Chemical and Cyclovoltammetric Investigation of the Redoxreactions of the Decahalodecaborates closo ‐[B10X10]2– and hypercloso ‐[B10X10]· – (X = Cl, Br)1). Crystal Structure Analysis of Cs2[B10Br10] · 2 H2O The oxidation of the decachloro‐closo‐decaborates(2–) Cs2[B10Cl10] or [Me4N]2[B10Cl10] with Tl(CF3COO)3 leads to the corresponding radical monoanion hypercloso‐[B10Cl10] · –, which was characterized by ESR and UV/Vis spectroscopy. [B10Cl10] · – does not dimerize like [B10H10] · – but it is reduced by acetonitrile to the dianion [B10Cl10]2–. Cs2[B10Cl10] reacts with stronger oxidation agents like CoF3 (in dichloromethane) or XeF2 (in perfluorhexane), respectively, to yield B9Cl9 and, in traces, B8Cl8. In opposite to this, the decabromoderivative Cs2[B10Br10] does not show any reaction with Tl(CF3COO)3 in acetonitrile or with CoF3 in CH2Cl2. The oxidation of the dianions [B10X10]2– (X = Cl, Br) was studied by electroanalytical methods (cyclic voltammetry, chronoamperometry, chronocoulometry). Formal potentials were determined for the two steps of the reaction, which do not seem to be affected by structural rearrangements. The crystal structure of Cs2[B10Br10] · 2 H2O was analyzed by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. Cs2[B10Br10] · 2 H2O crystallizes monoclinic (space group I2/a, (no. 15), Z = 8, a = 1361.54(9) pm, b = 1215.89(5) pm, c = 3108.4(2) pm, α = 90°, β = 97.916(8)°, γ = 90°). The closo‐cluster B10Br102– has a bicapped square antiprismatic structure with idealized D4d symmetry.  相似文献

Three diorganocobalt chlorides [CoClMe(PMe3)2–{(C5H6)–CH=O}] ( 4 ), [CoClMe(PMe3)2–{(C6H8)–CH=O}] ( 5 ), and [CoClMe(PMe3)2–{(C6H7Memeta)–CH=O}] ( 6 ) were synthesized through cyclometalation reactions with aldehyde as an anchoring group involving aliphatic vinylic C–Cl bond activation. Complexes 4 – 6 were characterized by IR and NMR spectroscopy. The crystal and molecular structures of complexes 4 and 5 were determined by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. Complexes 4 – 6 are stable in solution at room temperature, but they decompose at above 30 °C affording C,C‐couplings products with the formation of [Co(PMe3)3Cl]. The results of this work will be important for people to deepen the understanding of the C–Cl bond activation mechanism.  相似文献

In the salt trimethoprimium ferrocenecarboxylate [systematic name: 2,4‐diamino‐5‐(3,4,5‐trimethoxybenzyl)pyrimidin‐1‐ium ferrocene‐1‐carboxylate], (C14H19N4O3)[Fe(C5H5)(C6H4O2)], (I), of the antibacterial compound trimethoprim, the carboxylate group interacts with the protonated aminopyrimidine group of trimethoprim via two N—H…O hydrogen bonds, generating a robust R 22(8) ring motif (heterosynthon). However, in the cocrystal 4‐amino‐5‐chloro‐2,6‐dimethylpyrimidine–ferrocene‐1‐carboxylic acid (1/1), [Fe(C5H5)(C6H5O2)]·C6H8ClN3, (II), the carboxyl–aminopyrimidine interaction [R 22(8) motif] is absent. The carboxyl group interacts with the pyrimidine ring via a single O—H…N hydrogen bond. The pyrimidine rings, however, form base pairs via a pair of N—H…N hydrogen bonds, generating an R 22(8) supramolecular homosynthon. In salt (I), the unsubstituted cyclopentadienyl ring is disordered over two positions, with a refined site‐occupation ratio of 0.573 (10):0.427 (10). In this study, the two five‐membered cyclopentadienyl (Cp) rings of ferrocene are in a staggered conformation, as is evident from the C…Cg Cg …C pseudo‐torsion angles, which are in the range 36.13–37.53° for (I) and 22.58–23.46° for (II). Regarding the Cp ring of the minor component in salt (I), the geometry of the ferrocene ring is in an eclipsed conformation, as is evident from the C…Cg Cg …C pseudo‐torsion angles, which are in the range 79.26–80.94°. Both crystal structures are further stabilized by weak π–π interactions.  相似文献

