目的 对马莲花中的微量元素进行分析.方法 采用微波消解法处理样品,利用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)对马莲花中钾、钠、钙、镁、铜、铁、锌、锰、钼、镍等10种元素进行测定.所测元素校准方程的相关系数均大于0.999 0,回收率范围为90.2% ~107.0%,相对标准偏差为1.54%~7.57%.结果 马莲花中含有丰富的钾、钙、镁等元素.结论 该法简便、快速、准确,灵敏度高,可用于马莲花中10种元素的同时测定.  相似文献

Two new compounds, 15-methoxypinusolidic acid (1) and isonerylgeraniol-18-oic acid (2) together with four knowns taiwaniaflavone (3), nerylgeraniol-18-oic acid (4), 3-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-1-propanol (5), and amentoflavone (6) are isolated from the leaves of Calocedrus microlepic var. formosana. Compounds 1 and 2 were elucidated as labdane diterpene and linear diterpene, respectively, through spectral studies.  相似文献

Two unusual rearranged flavan derivatives with a rare bicyclo[3.3.1]non‐3‐ene‐2,9‐dione ring, tazettone A ( 1 ) and tazettone B ( 2 ), together with five known flavans, 3 – 7 , were isolated from the bulbs of Narcissus tazetta var. chinensis Roem . The structures of two new compounds were elucidated by spectroscopic analyses, including 1D‐ and 2D‐NMR spectroscopy. All of the isolated compounds were evaluated for their cytotoxicities against four human tumor cell lines A549, HCT116, SK‐BR‐3, and HepG2. Compounds 1 and 2 were almost inactive against all tested cell lines, while compounds 3 – 7 exhibited moderate or weak cytotoxicities against the tested cell lines.  相似文献

Two new isoflavones 1 and 2 along with eleven known compounds 3-13, have been isolated for the first time from the rhizomes of Iris soforana. The structures of these compounds were determined on the basis of spectroscopic methods and found to be 5,3'-dihydroxy-4'-methoxy-6,7-methylenedioxyisoflavone (1) (Soforanarin A), and 5,7,5'-trimethoxy-6,3',4'-trihydroxyisoflavone (2) (Soforanarin B).  相似文献

A known and a new caffeic ester (1 and 2), new inhibitors of xanthine oxidase (XO), were isolated from leaves of Perilla frutescens var. acuta and their structures have been established as (Z,E)-2-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)ethenyl ester (1) and (Z,E)-2-(3,5-dihydroxyphenyl)ethenyl ester (2) of 3-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-2-propenoic acid, respectively, based on detailed spectral studies, including 2D COSY, long range COSY, difference NOE, etc. Both caffeic esters strongly inhibited XO in vitro and especially, the inhibition by 1 was as potent as that by allopurinol. The inhibition mode of 1 was also shown to be non-competitive.  相似文献

Two 3,4-seco-lupane triterpenoids (1, 2) were isolated from the leaves of Acanthopanax divaricatus var. albeofructus (Araliaceae). Based on the spectroscopic data, the chemical structures of 1 and 2 were characterized as 24-hydroxychiisanogenin and 22alpha-hydroxychiisanogenin, respectively. 1 was a new compound and 2 was isolated for the first time from the natural source, although it had been obtained as an enzymatically hydrolyzed artifact from 22alpha-hydroxychiisanoside.  相似文献

从著名藏药白花剌参(Morina nepalensis var.alba Hand-Mazz)全草的水溶 性部分中分离得到两个新的乌苏烷型三萜皂苷,命名为剌参苷A(1)和剌参苷B(2). 应用2DNMR新技术,包括^1H-^1H COSY,HSQC,HMBC,2D HMQC-TOCSY,ROESY,以 及选择性激发实验1D SELTOCSY和1D SELNOESY,并结合化学方法,确定它们的结构 分别为3-O-a-L-阿拉伯吡喃糖基-(1→3)-α-L-阿拉伯吡喃糖基坡摸醇酸28-O-β -D-葡萄吡喃基-(1→6) -β-D-葡萄吡喃糖苷(1)和3-O-a-L-阿拉伯吡喃糖基-( 1→3)-β-D-木糖吡喃基坡摸醇酸28-O-β-D-葡萄吡喃基-(1→6) -β-D-葡萄吡喃 糖苷(2),并对其氢和碳的化学位移进行了全归属。  相似文献

Detailed chemical investigation of the herb Sarcopyramis bodinieri var. delicate resulted in the isolation of two new flavonol glycosides, namely, isorhamnetin-3-O-(6'-OE-feruloyl)-beta-D-glucopyranoside (1) and isorhamnetin-3-O-(6'-O-E-feruloyl)-beta-Dgalactopyranoside (2). In addition, four known compounds, quercetin-3-O-(6'-acetyl)-beta-Dglucopyranoside (3), isorhamnetin-3-O-(6'-acetyl)-beta-D-glucopyranoside (4), quercetin-3-O-(6'-O-E-p-coumaroyl)-beta-D-glucopyranoside (5), and isorhamnetin-3-O-(6'-O-E-pcoumaroyl)-beta-D-glucopyranoside (6) were obtained. Two new isoaurones derivatives were obtained from Callistephus chinensis flower. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of extensive spectroscopic analyses. Both of the new compounds were evaluated cytotoxic activity. Phytochemical investigation of Callistephus chinensis flower led to the isolation of two new isoaurones derivatives (Z)-4′,4,10-trihydroxy-siamaurone (1) and (E)-4′,4,10-trihydroxy-siamaurone (2). The structures of these new compounds were identified by the interpretation of spectroscopic data (mainly 1D and 2D NMR) and by comparison with data reported in the literature. Two new phenolic constituents, daphnenone (1) and daphneone (2), were isolated from the stem bark of Daphne odora Thunb. var. marginata. Their structures were established on the basis of spectroscopic analysis. Compounds 1 and 2 were tested for cytotoxic activity by MTT assays on five human tumour cell lines, K562, A549, MCF-7, LOVO and HepG2.
