprotonated croconate anions, HC(5)O(5)(-), and noncoordinated water molecules. Both kinds of layers are directly connected through a hydrogen bond between an oxygen atom of the coordinated dianion and the protonated oxygen atom of the noncoordinated croconate monoanion. A H-bond network is also formed between the coordinated water molecule and one oxygen atom of the coordinated croconate. This H-bond can be classified as strong-moderate being the O···O bond distance (2.771(2) ?) typical of moderate H-bonds and the O-H···O bond angle (174(3)°) typical of strong ones. This H-bond interaction leads to a quadratic regular layer where each [Fe(C(5)O(5))(2)(H(2)O)(2)](2-) anion is connected to its four neighbors in the plane through four equivalent H-bonds. From the magnetic point of view, these connections lead to an S = 2 quadratic layer. The magnetic properties of 1 have been reproduced with a 2D square lattice model for S = 2 ions with g = 2.027(2) and J = 4.59(3) cm(-1). This model reproduces quite satisfactorily its magnetic properties but only above the maximum. A better fit is obtained by considering an additional antiferromagnetic weak interlayer coupling constant (j) through a molecular field approximation with g = 2.071(7), J = 2.94(7) cm(-1), and j = -0.045(2) cm(-1) (the Hamiltonian is written as H = -JS(i)S(j)). Although this second model might still be improved since there is also an extra contribution due to the presence of ZFS in the Fe(II) ions, it confirms the presence of weak ferromagnetic Fe-Fe interactions through H-bonds in compound 1 which represents one of the rare examples of ferromagnetic coupling via H-bonds.  相似文献

Two organic–inorganic compounds based on Keggin building blocks have been synthesized by hydrothermal methods, (C7N2H7)3(C7N2H6)?·?PMo12O40?·?2H2O (1) and (C7N2H7)3(C7N2H6)2?·?AsMo12O40?·?3H2O (2) (C7N2H6?=?benzimidazole). Single-crystal X-ray analysis revealed that 1 crystallized in the triclinic system, P-1 space group with a?=?9.8980(4)?Å, b?=?11.2893(4)?Å, c?=?25.8933(9)?Å, α?=?93.307(2)°, β?=?90.630(2)°, γ?=?108.330(2)°, V?=?2740.68(18)?Å3, Z?=?2, R 1(F)?=?0.0740, ωR 2(F 2)?=?0.1511, and S?=?1.037; 2 crystallized in the triclinic system, P-1 space group with a?=?12.3353(4)?Å, b?=?13.2649(4)?Å, c?=?20.2878(6)?Å, α?=?95.6630(10)°, β?=?100.1720(10)°, γ?=?99.3940(10)°, V?=?3195.72(17)?Å3, Z?=?2, R 1(F)?= 0.0329, ωR2 (F 2)?=?0.1236, and S?=?1.088. The two compounds show a layer framework constructed from Keggin-polyoxoanion clusters and benzimidazole via hydrogen bonds and π–π stacking interactions, resulting in a 3-D supramolecular network. Both have high catalytic activity for oxidation of methanol. When the initial concentration of the methanol is 5.37?g?m?3 in air and the flow velocity is 4.51?mL?min?1, methanol is completely eliminated at 150°C for 1 (160°C for 2).  相似文献

The binuclear complexes [Cu2L2(H2O)4] · 5H2O (1) and [Ni2L2(H2O)4] · 2H2O (2) (where L = C11H11NO5S, H 2 L = 2-[(3-formyl-5-methyl-2-hydroxy-benzylidene)-amino]ethanesulfonic acid) have been synthesized and characterized by IR, elemental analysis and X-ray diffraction. The crystals belong to the monoclinic system, space group P21/c. Complex 1: a = 16.8902(12), b = 11.2829(6), c = 17.4249(11) Å; β = 106.709(4)°; S = 1.131; V = 3180.5(3) Å3; Z = 4; D Calcd = 1.729 g cm?3; F(000) = 1712; μ = 1.554 mm?1; R 1 = 0.0519, wR 2 = 0.1349; complex 2: a = 11.399(2), b = 19.985(3), c = 7.3694(10) Å; β = 108.664(7)°; S = 1.157; V = 1590.6(4) Å3; Z = 2; D Calcd = 1.604 g cm?3; F(000) = 800; μ = 1.388 mm?1; R 1 = 0.1859, wR 2 = 0.4346. The geometry around each metal(II) center can be described as slightly distorted octahedral. Water-sulfonic clusters and (H2O)4 water clusters can be observed for 1 from the crystal packing diagram, while cavity and offset face-to-face π–π stacking can be observed for 2. The complexes have been tested for the antibacterial activities which show antibacterial activities of 1 for β-hemolytic streptococcus, Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli, and the antibacterial activity of 2 only for β-hemolytic streptococcus.  相似文献