Reactions of [B12H12–n(OH)n]2–, n = 1, 2 with Acid Dichlorides and Crystal Structure of Cs2[1,2-B12H10(ox)] · CH3OH By treatment of [B12H11(OH)]2– with organic and inorganic acid dichlorides in acetonitrile the bridged dicluster compounds [B12H11(ox)B12H11)]4– ( 1 ), [B12H11(p-OOCC6H4COO)B12H11]4– ( 2 ), [B12H11(m-OOCC6H4COO)B12H11]4– ( 3 ), [B12H11(SO3)B12H11]4– ( 4 ), [B12H11(SO4)B12H11]4– ( 5 ) are obtained in good yields. The dihydroxododecaborates [1,2-B12H10(OH)2]2– and [1,7-B12H10(OH)2]2– afford clusters with an anellated ring: [1,2-B12H10(ox)]2– ( 6 ), [1,2-B12H10(SO4)]2– ( 7 ) and [1,7-B12H10(OOC(CH2)8COO)]2– ( 8 ). Isomerically pure [1,7-B12H10(OH)2]2– ( 9 ) is formed by reaction of (H3O)2[B12H12] with ethylene glycol. All new compounds are characterized by vibrational, 11B, 13C and 1H NMR spectra. The crystal structure of Cs2[1,2-B12H10(ox)] · CH3OH (monoclinic, space group P 21/c, a = 9.616(2), b = 10.817(1), c = 15.875(6) Å, β = 95.84(8)°, Z = 4) reveals a distortion of the B12 icosahedron caused by the anellated six-membered heteroring.  相似文献

The title hydrated ionic complex, [Ni(CH3COO)(C12H12N2)2]ClO4·H2O or [Ni(ac)(5,5′‐dmbpy)2]ClO4·H2O (where 5,5′‐dmbpy is 5,5′‐dimethyl‐2,2′‐bipyridine and ac is acetate), (1), was isolated as violet crystals from the aqueous ethanolic nickel acetate–5,5′‐dmbpy–KClO4 system. Within the complex cation, the NiII atom is hexacoordinated by two chelating 5,5′‐dmbpy ligands and one chelating ac ligand. The mean Ni—N and Ni—O bond lengths are 2.0628 (17) and 2.1341 (15) Å, respectively. The water solvent molecule is disordered over two partially occupied positions and links two complex cations and two perchlorate anions into hydrogen‐bonded centrosymmetric dimers, which are further connected by π–π interactions. The magnetic properties of (1) at low temperatures are governed by the action of single‐ion anisotropy, D, which arises from the reduced local symmetry of the cis‐NiO2N4 chromophore. The fitting of the variable‐temperature magnetic data (2–300 K) gives giso = 2.134 and D/hc = 3.13 cm−1.  相似文献

