The new notions of H-metric spaces and generalized H-KKM mappings were introduced. Some generalized H-KKM type theorems for generalized H-KKM mappings with finitely metrically compactly closed values and finitely metrically compactly open values were established in H-metric spaces. These theorems generalized recent results of Khamsi and Yuan. As applications, some Ky Fan type matching theorems for finitely metrically compactly open covers and finitely metrically compactly closed covers, fixed point theorems and minimax inequality are obtained in H-metric spaces. These results generalize a number of know results in recent literature. As well as proving stability, Lyapunov functions can also be used to prove instability, for which there are two well-known theorems: Lyapunov’s first and second instability theorems, in the integer-order (ordinary differential equation) case. However, these instability theorems for Caputo fractional-order systems remain blank, due to the long lack of general results on continuation of solution and Caputo fractional derivative of Lyapunov functions along trajectories. In this paper, based on recent advances in these two aspects, the Lyapunov’s first and second instability theorems for Caputo fractional-order systems are presented with proofs and then illustrated by examples.

Recently Zheng & Hwang established a series of independence theorems concerning with planar effective elastic properties. It is manifested that the estimation of the effective elastic properties of microcracked solids through the generalized self-consistent method (GSCM) contradicts with these independence theorems. In this paper it is shown that such contradiction is actually caused by the approximate algorithm adopted, while the exact solution of GSCM is consistent with these rigorously established independence theorems. Since only an approximate algorithm in GCSM is available in dealing with problems involving non-circular inclusions or holes, an intrinsic GSCM is proposed, which can be performed based on an approximate algorithm and the corresponding estimations are consistent with the independence theorems.  相似文献

By applying the technique of continuous partition of unity and Tychonoff’s fixed point theorem, some new collectively fixed point theorems for a family of set-valued mappings defined on the product space of noncompact G-convex spaces are proved. As applications, some nonempty intersetion theorems of Ky Fan type for a family of subsets of the product space of G-convex spaces are proved; An existence theorem of solutions for a system of nonlinear inequalities is given in G-convex spaces and some equilibrium existence theorems of abstract economies are also obtained in G-convex spaces. In this paper, we define a generalized relative degree for A-proper mappings from a relative open subset of a Banach space into another Banach space and introduce the concepts of generalized P-compact and P1-compact mappings. Generalized reciprocal theorems of non-coupled and coupled systems, which are valid for two deformed bodies with different constitutive relations are established by generalizing the idea of Betti's reciprocal theorem. When the consitutive relations of the two deformed bodies are all alike and linear elastic, the generalized reciprocal theorem of non-coupled systems just becomes Betti's. Flow law constraints that make it possible to establish comparison theorems (analogs of the theorems of [1, 2]) for nonlinear flows in an anisotropic inhomogeneous medium are formulated. In the theorems obtained the changes in the values of the pressure head and, moreover, the flow rate, filter velocity and pressure head gradients for such perturbations of the problem as the depression of individual surfaces, changes in the given boundary values of the head, etc., are established. The strict monotonicity of the relation between the flow rate and the pressure head difference in a region of the enlarged stream tube type and the possibility of an increase in flow rate with increase in flow resistance are demonstrated. The question of the correspondence between the constraints introduced and certain common models of porous media is discussed. Kazan'.
