The Kováts coefficients, Kc,Z, of a stationary phase and the solute's molecular structural coefficients, Sc,i, depend both on the specific retention volume Vg, of a solute or homologous series and on the “log-plot” slope, b, of a chromatographic column. In view of this dependence, the feasibility of predicting Vg in three instances was investigated: (a) Vg prediction of any n-alkane from Kc,Z and retention data of n-decane; (b) Vg prediction of any solute from the temperature dependence of the above parameters and (c) Vg prediction of any term of a homologous series from the correlations of the Sc increments, ΔSc, with the organic structural function. The possibilities of the method are evaluated in the light of the analysis of the deviations of the predicted Vg values from the measured values.  相似文献

The Schiff base compound, N-N′-bis(4-methoxybenzylidene)ethylenediamine (C18H20N2O2) has been synthesized and its crystal structure has been investigated by X-ray analysis and PM3 method. The compound crystallizes in monoclinic space group P21/n with a=10.190(1), b=7.954(1), c=10.636(1) Å, β=111.68(1)°, V=801.1(1) Å3, Z=2 and Dcal=1.229 Mgm−3. The title structure was solved by direct methods and refined to R=0.056 for 2414 reflections [I>3.0σ(I)] by full-matrix anisotropic least-squares methods. The energy profile of the compound was calculated by PM3 method as a function of θ[N1′–C9′–C9–N1]. The most stable molecular structure of the title compound is the anti conformation, which is different in energy by 5.0 and 1.0 kcal mol−1 from the eclipsed conformation I and gauche conformations, (III and V), respectively.  相似文献

Some aspects of the theory of LASIN (laser assisted surface ion neutralization) are discussed, with emphasis on the physical origins of the so-called double-peak structures found in some calculations of the charge-transfer (neutralization) probability, P, as a function of the laser frequency η. These two peaks have been called the first peak at η ≈ ηm = Om (in a.u.), where o(m) is the electronic energy level of the ion/atom (middle of the solid's valence band) and the second peak, a much larger peak at η ≈ 1.3 ηm, respectively.

We show that these double-peak structures are all special cases of multiple-peak structures which result from quantum interference effects, and that, in fact, the second peak is to be regarded as the main resonance peak. This result is interesting in itself, because it is the first peak which has heretofore been considered the main resonance peak.

To simplify the discussion, a two-level model is adapted, which represents the solid valence band by a single level at m. Clarification of the physical reason for the multiple peaks is based on the semiclassical theory of nonadiabatic transitions, in which the peaks are due to the phase difference between the two adiabatic paths that arise from the diagonalization of the two-level hamiltonian.

With the electronic hopping potential modelled by V(t) = Vosech(λt), and the laser potential by W(t) = Wosech(λt) cos(πt + δ), in the usual notation, an approximate analytical expression for P(η) is presented for the case Wo/Vo < 1, which covers most of the previous treatments, and is in good agreement with the exact results.  相似文献

N-(2-hydroxyphenyl)-4-amino-3-penten-2-on (C11H13NO2) has been studied by X-ray analysis. It crystallizes the orthorhombic space group P212121 with a=8.834(1), b=10.508(2), c=11.212(2) Å, V=1040.8(3) Å3, Z=4, Dc=1.22 g cm−3 and μ(MoK)=0.084 mm−1. The structure was solved by direct methods and refined to R=0.038 for 1373 reflections (I>2σ(I)). The title compound is photochromic and the molecule is not planar. Intramolecular hydrogen bonds occur between the pairs of atoms N(1) and O(1) [2.631(2) Å], and N(1) and O(2) [2.641(2) Å], the H atom essentially being bonded to the N atom. There is also a strong intermolecular O–HO hydrogen bonding [2.647(2) Å] between neighbouring molecules. Tautomeric properties and conformations of the title compound were investigated by semi-empirical quantum mechanical AM1 calculations and the results are compared with the X-ray results.  相似文献