The blue tetranuclear CuII complexes {[Cu(bpy)(OH)]4Cl2}Cl2 · 6 H2O ( 1 ) and {[Cu(phen)(OH)]4(H2O)2}Cl4 · 4 H2O ( 2 ) were synthesized and characterized by single crystal X‐ray diffraction. ( 1 ): P 1 (no. 2), a = 9.240(1) Å, b = 10.366(2) Å, c = 12.973(2) Å, α = 85.76(1)°, β = 75.94(1)°, γ = 72.94(1)°, V = 1152.2(4) Å3, Z = 1; ( 2 ): P 1 (no. 2), a = 9.770(3) Å, b = 10.118(3) Å, c = 14.258(4) Å, α = 83.72(2)°, β = 70.31(1)°, γ = 70.63(1)°, V = 1252.0(9) Å3, Z = 1. The building units are centrosymmetric tetranuclear {[Cu(bpy)(OH)]4Cl2}2+ and {[Cu(phen)(OH)]4(H2O)2}4+ complex cations formed by condensation of four elongated square pyramids CuN2(OH)2Lap with the apical ligands Lap = Cl, H2O, OH. The resulting [Cu42‐OH)23‐OH)2] core has the shape of a zigzag band of three Cu2(OH)2 squares. The cations exhibit intramolecular and intermolecular π‐π stacking interactions and the latter form 2D layers with the non‐bonded Cl anions and H2O molecules in between (bond lengths: Cu–N = 1.995–2.038 Å; Cu–O = 1.927–1.982 Å; Cu–Clap = 2.563; Cu–Oap(OH) = 2.334–2.369 Å; Cu–Oap(H2O) = 2.256 Å). The Cu…Cu distances of about 2.93 Å do not indicate direct interactions, but the strongly reduced magnetic moment of about 2.74 B.M. corresponds with only two unpaired electrons per formula unit of 1 (1.37 B.M./Cu) and obviously results from intramolecular spin couplings (χm(T‐θ) = 0.933 cm3 · mol–1 · K with θ = –0.7 K).  相似文献

Two new salts, namely 2,6‐diamino‐4‐chloropyrimidinium 2‐carboxy‐3‐nitrobenzoate, C4H6ClN4+·C8H4NO6, (I), and 2,6‐diamino‐4‐chloropyrimidinium p‐toluenesulfonate monohydrate, C4H6ClN4+·C7H7O3S·H2O, (II), have been synthesized and characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. In both crystal structures, the N atom in the 1‐position of the pyrimidine ring is protonated. In salt (I), the protonated N atom and the amino group of the pyrimidinium cation interact with the carboxylate group of the anion through N—H…O hydrogen bonds to form a heterosynthon with an R 22(8) ring motif. In hydrated salt (II), the presence of the water molecule prevents the formation of the familiar R 22(8) ring motif. Instead, an expanded ring [i.e. R 32(8)] is formed involving the sulfonate group, the pyrimidinium cation and the water molecule. Both salts form a supramolecular homosynthon [R 22(8) ring motif] through N—H…N hydrogen bonds. The molecular structures are further stabilized by π–π stacking, and C=O…π, C—H…O and C—H…Cl interactions.  相似文献

Zinc thiocyanate complexes have been found to be biologically active compounds. Zinc is also an essential element for the normal function of most organisms and is the main constituent in a number of metalloenzyme proteins. Pyrimidine and aminopyrimidine derivatives are biologically very important as they are components of nucleic acids. Thiocyanate ions can bridge metal ions by employing both their N and S atoms for coordination. They can play an important role in assembling different coordination structures and yield an interesting variety of one‐, two‐ and three‐dimensional polymeric metal–thiocyanate supramolecular frameworks. The structure of a new zinc thiocyanate–aminopyrimidine organic–inorganic compound, (C6H9ClN3)2[Zn(NCS)4]·2C6H8ClN3·2H2O, is reported. The asymmetric unit consist of half a tetrathiocyanatozinc(II) dianion, an uncoordinated 4‐amino‐5‐chloro‐2,6‐dimethylpyrimidinium cation, a 4‐amino‐5‐chloro‐2,6‐dimethylpyrimidine molecule and a water molecule. The ZnII atom adopts a distorted tetrahedral coordination geometry and is coordinated by four N atoms from the thiocyanate anions. The ZnII atom is located on a special position (twofold axis of symmetry). The pyrimidinium cation and the pyrimidine molecule are not coordinated to the ZnII atom, but are hydrogen bonded to the uncoordinated water molecules and the metal‐coordinated thiocyanate ligands. The pyrimidine molecules and pyrimidinium cations also form base‐pair‐like structures with an R22(8) ring motif via N—H…N hydrogen bonds. The crystal structure is further stabilized by intermolecular N—H…O, O—H…S, N—H…S and O—H…N hydrogen bonds, by intramolecular N—H…Cl and C—H…Cl hydrogen bonds, and also by π–π stacking interactions.  相似文献