Two new polyoxovanadates (Co(N(3)C(5)H(15))(2))(2)[{Co(N(3)C(5)H(15))(2)}V(15)Sb(6)O(42)(H(2)O)]·5H(2)O (1) and (Ni(N(3)C(5)H(15))(2))(2)[{Ni(N(3)C(5)H(15))(2)}V(15)Sb(6)O(42)(H(2)O)]·8H(2)O (2) (N(3)C(5)H(15) = N-(2-aminoethyl)-1,3-propanediamine) were synthesized under solvothermal conditions and structurally characterized. In both structures the [V(15)Sb(6)O(42)(H(2)O)](6-) shell displays the main structural motif, which is strongly related to the {V(18)O(42)} archetype cluster. Both compounds crystallize in the triclinic space group P1 with a = 14.3438(4), b = 16.6471(6), c = 18.9186(6) ?, α = 87.291(3)°, β = 83.340(3)°, γ = 78.890(3)°, and V = 4401.4(2) ?(3) (1) and a = 14.5697(13), b = 15.8523(16), c = 20.2411(18) ?, α = 86.702(11)°, β = 84.957(11)°, γ = 76.941(11)°, and V = 4533.0(7) ?(3) (2). In the structure of 1 the [V(15)Sb(6)O(42)(H(2)O)](6-) cluster anion is bound to a [Co(N(3)C(5)H(15))(2)](2+) complex via a terminal oxygen atom. In the Co(2+)-centered complex, one of the amine ligands coordinates in tridentate mode and the second one in bidentate mode to form a strongly distorted CoN(5)O octahedron. Similarly, in compound 2 an analogous NiN(5)O complex is joined to the [V(15)Sb(6)O(42)(H(2)O)](6-) anion via the same attachment mode. A remarkable difference between the two compounds is the orientation of the noncoordinated propylamine group leading to intermolecular Sb···O contacts in 1 and to Sb···N interactions in 2. In the solid-state lattices of 1 and 2, two additional [M(N(3)C(5)H(15))(2)](2+) complexes act as countercations and are located between the [{M(N(3)C(5)H(15))(2)}V(15)Sb(6)O(42)(H(2)O)](4-) anions. Between the anions and cations strong N-H···O hydrogen bonds are observed. In both compounds the clusters are stacked along the b axis in an ABAB fashion with cations and water molecules occupying the space between the clusters. Magnetic characterization demonstrates that the Ni(2+) and Co(2+) cations do not significantly couple with the S = 1/2 vanadyl groups. The susceptibility data can be successfully reproduced assuming a distorted ligand field for the Co(2+) ions (1) and an O(h)-symmetric Ni(2+) ligand field (2).  相似文献

The title compound, [Fe(C5H5)(C10H7O2S)], an important precursor en route to organometallic donor–π–acceptor systems, forms dimers in the solid state through cyclic intermolecular carboxyl­ic acid O—H⃛O hydrogen bonds, graph set R(8) [O⃛O 2.661 (2) Å and O—H⃛O 175°]. Intermolecular CCp—H⃛πCp interactions between the unsubstituted cyclo­penta­dienyl (Cp) rings and Cthiazole—H⃛πCp interactions link neighbouring mol­ecules into a three-dimensional network [C⃛Cg 3.753 (7) Å and C—H⃛Cg 156°, and C⃛Cg 3.687 (3) Å and C—H⃛Cg 129°; Cg is the ring centroid]. 将六水氯化钐,水杨酸与硫代脯氨酸3种物质一起反应,制得了一种新的稀土三元固体配合物[Sm(C7H5O3)2(C4H6NO2S)].2H2O(s)。通过红外光谱、热重差热分析、元素分析等手段确定了其结构与组成。在常压、298.15 K下,分别测定了六水氯化钐、水杨酸、硫代脯氨酸和该配合物在混合溶剂(二甲亚砜∶乙醇∶3 mol.L-1HCl=1∶1∶1)中的溶解焓,并根据热化学原理得出了298.15 K时配合物[Sm(C7H5O3)2(C4H6NO2S)].2H2O(s)的标准摩尔生成焓ΔfHmΘ=(-2913.73±3.10)kJ.mol-1。  相似文献

