Using the technique of measures of noncompactness we prove a theorem on the existence and global asymptotic stability of solutions of a functional integral equation. The investigations are placed in the Banach space of real functions defined, continuous and bounded on an unbounded interval. A few realizations of the result obtained are indicated.  相似文献

The paper contains a result on the existence and asymptotic behaviour of solutions of a functional integral equation. That result is proved under rather general hypotheses. The main tools used in our considerations are the concept of a measure of noncompactness and the classical Schauder fixed point principle. The investigations of the paper are placed in the space of continuous and tempered functions on the real half-line. We prove an existence result which generalizes several ones concerning functional integral equations and obtained earlier by other authors. The applicability of our result is illustrated by some examples.  相似文献

We study the solvability of a nonlinear quadratic integral equation of Hammerstein type. Using the technique of measures of noncompactness we prove that this equation has solutions on an unbounded interval. Moreover, we also obtain an asymptotic characterization of these solutions. We prove a theorem on the existence and asymptotic behaviour of solutions of a differential equation with a deviating argument of neutral type. The considered equation contains both delayed and advanced arguments. We study the existence of monotonic solutions of a quadratic fractional Hammerstein-Volterra integral equation with linear modification of the argument. The quadratic integral equation studied below contains as a special case numerous integral equations encountered in the theory of radiative transfer and in the kinetic theory of gases. We show that the quadratic fractional Hammerstein-Volterra integral equation with linear modification of the argument has a monotonic solution in the Banach space of all real functions defined and continuous on a bounded and closed interval. The concept of measure of noncompactness and a fixed point theorem due to Darbo are the main tools in carrying out our proof.  相似文献

In this paper the authors study a fractional quadratic integral equation of Urysohn-Volterra type. They show that the integral equation has at least one monotonic solution in the Banach space of all real functions defined and continuous on the interval $[0,1]$. Our aim in this work is to find decay integral solutions for a class of neutral fractional differential equations in Banach spaces involving unbounded delays. By constructing a suitable measure of noncompactness on the space of solutions and establishing new estimates for fractional resolvent operators, we prove the existence of a compact set of decay integral solutions to the mentioned problem. We prove a theorem on the existence of solutions of some nonlinear functional integral equations in the Banach algebra of continuous functions on the interval [0,a]. Then we consider a nonlinear integral equation of fractional order and give some sufficient conditions for existence of solutions of this equation. We use fixed point theorems associated with the measure of noncompactness as the main tool. Our existence results include several results obtained in previous studies. We study the existence of nondecreasing solutions of a quadratic singular Volterra integral equation in the space of continuous functions on bounded interval. The main tool utilized in our considerations is the technique associated with certain measure of noncompactness related to monotonicity. 本文研究Banach空间E中具有非紧半群的半线性发展方程初值问题u′(t)+Au(t)=f(t,u(t)),t≥0;u(0)=x_0解的存在性,其中-A为E中等度连续C_0-半群的生成元,f:[0,∞)×E→E连续。在f满足较弱的非紧性测度条件下,获得了该问题饱和mild解的存在性。特别,当E为有序弱序列完备Banach空间时,我们获得了一个不需要非紧性测度条件的便于应用的存在性结果。  相似文献

Abstract

The aim of this paper is to discuss the existence of mild solutions and positive mild solutions for a general class of semilinear fractional retarded evolution equations subjected to mixed nonlocal plus local initial conditions on infinite dimensional Banach spaces. Under the situation that the nonlinear term and nonlocal function satisfy some appropriate growth conditions and a noncompactness measure condition, we obtained the existence of mild solutions and positive mild solutions by utilizing a generalized Darbo’s fixed point theorem and a new estimation technique of the measure of noncompactness. In addition, the strong restriction on the constants in the condition of noncompactness measure is completely deleted in this paper. An example about the retarded parabolic partial differential equation involving a general mixed nonlocal plus local initial conditions is also given to illustrate the feasibility of our abstract results.  相似文献

In this paper, we establish some new nonlinear Leray-Schauder alternatives for the sum and the product of weakly sequentially continuous operators in Banach algebras satisfying certain sequential condition (P). The main condition in our results is formulated in terms of axiomatic measures of weak noncompactness. In this paper, we employ the method of lower and upper solutions coupled with the monotone iterative technique to obtain existence and uniqueness of extremal mild solutions to neutral fractional differential equation with infinite delay in an ordered Banach space. In this paper, we consider an initial value problem for nonlinear integro-differential equations in a Banach space. First, we give a comparison result between the under and over functions and some comparison principles. Then, using these results and the Kuratowski measure of noncompactness, we establish the existence theorem of extremal solutions between the under and over functions, and prove that there exists a unique solution between the lower and upper solutions under an additional Lipschitz's condition. Using the technique of a suitable measure of noncompactness in Banach algebra, we prove an existence theorem for some functional-integral equations in Banach algebra, namely Erdélyi–Kober quadratic functional-integral equation. This equation contains as particular cases a lot of integral equations that appear in many branches of nonlinear analysis and its applications.