Careful choice of the organic ligands is one of the most important parameters in the rational design and synthesis of coordination polymers. Aromatic polycarboxylates have been widely used in the preparation of metal–organic polymers since they can utilize various coordination modes to form diverse structures and can act as hydrogen‐bond acceptors and donors in the assembly of supramolecular structures. Nitrogen‐heterocyclic organic compounds have also been used extensively as ligands for the construction of polymers with interesting structures. In the polymers catena‐poly[[[diaquabis{2‐[(1H‐imidazol‐1‐yl)methyl]‐6‐methyl‐1H‐benzimidazole‐κN 3}cobalt(II)]‐μ2‐benzene‐1,4‐dicarboxylato‐κ2O 1:O 4] dihydrate], {[Co(C8H4O4)(C12H11N4)2(H2O)2]·2H2O}n , (I), and catena‐poly[[[diaquabis{2‐[(1H‐imidazol‐1‐yl)methyl]‐6‐methyl‐1H‐benzimidazole‐κN 3}nickel(II)]‐μ2‐benzene‐1,4‐dicarboxylato‐κ2O 1:O 4] dihydrate], {[Ni(C8H4O4)(C12H11N4)2(H2O)2]·2H2O}n , (II), the CoII or NiII ion lies on an inversion centre and exhibits a slightly distorted octahedral coordination geometry, coordinated by two N atoms from two imidazole rings and four O atoms from two monodentate carboxylate groups and two water molecules. The dicarboxylate ligands bridge metal ions forming a polymeric chain. The 2‐[(1H‐imidazol‐1‐yl)methyl]‐6‐methyl‐1H‐benzimidazole ligands coordinate to the CoII or NiII centres in monodentate modes through an imidazole N atom and are pendant on opposite sides of the main chain. The two structures are isomorphous. In the crystal, the one‐dimensional chains are further connected through O—H…O, O—H…N and N—H…O hydrogen bonds, leading to a three‐dimensional supramolecular architecture. In addition, the IR spectroscopic properties, PXRD patterns, thermogravimetric behaviours and fluorescence properties of both polymers have been investigated.  相似文献

Purine 3′:5′‐cyclic nucleotides are very well known for their role as the secondary messengers in hormone action and cellular signal transduction. Nonetheless, their solid‐state conformational details still require investigation. Five crystals containing purine 3′:5′‐cyclic nucleotides have been obtained and structurally characterized, namely adenosine 3′:5′‐cyclic phosphate dihydrate, C10H12N5O6P·2H2O or cAMP·2H2O, (I), adenosine 3′:5′‐cyclic phosphate 0.3‐hydrate, C10H12N5O6P·0.3H2O or cAMP·0.3H2O, (II), guanosine 3′:5′‐cyclic phosphate pentahydrate, C10H12N5O7P·5H2O or cGMP·5H2O, (III), sodium guanosine 3′:5′‐cyclic phosphate tetrahydrate, Na+·C10H11N5O7P·4H2O or Na(cGMP)·4H2O, (IV), and sodium inosine 3′:5′‐cyclic phosphate tetrahydrate, Na+·C10H10N4O7P·4H2O or Na(cIMP)·4H2O, (V). Most of the cyclic nucleotide zwitterions/anions [two from four cAMP present in total in (I) and (II), cGMP in (III), cGMP in (IV) and cIMP in (V)] are syn conformers about the N‐glycosidic bond, and this nucleobase arrangement is accompanied by Crib—H…Npur hydrogen bonds (rib = ribose and pur = purine). The base orientation is tuned by the ribose pucker. An analysis of data obtained from the Cambridge Structural Database made in the context of synanti conformational preferences has revealed that among the syn conformers of various purine nucleotides, cyclic nucleotides and dinucleotides predominate significantly. The interactions stabilizing the syn conformation have been indicated. The inter‐nucleotide contacts in (I)–(V) have been systematized in terms of the chemical groups involved. All five structures display three‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonded networks.  相似文献