The title compound (C6N3H18)2Ti4O4(C2O4)7(4H2O 1 (C13H22N3O18Ti2, Mr = 604.14) was synthesized by the reaction of Ti(SO4)2, H2C2O4(2H2O and N-(2-ammonioethyl)- piperazinium (AEPP) in aqueous solution. The single-crystal X-ray analysis has revealed that 1 crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group Pī with a = 9.1437(6), b = 11.4991(10), c = 11.6975(8)A, α = 96.2915(18), β = 107.998(3), γ = 104.276(4)°, V = 1110.35(14)A3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.807 g/cm3, F(000) = 618, μ = 0.815 mm-1, the final R = 0.0463 and wR = 0.1264 for 3718 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). X-ray crystal-structure analysis suggests that compound 1 consists of [Ti4O4(C2O4)7]6- anion and two protonated N-(2-ammonioethyl)piperazinium cations. The anions are linked into an infinite chain through Ti4O4(C2O4)8 by sharing the oxalates as bridging ligands.  相似文献

The complex from reaction of neodymium chloride six-hydrate with salicylic acid and 8-hydroxyquinoline, Nd(C7H5O3)2·(C9H6NO), was synthesized and characterized by IR, elemental analysis, molar conductance, and thermogravimatric analysis. The standard molar enthalpies of solution of [NdCl3·6H2O(s)], [2C7H6O3(s)], [C9H7NO(s)] and [Nd(C7H5O3)2·(C9H6NO)(s)] in a mixed solvent of anhydrous ethanol, dimethyl formamide (DMF) and perchloric acid were determined by calorimetry at 298.15 K. A novel compound, KBi(C6H4O7) · 3.5H2O (I), has been synthesized in the Bi(NO3)2-K3(HCit) system (HCit3? is an anion of citric acid C6H8O7) at a component ratio (n) of 8 in a water-glycerol mixture, and its crystal structure has been determined. The crystals are unstable in air. The crystals are triclinic: a = 7.462 Å, b = 10.064 Å, c = 17.582 Å, α = 100.27°, β = 99.31°, γ = 105.48°, V = 1221.2 Å3, Z = 2, space group $P\bar 1$ . In the structure of I, asymmetric binuclear fragments [Bi2(Cit4?)2(H2O)2]2? are linked through inversion centers into polymeric chain anions. Ions K+ and crystal water molecules are arranged in channels between the chains. The Bi(1)...Bi(2) distances in the binuclear fragment are 4.62 Å, and the Bi(1)...Bi(1) and Bi(2)...Bi(2) distances between bismuth atoms in the chain are 5.83 and 5.95 Å, respectively. The chains are linked through bridging oxygen atoms of the ligands Cit to form layers. In the centrosymmetric four-membered chelate ring Bi2O2 formed through Bi-O(Cit) bonds, the distances Bi(1)-Bi(1) are equal to 4.55 Å, and Bi(1)-O are 2.66 and 2.84 Å. The Bi-O bond lengths in I are in the range 2.12–3.16 Å. The Cit ligands act as hexadentate chelating/bridging ligands.  相似文献

The thermal behaviour of Ba[Cu(C2O4)2(H2O)]·5H2O in N2 and in O2 has been examined using thermogravimetry (TG) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The dehydration starts at relatively low temperatures (about 80°C), but continues until the onset of the decomposition (about 280°C). The decomposition takes place in two major stages (onsets 280 and 390°C). The mass of the intermediate after the first stage corresponded to the formation of barium oxalate and copper metal and, after the second stage, to the formation of barium carbonate and copper metal. The enthalpy for the dehydration was found to be 311±30 kJ mol–1 (or 52±5 kJ (mol of H2O)–1). The overall enthalpy change for the decomposition of Ba[Cu(C2O4)2] in N2 was estimated from the combined area of the peaks of the DSC curve as –347 kJ mol–1. The kinetics of the thermal dehydration and decomposition were studied using isothermal TG. The dehydration was strongly deceleratory and the -time curves could be described by the three dimensional diffusion (D3) model. The values of the activation energy and the pre-exponential factor for the dehydration were 125±4 kJ mol–1 and (1.38±0.08)×1015 min–1, respectively. The decomposition was complex, consisting of at least two concurrent processes. The decomposition was analysed in terms of two overlapping deceleratory processes. One process was fast and could be described by the contracting-geometry model withn=5. The other process was slow and could also be described by the contracting-geometry model, but withn=2.The values ofE a andA were 206±23 kJ mol–1 and (2.2±0.5)×1019 min–1, respectively, for the fast process, and 259±37 kJ mol–1 and (6.3±1.8)×1023 min–1, respectively, for the slow process.Dedicated to Prof. Menachem Steinberg on the occasion of his 65th birthday  相似文献