Temperature-programmed retention indices, ITP, calculated according to three different definitions are compared. The advantages and shortcomings of these definitions are discussed in terms of their theoretical background, accuracy, ease of calculation and applicability. The Generalized Retention Index (GI) seems to be the best definition of ITP, while Van den Dool's definition and the Extended Kováts Definition are approximate and can be applied only to simple temperature programme.  相似文献

2,3,4-triphenyl-1-oxa-4-azabutadine (C20H15NO) has been studied by X-ray analysis and AM1 molecular orbital methods. It crystallises in the triclinic space group P-1 with a=9.414(3), b=10.479(3), c=8.385(2) Å, =103.31(3)°, β=97.10(3)°, γ=74.09(1)°, V=772.5(4) Å3, Z=2, Dc=1.227 gcm−3, and μ(MoK)=0.075 mm−1 and F000=300. The structure was solved by direct methods and refined to R=0.043 for 2672 reflections [I>2σ(I)]. The conformational analysis of the title compound were investigated by semi-empirical quantum mechanical AM1 calculations. The minimum conformation energies were calculated as a function of the three torsion angles θ1(O(1)C(7)C(8)N(1)), θ2(C(8)N(1)C(15)C(16)) and θ3(C(14)C(9)C(8)N(1)). The results are compared with the X-ray results. C=O and C=N groups are twisted about each other by 95.5(2)°.  相似文献

The gallium(I)tris(trimethylsilyl)silyl compound {GaSi(SiMe3)3}4 (1) is obtained by reaction of Ga2Cl4-2dioxane with LiSi(SiMe3)3-3THF. The crystal structure of 1 reveals a tetramer with a nearly regular tetrahedral framework of gallium atoms. The gallium-gallium distances average 258.4 pm. Ab initio calculations on various substituted gallium tetrahedrons showed a greater stability of silyl-substituted cages compared with organyl substituted ones. Crystal data, with Mo K radiation are as follows: {GaSi(SiMe3)3}4 · Si(SiMe3) 4 (1), a, B = 1923.3(3) pm, C = 2671.2(4) pm, V = 9.881(3) nm3; tetragonal space group P4/ncc; Z = 4; 1513 ( I > 2σ(I)) data; RI = 0.068.

Zusammenfassung

Das Gallium(I)tris(trimethylsilyl)silyl-Derivat {GaSi(SiMe3)3}4 (1) wird durch Umsetzung von Ga2Cl4-2Dioxan mit LiSi(SiMe3)3-3THF erhalten. Die Analyse der Kristallstruktur zeigt ein Tetramer mit einem nahezu regulären Gallium-Tetraeder-Gerüst. Der Mittelwert der Gallium-Gallium-Abstände betrügt 258.4 pm. Ab initio-Berechnungen verschiedener Gallium(I)-Verbindungen belegten eine erhöhte Stabilität von silyl-substituierten Clustern im Vergleich zu organyl-substituierten. The new host 1,4,11,14-tetramethoxy-dibenzo[b,n]tetraphenylene forms a 1:1 inclusion compound with pyridine, in which a pair of centrosymmetrically-related guest species are enclosed in the cage surrounded by six host molecules. C36H28O4·C5H5N, FW=603.68, triclinic, space group P-1, a=11.796(2), b=16.075(3), c=9.004(2) Å; =98.39(3)°, β=90.01(3)°, γ=108.19(3)°, V=1602.8(5) Å3, Z=2, F(000)=636, Dc=1.251 g/cm3, μ=0.080 mm−1. Treatment of [Pd{CH2C(CH3)CH2}(Ph2PPy)Cl] (Ph2PPy = 2-(diphenylphosphino)pyridine) with cis-[Pd(tBuNC)2Cl2] in dichloromethane affords the mixed isocyanide-tertiary phosphine complex cis-[Pd(tBuNC)Ph2PPy)Cl2], in which the Ph2PPy is a monodentate P-donor, and [{Pd[CH2C(CH3)CH2]Cl}2]. The steric effects of the Ph2PPy bridging ligand in determining the reaction course is discussed. The complex cis-[Pd(tBuNC)(Ph2PPy)Cl2] was crystallographically characterized: P21/n, a = 15.143(2), b = 9.527(1), c = 17.517(4) Å, β = 113.96(1)°, V= 2309.4(7) Å3, Z = 4. The final R value was 0.044, Rw= 0.046 for the 3078 reflections with I > 3σ(I).  相似文献