A new set of Cr(III) complexes, {L}CrCl3(THF), based on thiophene–imine ( 2a , L = PhOC6H4(N═CH)‐2‐SC4H3; 2b , L = PhOC2H4(N═CH)‐2‐SC4H3; 2c , L = Ph(NH)C2H4(N═CH)‐2‐SC4H3; 2d , L = PhOC6H4(N═CH)‐2‐SC4H2‐5‐Ph; 2e , L = Ph(NH)C2H4(N═CH)‐2‐SC4H2‐5‐Ph) have been prepared and characterized using elemental analysis and infrared spectroscopy. Upon activation with methylaluminoxane, all the chromium complexes generated active systems affording a nonselective distribution of α‐olefins with turnover frequencies in the range 9500–93 500 (mol ethylene) (mol Cr)?1 h?1, and producing mostly oligomers (95.0–99.3 wt% of total products). Small amounts of polymer were produced in these oligomerization reactions (0.8–8.2 wt%). The catalytic activities were quite sensitive to the ligand environment. Moreover, the effects of oligomerization parameters (temperature, [Al]/[Cr] molar ratio, time) on the activity and on the product distribution were examined.  相似文献

Molecules of 1,2‐bis(4‐bromophenyl)‐1H‐benzimidazole, C19H12Br2N2, (I), and 2‐(4‐bromophenyl)‐1‐(4‐nitrophenyl)‐1H‐benzimidazole, C19H12BrN3O2, (II), are arranged in dimeric units through C—H...N and parallel‐displaced π‐stacking interactions favoured by the appropriate disposition of N‐ and C‐bonded phenyl rings with respect to the mean benzimidazole plane. The molecular packing of the dimers of (I) and (II) arises by the concurrence of a diverse set of weak intermolecular C—X...D (X = H, NO2; D = O, π) interactions.  相似文献