The solubility of components in the system Mg(ClO3)2-2NH2C2H4OH · H3C6H5O7-H2O was studied from the complete freezing temperature ?59.4°C to 20.0°C. A polythermal solubility diagram was constructed, in which the crystallization fields were determined for ice, Mg(ClO3)2 · 16H2O, Mg(ClO3)2 · 12H2O, Mg(ClO3)2 · 6H2O, 2NH2C2H4OH · H3C6H5O7 · H2O, 2NH2C2H4OH · H3C6H5O7, and two new compounds, [(HOC(CH2COOH)2COO)2Mg · 2H2O] and [HOC(CH2COO)2MgCOOH · 2H2O], which were identified by chemical and physicochemical analysis methods.  相似文献

用常规合成方法制备了基于Anderson结构阴离子的二维层状化合物[(C6H5NO2)2Pr(H2O)4](CrMo6O24H6)·2.5H2O,通过红外光谱和X射线单晶衍射对其进行了表征.结果表明,该化合物属于单斜晶系,C2/c空间群.a=2.3442(9)nm,b=1.3291(5)nm,c=2.458(1)nm,β=103.08(1)°,V=7.460(5)nm3,R1=0.0727,wR2=0.1903.结构分析表明,[CrMo6O24H6]3-阴离子通过端氧担载一个配位的Pr3+离子形成中性的(C6H5NO2)Pr(H2O)4(CrMo6O24H6)基团,相邻的中性基团在Ot—Pr—Ot桥联下形成一维链,链与链又通过异烟酸的桥联形成二维层状结构.  相似文献

Crystals of the copper bromide complexes with N-allylisoquinolinium halides of the composition [C9H7N(C3H5)]2CuIICl2.86Br1.14 (I), [C9H7N(C3H5)]CuIBr2 · H2O (II), and [C9H7N(C3H5)]CuIBr2 (III) are prepared by ac electrochemical synthesis, and their structures are studied by X-ray diffraction analysis (DARCh-1 (for I) and KUMA/CCD (for II and III) diffractometers). The crystals of compound I are monoclinic: space group P21/n, a = 15.053(5) Å, b = 10.486(4) Å, c = 17.179(10) Å, γ = 109.77(3)°, V = 2552(4) Å3, Z = 4. The crystals of complex II are triclinic: space group P $\overline 1 $ , a = 7.040(1) Å, b = 7.610(2) Å, c = 12.460(2) Å, α = 79.54(3)°, β = 86.73(3)°, γ = 89.51(1)°, V = 655.4(2) Å3, Z = 2. The crystals of complex III are monoclinic: space group P21/n, a = 12.799(1) Å, b = 7.692(1) Å, c = 13.491(1) Å, β = 111.08(1)°, V = 1239.3(2) Å3, Z = 4. The structure of compound I is built of the CuIIX 4 2? tetrahedra and N-allylisoquinolinium cations united by the C-H···X contacts into corrugated layers. The crystal structure of π-complex II is formed of dimers of the composition [C9H7(C3H5)]2 Cu 2 I Br4 forming layers in the direction of the z axis due to the C-H···X contacts. An important role in structure formation belongs to water molecules that cross-link the organometallic layers through the O-H···X contacts into a three-dimensional framework. When kept in the mother liquor for 6 months, the crystals of compound II transformed into crystals of compound III, whose structure consists of {[C9H7(C3H5)]2Cu 2 I Br4} n columns united through the C-H···Br contacts (H···Br 2.84(3)?2.92(4) Å) into a three-dimensional framework.  相似文献

The trietheylaluminum based ferrocenylalane (η5?C5H5)Fe[η5?C5H4Al2(C2H5)4Cl] was prepared from the reaction of triethylaluminum with chloromercuriferrocene in toluene and characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction. The compound crystallizes in the triclinic space group P 1 with unit cell dimensions a = 9.353(3) Å, b = 10.281(7) Å, c = 11.599(9) Å, α = 79.64(7)°, β = 69.41(6)°, γ = 84.33(4)°, and Z = 2 for Dc = 1.27 g cm?3. Full-matrix least-squares refinement has led to a final R factor of 0.068 based on 1866 independent observed reflections. The two diethylaluminum units are bridged by a chlorine atom and one carbon atom of a cyclopentadienyl group, thus forming an Al-Cl-Al-C ring. The four-membered ring is planar to within 0.02 Å. The Al-Cl distances are 2.404(4) Å and 2.266(5) Å. The Al-Cl-Al angle is 78.9(1)° while the Al-C-Al angle is 91.3(4)°.