The reactions of 2-trans-6-N4P4(NHPrn)2Cl6 (2), which was obtained from N4P4Cl8 (1) and n-propylamine, with pyrrolidine and t-butylamine in different solvents have been studied. Compound (2) gave two different products, namely monocyclic (3 and 5) and bicyclic (4 and 6) phosphazenes. Compounds (2–6) have been characterized by elemental analysis, IR, 1H-, 13C-, 31P NMR, HETCOR and MS and the structure of compound (5) has been examined crystallographically. The bicyclic phosphazene (6) is the first exciting example of bicyclic phosphazenes containing chlorine atoms, in the literature. The formation mechanisms of bicyclic phosphazenes are re-considered by taking into account the synthesis of compound (6), which contains three stereogenic phosphorus atoms. Compound (5) crystallizes in the monocyclic space group P21/n with a=13.974(2), b=17.836(5), and c=18.683(4) Å, β=98.50(1)°, V=4605.4(2) Å3, Z=4 and Dx=1.051 g cm−3. It consists of a non-centrosymmetric, non-planar phosphazene ring in a saddle conformation, with two n-propylamino (in 2-trans-6 positions) and six bulky t-butylamino side groups. The bulky substituents are instrumental in determining the molecular geometry.  相似文献

The strong π-acid ligand Ph2PN(iBu)PPh2 reacts with Co2(CO)S (1:1) to give Co2[μ-Ph2PN(iBu)PPh2] (μ-CO)2(CO)4 (1); however, when the ratio is 2:1 a novel species [Co{Ph2PN(iBu)PPh2-P,P′}2(CO)][Co(CO)4] (2) has been obtained. Crystal data for 2: Mr = 1140.83; triclinic, space group P , a = 12.330(2), b = 13.340(2), c = 18.122(3) Å, = 86.63(1), β = 80.75(1), γ = 84.24(1)°, V = 2924 Å3, Z = 2; R = 0.060 for 3711 reflections having I 3σ(I). The results of X-ray diffraction, ESR, variable-temperature magnetic susceptibility, conductivity, and XPS analysis support that the species 2 is a d9-d9 cage molecule-pair. The mechanism for the formation of the species 2 has been investigated initially by 31P NMR.  相似文献

The syntheses and structural determination of NdIII and ErIII complexes with nitrilotriacetic acid (nta) were reported in this paper. Their crystal and molecular structures and compositions were determined by single-crystal X-ray structure analyses and elemental analyses, respectively. The crystal of K3[NdIII(nta)2(H2O)]·6H2O complex belongs to monoclinic crystal system and C2/c space group. The crystal data are as follows: a=1.5490(11) nm, b=1.3028(9) nm, c=2.6237(18) nm, β=96.803(10)°, V=5.257(6) nm3, Z=8, M=763.89, Dc=1.930 g cm−3, μ=2.535 mm−1 and F(000)=3048. The final R1 and wR1 are 0.0390 and 0.0703 for 4501 (I>2σ(I)) unique reflections, R2 and wR2 are 0.0758 and 0.0783 for all 10474 reflections, respectively. The NdIIIN2O7 part in the [NdIII(nta)2(H2O)]3− complex anion has a pseudo-monocapped square antiprismatic nine-coordinate structure in which the eight coordinate atoms (two N and six O) are from the two nta ligands and a water molecule coordinate to the central NdIII ion directly. The crystal of the K3[ErIII(nta)2(H2O)]·5H2O complex also belongs to monoclinic crystal system and C2/c space group. The crystal data are as follows: a=1.5343(5) nm, b=1.2880(4) nm, c=2.6154(8) nm, b=96.033(5)°, V=5.140(3) nm3, Z=8, M=768.89, Dc=1.987 g cm−3, μ=3.833 mm−1 and F(000)=3032. The final R1 and wR1 are 0.0321 and 0.0671 for 4445 (I>2σ(I)) unique reflections, R2 and wR2 are 0.0432 and 0.0699 for all 10207 reflections, respectively. The ErIIIN2O7 part in the [ErIII(nta)2(H2O)]3− complex anion has the same structure as NdIIIN2O7 part in which the eight coordinate atoms (two N and six O) are from the two nta ligands and a water molecule coordinate to the central NdIII ion directly.  相似文献