The alkenyl substituted phenoxy–imine complexes [2‐C3H5‐6‐(2, 3, 5, 6‐C6F4H‐N?CH)C6H3O]2TiCl2 (C3H5=? CH2? CH?CH2 or ? CH?CH? CH3) are synthesized and characterized by 1H NMR, 13C NMR, and elemental analysis. When activated by MAO, they show high activity for the polymerization of ethylene to UHMWPE under different conditions (temperatures and polymerization time). Most of the resulting polymers have high molecular weights (>1.0 × 106 g·mol?1) and high melting points as well as crystallinity. To clarify the effect of the alkenyl group on the catalytic performance and the resultant polymer microstructure, the corresponding saturated complexes of type [2‐C3H7?6‐(2, 3, 5, 6‐C6F4H‐N?CH)C6H3O]2TiCl2 where C3H7 = –CH2? CH2? CH3 or ? CH(CH3)2 were synthesized and tested as catalysts in ethylene polymerization under the same reaction conditions. The microstructure and morphologies of these two species of PE samples were fully compared by the analysis of 13C NMR, GPC, DSC, and SEM. As a result, the allyl substituted complex show the highest activity to prepare the highest molecular weight polyethylene of all the catalysts. An interesting feature of the UHMWPE produced by these four catalysts is that they contain only a few short‐chain branches (mainly methyl, isobutyl and 2‐methylhexyl branches) in a low amount (<2.7 branches/1000 C). © 2016 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The synthesis and structural characterization of 2‐(furan‐2‐yl)‐1‐(furan‐2‐ylmethyl)‐1H‐benzimidazole [C16H12N2O2, (I)], 2‐(furan‐2‐yl)‐1‐(furan‐2‐ylmethyl)‐1H‐benzimidazol‐3‐ium chloride monohydrate [C16H13N2O2+·Cl·H2O, (II)] and the hydrobromide salt 5,6‐dimethyl‐2‐(furan‐2‐yl)‐1‐(furan‐2‐ylmethyl)‐1H‐benzimidazol‐3‐ium bromide [C18H17N2O2+·Br, (III)] are described. Benzimidazole (I) displays two sets of aromatic interactions, each of which involves pairs of molecules in a head‐to‐tail arrangement. The first, denoted set (Ia), exhibits both intermolecular C—H...π interactions between the 2‐(furan‐2‐yl) (abbreviated as Fn) and 1‐(furan‐2‐ylmethyl) (abbreviated as MeFn) substituents, and π–π interactions involving the Fn substituents between inversion‐center‐related molecules. The second, denoted set (Ib), involves π–π interactions involving both the benzene ring (Bz) and the imidazole ring (Im) of benzimidazole. Hydrated salt (II) exhibits N—H...OH2...Cl hydrogen bonding that results in chains of molecules parallel to the a axis. There is also a head‐to‐head aromatic stacking of the protonated benzimidazole cations in which the Bz and Im rings of one molecule interact with the Im and Fn rings of adjacent molecules in the chain. Salt (III) displays N—H...Br hydrogen bonding and π–π interactions involving inversion‐center‐related benzimidazole rings in a head‐to‐tail arrangement. In all of the π–π interactions observed, the interacting moieties are shifted with respect to each other along the major molecular axis. Basis set superposition energy‐corrected (counterpoise method) interaction energies were calculated for each interaction [DFT, M06‐2X/6‐31+G(d)] employing atomic coordinates obtained in the crystallographic analyses for heavy atoms and optimized H‐atom coordinates. The calculated interaction energies are −43.0, −39.8, −48.5, and −55.0 kJ mol−1 for (Ia), (Ib), (II), and (III), respectively. For (Ia), the analysis was used to partition the interaction energies into the C—H...π and π–π components, which are 9.4 and 24.1 kJ mol−1, respectively. Energy‐minimized structures were used to determine the optimal interplanar spacing, the slip distance along the major molecular axis, and the slip distance along the minor molecular axis for 2‐(furan‐2‐yl)‐1H‐benzimidazole.  相似文献

The title complex, {[Ni(C15H11N4O2S)2(C10H8N2)(H2O)2]·H2O}n, was synthesized by the reaction of nickel chloride, 4‐{[(1‐phenyl‐1H‐tetrazol‐5‐yl)sulfanyl]methyl}benzoic acid (HL) and 4,4′‐bipyridine (bpy) under hydrothermal conditions. The asymmetric unit contains two half NiII ions, each located on an inversion centre, two L ligands, one bpy ligand, two coordinated water molecules and one unligated water molecule. Each NiII centre is six‐coordinated by two monodentate carboxylate O atoms from two different L ligands, two pyridine N atoms from two different bpy ligands and two terminal water molecules, displaying a nearly ideal octahedral geometry. The NiII ions are bridged by 4,4′‐bipyridine ligands to afford a linear array, with an Ni...Ni separation of 11.361 (1) Å, which is further decorated by two monodentate L ligands trans to each other, resulting in a one‐dimensional fishbone‐like chain structure. These one‐dimensional fishbone‐like chains are further linked by O—H...O, O—H...N and C—H...O hydrogen bonds and π–π stacking interactions to form a three‐dimensional supramolecular architecture. The thermal stability of the title complex was investigated via thermogravimetric analysis.  相似文献