A study was undertaken to test the ability of several molecular connectivity indices to predict the retention indices (I) of tetralones, coumarins and structurally related compounds determined on OV-17 and Apiezon L as stationary phases. The regression analyses with IOV-17 showed that a two-variable linear regression equation with 2χ and 4χvpc gives the best correlation coefficient, suggesting that retention depends basically on branching and the presence and number of adjacent atoms, and secondarily on unsaturations and the number and orientation of substituents. IApL gives the best correlation with a two-variable linear regression equation with 1χ and 3χvp indicating that on this stationary phase retention depends basically on the presence and number of adjacent atoms, and secondarily on unsaturation, branching of adjacent atoms and the presence of heteroaroms. ΔII = IOV-17 - IApL), according to the different polarities of both phases, considered to be a measure of the polar forces in retention, does not give a good correlation.  相似文献

The neutral nitrogen-bidentate ligand, diphenylbis(3,5-dimethylpyrazol-1-yl)methane, Ph2CPz′2, can readily be obtained by the reaction of Ph2CCl2 with excess HPz′ in a mixed-solvent system of toluene and triethylamine. It reacts with [Mo(CO)6] in 1,2-dimethoxyethane to give the η2-arene complex, [Mo(Ph2CPz′2)(CO)3] (1). This η2-ligation appears to stabilize the coordination of Ph2CPz′ 2 in forming [Mo(Ph2CPz′2)(CO)2(N2C6H4NO2-p)][BPh4] (2) and [Mo(Ph2CPz′2)(CO)2(N2Ph)] [BF4] (3) from the reaction of 1 with the appropriate diazonium salt but the stabilization seems not strong enough when [Mo{P(OMe)3} 3(CO)3] is formed from the reaction of 1 with P(OMe)3. The solid-state structures of 1 and 3 have been determined by X-ray crystallography: 1-CH2Cl2, monoclinic, P21/n, a = 11.814(3), b = 11.7929(12), c = 19.46 0(6) Å, β = 95.605(24)°, V = 2698.2(11) Å3, Z = 4, Dcalc = 1.530 g/cm3 , R = 0.044, Rw = 0.036 based on 3218 reflections with I > 2σ(I); 2 (3)-1/2 hexane-1/2 CH3OH-1/2 H2O-1 CH2Cl2, monoclinic, C2/c, a = 41.766(10), b = 20.518(4), c = 16.784(3) Å, β = 101.871(18)°, V = 14076(5) Å3, Z = 8, Dcalc = 1.457 g/cm3, R = 0.064, Rw = 0.059 based on 5865 reflections with I > 2σ(I). Two independent cations were found in the asymmetric unit of the crystals of 3. The average distance between the Mo and the two η2-ligated carbon atoms is 2.574 Å in 1 and 2.581 and 2.608 Å in 3. The unfavourable disposition of the η2-phenyl group with respect to the metal centre in 3 and the rigidity of the η2-arene ligation excludes the possibility of any appreciable agostic C---H → Mo interaction.  相似文献