The (C4H4O4)2– anions and H2O molecules form 3 D hydrogen bonded network and the cations and complex molecules in the tunnels along [001] and [011], respectively, are assembled via the π‐π stacking interactions into 1 D supramolecular chains. The Mn atoms are octahedrally coordinated by four N atoms of two bidentate chelating phen ligands and two water O atoms or two carboxyl O atoms (d(Mn–O) = 2.088–2.129 Å, d(Mn–N) = 2.277–2.355 Å). Interestingly, the succinato ligands in the complex molecules assume gauche conformation bidentately to chelate the Mn atoms into seven‐membered rings.  相似文献

The first 4π‐electron resonance‐stabilized 1,3‐digerma‐2,4‐diphosphacyclobutadiene [LH2Ge2P2] 4 (LH=CH[CHNDipp]2 Dipp=2,6‐iPr2C6H3) with four‐coordinate germanium supported by a β‐diketiminate ligand and two‐coordinate phosphorus atoms has been synthesized from the unprecedented phosphaketenyl‐functionalized N‐heterocyclic germylene [LHGe‐P=C=O] 2 a prepared by salt‐metathesis reaction of sodium phosphaethynolate (P≡C?ONa) with the corresponding chlorogermylene [LHGeCl] 1 a . Under UV/Vis light irradiation at ambient temperature, release of CO from the P=C=O group of 2 a leads to the elusive germanium–phosphorus triply bonded species [LHGe≡P] 3 a , which dimerizes spontaneously to yield black crystals of 4 as isolable product in 67 % yield. Notably, release of CO from the bulkier substituted [LtBuGe‐P=C=O] 2 b (LtBu=CH[C(tBu)N‐Dipp]2) furnishes, under concomitant extrusion of the diimine [Dipp‐NC(tBu)]2, the bis‐N,P‐heterocyclic germylene [DippNC(tBu)C(H)PGe]2 5 .  相似文献

In solid‐state engineering, cocrystallization is a strategy actively pursued for pharmaceuticals. Two 1:1 cocrystals of 5‐fluorouracil (5FU; systematic name: 5‐fluoro‐1,3‐dihydropyrimidine‐2,4‐dione), namely 5‐fluorouracil–5‐bromothiophene‐2‐carboxylic acid (1/1), C5H3BrO2S·C4H3FN2O2, (I), and 5‐fluorouracil–thiophene‐2‐carboxylic acid (1/1), C4H3FN2O2·C5H4O2S, (II), have been synthesized and characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction studies. In both cocrystals, carboxylic acid molecules are linked through an acid–acid R 22(8) homosynthon (O—H…O) to form a carboxylic acid dimer and 5FU molecules are connected through two types of base pairs [homosynthon, R 22(8) motif] via a pair of N—H…O hydrogen bonds. The crystal structures are further stabilized by C—H…O interactions in (II) and C—Br…O interactions in (I). In both crystal structures, π–π stacking and C—F…π interactions are also observed.  相似文献

Bis(tetramethylammonium) dodecahydrododecaborate, [(CH3)4N]2[B12H12], and bis(tetramethylammonium) dodecahydrododecaborate acetonitrile, [(CH3)4N]2[B12H12] · CH3CN, were synthesized and characterized via Infrared, 1H and 11B NMR spectroscopy. [(CH3)4N]2[B12H12] crystallizes isopunctual to the alkali metal dodecaborates. The crystal structure of [(CH3)4N]2[B12H12] · CH3CN was determined from single crystal data and refined in the orthorhombic crystal system (Pcmn, no. 62, a = 898.68(8), b = 1312.85(9) c = 1994.5(1) pm, R(|F| , 4σ) = 5.9%, wR(F2) = 18.3%). Here, the geometry of the dodecaborate anion is that of an almost ideal icosahedron, less distorted than most other dodecaborates known. By low‐temperature Guinier‐Simon diffractometry phase transitions were detected for [(CH3)4N]2[B12H12] and [(CH3)4N]2[B12H12] · CH3CN at –70 and –15 °C, respectively.  相似文献