Organic memristors with low power consumption, fast write/erasure speed, and complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor(CMOS) compatibility have attracted tremendous attention to mimic biological synapses to realize neuromorphic computation in recent years. In this paper, organic resistive switching memory(ORSM) based on (Z)-3-(naphthalen-2-yl)-2-(4-nitrophenyl)acrylonitrile(NNA) and polymer poly(N-vinylcarbazole)(PVK) composite film was prepared by spin-coating method. Device performance based on NNA:PVK composite films with different mass fractions of NNA were systematically investigated. The ORSM based on PVK:40%(mass fraction) NNA composite film exhibited non-volatile and bipolar memory properties with a switching ratio(Ion/Ioff) of 24.1, endurance of 68 times and retention time of 104 s, a “SET” voltage(Vset) of -0.55 V and a “RESET” voltage(Vreset) of 2.35 V. The resistive switching was ascribed to the filling and vacant process of the charge traps induced by NNA and the inherent traps in PVK bulk. The holes trapping and de-trapping process occurred when the device was applied with a negative or positive bias, which caused the transforming of the conductive way of charges, that is the resistive behaviors in the macroscopic. This study provides a promising platform for the fabrication of ORSM with high performance.  相似文献

A novel three-dimensional metal selenite [Fe2(H2O)4(SeO3)2] (1) has been hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by the elemental analyses, IR spectrum, TG analysis and the single crystal X-ray diffraction. Compound 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/n, with a=6.5283(13) Å, b=8.8754(18) Å, c=7.6798(15) Å, (=98.82(3)β, V=439.71(15) Å3, and Z=2. Compounds 1 exhibits interesting three-dimensional structure constructed from {FeO6} octahedra and {SeO3} pyramids linked via the corner- and/or edge-sharing mode. The most interesting structural feature of compound 1 is that the existence of multidirectional intersecting double helical chains in one compound.  相似文献

Using the properties of the generating function of the Hermite polynomials, we have calculated the matrix elements for the Gaussian-type potential VG(x)=A exp{−B(xC)2} and for the Morse-type potential VM(x)=De[1−exp(−ax)]2 in the basis of the non-degenerate harmonic oscillator wavefunctions. The final forms of these matrix elements are very simple to use and hence suitable for the numerical resolution of the Schrödinger equation for multiple-well potentials or anharmonic oscillators.  相似文献

One novel chiral copper(II) complex was successfully synthesized from the reaction of chiral 1,3-thiazolidine-2-thione ligand with CuCl2 in dichloromethane in the presence of Et3N and DMAP at room temperature. Its unique crystal structure was unambiguously disclosed by X-ray analysis. The crystal is tetragonal, space group I4(1), space group a=15.0875(11), b=15.0875(11), c=19.362(3) Å, =90, β=90, γ=90°, V=4407.4(8) Å3, Z=8, ρcalc=1.639 mg cm−3.  相似文献

The excess molar volumes VmE {x(CH3OH or CH3CH2OH or CH3(CH2)2OH or CH3CH(OH)CH3 + (1 - x){CH3(CH2)2}2O or CH3C(CH3)2OCH3 or CH3CH2C(CH3)2OCH3} have been calculated from measured values of density over the whole composition range at the temperature 298.15 K in order to investigate OH … O specific interactions. The results are explained in terms of the strong self-association of the alkanols, the specific interaction between the alkanol, and the ether molecules and packing effects upon mixing. The experimental Vmh results presented here, together with the previously reported data for the molar excess enthalpy HmE, has been used to test the Extended Real Associated Solution (ERAS) model.  相似文献

The transport characteristics of the blue copper metalloprotein, azurin, have been characterised by conducting atomic force microscopy (C-AFM) at molecular level. Tunnel junctions have been constructed by sandwiching chemisorbed protein molecules between a conducting AFM tip and a planar conducting substrate. Asymmetric current curves with respect to the polarity of the bias (IV) have been observed. The modulation of IV behaviour with compressional force has been examined and is described by a modified Simmons model within which both tunnel distance (protein dimensions) and tunnel barrier are modulated. The modified Simmons formula, which considered unequal Fermi level shifts on two electrodes as being responsible for the asymmetric IV curves, accurately describes the behaviour observed.  相似文献
